The invention relates to a washing machine (1) comprises a stationary liquid boiler (20) arranged in a body (10); a drum (30) having a perforated surface disposed in said liquid boiler (20) in such a manner that a space (S) is formed between there in with the liquid boiler (20) and arranged to rotate about a drive shaft (50) axis; a lid (L) provided at the inlet (32) to the drum; a liquid inlet to provide water inlet to the drum (30); a drive mechanism (D) which is arranged to rotate the drum (30) by driving said drive shaft (50) and a pair of electro-oxidation elements which act as anode (A) or cathode (C) with current flowing from a power source (40) arranged to provide oxidant from water for used in the wash.

Description

A WASHING MACHINE
TECHNICAL FIELD
The present invention relates to washing machines, particularly, domestic and industrial drum washing machines intended to eliminate the use of detergents and similar cleaning agents.
PRIOR ART
Washing machines designed with the known technique have been used in homes and industrial areas for a long time. Washing machines perform the cleaning process by applying water and detergent-like cleaning agents at a certain temperature to the laundry placed in a drum and subjecting the laundry to shaking in the drum by rotating the drum.
W02000009792A1 shows a washing machine operating in the aforementioned technique. The machine comprises a detergent compartment. The use of cleaning agents has many disadvantages during and after the washing process. Particularly people with high skin sensitivity and sensitivity to detergent-like products experience various skin discomforts when they wear clothes that have been cleaned in the respective machines.
The washing process using detergents and the like causes personal health problems as well as environmental pollution. As is known, detergents contain many toxic substances such as phosphate and the like. These substances are released to the nature by discharging them from the washing machine with the waste water after the washing process is finished.
As a result, all the problems mentioned above have made it necessary to make an innovation in the related field. OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The present invention, aims to eliminate the aforementioned problems and to make a technical innovation in the related field.
The main object of the invention is to eliminate the need for detergents and similar cleaning agents or provide a drum washing machine structure which can provide washing by bringing the need below the known level.
Another object of the invention is to provide a drum washing machine structure for users who are sensitive to detergents and similar cleaning agents.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In order to achieve all the objects mentioned above and which will emerge from the following detailed description, the present invention comprises, a stationary liquid boiler arranged in a body; a drum having a perforated surface disposed in said liquid boiler in such a manner that a space is formed between there in with the liquid boiler and arranged to rotate about a drive shaft axis; a lid provided at the inlet to the drum; a liquid inlet to provide water inlet to the drum; a drive mechanism which is arranged to rotate the drum by driving said drive shaft and a pair of electro-oxidation elements which act as anode or cathode with current flowing from a power source arranged to provide oxidant from water for used in the wash.
A preferred embodiment of the invention, the electro-oxidation elements are arranged in the liquid boiler.
In another preferred embodiment of the invention, the electro-oxidation elements are arranged in the space between the liquid boiler and the drum.
In another preferred embodiment of the invention, the electro-oxidation elements are provided in a linear extending form.
A preferred embodiment of the invention, at least one of the electro-oxidation elements is in the form of a rod, plate or pipe.
In another preferred embodiment of the invention, one of the electro-oxidation element is a liquid boiler. A preferred embodiment of the invention, one of the electro-oxidation element is the drum.
In another preferred embodiment of the invention, the power source is arranged such that one of its positive or negative ends is connected to the bearing on which the drive shaft is mounted.
A preferred embodiment of the invention, comprises a clamp connected to and around the bearing to ensure that one of the positive or negative ends of the power source is connected to the bearing on which the drive shaft is mounted.
In another preferred embodiment of the invention, of the invention comprises a cleaning agent compartment.
A preferred embodiment of the invention, comprises a direct current circuit board that transfers and regulates the current supplied from the power source to the anode and cathode.
Another preferred embodiment of the invention, comprises a control unit for controlling the current supplied from the power source.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In this detailed description, the washing machine (1 ) of the present invention is illustrated only by examples which will have no limiting effect in order to better understand the subject matter. The washing machines of the invention especially it relates to drum washing machines for eliminating the use of detergents and similar cleaning agents.
A cross-sectional view according to the Y axis shown in Figure 1 is given in Figure 1.A. The washing machine (1 ) according to the invention comprises a body (10). The body (10) forms a housing for the liquid boiler (20) and the drum (30).
The body (10) is preferably arranged in the form of a rectangular prism. The lid (L) is provided on the surface of the body (10), preferably on its front surface. The lid (L) enables the washing machine (1 ), more specifically, the drum (30) to be loaded with laundry and the system to remain closed during washing. The lids (L) are generally connected to the mouth (32) of the washing machine (1 ) by a vertical hinge and have a glassy surface. In addition, the lid (L) may include the gasket and bellows elements necessary to provide the seal.
A liquid boiler (20) is arranged in the body (10). The liquid boiler (20) is preferably provided in cylindrical geometry. The liquid boiler (20) is a fixed structure. The immobilized liquid boiler (20) is preferably arranged parallel to or partially inclined to the ground.
A drum (30) is arranged in the internal volume of the liquid boiler (20). The drum (30) is arranged in a cylindrical geometry and co-volume with the liquid boiler. The diameter of the drum (30) is smaller than the liquid boiler (20). Accordingly, a gap is formed between the drum (30) and the liquid boiler (20).
Multiple holes are provided on the surface of the drum (30). Multiple holes are arranged to allow water inlet and outlet of the drum (30).
The drum (30) is centrally connected to a drive shaft (50). The drive shaft (50) is connected to the drum (30) by passing through the rear surface of the liquid boiler (20). The drive shaft (50) is mounted at the point of the liquid boiler (20). A bearing (60) can be used as an electric contact point.
The drive shaft (30) is rotated by a drive mechanism (D). This rotational movement rotates mentioned drum (30) in the liquid boiler (20) with respect to the axis of the drive shaft (50). The drive mechanism (D) referred to herein may be a motor directly or a transmission mechanism which transmits the rotational movement provided by the motor and the motor by pulley-belts or gears.
The washing machine (1 ) of the present invention is provided with a water inlet (not shown in the figures) to source water to the system for washing and the water conducting element to mentioned liquid boiler (20) / drum (30), for example fountain- type head.
It may also include a drainage system or a pump system for discharging the used water from the liquid boiler (20). It may also include a pump and a water tank for providing the used water to the liquid boiler (20) / drum (30).
The washing machine of the present invention comprises two electro-oxidation elements to obtain oxidant (electron acceptor) from the water to or from the water to be transferred to the liquid boiler (20) / drum (30).
The oxidants obtained from the reaction provided by the electro-oxidation elements can be ozone, hypochlorite acid, chlorine gas, hydrogen peroxide, hydroxyl radical. The washing function is carried out in particular by ozone. It can occur in different oxidants, with the addition of inlets next to the water.
The washing with oxidized water completely eliminates or substantially reduces the need for detergents.
The electro-oxidation elements are elements according to the function of anode (A) and cathode (C), respectively, by connecting to the positive and negative ends of a power source (40). Mentioned electro-oxidation elements must be arranged to contact the water used / to be used in the wash.
Accordingly, the washing machine (1 ) according to the invention is in the most basic form;
a stationary liquid boiler (20) arranged in a body (10);
a drum (30) having a perforated surface (30) disposed in mentioned liquid boiler (20) in such a manner that a space (S) is formed there in with the liquid boiler (20) and arranged to rotate about a drive shaft (50) axis;
a lid (L) provided at the inlet (32) to the drum ;
a fluid inlet to provide water inlet to the drum (30); a drive mechanism (D) arranged to rotate the drum (30) by driving mentioned drive shaft (50);
and a pair of electro-oxidation elements which act as anode (A) or cathode (C) with current flowing from a power source (40) arranged to contact water provided for use in the wash .
Preferably, the electro-oxidation elements are arranged in the liquid boiler (20) to contact the water used in the washing process. Furthermore, the electro-oxidation element can be arranged to contact with water before it reaches the liquid boiler (20) or when it is taken to a water tank for feedback. A preferred embodiment of the invention is shown in Figures 1 -1.B. In this embodiment, the electro-oxidation elements are arranged in the space between the liquid boiler (20) and the drum (30). In this way, the elements capable of performing the electro oxidation process in the respective washing machine (1 ) can be arranged without using an extra space. In one embodiment of the invention, the electro-oxidation elements are provided in linear extending form. Preferably, the electro-oxidation elements are provided as a pair of rods, plates, pipes, preferably rods. One of the bars is used as anode (A) and cathode (C), respectively, by connecting to the positive end of the power source (40) and to the other negative end of the power source (40) The rods arranged as anode (A) and cathode (C) are placed in the space (S) by passing through the surface of the liquid boiler (20). In addition, sealing elements may be used at mentioned insertion point.
Another preferred embodiment of the invention is shown in Figures 2-2. A. In this embodiment, the liquid boiler (20) and the drum (30) are connected to the positive and negative end of the power source (40) so as to be used as anode (A) and cathode (C). Thus, by increasing the area gain, oxidative washing is provided with the elements of the washing machine (1 ) already used.
It has been previously disclosed that the drum (30) is connected to the drive shaft (50). Flere, the drum (30) is connected to the positive or negative end of the power source (40) by mentioned drive shaft (50). More specifically, the positive or negative end of the power source (40) is connected to the drive shaft (50). In a more advantageous embodiment, the positive or negative end of the power source (40) is connected to the bearing (60) in which the drive shaft (50) is mounted, in particular to a clamp (61 ) connected to the surface of the bearing (60). Thus, the power source (40) is easily connected to the rotational movement of the drive shaft (50) and the drum (30).
The positive or negative end of the power source (40) may be connected to the outer surface of the liquid boiler (20) at any point.
The liquid boiler (20) may be connected to the power source to act as anode (A) or cathode (C) and may be connected to the power source (40) to act as drum cathode (C) or anode (A), respectively. It is possible to provide alternative embodiments in which the embodiments shown in Figures 1 -1. B and 2-2. A are combined.
In one embodiment, anode (A) or the cathode (C) arranged and liquid boiler (20) and the drum (30) between the space (S) arranged in an electro-oxidation element and respectively the cathode (C) or the anode (A) to serve as a drum (30) connected to the power source (40). The connection of the drum (30) to the power source (40) can be achieved by the aforementioned bearing (60), clamp (61 ) or drive shaft (50).
In another embodiment, an electro-oxidation element arranged as anode (A) or cathode (C) and arranged in the space (S) between the liquid boiler (20) and the drum (30) and will act as cathode (C) or anode (A), respectively, and a liquid boiler (20) connected to the power source (40).
Mentioned power source (40) preferably provides direct current.
The power source (40) may be the power source (40) of the washing machine or it may be arranged as a separate power source (40).
Furthermore, the washing machine (1 ) may include an AC/DC convector to provide direct current. The electro-oxidation elements can be connected via the corresponding AC/DC convector.
A preferred embodiment of the invention comprises a direct current circuit board that transfers and regulates the current supplied from the power source (40) to the anode (A) and the cathode (C). Another preferred embodiment of the invention comprises a control unit for controlling the current supplied from the power source (40).
Electro-oxidation elements are made of materials suitable for forming anode (A) and / or cathode (C). Preferably it is metal. Specifically, lithium, sodium, potassium, rubidium, cesium, francium, beryllium, magnesium, calcium, strontium, barium, radium, aluminum, gallium, indium, tin, thallium, lead, bismuth, polonium, flerovium, scandium, titanium, vanadium, chromium, manganese, iron, cobalt, nickel, copper, zinc, yttrium, zirconium, niobium, molybdenum, technetium, ruthenium, rhodium, silver, cadmium, lanthanum, hafnium, tantalum, tungsten, rhenium, osmium, iridium, platinum, gold, mercury, actinium, rutherfordium, dubnium, seaborgium, bohrium, hassium, meitnerium, darmstadtium, roentgenium, copernicium, cerium, praseodymium, neodymium, promethium, samarium, europium, gadolinium, terbium, dysprosium, holmium, terbium, dysprosium, ytterbium, lutetium, thorium, protactinium, uranium, neptunium, plutonium, americium, curium, berkelium, californium, einsteinium, fermium, mendelevium, nobelium, lawrencium, boron, silicon, germanium, arsenic, antimony, tellurium, astatine and carbon elements It can be selected to produce electro-oxidation elements from materials obtained from metal alloy .

It is obvious that a person skilled in the art can establish similar embodiments in light of the foregoing without departing from the main theme of the invention.

Claims

1. A washing machine (1 ) comprising,
a stationary liquid boiler (20) arranged in a body (10) ;
a drum (30) having a perforated surface disposed in said liquid boiler (20) in such a manner that a space (S) is formed between there in with the liquid boiler (20) and arranged to rotate about a drive shaft (50) axis;
a lid (L) provided at the inlet (32) to the drum ;
a liquid inlet to provide water inlet to the drum (30) ;
a drive mechanism (D) which is arranged to rotate the drum (30) by driving said drive shaft (50), characterized in that, a pair of electro-oxidation elements which act as anode (A) or cathode (C) with current flowing from a power source (40) arranged to provide oxidant from water for used in the wash.
2. A washing machine (1 ) according to claim 1 , characterized in that; the electro oxidation elements are arranged in the liquid boiler (20).
3. A washing machine (1 ) according to claim 1 , characterized in that, the electro oxidation elements are arranged in the space (S) between the liquid boiler (20) and the drum (30).
4. A washing machine (1 ) according to claim 3, characterized in that, the electro oxidation elements are in the form of linear extending.
5. A washing machine (1 ) according to claim 3, characterized in that, at least one of the electro-oxidation elements is in the form of rods, plates or tubes.
6. A washing machine (1 ) according to claim 1 , characterized in that, one of the electro-oxidation elements is a liquid boiler (20).
7. A washing machine (1 ) according to claim 1 or 6, characterized in that, one of the electro-oxidation elements is the drum (30).
8. A washing machine (1 ) according to claim 7 characterized in that, power source (40) is arranged in such manner that its positive or negative ends is connected to the bearing (60) on which the drive shaft (50) is mounted.
9. A washing machine (1 ) according to claim 8, characterized in that, comprises a clamp (61 ) connected around the bearing (60) to ensure that one of the positive or negative ends of the power supply (40) is connected to the bearing (60) on which the drive shaft (50) is mounted.
10. A washing machine (1 ) according to claim 1 , characterized in that, comprise a cleaning agent compartment.
11. A washing machine (1 ) according to claim 1 , characterized in that, comprises a direct current circuit board that transfers and regulates the current provided by the power source (40) to the anode (A) and cathode(C).
12. A washing machine (1 ) according to claim 1 , characterized in that, a control unit for controlling the current provided by the power source (40).
13. A washing machine (1 ) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that, the liquid boiler (20) and the drum (30) are arranged parallel or angled to the ground.
