信息发送方法及用户终端、计算机可读存储介质
本申请要求于2019年3月29日提交中国专利局、申请号为201910247923.X、发明名称为“信息发送方法及用户终端、计算机可读存储介质”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及无线通信领域,尤其涉及一种信息发送方法及用户终端、计算机可读存储介质。
背景技术
在单传输点单载波情况下,新空口(New Radio,NR)R15制定了多个上行物理信道或者信号的冲突处理优先级准则。在每个符号上,仅支持1个物理信道或信号的发送。
R16支持多传输点(multiple Transmission Reception Point,multi-TRP)传输,也即有多个传输点与用户终端进行通信。然而,在R16中,并未给出当多个通信链路的物理信道发生冲突时的具体解决方案。
发明内容
本发明实施例的目的是提供一种在多个通信链路的物理信道发生冲突时的解决方案。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明实施例提供一种信息发送方法,包括:当检测到发送目标信息的指令时,判断所述目标信息中是否存在 冲突的物理信道;当所述目标信息中存在冲突的物理信道时,确定所述目标信息中的各物理信道对应的优先级;根据所述目标信道中的各物理信道的优先级,对所述目标信息进行处理后发送;所述对所述目标信息进行处理,包括:将所述目标信息中低优先级的物理信道携带的信息复用至所述目标信息中高优先级的物理信道;或,丢弃所述目标信息中低优先级的物理信道携带的信息。
可选的,所述判断所述目标信息中是否存在冲突的物理信道,包括:当检测到所述目标信息中存在至少两个物理信道在同一个符号上重叠时,判定所述目标信息中存在冲突的物理信道。
可选的,所述确定所述目标信息中的各物理信道对应的优先级,包括:根据信道类型以及所携带的信息,确定所述目标信息中各物理信道对应的优先级。

与现有技术相比,本发明实施例的技术方案具有以下有益效果:
当目标信息中存在冲突的物理信道时,根据目标信息中各物理信道对应的优先级,将目标信息中低优先级的物理信道携带的信息复用至目标信息中高优先级的物理信道,或丢弃目标信息中低优先级的物理信道携带的信息,从而实现在多个物理信道发生冲突时,能够对冲突的物理信道进行相应的处理,提高通信系统性能。

如上所述,在R16中,并未给出当多个通信链路的物理信道发生冲突时的具体解决方案。
在本发明实施例中,当目标信息中存在冲突的物理信道时,根据目标信息中各物理信道对应的优先级,将目标信息中低优先级的物理信道携带的信息复用至目标信息中高优先级的物理信道,或丢弃目标信息中低优先级的物理信道携带的信息,从而实现在多个物理信道发生冲突时,能够对冲突的物理信道进行相应的处理,提高通信系统性能。
为使本发明的上述目的、特征和有益效果能够更为明显易懂,下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施例做详细的说明。
本发明实施例提供了一种信息发送方法,参照图1,以下通过具体步骤进行详细说明。
步骤S101,当检测到发送目标信息的指令时,判断所述目标信息中是否存在冲突的物理信道。
在具体实施中,基站可以向用户终端发送指示信息,来指示用户 终端发送目标信息。基站可以隐式地指示用户终端发送目标信息,也可以显式地指示用户终端发送目标信息。在实际应用中,基站可以通过下行控制信息(Downlink Control Information,DCI)等信息来指示用户终端发送目标信息。
用户终端在接收到基站的发送的指示信息后,即可获知存在向基站发送目标信息的需求。
在本发明实施例中,目标信息可以包括多个物理信道。当用户终端检测到存在发送目标信息的指令,且目标信息需要在同一时刻发送时,目标信息中的信息可能存在冲突。因此,在本发明实施例中,可以先判断目标信息中是否存在冲突的物理信道;当存在冲突的物理信道时,可以执行步骤S102。
在本发明实施例中,当检测到目标信息中存在至少两个物理信道在同一个符号上重叠时,可以判定目标信息中存在冲突的物理信道。

在本发明实施例中,可以根据目标信息中各物理信道对应的信道类型以及所携带的信息,确定目标信息中各物理信道对应的优先级。目标信息中的物理信道的类型可以包括物理上行共享信道(Physical Uplink Shared Channel,PUSCH)以及物理上行控制信道(Physical Uplink Control Channel,PUCCH)中的至少一种。
在具体实施中,当目标信息中的物理信道包括PUSCH以及PUCCH时,可以采用如下至少一种方法来确定各物理信道对应的优先级:
若PUCCH携带HARQ-ACK信息,且PUSCH仅携带CSI信息但未携带HARQ-ACK信息,则可以确定携带HARQ-ACK信息的 PUCCH的优先级,高于携带CSI信息但未携带HARQ-ACK信息的PUSCH的优先级。
当PUCCH携带HARQ-ACK信息,且PUSCH未携带CSI信息也未携带HARQ-ACK信息时,可以确定携带HARQ-ACK信息的PUCCH的优先级,高于未携带CSI信息且未携带HARQ-ACK信息的PUSCH的优先级。
当PUSCH携带HARQ-ACK信息时,可以确定携带HARQ-ACK信息的PUSCH的优先级,高于携带任意信息的PUCCH的优先级。换而言之,在目标信息中,只要PUSCH携带HARQ-ACK信息,此时的PUSCH即为最高优先级。
也就是说,当目标信息中的物理信道包括PUSCH以及PUCCH时,可以采用如上任一种或多种方法,来确定携带不同信息的PUSCH与PUCCH的优先级。
换而言之,当目标信息中的物理信道包括PUSCH以及PUCCH时,可以仅采用上述的某一种方法来确定携带不同信息的PUSCH与PUCCH的优先级,也可以采用上述的两种或更多种方法来确定携带不同信息的PUSCH与PUCCH的优先级。
在本发明实施例中,PUSCH携带的CSI信息可以包括以下至少一种:周期性CSI信息、半持续CSI信息以及非周期CSI报告。当PUSCH携带的CSI信息为非周期CSI报告时,触发非周期CSI报告的PDCCH与携带非周期CSI报告的PUSCH的时间间隔大于预设时间门限。在具体实施中,预设时间门限可以为现有通信协议中的规定值。
在具体实施中,当目标信息中的物理信道包括PUCCH以及PUCCH时,可以采用如下至少一种方法来确定各物理信道对应的优先级:

在具体实施中,目标信息中的各物理信道承载的信息可能相同,但是对应不同的资源类型。因此,在确定目标信息中的各物理信道对应的优先级时,还可以根据物理信道对应的资源类型,确定目标信息中各物理信道对应的优先级。
在本发明实施例中,可以确定公共PUCCH的优先级,高于非公共PUCCH的优先级。
在具体实施中,在确定目标信息中的各物理信道对应的优先级时,还可以根据物理信道对应的小区索引,确定目标信息中各物理信道对应的优先级。
在本发明实施例中,可以确定最小小区索引公共PUCCH的优先级,高于高小区索引公共PUCCH的优先级;可以确定最小小区索引非公共PUCCH的优先级,高于高小区索引非公共PUCCH的优先级。
也就是说,当目标信息中的物理信道包括携带不同信息的PUCCH时,可以仅采用上述的某一种方法来确定携带不同信息的PUCCH的优先级,也可以采用上述的两种或更多种方法来确定携带不同信息的PUCCH的优先级。
步骤S103,根据所述目标信道中的各物理信道的优先级,对所述目标信息进行处理后发送。
在具体实施中,在确定了目标信息中各物理信道的优先级之后,可以对目标信息进行处理,并将处理完成后的目标信息发送至网络侧。
在本发明实施例中,对目标信息进行处理,可以是将目标信息中低优先级的物理信道携带的信息复用至目标信息中高优先级的物理信道;或者,丢弃目标信息中低优先级的物理信道携带的信息。
在本发明实施例中,当确定携带HARQ-ACK信息的PUCCH的优先级,高于携带CSI信息但未携带HARQ-ACK信息的PUSCH的优先级时,可以将PUSCH携带的CSI信息复用至携带HARQ-ACK信息的PUCCH;或,丢弃携带CSI信息但未携带HARQ-ACK信息的PUSCH。
当确定携带HARQ-ACK信息的PUCCH的优先级,高于未携带CSI信息且未携带HARQ-ACK信息的PUSCH的优先级时,可以丢弃未携带CSI且未携带HARQ-ACK信息的PUSCH。
当确定携带HARQ-ACK信息的PUSCH的优先级,高于携带任意信息的PUCCH的优先级时,可以丢弃携带任意信息的PUCCH;或,将携带CSI信息的PUCCH中的CSI信息复用至所述携带HARQ-ACK信息的PUSCH。
当确定携带HARQ-ACK信息的PUCCH的优先级,高于携带CSI信息但未携带HARQ-ACK信息的PUCCH的优先级时,可以丢弃携带CSI信息但未携带HARQ-ACK信息的PUCCH;也可以将携带CSI信息但未携带HARQ-ACK信息的PUCCH中的CSI信息,复用至携带HARQ-ACK信息的PUCCH。
当确定携带CSI信息与HARQ-ACK信息的PUCCH的优先级,高于仅携带HARQ-ACK信息的PUCCH的优先级时,可以丢弃仅携带HARQ-ACK信息的PUCCH。
当确定公共PUCCH的优先级,高于非公共PUCCH的优先级时,可以丢弃非公共PUCCH;也可以将非公共PUCCH携带的信息复用至所述公共PUCCH。
当确定最小小区索引公共PUCCH的优先级,高于高小区索引公 共PUCCH的优先级时,可以丢弃高小区索引公共PUCCH;也可以将高小区索引公共PUCCH携带的信息复用至所述最小小区索引公共PUCCH。
当确定最小小区索引非公共PUCCH的优先级,高于高小区索引非公共PUCCH的优先级时,可以丢弃高小区索引非公共PUCCH;也可以将高小区索引非公共PUCCH携带的信息复用至所述最小小区索引非公共PUCCH。
由此可见,采用本发明上述实施例中提供的信息发送方法,当目标信息中存在冲突的物理信道时,根据目标信息中各物理信道对应的优先级,将目标信息中低优先级的物理信道携带的信息复用至目标信息中高优先级的物理信道,或丢弃目标信息中低优先级的物理信道携带的信息,从而实现在多个物理信道发生冲突时,能够对冲突的物理信道进行相应的处理,提高通信系统性能。
参照图2,给出了本发明实施例中的一种用户终端20,包括:判断单元201、确定单元202、处理单元203以及发送单元204,其中:
判断单元201,用于当检测到发送目标信息的指令时,判断所述目标信息中是否存在冲突的物理信道;
确定单元202,用于当所述目标信息中存在冲突的物理信道时,确定所述目标信息中的各物理信道对应的优先级;
处理单元203,用于根据所述目标信道中的各物理信道的优先级,对所述目标信息进行处理,包括:将所述目标信息中低优先级的物理信道携带的信息复用至所述目标信息中高优先级的物理信道;或,丢弃所述目标信息中低优先级的物理信道携带的信息;
发送单元204,用于将处理后的目标信息发送。
在具体实施中,所述判断单元201,可以用于当检测到所述目标信息中存在至少两个物理信道在同一个符号上重叠时,判定所述目标信息中存在冲突的物理信道。
在具体实施中,所述确定单元202,可以用于根据信道类型以及所携带的信息,确定所述目标信息中各物理信道对应的优先级。
在具体实施中,所述确定单元202,可以用于执行如下至少一种:确定携带HARQ-ACK信息的PUCCH的优先级,高于携带CSI信息但未携带HARQ-ACK信息的PUSCH的优先级;确定携带HARQ-ACK信息的PUCCH的优先级,高于未携带CSI信息且未携带HARQ-ACK信息的PUSCH的优先级;确定携带HARQ-ACK信息的PUSCH的优先级,高于携带任意信息的PUCCH的优先级。
在具体实施中,所述PUSCH携带的CSI信息可以包括以下至少一种:周期性CSI信息、半持续CSI信息以及非周期CSI报告。
在具体实施中,当所述PUSCH携带的CSI信息为非周期CSI报告时,触发所述非周期CSI报告的PDCCH与携带所述非周期CSI报告的PUSCH的时间间隔大于预设时间门限。
在具体实施中,所述处理单元203,可以用于当所述确定单元202确定携带HARQ-ACK信息的PUCCH的优先级,高于携带CSI信息但未携带HARQ-ACK信息的PUSCH的优先级时,将所述PUSCH携带的CSI信息复用至所述携带HARQ-ACK信息的PUCCH;或,丢弃携带CSI信息但未携带HARQ-ACK信息的PUSCH。
在具体实施中,所述处理单元203,可以用于当所述确定单元202确定携带HARQ-ACK信息的PUCCH的优先级,高于未携带CSI信息且未携带HARQ-ACK信息的PUSCH的优先级时,丢弃所述未携带CSI且未携带HARQ-ACK信息的PUSCH。

在具体实施中,所述确定单元202,可以用于根据物理信道对应的资源类型,确定所述目标信息中各物理信道对应的优先级。
在具体实施中,所述确定单元202,可以用于确定公共PUCCH的优先级,高于非公共PUCCH的优先级。
在具体实施中,所述处理单元203,可以用于当所述确定单元202确定公共PUCCH的优先级,高于非公共PUCCH的优先级时,丢弃所述非公共PUCCH;或,将所述非公共PUCCH携带的信息复用至所述公共PUCCH。
在具体实施中,所述确定单元202,可以用于根据物理信道对应的小区索引,确定所述目标信息中各物理信道对应的优先级。

在具体实施中,所述处理单元203,可以用于当所述确定单元确定最小小区索引非公共PUCCH的优先级,高于高小区索引非公共PUCCH的优先级时,丢弃所述高小区索引非公共PUCCH;或,将所述高小区索引非公共PUCCH携带的信息复用至所述最小小区索引非公共PUCCH。
本发明实施例还提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质为非易失性存储介质或非瞬态存储介质,其上存储有计算机指令,所述计算机指令运行时执行本发明上述任一实施例所述的信息发送方法的步骤。
本发明实施例还提供了另一种用户终端,包括存储器和处理器,所述存储器上存储有可在所述处理器上运行的计算机指令,所述处理器运行所述计算机指令时执行本发明上述任一实施例所述的信息发送方法的步骤。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述实施例的各种方法中的全部或部分步骤是可以通过程序来指示相关的硬件来完成,该程序可以存储于一计算机可读存储介质中,存储介质可以包括:ROM、RAM、磁盘或光盘等。

Claims (40)

  1. 一种信息发送方法,其特征在于,包括:
    当检测到发送目标信息的指令时,判断所述目标信息中是否存在冲突的物理信道;
    当所述目标信息中存在冲突的物理信道时,确定所述目标信息中的各物理信道对应的优先级;
    根据所述目标信道中的各物理信道的优先级,对所述目标信息进行处理后发送;所述对所述目标信息进行处理,包括:将所述目标信息中低优先级的物理信道携带的信息复用至所述目标信息中高优先级的物理信道;或,丢弃所述目标信息中低优先级的物理信道携带的信息。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的信息发送方法,其特征在于,所述判断所述目标信息中是否存在冲突的物理信道,包括:
    当检测到所述目标信息中存在至少两个物理信道在同一个符号上重叠时,判定所述目标信息中存在冲突的物理信道。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的信息发送方法,其特征在于,所述确定所述目标信息中的各物理信道对应的优先级,包括:
    根据信道类型以及所携带的信息,确定所述目标信息中各物理信道对应的优先级。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的信息发送方法,其特征在于,所述根据信道类型以及所携带的信息,确定所述目标信息中各物理信道对应的优先级,包括以下至少一种:
    确定携带HARQ-ACK信息的PUCCH的优先级,高于携带CSI信息但未携带HARQ-ACK信息的PUSCH的优先级;
    确定携带HARQ-ACK信息的PUCCH的优先级,高于未携带CSI信息且未携带HARQ-ACK信息的PUSCH的优先级; 确定携带HARQ-ACK信息的PUSCH的优先级,高于携带任意信息的PUCCH的优先级。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的信息发送方法,其特征在于,所述PUSCH携带的CSI信息包括以下至少一种:周期性CSI信息、半持续CSI信息以及非周期CSI报告。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的信息发送方法,其特征在于,当所述PUSCH携带的CSI信息为非周期CSI报告时,触发所述非周期CSI报告的PDCCH与携带所述非周期CSI报告的PUSCH的时间间隔大于预设时间门限。
  7. 如权利要求4所述的信息发送方法,其特征在于,当确定携带HARQ-ACK信息的PUCCH的优先级,高于携带CSI信息但未携带HARQ-ACK信息的PUSCH的优先级时,所述对所述目标信息进行处理,包括:
    将所述PUSCH携带的CSI信息复用至所述携带HARQ-ACK信息的PUCCH;
    或,丢弃所述携带CSI信息但未携带HARQ-ACK信息的PUSCH。
  8. 如权利要求4所述的信息发送方法,其特征在于,当确定携带HARQ-ACK信息的PUCCH的优先级,高于未携带CSI信息且未携带HARQ-ACK信息的PUSCH的优先级时,所述对所述目标信息进行处理,包括:
    丢弃所述未携带CSI且未携带HARQ-ACK信息的PUSCH。
  9. 如权利要求4所述的信息发送方法,其特征在于,当确定携带HARQ-ACK信息的PUSCH的优先级,高于携带任意信息的PUCCH的优先级时,所述对所述目标信息进行处理,包括:
    丢弃所述携带任意信息的PUCCH;
    或,将携带CSI信息的PUCCH中的CSI信息复用至所述携带 HARQ-ACK信息的PUSCH。
  10. 如权利要求3所述的信息发送方法,其特征在于,所述根据信道类型以及所携带的信息,确定所述目标信息中各物理信道对应的优先级,包括以下至少一种:
    确定携带HARQ-ACK信息的PUCCH的优先级,高于携带CSI信息但未携带HARQ-ACK信息的PUCCH的优先级;
    确定携带CSI信息与HARQ-ACK信息的PUCCH的优先级,高于仅携带HARQ-ACK信息的PUCCH的优先级。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的信息发送方法,其特征在于,当确定携带HARQ-ACK信息的PUCCH的优先级,高于携带CSI信息但未携带HARQ-ACK信息的PUCCH的优先级时,所述对所述目标信息进行处理,包括:
    丢弃所述携带CSI信息但未携带HARQ-ACK信息的PUCCH;
    或,将所述携带CSI信息但未携带HARQ-ACK信息的PUCCH中的CSI信息,复用至所述携带HARQ-ACK信息的PUCCH。
  12. 如权利要求10所述的信息发送方法,其特征在于,当确定携带CSI信息与HARQ-ACK信息的PUCCH的优先级,高于仅携带HARQ-ACK信息的PUCCH的优先级时,所述对所述目标信息进行处理,包括:
    丢弃所述仅携带HARQ-ACK信息的PUCCH。
  13. 如权利要求1所述的信息发送方法,其特征在于,所述确定所述目标信息中的各物理信道对应的优先级,包括:
    根据物理信道对应的资源类型,确定所述目标信息中各物理信道对应的优先级。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的信息发送方法,其特征在于,所述根据物理信道对应的资源类型,确定所述目标信息中各物理信道对应的优先 级,包括:
    确定公共PUCCH的优先级,高于非公共PUCCH的优先级。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的信息发送方法,其特征在于,当确定公共PUCCH的优先级,高于非公共PUCCH的优先级时,所述对所述目标信息进行处理,包括:
    丢弃所述非公共PUCCH;
    或,将所述非公共PUCCH携带的信息复用至所述公共PUCCH。
  16. 如权利要求1所述的信息发送方法,其特征在于,所述确定所述目标信息中的各物理信道对应的优先级,包括:
    根据物理信道对应的小区索引,确定所述目标信息中各物理信道对应的优先级。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的信息发送方法,其特征在于,所述根据物理信道对应的小区索引,确定所述目标信息中各物理信道对应的优先级,包括以下至少一种:
    确定最小小区索引公共PUCCH的优先级,高于高小区索引公共PUCCH的优先级;
    确定最小小区索引非公共PUCCH的优先级,高于高小区索引非公共PUCCH的优先级。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的信息发送方法,其特征在于,当确定最小小区索引公共PUCCH的优先级,高于高小区索引公共PUCCH的优先级时,所述对所述目标信息进行处理,包括:
    丢弃所述高小区索引公共PUCCH;
    或,将所述高小区索引公共PUCCH携带的信息复用至所述最小小区索引公共PUCCH。
  19. 如权利要求17所述的信息发送方法,其特征在于,当确定最小小 区索引非公共PUCCH的优先级,高于高小区索引非公共PUCCH的优先级时,所述对所述目标信息进行处理,包括:
    丢弃所述高小区索引非公共PUCCH;
    或,将所述高小区索引非公共PUCCH携带的信息复用至所述最小小区索引非公共PUCCH。
  20. 一种用户终端,其特征在于,包括:
    判断单元,用于当检测到发送目标信息的指令时,判断所述目标信息中是否存在冲突的物理信道;
    确定单元,用于当所述目标信息中存在冲突的物理信道时,确定所述目标信息中的各物理信道对应的优先级;
    处理单元,用于根据所述目标信道中的各物理信道的优先级,对所述目标信息进行处理,包括:将所述目标信息中低优先级的物理信道携带的信息复用至所述目标信息中高优先级的物理信道;或,丢弃所述目标信息中低优先级的物理信道携带的信息;
    发送单元,用于将处理后的目标信息发送。
  21. 如权利要求20所述的用户终端,其特征在于,所述判断单元,用于当检测到所述目标信息中存在至少两个物理信道在同一个符号上重叠时,判定所述目标信息中存在冲突的物理信道。
  22. 如权利要求20所述的用户终端,其特征在于,所述确定单元,用于根据信道类型以及所携带的信息,确定所述目标信息中各物理信道对应的优先级。
  23. 如权利要求22所述的用户终端,其特征在于,所述确定单元,用于执行如下至少一种:确定携带HARQ-ACK信息的PUCCH的优先级,高于携带CSI信息但未携带HARQ-ACK信息的PUSCH的优先级;确定携带HARQ-ACK信息的PUCCH的优先级,高于未携带CSI信息且未携带HARQ-ACK信息的PUSCH的优先级;确定携带 HARQ-ACK信息的PUSCH的优先级,高于携带任意信息的PUCCH的优先级。
  24. 如权利要求23所述的用户终端,其特征在于,所述PUSCH携带的CSI信息包括以下至少一种:周期性CSI信息、半持续CSI信息以及非周期CSI报告。
  25. 如权利要求24所述的用户终端,其特征在于,当所述PUSCH携带的CSI信息为非周期CSI报告时,触发所述非周期CSI报告的PDCCH与携带所述非周期CSI报告的PUSCH的时间间隔大于预设时间门限。

  30. 如权利要求29所述的用户终端,其特征在于,所述处理单元,用于当所述确定单元确定携带HARQ-ACK信息的PUCCH的优先级,高于携带CSI信息但未携带HARQ-ACK信息的PUCCH的优先级时,丢弃所述携带CSI信息但未携带HARQ-ACK信息的PUCCH;或,将所述携带CSI信息但未携带HARQ-ACK信息的PUCCH中的CSI信息,复用至所述携带HARQ-ACK信息的PUCCH。
  31. 如权利要求29所述的用户终端,其特征在于,所述处理单元,用于当所述确定单元确定携带CSI信息与HARQ-ACK信息的PUCCH的优先级,高于仅携带HARQ-ACK信息的PUCCH的优先级时,丢弃所述仅携带HARQ-ACK信息的PUCCH。
  32. 如权利要求20所述的用户终端,其特征在于,所述确定单元,用于根据物理信道对应的资源类型,确定所述目标信息中各物理信道对应的优先级。

  35. 如权利要求20所述的用户终端,其特征在于,所述确定单元,用于根据物理信道对应的小区索引,确定所述目标信息中各物理信道对应的优先级。
  36. 如权利要求35所述的用户终端,其特征在于,所述确定单元,用于执行以下至少一种:确定最小小区索引公共PUCCH的优先级,高于高小区索引公共PUCCH的优先级;确定最小小区索引非公共 PUCCH的优先级,高于高小区索引非公共PUCCH的优先级。
