随着科技发展,移动终端成为人们出行不可少的随身携带物品。移动终端的出现,方便人们进行交流,促进社交活动的进行。
例如在公交、高铁、地铁等场合,为了方便乘客交流,现有技术中需要让乘客使用手机连接共同热点,以便乘客进入聊天群组。当用户不连接该共同热点时,则无法自动进入该预先建立好的群组。
发明内容
本公开的实施例提出了用于建立用户群的方法和设备。
第一方面,本公开的实施例提供了一种用于建立用户群的方法,该方法包括:接收发送的获取用户的出行信息;根据该出行信息,从预先建立的用户群组中选择用户群,其中,用户群具有群标识信息;向用户的终端发送入群提示信息。
在一些实施例中,获取用户的出行信息包括:接收检票设备发送的出行信息,其中,该检票设备与服务器通信连接,服务器中存储有用户的购票账户标识与用户的用户账号之间的匹配关系信息。
在一些实施例中,获取用户的出行信息包括:接收安装在终端上的购票客户端发送的出行信息,其中,服务器中存储有用户的购票账户标识与用户的用户账号之间的匹配关系信息。

本公开的实施例提供的用于建立用户群的方法和设备,获取用户的出行信息。然后,根据该出行信息从预先建立的用户群组中选择用户群。其中,该用户群具有群标识信息。由于该出行信息中包括了用户的交通信息,因此,在选择用户群时,需要参考该用户的交通信息。选择出用户群之后,向用户的终端发送入群提示信息。由于本实施例的用于建立用户群的方法,在选择用户群时参考的是用户的出行信息。然后直接向用户的终端发送入群提示信息,不需要终端连接某一共同热点才能加入对应的用户群,节约了中间环节,简化终端的操作步骤,节约了群加入时间。

需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本公开中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。下面将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本公开。
图1示出了可以应用本公开的用于建立用户群的方法的实施例的示例性架构100。
如图1所示,系统架构100可以包括终端设备101、102、103,网络104和服务器105。网络104用以在终端设备101、102、103和服务器105之间提供通信链路的介质。网络104可以包括各种连接类型,例如有线、无线通信链路或者光纤电缆等等。
终端设备101、102、103通过网络104与服务器105交互,以接收或发送消息等。终端设备101、102、103上可以安装有各种通讯客户端应用,例如网页浏览器应用、即时通信工具、邮箱客户端、社交平台软件、交通信息类应用、浏览器类应用、阅读类应用等。
终端设备101、102、103可以是硬件,也可以是软件。当终端设备101、102、103为硬件时,可以是具有显示屏并且支持与服务器通信的各种电子设备,包括但不限于智能手机、平板电脑、电子书阅读器、MP3播放器(Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer III,动态影像专家压缩标准音频层面3)、MP4 (Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer IV,动态影像专家压缩标准音频层面4)播放器、膝上型便携计算机和台式计算机等等。当终端设备101、102、103为软件时,可以安装在上述所列举的电子设备中。其可以实现成多个软件或软件模块(例如用来提供分布式服务),也可以实现成单个软件或软件模块。在此不做具体限定。
服务器105可以是提供各种服务的服务器,例如对终端设备101、102、103的群通信需求提供支持的后台服务器。后台服务器可以对接收到的出行信息等数据进行分析和处理,并将群选择的结果(例如入群提示信息)反馈给终端设备。
服务器可以是硬件,也可以是软件。当服务器为硬件时,可以实现成多个服务器组成的分布式服务器集群,也可以实现成单个服务器。当服务器为软件时,可以实现成多个软件或软件模块(例如用来提供分布式服务),也可以实现成单个软件或软件模块。在此不做具体限定。
需要说明的是,本公开的实施例所提供的用于建立用户群的方法一般由服务器105执行,相应地,用于建立用户群的装置一般设置于服务器105中。
应该理解,图1中的终端设备、网络和服务器的数目仅仅是示意性的。根据实现需要,可以具有任意数目的终端设备、网络和服务器。
继续参考图2,示出了根据本公开的用于建立用户群的方法的一个实施例的流程200。该用于建立用户群的方法,应用于服务器,包括以下步骤:
步骤201,获取用户的出行信息。
在本实施例中,该出行信息可以包括用户的交通信息。例如该出行信息可以包括但不限于以下至少一项:该用户乘坐的公交车的车次信息;该用户乘坐的飞机的航班信息;该用户乘坐的轮船的船次信息。该用户在进站前通常需要购票。
在本实施例中,用于建立用户群的方法的执行主体(如图1所示的服务器105)可以通过无线连接方式获取用户的出行信息。
作为一个示例,在一些可选的实现方式中,上述执行主体可接收检票设备发送的出行信息。其中,该检票设备与服务器通信连接,该服务器中存储有用户的购票账户标识与该用户的用户账号之间的匹配关系信息。这里的检票设备 可以指公交车上的刷卡机,还可以指火车站进站时的检票机等等。例如用户在选择坐公交车出行时,可以用公交卡刷卡上公交上。这里的检票设备即为公交车上的刷卡机。检票设备获取该用户的购票账户标识以及用户乘坐的公交车的车次信息。然后,检票设备将该用户的购票账户标识和该车次信息发送至服务器。由于服务器中存储有用户的购票账户标识和该用户的用户账号之间的匹配关系信息。例如服务器中存储有对应关系列表。该对应关联列表用于表征用户的购票账户标识与用户的用户账号之间的对应关系。然后,服务器根据该购票账户标识即可从该对应关系列表中得到与该购票账户匹配的用户账号。
作为另一个示例,在一些可选的实现方式中,上述执行主体可以接收安装在终端上的购票客户端发送的出行信息。其中,上述执行主体中存储有用户的购票账户标识与用户的用户账号之间的匹配关系信息。这里的购票客户端例如可以是12306购票网站、12306购票应用、易通行客户端等等。例如用户在出行时,利用其手机上的购票客户端进行购票。该购票客户端即可获取用户的出行信息。然后,该购票客户端可以将该用户的出行信息发送至服务器。由于服务器中存储有用户的购票账户标识与用户的用户账号之间的匹配关系信息。例如服务器中存储有对应关系列表。该对应关联列表用于表征用户的购票账户标识与用户的用户账号之间的对应关系。然后,服务器根据该购票账户标识即可从该对应关系列表中得到与该购票账户匹配的用户账号。
步骤202,根据该出行信息,从预先建立的用户群组中选择用户群。
在本实施例中,该用户群组是预先建立的。该用户群组中包括用户群。该用户群具有群标识信息。该群标识信息是由上述执行主体创建的,例如可以包括群账号。而由这些用户群组成的群组即为用户群组。
在本实施例中,上述执行主体可以在接收该出行信息之后,从用户群组中选择与该出行信息相匹配的用户群。作为一个示例,例如在该执行主体中存储有公交车信息和与其匹配的用户群的群标识信息之间的对应关系列表。例如在本市交通系统中,有110路公交车、111路公交车、112路公交车等。执行主体在接收到该出行信息包括110路公交车信息时,从该对应关系列表中选择与110路公交车信息匹配的用户群的群标识信息,即表示选择了用户群。作为另一个示例,例如该执行主体可以在接收出行信息之后,从本地数据库中检索与该出 行信息相匹配的用户群的群标识信息。然后再从用户群组中选择包括该群标识信息的用户群。
步骤203,向用户的终端发送加入群组提示信息。
本实施例中,上述执行主体在根据出行信息从预先建立的用户群组中选择用户群之后,可以继续生成入群提示信息,然后再向用户的终端发送该加入群组提示信息。其中,该加入群组提示信息例如可以包括表征用户已经加入该用户群的提示信息。例如该加入群组提示信息可以是呈现在用户的终端上的“您已加入群聊-110路公交车”信息。该加入群组提示信息还可以包括表征邀请用户加入该用户群的提示信息。例如该加入群组提示信息可以是呈现在用户的终端上的“邀请您加入群聊-110路公交车”信息。
在本实施例中,上述执行主体可以向用户的终端发送加入群组提示信息。服务器根据用户的出行信息选择用户群之后,向客户端发送加入群组提示信息。从而使得终端可以获知加入该用户群的信息或者邀请其加入该用户群的信息。用户的终端不需要扫描用户群的二维码或者连接同一热点,节省终端的操作。并且,还可以避免出现终端没有扫描用户群的二维码或者没有连接同一热点就不能入群的问题。
在本实施例的一些可选地实现方式中,当该加入群组提示信息是表征邀请用户加入该用户群的提示信息时,上述执行主体可以按照如下步骤向用户的终端发送入群提示信息:
第一步,基于群标识信息生成用于加入用户群的联系信息。
在本可选的实现方式中,该联系信息可以是二维码,也可以是一个链接,本实现方式不以此为限制。上述执行主体可以将群标识信息作为指令的一部分进行编码,编码出的信息即为该用于加入用户群的联系信息。
第二步,向终端发送包括该联系信息的加入群组提示信息。
在本可选地实现方式中,上述执行主体在生成用于加入用户群的联系信息后,向终端发送包括了该联系信息的加入群组提示信息。例如该加入群组提示信息可以是呈现在终端的页面上的“邀请您加入群聊-110路公交车”信息。此时,若终端的用户点击该信息,则会触发加入该用户群110路公交车的请求。
在本实施例的一些可选地实现方式中,上述执行主体在向终端发送包括了 该联系信息的加入群组提示信息之后,还接收终端发送的用户的加入用户群的请求。该请求包括用户的用户账号。上述执行主体在接收到终端发送的用户的加入用户群的请求之后,将用户的用户账号作为群成员标识信息添加进用户群。即服务器会在终端发送加入用户群的请求的前提下,才添加用户入群。
继续参见图3,图3是根据本公开的实施例的用于建立用户群的方法的应用场景的一个示意图300。在图3的应用场景中,用户小明在乘坐G1011次高铁时,利用其手机(终端301)购票。小明的手机即可获取用户的出行信息303。该出行信息303可以包括该用户乘坐的车次信息(例如G1011)、出行时间信息(例如2019年3月10日上午10点)。之后,该终端301将出行信息G1011、2019年3月10日上午10点发送至服务器302。
服务器302接收到该出行信息303后,从预先建立的群标识信息与车次信息的对应关系列表304中找到与G1011、2019年3月10日上午10点匹配的群标识信息305(G1011-20190310am10)。用户群组306包用户群A、用户群B、用户群C。服务器302在获取群标识信息G1011-20190310am10之后,从用户群组306中选择用户群标识信息包括有该群标识信息G1011-20190310am10的用户群A 307。之后,服务器302生成加入群组提示信息308(邀请您加入用户群A)。然后,服务器302将该加入群组提示信息-“邀请您加入用户群A”发送至小明的手机。此时,小明的手机就会接收到该加入群组提示信息“邀请您加入用户群A”。
目前,现有技术之一通常是用户的终端扫描群二维码,或者连接同一热点,才能入群,导致该方法存在很多局限性,若用户的终端不扫描二维码或者不连接同一热点,该终端就不能加入群聊。而本公开的上述实施例提供的方法,通过获取用户的出行信息,能够获知该用户的交通信息。而且,还通过该出行信息,从预先建立的用户群组中选择用户群,然后向用户的终端发送入群提示信息。本实施例的用于建立用户群的方法,由于用户的终端不需要必须扫描群二维码或者连接同一热点才能入群,减少了用户的终端入群的中间环节,简化了终端的入群操作步骤,节约了终端加入用户群的时间。
进一步参考图4,其示出了用于建立用户群的方法的又一个实施例的流程400。该用于建立用户群的方法,应用于服务器,包括以下步骤:
步骤401,获取用户的出行信息。
在本实施例的一些可选地实现方式中,该出行信息可以包括终端的用户的性别信息,以及以下至少一项:车次信息、航班信息、船次信息。
步骤402,根据该出行信息,从预先建立的用户群组中选择用户群。其中,该用户群具有群标识信息。
在本实施例中,上述步骤401、步骤402分别与前述实施例中的步骤201、步骤202一致,上文针对步骤201和步骤202的描述也适用于步骤401和步骤402,此处不再赘述。
步骤403,获取用户的用户账号;
在本实施例中,上述执行主体可以通过有线或者无线的方式获取用户的用户账号。
作为一个示例,在一些可选的实现方式中,服务器可以接收用户的终端发送的用户的用户账号。这里需要说明的是,步骤401中的出行信息可以包括用户的用户账号,也可以不包括用户的用户账号。当该出行信息包括用户的用户账号时,服务器获取用户的出行信息时,服务器已经获取了用户的用户账号。当该出行信息不包括用户的用户账号时,终端需要再次发送用户的用户账号至服务器。本实施例不以此为限制。
作为另一个示例,在一些可选的实现方式中,由于服务器中存储有用户的购票账户标识与用户的用户账号之间的匹配关系信息。例如服务器中存储有对应关系列表。该对应关联列表用于表征用户的购票账户标识与用户的用户账号之间的对应关系。然后,当用户用购票客户端购票时,购票客户端将用户的出行信息发送至服务器。或者,用户刷交通卡进站时,检票设备将用户的出行信息发送至服务器。由于该出行信息中包括了用户的购票账户标识。然后,服务器根据用户的购票账户标识即可从该对应关系列表中得到与该购票账户匹配的用户账号。
步骤404,将用户的用户账号作为群成员标识信息添加进用户群。
在本实施例中,在步骤202中已经对用户群进行解释,在此不再赘述。
在本实施例中,上述执行主体可以在获取到用户的用户账号之后,此时,上述执行主体直接将用户的用户账号作为群成员标识信息添加进群成员标识 信息集。即服务器直接添加用户入群。这样,用户的用户账号就直接可以进入与其出行信息相关的用户群中。
需要说明的是,步骤403与步骤404还可以是在步骤405之后进行的,本实施例不以此为限制。
步骤405,向用户的终端发送入群提示信息。
在本实施例中,上述步骤405与前述实施例中的步骤203一致,上文针对步骤203的描述也适用于步骤403,此处不再赘述。
从图4中可以看出,与图2对应的实施例相比,本实施例中的用于建立用户群的方法的流程400体现了获取用户的用户账号的步骤,以及将用户的用户账号作为群成员标识信息添加进用户群的步骤。由此,本实施例描述的方案,服务器在选择出与出行信息相关的用户群之后,在获取用户的用户账号后,可以直接将用户的用户账号作为群成员标识信息添加进用户群,从而实现了直接将用户的用户账号添加入用户群。从而使得用户可以直接进入与其出行信息相关的用户群中进行社交等活动,方便快捷。
在本实施例的一些可选地实现方式中,上述执行主体在将用户的用户账号作为群成员标识信息添加进用户群之后,还可以确定是否接收到用于表征用户结束出行信息的结束提示信息发送的用户的终止出行信息的提示信息。其中,该结束提示信息可以是服务器是基于用户的交通信息的到达信息生成的提示信息。例如用户乘坐的地铁或者公交车到站,用户在刷卡出站时,服务器接收检票设备发送的用户的购票账户标识结束该行程的信息之后,生成结束提示信息。服务器在确定接收到该用户的结束该出行信息的结束提示信息之后,已经确定用户不在该地铁或者公交车上,于是将用户的用户账号从用户群中移除。这样服务器就能够使得该用户群中的群成员是该地铁或者公交车的乘客。若在用户出站时,并不需要使用公交卡进行刷卡等操作。则此时服务器可以在交通信息网站获知该公交车或者地铁或者轮船或者飞机到达的信息,然后生成该表征用户结束该出行信息的结束提示信息。从而使得服务器可以随时对该用户群中的群成员标识信息进行监控,及时将结束出行的用户从用户群中移除。
进一步参考图5,作为对上述各图所示方法的实现,本公开提供了一种用于建立用户群的装置的一个实施例,该装置实施例与图2所示的方法实施例相 对应,该装置具体可以应用于服务器中。
如图5所示,本实施例提供的用于建立用户群的装置500包括信息获取单元501、选择单元502和信息发送单元503。其中,信息获取单元501,被配置成获取用户的出行信息;选择单元502,被配置成根据该出行信息,从预先建立的用户群组中选择用户群,其中,该用户群具有群标识信息;信息发送单元503,被配置成向用户的终端发送加入群组提示信息。
本实施例中,用于建立用户群的装置500中:信息获取单元501、选择单元502和信息发送单元503的具体处理及其所带来的技术效果可分别参考图2对应实施例中的步骤201、步骤202和步骤203的相关说明,在此不再赘述。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,该信息获取单元501进一步可以被配置成接收安装在终端上的购票客户端发送的出行信息,其中,服务器中存储有用户的购票账户标识与用户的用户账号之间的匹配关系信息。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,该装置还包括用户账号获取单元和第一处理单元(图中未示出)。其中,用户账号获取单元,可以被配置成获取用户的用户账号;第一处理单元,可以被配置成将用户的用户账号作为群成员标识信息添加进用户群。

如图6所示,电子设备600可以包括处理装置(例如中央处理器、图形处理器等)601,其可以根据存储在只读存储器(ROM)602中的程序或者从存储装置608加载到随机访问存储器(RAM)603中的程序而执行各种适当的动作和处理。在RAM 603中,还存储有电子设备600操作所需的各种程序和数据。处理装置601、ROM 602以及RAM 603通过总线604彼此相连。输入/输出(I/O)接口605也连接至总线604。
通常,以下装置可以连接至I/O接口605:包括例如触摸屏、触摸板、键盘、鼠标、摄像头、麦克风、加速度计、陀螺仪等的输入装置606;包括例如液晶显示器(LCD,LiquidCrystal Display)、扬声器、振动器等的输出装置607;包括例如磁带、硬盘等的存储装置608;以及通信装置609。通信装置609可以允许电子设备600与其他设备进行无线或有线通信以交换数据。虽然图5示出了具有各种装置的电子设备600,但是应理解的是,并不要求实施或具备所有示出的装置。可以替代地实施或具备更多或更少的装置。图6中示出的每个方框可以代表一个装置,也可以根据需要代表多个装置。

需要说明的是,本公开的实施例所述的计算机可读介质可以是计算机可读信号介质或者计算机可读存储介质或者是上述两者的任意组合。计算机可读存储介质例如可以是——但不限于——电、磁、光、电磁、红外线、或半导体的系统、装置或器件,或者任意以上的组合。计算机可读存储介质的更具体的例子可以包括但不限于:具有一个或多个导线的电连接、便携式计算机磁盘、硬 盘、随机访问存储器(RAM)、只读存储器(ROM)、可擦式可编程只读存储器(EPROM或闪存)、光纤、便携式紧凑磁盘只读存储器(CD-ROM)、光存储器件、磁存储器件、或者上述的任意合适的组合。在本公开的实施例中,计算机可读存储介质可以是任何包含或存储程序的有形介质,该程序可以被指令执行系统、装置或者器件使用或者与其结合使用。而在本公开的实施例中,计算机可读信号介质可以包括在基带中或者作为载波一部分传播的数据信号,其中承载了计算机可读的程序代码。这种传播的数据信号可以采用多种形式,包括但不限于电磁信号、光信号或上述的任意合适的组合。计算机可读信号介质还可以是计算机可读存储介质以外的任何计算机可读介质,该计算机可读信号介质可以发送、传播或者传输用于由指令执行系统、装置或者器件使用或者与其结合使用的程序。计算机可读介质上包含的程序代码可以用任何适当的介质传输,包括但不限于:电线、光缆、RF(Radio Frequency,射频)等等,或者上述的任意合适的组合。
上述计算机可读介质可以是上述电子设备中所包含的;也可以是单独存在,而未装配入该服务器中。上述计算机可读介质承载有一个或者多个程序,当上述一个或者多个程序被该服务器执行时,使得该服务器:获取用户的出行信息,其中该出行信息包括用户的交通信息;根据该出行信息,从预先建立的用户群组中选择用户群,其中该用户群具有群标识信息;向用户的终端发送入群提示信息。
可以以一种或多种程序设计语言或其组合来编写用于执行本公开的实施例的操作的计算机程序代码,所述程序设计语言包括面向对象的程序设计语言-诸如Java、Smalltalk、C++,还包括常规的过程式程序设计语言-诸如“C”语言或类似的程序设计语言。程序代码可以完全地在用户计算机上执行、部分地在用户计算机上执行、作为一个独立的软件包执行、部分在用户计算机上部分在远程计算机上执行、或者完全在远程计算机或服务器上执行。在涉及远程计算机的情形中,远程计算机可以通过任意种类的网络——包括局域网(LAN)或广域网(WAN)-连接到用户计算机,或者,可以连接到外部计算机(例如利用因特网服务提供商来通过因特网连接)。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种用于建立用户群的方法,包括:
    获取用户的出行信息;
    根据所述出行信息,从预先建立的用户群组中选择用户群,其中,所述用户群具有群标识信息;
    向所述用户的终端发送加入群组提示信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述获取用户的出行信息,包括:
    接收检票设备发送的所述出行信息,其中,所述出行信息包括所述用户的购票账户标识,所述检票设备与服务器通信连接,所述服务器中存储有所述用户的购票账户标识与所述用户的用户账号之间的匹配关系信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,获取用户的出行信息,包括:
    接收安装在所述终端上的购票客户端发送的所述出行信息,其中,所述出行信息包括所述用户的购票账户标识,服务器中存储有所述用户的购票账户标识与所述用户的用户账号之间的匹配关系信息。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    获取用户的用户账号;
    将所述用户的用户账号作为群成员标识信息添加进所述用户群。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述获取用户的用户账号,包括:
    根据所述出行信息确定所述用户的用户账号,其中,所述出行信息包括所述用户的购票账户标识,服务器中存储有所述用户的购票账户标识与所述用户的用户账号之间的匹配关系信息。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述获取用户的用户账号,包括:接收所述终端发送的所述用户账号。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述向所述用户的终端发送加入群组提示信息,包括:
    基于所述群标识信息生成用于加入所述用户群的联系信息;
    向所述终端发送包括所述联系信息的加入群组提示信息。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述向所述用户的终端发送加入群组提示信息之后,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述终端发送的用户的加入所述用户群的请求,所述请求包括所述用户的用户账号;
    将所述用户的用户账号作为群成员标识信息添加进所述用户群。
  9. 根据权利要求4或7所述的方法,其中,所述出行信息包括以下至少一项:车次信息、航班信息、船次信息。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中,所述出行信息还包括:所述终端的用户的性别信息。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其中,所述将所述用户的用户账号作为群成员标识信息添加进所述用户群之后,所述方法还包括:
    确定是否接收到结束提示信息,其中,所述结束提示信息用于表征所述用户结束所述出行信息;
    响应于确定接收到所述结束提示信息,将所述用户的用户账号从所述用户群中移除。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中,所述结束提示信息基于所述用户的出行信息的到达信息生成。
  13. 一种电子设备,包括:
    一个或多个处理器;
    存储装置,其上存储有一个或多个程序;
    当所述一个或多个程序被所述一个或多个处理器执行,使得所述一个或多个处理器实现如权利要求1-12中任一所述的方法。
  14. 一种计算机可读介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其中,该程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-12中任一所述的方法。
