当前,宽带集群通信的MCPTT(Mission Critical Push to Talk,一键通)的组播业务的实现方式多采用如下方式:
在MCPTT组播业务开始时,实时通过eMBMS技术建立与该组播业务对应的组播信道,在组播信道组建成功之前,先通过单播将该组播业务涉及的UE接入组呼,在组播信道组建成功之后,再通过单播告知该组播业务涉及的UE转到组建好的组播信道中。这种方式,由于通过eMBMS技术建立组播信道的过程漫长,会导致组播信道组建成功之前的一段时间一直采用单播,而采用单播实现该组播业务,需要建立与该组播业务涉及的UE的数量一致的多个单播信道,会占用大量的空口资源,造成了空口资源的浪费。
因此,现有技术中实现宽带集群通信的MCPTT的组播业务的方式均会造成空口资源的浪费。
发明内容

借由上述技术方案,本发明提供的基于集群通信的组播业务实现方法及相关设备,网络侧预先建立公共组播信道,在组播业务实现时,将组播数据先通过公共组播信道下发至当前组播群组中的UE,并且建立专用组播信道,在建立完成专用组播信道之后,将所述专用组播信道的启用信息通知给当前组播群组中的UE,并将组播数据通过所述专用组播信道下发至当前组播群组中的UE。基于上述方法,预先建立各种组播业务都可以使用的公共组播信道,在组播业务开始阶段,使用该公共组播信道传输组播数据,并实时建立针对组播业务的专用组播信道,建好之后,则将组播数据迁移至专用组播信道传输,这种方式即不会占用过多的空口资源又能保证组播业务的时效性。

下面将参照附图更详细地描述本公开的示例性实施例。虽然附图中显示了本公开的示例性实施例,然而应当理解,可以以各种形式实现本公开而不应被这里阐述的实施例所限制。相反,提供这些实施例是为了能够更透彻地理解本 公开,并且能够将本公开的范围完整的传达给本领域的技术人员。
请参阅附图1,图1为本发明实施例公开的一种基于集群通信的组播业务实现方法的流程示意图,该方法应用于集群通信系统的网络侧,网络侧是集群通信系统中除UE之外的设备的总称,网络侧已预先建立至少一个公共组播信道,在组播业务开始后,该方法包括如下步骤:
步骤S100:将组播数据通过预先建立的公共组播信道下发至当前组播群组中的UE,并且建立专用组播信道;
组播业务开始阶段,网络侧通过公共组播信道下发组播数据,集群网络中的所有UE都会侦听到公共组播信道中的组播数据,但是只有当前组播群组中的UE侦听到公共组播信道中的组播数据之后才会接收,其他UE不会接收。
当网络侧在通过公共组播信道下发组播数据时,还会建立用于实现当前组播业务的专用组播信道。
步骤S110:在建立完成专用组播信道之后,将所述专用组播信道的启用信息通知给当前组播群组中的UE,并将组播数据通过所述专用组播信道下发至当前组播群组中的UE。
在网络侧建立完成专用组播信道之后,会向当前组播群组中的UE发送专用组播信道的启用消息,并将组播数据通过专用组播信道下发,当前组播群组中的UE接收到专用组播信道的启用消息之后,则从公共组播信道接收组呼数据转换到从专用组播信道接收组播数据。
本实施例提供的基于集群通信的组播业务实现方法,网络侧预先建立公共组播信道,在组播业务实现时,将组播数据先通过公共组播信道下发至当前组播群组中的UE,并且建立专用组播信道,在建立完成专用组播信道之后,将所述专用组播信道的启用信息通知给当前组播群组中的UE,并将组播数据通过所述专用组播信道下发至当前组播群组中的UE。基于上述方法,预先建立各种组播业务都可以使用的公共组播信道,在组播业务开始阶段,使用该公共组播信道传输组播数据,并实时建立针对组播业务的专用组播信道,建好之后,则将组播数据迁移至专用组播信道传输,这种方式即不会占用过多的空口资源又能保证组播业务的时效性。
请参阅附图2,图2为本发明实施例公开的又一种基于集群通信的组播业 务实现方法的流程示意图,该方法应用于集群通信系统的网络侧,该方法包括:
步骤S200:采用演进多媒体多播服务eMBMS技术建立公共组播信道。
步骤S210:基站空口广播所述公共组播信道的信息以使驻留所述基站的UE获取所述公共组播信道的信息。
在一种可实施方式中,公共组播信道的信息包含TMGI(Temporary Mobile Group Identity,临时移动组标识)等信息。
步骤S220:接收组呼发起方UE发送的集群组呼请求;所述组呼发起方UE为所述驻留所述基站的UE中的任意一个UE,所述集群组呼请求中包括所述组呼发起方UE所属的组播群组ID,所述组播群组ID对应的组播群组为当前组播群组。
在一种可实施方式中,组呼发起方UE发送的集群组呼请求包含组呼发起方UE所属的组播群组ID以及组呼类型等信息,组呼类型包含语音类、视频类。
步骤S230:通知所述当前组播群组中的UE接收组播数据。
在一种可实施方式中,网络侧可以通过寻呼的方式通知当前组播群组中的UE接收组播数据。具体的,网络侧直接下发UE寻呼消息,并在UE寻呼消息中携带组播标志,IDLE态UE在接收到UE寻呼消息之后,直接开始接收组播数据。
在又一种可实施方式中,网络侧可以通过单播信令的方式通知当前组播群组中的UE接收组播数据。具体的,网络侧单播寻呼到当前组播群组中IDLE态的UE,当前组播群组中IDLE态的UE在接收到单播寻呼消息之后,进入connected态,网络侧再通过单播NAS信令通知当前组播群组中connected态的UE接收组播数据。具体的信令交互可参见图3所示。
步骤S240:将组播数据通过预先建立的公共组播信道下发至当前组播群组中的UE,同时建立专用组播信道。
步骤S250:在建立完成所述专用组播信道之后,将所述专用组播信道的启用信息通知给所述当前组播群组中的UE,并将组播数据通过所述专用组播信道下发至所述当前组播群组中的UE。
在一种可实施方式中,网络侧可以通过单播信令的方式将所述专用组播信 道启用的信息通知给当前组播群组中的UE。具体的,将所述专用组播信道启用的信息通过单播信令通知当前组播群组中处于connected态的UE。具体的信令交互可参见图4所示。
在又一种可实施方式中,网络侧可以将所述专用组播信道启用的信息通过所述公共组播信道发送至所述当前组播群组中的UE。具体的信令交互可参见图5所示。
在上述实施例的基础上,本发明实施例公开了一种基于集群通信的组播业务实现方法的示例,请参阅附图6,图6为本发明实施例公开的一种基于集群通信的组播业务实现方法的示例的信令交互示意图,在该示例中,LTE网络侧采用eMBMS技术在空口预建立组播通道作为空口公共组播信道,所有驻留该eNB的UE都可以获取公共组播信道的信息。UE2发起集群组呼,网络侧通过寻呼或在单播信令通知到UE作为组呼被叫。呼叫建立初,网络侧建立了从EPC到基站的集群呼叫的传输承载,基站侧空口尚未建立对应的集群组呼专载信道,网络侧的组呼数据在空口通过公共组播信道下发给群组内的UE。在传输组呼数据同时,网络侧完成了这个组呼专用的eMBMS空口组播信道,通知UE,并将网络侧组播的数据流转到专用的空口组播信道发送。停止在公共组播信道上发送组呼数据。
在上述实施例的基础上,本发明实施例公开了一种基于集群通信的组播业务实现方法的示例,请参阅附图7,图7为本发明实施例公开的一种基于集群通信的组播业务实现方法的示例的信令交互示意图,在该示例中,在组呼使用预建立的eMBMS承载传输组数据时,再次向BM-SC请求建立专用的eMBMS承载,接入网络侧在建立eMBMS承载并完成空口信息更新后,BM-SC通过eMBMS承载状态通知消息,通知给GCS AS,GCS AS通过通告流程(24379MBMS bearer announcement procedures或者MAP消息)通知UE更新组播信道。停用预建立的eMBMS承载,启用新的eMBMS承载。其中eMBMS承载信息在空口更新,需要12~22秒(主要是MCCH更新周期协议定了两个枚举值5秒和10秒,空口需要至少提前一个周期通知UE,导致更新时间长)。这个期间可能出现各种异常,如通话结束等等,这里只给出了正常流程,异常流程就不在这里说明。
请参阅附图8,图8为本发明实施例公开的一种基于集群通信的组播业务实现方法的流程示意图,该方法应用于集群通信系统的UE侧,该方法包括如下步骤:
步骤S800:接收网络侧通过预先建立的公共组播信道下发的组播数据;
步骤S810:接收网络侧发送的专用组播信道的启用信息;
步骤S820:接收网络侧通过所述专用组播信道下发的组播数据。

专用组播信道建立单元11,用于在第一发送单元将组播数据通过预先建立的公共组播信道下发至当前组播群组中的UE时建立专用组播信道;
第一通知单元12,用于在建立完成所述专用组播信道之后,将所述专用组播信道的启用信息通知给所述当前组播群组中的UE;
第二发送单元13,用于将组播数据通过所述专用组播信道下发至所述当前组播群组中的UE。

    将组播数据通过预先建立的公共组播信道下发至当前组播群组中的UE,并且建立专用组播信道;
    在建立完成所述专用组播信道之后,将所述专用组播信道的启用信息通知给所述当前组播群组中的UE,并将组播数据通过所述专用组播信道下发至所述当前组播群组中的UE。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述将组播数据通过预先建立的公共组播信道下发至当前组播群组中的UE之前,所述方法还包括:
    采用演进多媒体多播服务eMBMS技术建立公共组播信道;
    基站空口广播所述公共组播信道的信息以使驻留所述基站的UE获取所述公共组播信道的信息。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    接收组呼发起方UE发送的集群组呼请求;所述组呼发起方UE为所述驻留所述基站的UE中的任意一个UE,所述集群组呼请求中包括所述组呼发起方UE所属的组播群组ID,所述组播群组ID对应的组播群组为当前组播群组;
    通知所述当前组播群组中的UE接收组播数据。

  10. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括,公共组播信道建立单元,所述公共组播信道建立单元具体用于在所述将组播数据通过预先建立的公共组播信道下发至当前组播群组中的UE之前,采用演进多媒体多播服务eMBMS技术建立公共组播信道;基站空口广播所述公共组播信道的信息以使驻留所述基站的UE获取所述公共组播信道的信息。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    集群组呼请求接收单元,用于接收组呼发起方UE发送的集群组呼请求;所述组呼发起方UE为所述驻留所述基站的UE中的任意一个UE,所述集群组呼请求中包括所述组呼发起方UE所属的组播群组ID,所述组播群组ID对应的组播群组为当前组播群组;
    第二通知单元,用于通知所述当前组播群组中的UE接收组播数据。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第二通知单元,具体用于:
    通过寻呼的方式通知所述当前组播群组中的UE接收组播数据。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第二通知单元,具体用于:
    通过单播信令的方式通知所述当前组播群组中的UE接收组播数据。
  14. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一通知单元,具体用于:
    通过单播信令的方式将所述专用组播信道启用的信息通知给当前组播群组中的UE。
  15. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一通知单元,具体用于:
    将所述专用组播信道启用的信息通过所述公共组播信道发送至所述当前组播群组中的UE。
  16. 一种基于集群通信的组播业务实现装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    接收单元,用于接收网络侧通过预先建立的公共组播信道下发的组播数据;接收网络侧发送的专用组播信道的启用信息;接收网络侧通过所述专用组播信道下发的组播数据。
  17. 一种网络侧设备,其特征在于,所述网络侧设备包括处理器、存储器及存储在存储器上并可在处理器上运行的程序,所述处理器执行程序时实现权利要求1至7中任意一项所述的基于集群通信的组播业务实现方法。
  18. 一种终端,其特征在于,所述终端包括接收器,所述接收器用于接收网络侧通过预先建立的公共组播信道下发的组播数据;接收网络侧发送的专用组播信道的启用信息;接收网络侧通过所述专用组播信道下发的组播数据。
