Description

Monitoring control terminal device and screen display method
This application relates to a monitoring control terminal device and a screen display method.
In the conventional monitoring control terminal device, the timing at which an event such as the control operation performed from the monitoring control terminal device to the monitoring device and the state change of the monitoring device occurs, and the transition of the data value acquired from the monitoring device before and after the event occurrence are appropriate. It was necessary to investigate the nature and the cause of the abnormal display of the data value based on the trend graph displayed on the display screen provided in the monitoring control terminal device.
In the confirmation work in the conventional monitoring control terminal device, a user such as an operator grasps the event occurrence time by himself / herself, visually confirms the transition of the data value displayed as the trend graph, and searches for the timing when the event occurs. Then, it was necessary to confirm the data value transition and the presence / absence of the event for the related monitoring equipment that had been grasped in advance based on the search result. In addition, since the trend graph display screen that displays the data value of the monitoring device can only display the device assigned to the screen in advance, the user can grasp in advance which screen the data value of the monitoring device to be displayed is assigned. I had to do it. In addition, in order to confirm the event, it was necessary to move from the trend graph screen to another screen and find the desired event from the event list for all the monitored devices.
For example, in a monitoring and control system for water treatment, in order to flow water from a running water pump, it is necessary to open the valve before flowing water, and as an associated ladder diagram so that the operation to open the valve is always performed. A control scenario is provided. Since such a relationship is made at the time of system design, the relationship between the running water pump and the valve is not specified in the monitoring control terminal used by the user. Therefore, the user cannot recognize this association in the monitoring control terminal device. However, in order to investigate the cause of an abnormality when it occurs, it is necessary to be aware of these relationships.
In this way, in the conventional monitoring and control terminal device, the event and the trend graph are not linked to each other, so it takes time and effort to associate and grasp the event and the trend graph, and the efficiency of the graph analysis work is reduced. It was. In order to solve such a problem, a method of displaying an event icon indicating an event occurrence point in addition to a trend graph is disclosed (see, for example, Patent Document 1). In addition, without searching the signal list for the signal to be monitored and controlled, simply selecting a symbol can easily add a signal on the trend graph or control screen for monitoring and control. (See, for example, Patent Document 2).
Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2000-339023
In the above-mentioned Patent Document 1, since the event icon indicating the event occurrence point is displayed together with the trend graph, the event and the trend graph can be associated and grasped. However, the number of events to be displayed for the trend graphs of all the monitoring devices to be monitored becomes enormous, and when a huge number of events are displayed, there is a problem that the display of the trend graph becomes difficult to see. Another problem is that only abnormal events, which are events in which an abnormality has occurred, cannot be easily extracted from the event display.
In the above-mentioned Patent Document 2, a symbol is displayed, and a signal can be added to the trend graph without searching the signal list for the signal. However, since the graph display device described in Patent Document 2 is constructed so that the display format of the graph screen is constant, when it is desired to change the display format such as adding a stage to perform graph analysis. , There was a problem that it was necessary to create a screen with additional columns in advance. In addition, since the event to be displayed on the same screen as the graph cannot be selected, the monitoring device is used when the user investigates related devices in order to grasp the true cause of the graph transition. There was a problem that it was necessary to grasp the relationship between the two.
The present application has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and a monitoring control terminal capable of easily grasping the occurrence of an abnormal event and easily confirming the transition of monitoring data of a monitoring device related to the abnormal event. FIG. 7 shows a control scenario in which when water is flowed from a pumping station, the opening degree of the water valve 1 must be 100 or more before water is flowed, and water is not flowed unless the condition is satisfied. Control scenarios are created when the system is designed. The monitoring control system determines the control scenario of the monitoring device 103 involved in the operation at the time of user operation, and the determination result is stored in the event information storage unit 24 as an event.
Next, a specific example of the trend graph screen 102 will be described. FIG. 8 is a diagram showing an example of a trend graph screen 102 of the monitoring control terminal device 100 according to the first embodiment. The trend graph screen 102 is composed of a graph area 31, an axis item 32, an axis candidate item 33, and a display format item 34 whose horizontal axis is the time axis. By selecting the item that the user wants to display in the graph area 31 from the items displayed in the axis candidate item 33 as a selection item and dragging and dropping it onto the axis item 32, the monitoring data of the selected item becomes the graph area 31 as the trend graph 35. Is displayed in. In FIG. 8, in an example in which the item “water level 1: measured value” is selected, the time change of the water level 1 in the reservoir 1 is displayed as a trend graph 35 in the graph area 31. The functions of each part of the monitoring control unit 101 related to this graph display will be described. The item candidate image generation unit 1 generates image data for displaying the items that are the axis candidates of the trend graph 35 to be displayed in the graph area 31 in the axis candidate item 33. The order of the items displayed in the axis candidate item 33 may be prioritized, for example, in descending order of the number of times selected. The input item receiving unit 2 searches the item list storage unit 21 for the selected item selected from the items displayed in the axis candidate item 33. The graph display image generation unit 3 acquires the monitoring data corresponding to the selected item extracted by searching the item list storage unit 21 from the monitoring data storage unit 22 and generates image data to be displayed as a graph on the trend graph screen 102. The graph area 31 is rewritten to the display format selected by the user and displayed by the user selecting the item displayed in the display format item 34 and dragging and dropping it onto the graph area 31. For example, when the user selects the addition of columns, the graph area 31 is displayed in two columns, and different items can be displayed in each graph area 31.
Further, in addition to the trend graph 35, the event 36 and the control scenario 37 related to the selected item are automatically displayed in the graph area 31.
