Abstract

一种偏振成像方法及其装置、偏振成像系统,偏振成像方法通过变化光阑(10)通光孔的位置,以使经收集透镜(30)后的不同角度范围和/或不同方向的偏振透射光束透过光阑(10)的光阑通光孔,以获得标准样品(60)的多个第一偏振属性和待测样品(50)的多个第二偏振属性,并由标准样品(60)的多个第一偏振属性与标准样品(60)的标准属性得到多个偏振属性误差,从而能够在获得待测样品(50)的不同角度的多个第二偏振属性后,由偏振属性误差对不同角度的多个第二偏振属性进行校准,以在降低所获得的多个第二偏振属性的偏振属性误差的前提下,提高待测样品(50)偏振图像的分辨率,获得待测样品(50)的各向异性信息,并且偏振成像方法简单,成本低。
