- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述获取用户的出行信息,包括:接收检票设备发送的所述出行信息,其中,所述出行信息包括所述用户的购票账户标识,所述检票设备与服务器通信连接,所述服务器中存储有所述用户的购票账户标识与所述用户的用户账号之间的匹配关系信息。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,获取用户的出行信息,包括:接收安装在所述终端上的购票客户端发送的所述出行信息,其中,所述出行信息包括所述用户的购票账户标识,服务器中存储有所述用户的购票账户标识与所述用户的用户账号之间的匹配关系信息。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:获取用户的用户账号;将所述用户的用户账号作为群成员标识信息添加进所述用户群。
- 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述获取用户的用户账号,包括:根据所述出行信息确定所述用户的用户账号,其中,所述出行信息包括所述用户的购票账户标识,服务器中存储有所述用户的购票账户标识与所述用户的用户账号之间的匹配关系信息。
- 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述获取用户的用户账号,包括:接收所述终端发送的所述用户账号。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述向所述用户的终端发送加入群组提示信息,包括:基于所述群标识信息生成用于加入所述用户群的联系信息;向所述终端发送包括所述联系信息的加入群组提示信息。
- 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述向所述用户的终端发送加入群组提示信息之后,所述方法还包括:接收所述终端发送的用户的加入所述用户群的请求,所述请求包括所述用户的用户账号;将所述用户的用户账号作为群成员标识信息添加进所述用户群。
- 根据权利要求4或7所述的方法,其中,所述出行信息包括以下至少一项:车次信息、航班信息、船次信息。
- 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中,所述出行信息还包括:所述终端的用户的性别信息。
- 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其中,所述将所述用户的用户账号作为群成员标识信息添加进所述用户群之后,所述方法还包括:确定是否接收到结束提示信息,其中,所述结束提示信息用于表征所述用户结束所述出行信息;响应于确定接收到所述结束提示信息,将所述用户的用户账号从所述用户群中移除。
- 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中,所述结束提示信息基于所述用户的出行信息的到达信息生成。
- 一种电子设备,包括:一个或多个处理器;存储装置,其上存储有一个或多个程序;当所述一个或多个程序被所述一个或多个处理器执行,使得所述一个或多个处理器实现如权利要求1-12中任一所述的方法。
- 一种计算机可读介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其中,该程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-12中任一所述的方法。
