Description

一种柔性屏移动终端的柔性屏支撑结构 技术领域
本发明涉及柔性屏移动终端,尤其涉及移动终端的柔性屏支撑结构。
背景技术
目前的柔性屏移动终端,柔性屏需要具有相当的强度来参与到移动终端的打开闭合状态变化运动并抵抗拉伸力,但是这会造成柔性屏的弯曲困难。
目前的内折柔性屏移动终端,在靠近中部处的两侧设置通过机构运动成形的避让空间来应对柔性屏中部弯曲时的空间需要,但是机构会对屏幕层顶撞而产生应力集中,对柔性屏的寿命不利。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种柔性屏移动终端的柔性屏支撑结构,能够避免机构对屏幕层的顶撞,保护柔性屏。为此,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种柔性屏移动终端的柔性屏支撑结构,包括左侧支撑板和右侧支撑板,其特征在于在左侧支撑板和右侧支撑板的内侧分别连接弹性支撑片,所述弹性支撑片包括固定侧和自由侧,所述左侧的弹性支撑片和右侧的弹性支撑片的固定侧分别与左侧支撑板和右侧支撑板固定连接,所述左侧的弹性支撑片和右侧的弹性支撑片的自由侧向分别内伸出于左侧支撑板和右侧支撑板的内侧。
在采用上述技术方案的基础上,本发明还可同时采用以下进一步的技术方案,或对这些进一步的技术方案组合使用:
所述自由侧的端部呈梳形片。
左侧的弹性支撑片和右侧的弹性支撑片的固定侧分别固定在左侧支撑板和右侧支撑板的上表面。

(1)排列或散布的多个孔;
(2)排列的多个舌片,所述舌片根部的长度方向和柔性屏的宽度方向一致。
所述舌片由薄片被切弧形缝或折线形缝而形成,或者在长孔的两端还被打孔而形成。
所述舌片为矩形舌片、梯形舌片、弧形舌片的一种或几种。
在薄片在靠近移动终端闭合时的柔性屏开始弯曲的部位设置有舌片,该舌片靠近根部处和所述弹性支撑片的自由侧配合。
至少有部分舌片的头部靠近柔性屏弯曲部位的中线。
所述柔性屏移动终端为内折柔性屏移动终端,柔性屏设置在移动终端的内侧表面。
由于采用本发明的技术方案,本发明在柔性屏弯曲时容易被机构顶撞处设置弹性支撑结构,当屏幕关闭过程中,因自由侧的自动控制和平缓变形过渡支撑,能够对柔性屏起到保护作用,避免被顶撞损伤及应力集中;并且,本发明对柔性屏能够兼顾强度和易弯性,能够在提高屏幕强度的情况下,减小关闭时的反弹力,兼顾屏幕的强度和易弯性。

具体实施方式
参照附图。本发明所提供的柔性屏移动终端的柔性屏支撑结构,包括左侧支撑板2031和右侧支撑板2032,左侧支撑板2031和右侧支撑板2032分别为柔性屏移动终端的左侧机壳2021和右侧机壳2022的一部分或为单独的部件而固定在左侧机壳2021和右侧机壳2022内侧,所述柔性屏移动终端为内折柔性屏移动终端。
在左侧支撑板2031和右侧支撑板2032的内侧分别连接弹性支撑片71、72,所述弹性支撑片包括固定侧731和自由侧732,左侧的弹性支撑片71和右侧的弹性支撑片72的固定侧731分别通过焊接、粘接等方式固定连接在左侧支撑板2031和右侧支撑板2032内侧的上表面,左侧支撑板2031和右侧支撑板2032的自由侧732向内伸出于左侧支撑板2031和右侧支撑板2032内侧,
当柔性屏1的中部弯曲时,自由侧732能够适应性地弯曲,且左侧和右侧的自由侧732可以起到对柔性屏弯曲部位的弹性握持效果,在移动终端打开展平时,自由侧能自动复位,垫在柔性屏和其下部机构之间,保护柔性屏1中容易受到机构冲撞的部位。
如图所示,所述自由侧732的端部可以从呈梳形片,具有更好的保护和仿形能力。所述弹性支撑片可采用金属薄片。
所述支撑结构还包括中间支撑板201,所述支撑结构在左侧支撑板2031和中间支撑板201之间、右侧支撑板2032和中间支撑板201之间还分别设置有左侧转动支撑板2041和右侧转动支撑板2042,在所述柔性屏移动终端处在展平状态时,所述左侧的弹性支撑片71和右侧的弹性支撑片72的自由侧732分别垫在左侧转动支撑板2041与柔性屏1之间和右侧转动支撑板2042与柔性屏1之间,保护柔性屏。
进一步地,在柔性屏1的背后可设置能够弯曲和依靠弹性恢复挺直的薄片2,所述薄片2采用薄钢片,可以采用粘结的方式何止在柔性屏1背面。
所述薄钢片2在对应移动终端闭合时的柔性屏弯曲部设置有以下结构的至少一种:
(1)排列的多个孔;
(2)排列的多个舌片,所述舌片根部的长度方向和柔性屏的宽度方向一致。
所述多个孔可以是行对行列对列排列,或错开排列,或没有规律的散布,孔的形状可以是圆孔、方孔、长孔等,能够保证在长度方向能够承受一定的外力,保证强度,同时,在弯曲时又能提高易弯性能。
所述多个孔优选为长度方向与柔性屏的宽度方向一致的长孔,优选的排列方式是行对行列队列排列,或错开排列。如图9所示,在长孔(或称之为缝)34的两端端部(或还可在中部)还打有直径比长孔34的宽度大的圆孔340,这样,两个圆孔340之间的薄钢片也形成了短的舌片341。
除了上述形成舌片的方式之外,所述舌片还可由薄片被切弧形缝或折线形缝而形成,优选地,在缝的两端可打有圆孔6(见图6、7、8)。如图6所示,所述舌片可以为矩形舌片31;如图7所示,所述舌片可以为梯形舌片32;如图8所示,所述舌片可以为弧形舌片33。
所述圆孔340、圆孔6能够降低长孔340和缝两端的应力,防止薄片损坏。
舌片的排列方式也可以是行对行列对列排列,或错开排列。优选地,在靠近移动终端闭合时的柔性屏开始弯曲部位101的部位设置有舌片(见图6、7、8),也即舌片的根部4靠近所述开始弯曲部位101,该部位正好是弹性支撑片的自由侧732,该舌片靠近根部处和所述弹性支撑片的自由侧732配合,能够更充分地发挥弹性支撑片的作用和效果。
更优选的,至少有部分舌片的头部5靠近柔性屏弯曲部位的中线(见图6、7、8)。
更优选的,排列的多个舌片以柔性屏弯曲部位的中线为对称线,左右对称设置(见图6、7、8)。

  1. 一种柔性屏移动终端的柔性屏支撑结构,包括左侧支撑板和右侧支撑板,其特征在于在左侧支撑板和右侧支撑板的内侧分别连接弹性支撑片,所述弹性支撑片包括固定侧和自由侧,所述左侧的弹性支撑片和右侧的弹性支撑片的固定侧分别与左侧支撑板和右侧支撑板固定连接,所述左侧的弹性支撑片和右侧的弹性支撑片的自由侧向分别内伸出于左侧支撑板和右侧支撑板的内侧。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种柔性屏移动终端的柔性屏支撑结构,其特征在于所述自由侧的端部呈梳形片。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种柔性屏移动终端的柔性屏支撑结构,其特征在于左侧的弹性支撑片和右侧的弹性支撑片的固定侧分别固定在左侧支撑板和右侧支撑板的上表面。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的一种柔性屏移动终端的柔性屏支撑结构,其特征在于所述支撑结构还包括中间支撑板,所述支撑结构在左侧支撑板和中间支撑板之间、右侧支撑板和中间支撑板之间还分别设置有左侧转动支撑板和右侧转动支撑板,在所述柔性屏移动终端处在展平状态时,所述左侧的弹性支撑片和右侧的弹性支撑片的自由侧分别处在左侧转动支撑板和右侧转动支撑板的上表面。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的一种柔性屏移动终端的柔性屏支撑结构,其特征在于在柔性屏的背后贴有能够弯曲和依靠弹性恢复挺直的薄片,所述薄片中在对应移动终端闭合时的柔性屏弯曲部设置有以下结构的至少一种:
    (1)排列或散布的多个孔;
    (2)排列的多个舌片,所述舌片根部的长度方向和柔性屏的宽度方向一致。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的一种柔性屏移动终端的柔性屏支撑结构,其特征在于所述舌片由薄片被切弧形缝或折线形缝而形成,或者在长孔的两端还被打孔而形成。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的一种柔性屏移动终端的柔性屏支撑结构,其特征在 于所述舌片为矩形舌片、梯形舌片、弧形舌片的一种或几种。
  8. 如权利要求5所述的一种柔性屏移动终端的柔性屏支撑结构,其特征在于在薄片在靠近移动终端闭合时的柔性屏开始弯曲的部位设置有舌片,该舌片靠近根部处和所述弹性支撑片的自由侧配合。
  9. 如权利要求5所述的一种柔性屏移动终端的柔性屏支撑结构,其特征在于至少有部分舌片的头部靠近柔性屏弯曲部位的中线。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的一种柔性屏移动终端的柔性屏支撑结构,其特征在于所述柔性屏移动终端为内折柔性屏移动终端,柔性屏设置在移动终端的内侧表面。
