如图1所示,本说明书实施例提供一种信息的处理系统,该系统中可以包括终端、 服务器和物联网设备,其中,终端可以是如手机、平板电脑等移动终端设备,也可以如个人计算机等设备,服务器可以是由一个单独的服务器构成,也可以是由多个服务器构成的服务器集群,物联网设备可以是在物联网场景下的设备,物联网设备可以是智能空气净化器、智能床垫等。该系统可以用于向相应的物联网设备下发营销信息等处理中。其中:
服务器可以是用于数据的处理和下发的后台服务器,该服务器也可以是为物联网设备提供相关服务的服务器,该服务器还可以是进行资源转移的后台服务器(如进行支付、转账等金融业务的后台服务器等)等,本说明书实施例中,服务器可以是进行资源转移的后台服务器,同时,该服务器还可以用于将文本数据转换为语音数据等。其中的文本数据可以包括文字(如汉字或英文字母等)、符号和数字等。
物联网(IoT,Internet of Things)场景是当前重要的线下场景,在物联网场景下,可以通过硬件设备完成各项需要进行的操作或任务,这样,不但可以提升服务能力输出的质量,还可以打通线下用户的触达渠道。但是,很多硬件设备受限于场地和成本等因素,很多功能或能力无法具备,特别是用于支付场景的IoT设备,很多情况下,该IoT设备只具备读取语音数据的能力,而不具备显示能力(即不具备屏幕部件)。因此,如何最大化挖掘该IoT设备在语音方面的潜力是亟待考虑的问题。特别在移动终端设备得到巨大发展的当下,语音成为一种被低估的营销手段,可以将运营物联网设备的语音能力提供给商户或用户,这样,也可以提高商家使用相应机具的黏性和动销(即拉动销售)。基于上述内容,可以根据实际情况,预先编写相应的设置页面,如图2所示,该设置页面中可以包括商户或用户进行营销活动等相关信息的输入框,以及提交按键和取消按键等,该设置页面可以是独立开发的单一网页,也可以是某应用程序中的一个页面(例如,支付应用中的一个页面等)等。当商户或用户需要推广某营销活动或某信息时,可以通过终端中安装的浏览器或上述应用程序打开上述设置页面,并可以在上述设置页面的输入框中输入该营销活动的文字数据或该信息对应的文字数据,输入完成后,可以点击该设置页面中的提交按键,此时,商户或用户的终端可以获取上述输入框中输入的文本数据,并可以将获取的文本数据发送给服务器,服务器可以接收商户或用户的终端发送的文本数据。服务器中可以设置有将文本数据转换为语音数据的处理机制,当服务器接收到文本数据后,可以通过该处理机制将文本数据中的每个字符转换为语音,这样,可以将文本数据转换为语音数据,然后,可以将转换后的语音数据发送给指定的物联网设备。其中,指定的物联网设备可以是由商户或用户选取,也可以是关注该商户或用户的使用者的物联网设备等。
物联网设备接收到服务器发送的语音数据后,可以通过物联网设备的音频输入组件输出该语音数据,以便物联网设备的使用者收听到该语音数据,以使该使用者可以了解到相应的营销活动的信息或用户分享的信息等。需要说明的是,为了使得语音数据的播放效果更好,可以为物联网设备设定语音数据的播放规则,可以通过设定的播放规则播放该语音数据,具体地,可以根据实际情况,并考虑到使用者的习惯等,可以设定该语音数据开始播放的时间和播放模式,其中,播放模式可以包括如循环播放、随机播放等,其中还可以包括如终止播放的时间和播放间隔(如每隔30分钟播放一次等)等,以此设定该语音数据的播放规则(即第一播放规则),然后,物联网设备可以基于第一播放规则播放该语音数据,如,在每天的10:30开始播放,每隔30分钟播放一次,直到13:30终止播放等。

如图3所示,本说明书实施例提供一种信息的处理系统,该系统中可以包括终端、服务器和物联网设备,其中,终端可以是如手机、平板电脑等移动终端设备,也可以如个人计算机等设备,服务器可以是由一个单独的服务器构成,也可以是由多个服务器构成的服务器集群,物联网设备可以是在物联网场景下的设备,物联网设备可以是智能空气净化器、智能床垫等。该系统可以用于向相应的物联网设备下发营销信息等处理中。该系统包含了图1~图2所示的信息的处理系统的全部功能单元,并在其基础上,对其进行了改进,改进内容如下:
其中的服务器可以接收用户发送的文本数据,并可以将该文本数据转换为语音数据,然后,将转换后的语音数据发送给物联网设备。物联网设备可以接收服务器发送的语音数据,并按照预定的第一播放规则播放该语音数据,第一播放规则中可以包括播放 开始时间和播放模式等。
另外,为了保证数据的安全性,并确保文本数据中不包括违反某些法规的文字、词语或语句等,可以在获取到用户发送的文本数据后,可以对该文本数据进行校验,具体可以参见下述内容:服务器还可以对上述文本数据进行风控校验,确定该文本数据中是否包含风控关键字。
其中,风控关键字可以是单个字符、词语或语句等,风控关键字可以根据预定的法律法规设定,还可以根据当前的业务需求设定,具体可以根据实际情况设定,本说明书实施例对此不做限定。
在实施中,当服务器接收到用户发送的文本数据后,可以对该文本数据进行分析,具体可以在该文本数据中查找是否包括风控关键字,以对上述文本数据进行风控校验,如果在该文本数据中没有查询到风险关键字,则表明该文本数据中不包含风控关键字,即该文本数据中不包括违反某些法规或业务需求的文字、词语或语句,此时,可以确定该文本数据中不包含风控关键字。如果在该文本数据中查询到一个或多个风险关键字,则表明该文本数据中包括违反某些法规或业务需求的文字、词语或语句,此时,可以确定该文本数据中包含风控关键字。如果确定该文本数据中不包含风控关键字可以执行后续相关处理,如果确定该文本数据中包含风控关键字,则可以先对该文本数据中包含的关键字进行处理,例如删除该风控关键字,或者用其它字符(如“*”等)代替该防控关键字等,然后,再执行后续相关处理。
此外,物联网设备可以为用于资源转移的设备,其中的资源转移可以是将某资源由一个资源账户转移到另一个资源账户的过程,资源转移具体可以如支付等,相应的,物联网设备可以是用于支付的设备,该物联网设备可以是设置有音频组件,可以用于接收音频数据,并对音频数据进行解码播放等。
另外,物联网设备除了可以包括音频组件外,还可以包括显示组件和视频组件等,这样,物联网设备还可以通过显示组件播放图像或视频等,具体可以参见下述内容:服务器还用于接收终端发送的图像数据和/或视频数据,并将该图像数据和/或视频数据发送给物联网设备;物联网设备还用于接收服务器发送的图像数据和/或视频数据,并按照预定的第二播放规则播放该图像数据和/或视频数据,第二播放规则中包括播放开始时间和播放模式。
其中,第二播放规则与上述实施例一中的第一播放规则可以相同,也可以不同, 可以根据实际情况,并考虑到使用者的习惯等,可以设定第二播放规则,该第二播放规则可以包括开始播放的时间和播放模式等,其中,播放模式可以包括如循环播放、随机播放等,其中还可以包括如终止播放的时间和播放间隔(如每隔30分钟播放一次等)等,以此设定播放规则(即第二播放规则),然后,物联网设备可以基于第二播放规则播放该图像数据和/或视频数据,如,在每天的10:30开始播放某视频数据,每隔30分钟播放一次,直到13:30终止播放等。
在实施中,可以根据实际情况,在如图2所示的设置页面中可以设定包括商户或用户进行营销活动等相关信息的输入框,以及提交按键和取消按键等,该设置页面可以是独立开发的单一网页,也可以是某应用程序中的一个页面(例如,支付应用中的一个页面等)等。当商户或用户需要推广某营销活动或某信息时,可以通过终端中安装的的浏览器或上述应用程序打开上述设置页面,并可以在上述设置页面中的输入框中输入该营销活动的图像数据和/或视频数据,输入完成后,可以点击该设置页面中的提交按键,此时,商户或用户的终端可以获取上述输入框中输入的图像数据或视频数据,并可以将获取的图像数据或视频数据发送给服务器,服务器可以接收商户或用户的终端发送的图像数据或视频数据。服务器中可以设置有将图像数据或视频数据换有处理机制,当服务器接收到图像数据或视频数据后,可以通过该处理机制将图像数据或视频数据中包含的数据进行处理,以使物联网设备可以显示和播放相应的图像数据或视频数据等。
物联网设备接收到服务器发送的图像数据或视频数据后,可以通过物联网设备的显示组件输出该图像数据或视频数据,以便物联网设备的使用者观看到该图像数据或视频数据,以使该使用者可以了解到相应的营销活动的信息或用户分享的信息等。需要说明的是,为了使得语音数据的播放效果更好,可以为物联网设备设定图像数据或视频数据的播放规则,可以通过设定的播放规则(即第二播放规则)播放该图像数据或视频数据。
需要说明的是,第二播放规则可以是针对图像数据和/或视频数据的播放规则,也可以是针对图像数据和/或视频数据,以及音频数据的播放规则,例如,物联网设备接收到的数据包括音频数据和图像数据,则可以对音频数据和图像数据,使用第二播放规则进行播放,具体如第二播放规则为每间隔30分钟播放一次,则可以先播放音频数据,30分钟后,播放图像数据,然后,再30分钟后,可以播放音频数据,再经过30分钟后,可以播放图像数据,……直到到达终止播放时间等。
另外,第一播放规则中的播放模式为以固定播放间隔的方式播放的模式或以非固 定播放间隔的方式播放的模式,第二播放规则中的播放模式为以固定播放间隔的方式播放的模式、以非固定播放间隔的方式播放的模式、随机播放的模式或轮播的模式。
其中,以非固定播放间隔的方式播放的模式可以是以随机的播放间隔(例如5分钟-10分钟-30分钟-12分钟…等)的方式进行播放等。随机播放的模式可以是从多个待播放的数据中随机选择一个数据进行播放的模式等。轮播的模式可以是将多个待播放的数据进行排序,然后按照排序的数据依次进行播放,当播放完成排序的最后一个数据后,可以返回重新按照排序的数据依次进行播放,重复上述过程,直到到达终止播放时间。
此外,上述播放规则(包括第一播放规则和第二播放规则)可以由使用者根据实际情况灵活配置,具体地,物联网设备还可以接收配置设备发送的播放规则的配置信息,并根据该播放规则的配置信息确定第一播放规则和第二播放规则。
其中,配置设备可以是物联网设备的开发人员配置播放规则的设备,也可以是物联网设备的使用者设定或修改播放规则的设备,还可以物联网设备进行远程程序升级的设备,该配置设备具体可以为终端或服务器等,本说明书实施例对此不做限定。
在实施中,可以根据实际情况,设定播放规则的配置页面,该配置页面中可以包括播放规则的配置信息的输入框,以及提交按键和取消按键等,该配置页面可以是独立开发的单一网页,也可以是某应用程序中的一个页面等。当使用者需要设定或修改播放规则时,可以通过配置设备中安装的浏览器或上述应用程序打开上述配置页面,并可以在上述配置页面中的输入框中输入设定或修改播放规则(第一播放规则和/或第二播放规则),输入完成后,可以点击该配置页面中的提交按键,此时,使用者的物联网设备可以获取上述输入框中输入的设定或修改播放规则,并可以将获取的播放规则替换当前使用的相应播放规则。
物联网设备接收到音频数据、图像数据或视频数据后,可以通过上述设定的或修改的播放规则播放音频数据、图像数据或视频数据等。
此外,在实际应用中,可以根据实际情况,可以为不同业务的语音数据设定不同的播放规则,例如,理财业务对应的播放规则可以是每隔10分钟播放一次,播放开始时间为每天9:00,终止播放时间为每天15:00,而保险业务对应的播放规则可以是每隔30分钟播放一次,播放开始时间为每天18:00,终止播放时间为每天22:00等,为此,可以设定不同的业务类型,不同的业务类型可以对应一种播放规则,具体可以参见下述相关内容:物联网设备可以接收服务器发送的语音数据,获取该语音数据所属的业务类 型,并获取与该业务类型相匹配的第一播放规则,基于该第一播放规则播放该语音数据。
在实施中,物联网设备中可以预先存储有业务类型与播放规则的对应关系,该对应关系可以以表格的形式存储,具体可以参见下述表1所示。

在步骤S402中,接收服务器发送的语音数据,该语音数据是服务器将接收到的文本数据进行转换而得到的数据。
其中,服务器可以是用于数据的处理和下发的后台服务器,该服务器也可以是为物联网设备提供相关服务的服务器,该服务器还可以是进行资源转移的后台服务器(如进行支付、转账等金融业务的后台服务器等)等,本说明书实施例中,服务器可以是进行资源转移的后台服务器,同时,该服务器还可以用于将文本数据转换为语音数据等。

实施例五
如图6所示,本说明书实施例提供一种信息的处理方法,该方法可以由物联网设备和服务器共同执行,其中,该物联网设备可以如手机、智能空气净化器、智能床垫等设备,服务器可以是由单一的独立服务器构成,也可以是由多个服务器构成的服务器集群等。该方法可以用于向相应的物联网设备下发营销信息,而物联网设备接收并播放下发的营销信息等处理中。该方法具体可以包括以下步骤:
在步骤S602中,物联网设备接收配置设备发送的播放规则的配置信息。
其中,配置设备可以是任意设备,例如手机或平板电脑等移动终端设备,还可以如个人计算机等终端设备。
在实施中,可以根据实际情况,设定播放规则的配置页面,该配置页面中可以包括播放规则的配置信息的输入框,以及提交按键和取消按键等。当使用者需要设定或修改播放规则时,可以打开上述配置页面,并可以在上述配置页面中的输入框中输入设定或修改播放规则,输入完成后,可以点击该配置页面中的提交按键,此时,使用者的物联网设备可以获取上述输入框中输入的设定或修改播放规则,并生成播放规则的配置信息。
在步骤S604中,物联网设备根据上述播放规则的配置信息确定第一播放规则和第二播放规则。
其中,第一播放规则中的播放模式可以为以固定播放间隔的方式播放的模式或以非固定播放间隔的方式播放的模式,第二播放规则中的播放模式为以固定播放间隔的方式播放的模式、以非固定播放间隔的方式播放的模式、随机播放的模式或轮播的模式。
在实施中,可以根据上述播放规则的配置信息,确定音频数据的播放规则,即第一播放规则,以及图像数据和/或视频数据的播放规则,即第二播放规则,在实际应用中,第一播放规则与第二播放规则可以相同,也可以不同,例如,当待播放的数据包括音频数据、图像数据和视频数据中的一个或多个时,可以是使用同一种播放规则进行播放等。
在步骤S606中,服务器接收终端发送的文本数据。
在步骤S608中,服务器对上述文本数据进行风控校验,以确定该文本数据中是否包含预定的风控关键字。
在步骤S610中,如果上述文本数据中未包含预定的风控关键字,则服务器将该文本数据转换为语音数据,并将转换后的语音数据发送给预定的一个或多个物联网设备。
在步骤S612中,物联网设备获取上述语音数据所属的业务类型,并获取与该业务类型相匹配的第一播放规则。
在实施中,在实际应用中,可以根据实际情况,可以为不同业务的语音数据设定不同的播放规则,即可以设定不同的业务类型,而不同的业务类型可以对应一种播放规则,具体可以如前述相关内容,在此不再赘述。
在步骤S614中,物联网设备基于第一播放规则播放上述语音数据。
在步骤S616中,服务器接收终端发送的图像数据和/或视频数据。在实施中,当商户或用户需要推广某营销活动或某信息时,可以通过终端打开上述设置页面,并可以在上述设置页面中的输入框中输入该营销活动的图像数据和/或视频数据,输入完成后,可以点击该设置页面中的提交按键,此时,商户或用户的终端设备可以获取上述输入框中输入的图像数据或视频数据,并可以将获取的图像数据或视频数据发送给服务器,服务器可以接收商户或用户的终端发送的图像数据或视频数据。
在步骤S618中,服务器将上述图像数据和/或视频数据发送给物联网设备。
在步骤S620中,物联网设备按照预定的第二播放规则播放上述图像数据和/或视频数据,第二播放规则中包括播放开始时间和播放模式。
在实施中,物联网设备接收到服务器发送的图像数据或视频数据后,可以通过物联网设备的显示组件以第二播放规则输出该图像数据或视频数据,以便物联网设备的使用者观看到该图像数据或视频数据,以使该使用者可以了解到相应的营销活动的信息或用户分享的信息等。

Claims (25)

  1. 一种信息的处理系统,所述系统包括终端、服务器和一个或多个物联网设备,其中:
    所述终端,用于接收用户输入的文本数据,并将该文本数据发送给服务器;
    所述服务器,用于接收所述终端发送的文本数据,并将所述文本数据转换为语音数据,将转换后的语音数据发送给所述物联网设备;
    所述物联网设备,用于接收所述服务器发送的语音数据,并按照预定的第一播放规则播放所述语音数据,所述第一播放规则中包括播放开始时间和播放模式。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的系统,所述服务器,还用于对所述文本数据进行风控校验,确定所述文本数据中是否包含风控关键字。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的系统,所述物联网设备为用于资源转移的设备
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的系统,所述服务器,还用于接收所述终端发送的图像数据和/或视频数据,并将所述图像数据和/或视频数据发送给所述物联网设备;
    所述物联网设备,还用于接收所述服务器发送的图像数据和/或视频数据,并按照预定的第二播放规则播放所述图像数据和/或视频数据,所述第二播放规则中包括播放开始时间和播放模式。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的系统,所述第一播放规则中的播放模式为以固定播放间隔的方式播放的模式或以非固定播放间隔的方式播放的模式,所述第二播放规则中的播放模式为以固定播放间隔的方式播放的模式、以非固定播放间隔的方式播放的模式、随机播放的模式或轮播的模式。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的系统,所述物联网设备,还用于接收配置设备发送的播放规则的配置信息,并根据所述播放规则的配置信息确定所述第一播放规则和所述第二播放规则。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的系统,所述物联网设备,用于接收所述服务器发送的语音数据,获取所述语音数据所属的业务类型,并获取与所述业务类型相匹配的所述第一播放规则,基于所述第一播放规则播放所述语音数据。
  8. 一种物联网设备处理语音数据的方法,所述方法包括:
    接收服务器发送的语音数据,所述语音数据是所述服务器将接收到的文本数据进行转换而得到的数据;
    按照预定的第一播放规则播放所述语音数据,所述第一播放规则中包括播放开始时间和播放模式。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,所述按照预定的第一播放规则播放所述语音数据之后,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述服务器发送的图像数据和/或视频数据;
    按照预定的第二播放规则播放所述图像数据和/或视频数据,所述第二播放规则中包括播放开始时间和播放模式。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,所述第一播放规则中的播放模式为以固定播放间隔的方式播放的模式或以非固定播放间隔的方式播放的模式,所述第二播放规则中的播放模式为以固定播放间隔的方式播放的模式、以非固定播放间隔的方式播放的模式、随机播放的模式或轮播的模式。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,所述按照预定的第一播放规则播放所述语音数据之前,所述方法还包括:
    接收配置设备发送的播放规则的配置信息;
    根据所述播放规则的配置信息确定所述第一播放规则和所述第二播放规则。
  12. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,所述按照预定的第一播放规则播放所述语音数据,包括:
    获取所述语音数据所属的业务类型,并获取与所述业务类型相匹配的所述第一播放规则;
    基于所述第一播放规则播放所述语音数据。
  13. 一种信息的处理方法,所述方法包括:
    接收终端发送的文本数据;
    将所述文本数据转换为语音数据,并将转换后的语音数据发送给预定的一个或多个物联网设备,以使所述物联网设备按照预定的第一播放规则播放所述语音数据,所述第一播放规则中包括播放开始时间和播放模式。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的方法,所述将所述文本数据转换为语音数据,包括:
    对所述文本数据进行风控校验,以确定所述文本数据中是否包含预定的风控关键字;
    如果所述文本数据中未包含预定的风控关键字,则将所述文本数据转换为语音数据。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的方法,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述终端发送的图像数据和/或视频数据;
    将所述图像数据和/或视频数据发送给所述物联网设备,以使所述物联网设备按照预定的第二播放规则播放所述图像数据和/或视频数据,所述第二播放规则中包括播放开始时间和播放模式。
  16. 一种语音数据的处理装置,所述装置包括:
    语音接收模块,用于接收服务器发送的语音数据,所述语音数据是所述服务器将接收到的文本数据进行转换而得到的数据;
    语音播放模块,用于按照预定的第一播放规则播放所述语音数据,所述第一播放规则中包括播放开始时间和播放模式。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的装置,所述装置还包括:
    数据接收模块,用于接收所述服务器发送的图像数据和/或视频数据;
    数据播放模块,用于按照预定的第二播放规则播放所述图像数据和/或视频数据,所述第二播放规则中包括播放开始时间和播放模式。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的装置,所述第一播放规则中的播放模式为以固定播放间隔的方式播放的模式或以非固定播放间隔的方式播放的模式,所述第二播放规则中的播放模式为以固定播放间隔的方式播放的模式、以非固定播放间隔的方式播放的模式、随机播放的模式或轮播的模式。
  19. 根据权利要求17所述的装置,述装置还包括:
    配置接收模块,用于接收配置设备发送的播放规则的配置信息;
    规则确定模块,用于根据所述播放规则的配置信息确定所述第一播放规则和所述第二播放规则。
  20. 根据权利要求16所述的装置,所述语音播放模块,包括:
    规则获取单元,用于获取所述语音数据所属的业务类型,并获取与所述业务类型相匹配的所述第一播放规则;
    语音播放单元,用于基于所述第一播放规则播放所述语音数据。
  21. 一种信息的处理装置,所述装置包括:
    文本数据接收模块,用于接收终端发送的文本数据;
    文本数据处理模块,用于将所述文本数据转换为语音数据,并将转换后的语音数据发送给预定的一个或多个物联网设备,以使所述物联网设备按照预定的第一播放规则播放所述语音数据,所述第一播放规则中包括播放开始时间和播放模式。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的装置,所述文本数据处理模块,包括:
    校验单元,用于对所述文本数据进行风控校验,以确定所述文本数据中是否包含预定的风控关键字;
    转换单元,用于如果所述文本数据中未包含预定的风控关键字,则将所述文本数据转换为语音数据。
  23. 根据权利要求21所述的装置,所述装置还包括:
    图像数据接收模块,用于接收所述终端发送的图像数据和/或视频数据;
    图像数据发送模块,用于将所述图像数据和/或视频数据发送给所述物联网设备,以使所述物联网设备按照预定的第二播放规则播放所述图像数据和/或视频数据,所述第二播放规则中包括播放开始时间和播放模式。
  24. 一种物联网设备,所述物联网设备包括:
    处理器;以及
    被安排成存储计算机可执行指令的存储器,所述可执行指令在被执行时使所述处理器:
    接收服务器发送的语音数据,所述语音数据是所述服务器将接收到的文本数据进行转换而得到的数据;
    按照预定的第一播放规则播放所述语音数据,所述第一播放规则中包括播放开始时间和播放模式。
  25. 一种信息的处理设备,所述信息的处理设备包括:
    处理器;以及
    被安排成存储计算机可执行指令的存储器,所述可执行指令在被执行时使所述处理器:
    接收终端发送的文本数据;
    将所述文本数据转换为语音数据,并将转换后的语音数据发送给预定的一个或多个物联网设备,以使所述物联网设备按照预定的第一播放规则播放所述语音数据,所述第一播放规则中包括播放开始时间和播放模式。
