Abstract

一种基于历史记录的信息推送方法、装置及电子设备,属于数据处理技术领域,该方法包括:获取第一交互界面上的第一类型信息及查看所述第一类型信息的用户ID,所述第一类型信息在第一交互区域内显示(S101);查找所述用户ID与所述第一类型信息进行数据交互的历史记录(S102);当所述历史记录中存在第一数据记录且不存在第二数据记录时,在所述第一交互区域内创建包含第二类型信息的蒙层,所述蒙层使所述第一类型信息和所述第二类型信息均处于可见状态(S103);基于用户对所述蒙层中不同交互点的操作,向用户推送预约信息(S104)。通过所述方法的方案,能够基于用户的行为进行二次信息推送,提高了信息推送的准确性和时效性。

技术领域
本公开涉及数据处理技术领域,尤其涉及一种基于历史记录的信息推送方法、装置及电子设备。
背景技术
随着移动互联网技术的发展,越来越多的应用程序能够提供新闻、短视频、直播视频、音乐等方面的内容信息,由此积攒了海量的用户。用户在应用程序查看应用程序中所提供的内容的过程中,作为应用程序运营和管理的平台也会向用户推送观看的内容相关的商品广告,高效的向应用程序的用户推送用户感兴趣的信息,成为了实现应用程序平台的用户流量商业价值的关键。
商业广告通常分为不同的种类,根据用户的类型不同,可以向用户推荐与其类型匹配的商业广告。用户在对商业广告进行查看的过程中,对于感兴趣的广告,通常会让用户填写相应的个人信息,基于用户填写的个人信息,商家会通过电话等方式与用户进行联系。作为一种具体的交互方式,有些商业广告需要与用户进行时间预约。在进行时间预约的过程中,通常需要花费用户一定的时间填写相应的信息,由此导致部分用户只填写了一部分的预约信息而没有完全完成预约的情况,导致商业广告的转化率偏低。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本公开实施例提供一种基于历史记录的信息推送方法、装置及电子设备,至少部分解决现有技术中存在的问题。
第一方面,本公开实施例提供了一种基于历史记录的信息推送方法,包括:
获取第一交互界面上的第一类型信息及查看所述第一类型信息的用户ID, 所述第一类型信息在第一交互区域内显示;
查找所述用户ID与所述第一类型信息进行数据交互的历史记录;
当所述历史记录中存在第一数据记录且不存在第二数据记录时,在所述第一交互区域内创建包含第二类型信息的蒙层,所述蒙层使所述第一类型信息和所述第二类型信息均处于可见状态;
基于用户对所述蒙层中不同交互点的操作,向用户推送预约信息。
根据本公开实施例的一种具体实现方式,所述基于用户对所述蒙层中不同交互点的操作,向用户推送预约信息,包括:
响应于用户对所述蒙层中第一交互点的点击操作,在第二交互界面中调用拨打预设号码的弹窗,所述预设号码为可处于接通状态的号码。
根据本公开实施例的一种具体实现方式,所述响应于用户对第一交互点的点击操作,在第二交互界面中调用拨打预设号码的弹窗之后,所述方法还包括:
在用户通过拨打预设号码的弹窗完成号码拨打操作之后,在历史记录中为创建基于所述用户ID的第二数据记录。

获取模块,用于获取第一交互界面上的第一类型信息及查看所述第一类型信息的用户ID,所述第一类型信息在第一交互区域内显示;
查找模块,用于查找所述用户ID与所述第一类型信息进行数据交互的历史记录;
创建模块,用于当所述历史记录中存在第一数据记录且不存在第二数据记录时,在所述第一交互区域内创建包含第二类型信息的蒙层,所述蒙层使所述第一类型信息和所述第二类型信息均处于可见状态;
推送模块,用于基于用户对所述蒙层中不同交互点的操作,向用户推送预约信息。
第三方面,本公开实施例还提供了一种电子设备,该电子设备包括:

第五方面,本公开实施例还提供了一种计算机程序产品,该计算机程序产品包括存储在非暂态计算机可读存储介质上的计算程序,该计算机程序包括程序指令,当该程序指令被计算机执行时,使该计算机执行前述第一方面或第一方面的任一实现方式中的基于历史记录的信息推送方法。
本公开实施例中的基于历史记录的信息推送方案,包括获取第一交互界面上的第一类型信息及查看所述第一类型信息的用户ID,所述第一类型信息在第一交互区域内显示;查找所述用户ID与所述第一类型信息进行数据交互的历史记录;当所述历史记录中存在第一数据记录且不存在第二数据记录时,在所述第一交互区域内创建包含第二类型信息的蒙层,所述蒙层使所述第一类型信息和所述第二类型信息均处于可见状态;基于用户对所述蒙层中不同交互点的操作,向用户推送预约信息。通过本公开的方案,能够基于用户的行为进行二次信息推送,提高了信息推送的准确性和时效性。

本公开实施例提供一种基于历史记录的信息推送方法。本实施例提供的基于历史记录的信息推送方法可以由一计算装置来执行,该计算装置可以实现为软件,或者实现为软件和硬件的组合,该计算装置可以集成设置在服务器、终端设备等中。
参见图1,本公开实施例提供的一种基于历史记录的信息推送方法,包括如下步骤:
S101,获取第一交互界面上的第一类型信息及查看所述第一类型信息的用户ID,所述第一类型信息在第一交互区域内显示。
用户通常是通过应用程序来获取各种信息(例如,新闻、视频、音乐等),用户在通过应用程序浏览信息的过程中,可以在应用程序的界面(例如,第一交互界面)中向用户推送第一类型信息,第一类型信息可以是随机发送的广告信息,也可以是与用户当前浏览的内容相关的广告信息,通过向用户推送第一类型信息,能够及时将用户的对应用程序的访问转化成与第一类型信息相关的消费者。应用程序可以是安装在手机端的各种APP,也可以是安装在电脑端的例如浏览器之类的应用程序,还可以是运行于其他操作系统或电子设备中的能够进行加载内容的程序。
为了便于用户的操作,可以通过交互区域的方式对信息进行展示或反馈。对于第一类型信息而言,可以设置第一交互区域,通过设置第一交互区域,能够以预设的格式来显示第一显示信息,从而提高了交互的效率。
当在第一交互界面中向用户展示第一类型信息时,可以同时获取第一类型信息的ID以及用户的ID,基于第一类型信息的ID和用户的ID可以进一步的查看二者之间是否存在操作记录。
S102,查找所述用户ID与所述第一类型信息进行数据交互的历史记录。
用户在使用应用程序的过程中,通常会对第一类型信息采取一定的操作,例如,对于用户感兴趣的类型信息,用户会通过点击等方式进一步的查看第一类型信息的详细内容。对于第一类型信息的上述点击操作、停留操作或其他类似的操作记录,构成了用户针对第一类型信息的关注信息。应用程序通过针对性的获取用户针对关注信息的相关操作,能够将这些相关操作通过日志的方式存储在应用程序指定的存储空间中,日志中至少包含用户ID以及该用户ID对第一类型信息的操作记录。负责管理应用程序的后台程序可以通过与应用程序进行信息交互的方式从存储空间中读取这些日志。通过这些日志信息,可查找该用户ID针对第一类型的信息是否进行过数据交互。
S103,当所述历史记录中存在第一数据记录且不存在第二数据记录时,在所述第一交互区域内创建包含第二类型信息的蒙层,所述蒙层使所述第一类型 信息和所述第二类型信息均处于可见状态。
基于用户对第一类型信息的操作程度不同,对用户的操作进行相应的数据记录。当用户对第一类型信息进行查看操作(例如,点击查看)时,基于用户ID在日志中为用户创建第一数据记录,当用户在点击查看第一类型信息之后又完成了第一类型信息中需要进行的交互操作(例如,报名操作或预约操作)之后,在日志中基于用户ID为用户创建第二数据记录。当用户存在第二数据记录时,表示用户已经完成了第一类型信息所要求的交互操作,此时用户已经完成了从用户到消费者的转化过程。
当日志所描述的历史记录中存在第一数据记录但不存在第二数据记录时,说明用户还没有完成第一类型信息所需要的交互操作,为了对用户进行消费转化,还需要进一步的向用户推荐第一类型信息。
具体的,可以在第一交互区域内设置蒙层,蒙层是设置在第一类型信息之上的另一显示层,为了能够让用户回忆起其曾经对第一类型信息进行过交互操作,在第一交互区域内仍然显示原有的第一类型信息(例如,广告信息),在蒙层内通过半透明的方式在第一类型信息基础之上叠加第二类型信息。从而使使所述第一类型信息和所述第二类型信息均处于可见状态。
第二类型信息可以根据需要进行不同的设置,用于引导用户完成其没有完成的交互操作,例如,第二类型信息可以是“您报名的活动即将过期,客服与您联系未接通,是否再次预约?”。
S104,基于用户对所述蒙层中不同交互点的操作,向用户推送预约信息。
除了在蒙层中显示第二类型信息之外,还可以在第二蒙层中设置不同的交互点,通过交互点,用户可以继续完成之前没有完成的交互操作。作为一个例子,交互点可以“再次预约”按钮,用户点击“再次预约”按钮,可以继续进行之前没有完成的预约活动。或者,交互点还可以是“立即回拨”按钮,用户点击“立即回拨”按钮,可以通过电话等方式立刻与第一类型信息的提供者(例如,广告商家)进行联系,从而通过电话的方式进行预约。
通过在蒙层中设置不同的交互点,为用户完成针对第一类型信息的交互提供了支撑,从而快速的将普通用户转化为最终消费者。
在实现步骤S104的过程中,作为一个应用场景,第一交互点可以是“立即回拨”按钮,响应于用户对蒙层中第一交互点的点击操作,可以在在第二交互界面中调用拨打预设号码的弹窗,并在弹窗中显示预设的号码,该预设号码为可处于接通状态的号码。通过这种方式,能够快速的使用户与第一类型信息提供者进行联系。
进一步的,当用户通过拨打预设号码的弹窗完成号码拨打操作之后,在该用户ID的历史记录中为创建基于所述用户ID的第二数据记录。通过创建第二数据记录,能够实时的更新用户针对第一类型信息的状态,从而为下次向用户推送其他类型的信息提供了数据支撑。
参见图3,根据本公开实施例的一种具体实现方式,基于用户对所述蒙层中不同交互点的操作,向用户推送预约信息,还可以包括:
S301,响应于用户对所述蒙层中第二交互点的点击操作,在第三交互界面中展示包含多个时间选项的交互按钮。
第二交互点可以根据实际的需要设置不同的交互内容,例如,第二交互点可以是“在此预约”之类的具有预约功能的交互按钮,当发现用户对第二交互点进行了点击操作之后,可以在新的交互界面(第三交互界面)上显示包含多个时间选项的交互按钮,参见图2b,这些时间选项可以包括“越快越好”、“今天”、“明天上午”、“明天下午”等。通过向用户提供多个时间选项,能够使用户快速的进行时间预约,提高了用户的交互效率。
S302,基于用户对于所述交互按钮的操作,确定用户预约时间。
当用户对包含不同时间选项的交互按钮进行了交互操作之后,便可以基于交互按钮中包含的时间来进一步的确定用户的预约时间,例如,用户选择了“越快越好”按钮,则可以在5分钟之内完成对用户的预约。即,当用户对所述多个交互按钮中的一个进行了选择操作时,以用户选择的交互按钮所对应的时间作为用户的预约时间。
作为另外一种情况,当用户没有对所述多个交互按钮中的任一个进行选择操作时,以所述多个交互按钮中存在的最近时间作为用户的预约时间。例如,多个交互按钮中的时间选项包括“越快越好”、“今天”、“明天上午”、“明 天下午”等,当用户没有选择这交互按钮中的任何一个时,默认时间选项为“越快越好”。
用户在第三交互界面完成了预约之后,可以在第四交互界面中向用户展示其预约的情况,通过结果展示的方式加深用户的预约印象。除此之外,为了防止用户时间预约错误,参见图2c通过第四交互界面向用户展示预约成功消息的同时,向用户提供修改预约时间的选项。通过该更改约定时间选项,用户可以再次对预约时间进行修改。
参见图4,根据本公开实施例的一种具体实现方式,所述基于用户对所述蒙层中不同交互点的操作,向用户推送预约信息之后,所述方法包括:
S401,记录用户在第三交互界面或第四交互界面的交互状态。
用户在第三交互界面或第四交互界面进行交互的过程中,也存在没有完成的情况,为此,用户在第三交互界面或第四交互界面没有完成相应的交互内容时,可以记录用户在第三交互界面或第四交互界面的交互状态。
S402,当用户再次登录第三交互界面或第四交互界面时,直接展示用户之前在第三交互界面或第四交互界面已经存在的交互状态。
通过之前记录的第三交互界面或第四交互界面的状态,可以在用户再次登录第三交互界面或第四交互界面时,直接向用户展示第三交互界面或第四交互界面之前已经存在的交互状态。例如,用户在第四交互界面点击了“更改预约时间”选项,但是并没有完成预约时间的更改,用户下一次再次进入第四交互界面时,可以进一步的显示用户在第四交互界面中没有完成的时间更改操作。
作为另外一种应用场景,用户在第四交互界面完成预约交互之后,还需要将用户的预约信息传送给所述第一类型信息对于的目标对象(例如,广告商)从而让目标对象尽快的联系用户,或者向目标对象展示第一类型信息的用户转化情况。
与上面的方法实施例相对应,参见图5,本公开实施例还提供了一种基于历史记录的信息推送装置50,包括:
获取模块501,用于获取第一交互界面上的第一类型信息及查看所述第一类型信息的用户ID,所述第一类型信息在第一交互区域内显示。

当在第一交互界面中向用户展示第一类型信息时,可以同时获取第一类型信息的ID以及用户的ID,基于第一类型信息的ID和用户的ID可以进一步的查看二者之间是否存在操作记录。
查找模块502,用于查找所述用户ID与所述第一类型信息进行数据交互的历史记录。

创建模块503,用于当所述历史记录中存在第一数据记录且不存在第二数据记录时,在所述第一交互区域内创建包含第二类型信息的蒙层,所述蒙层使所述第一类型信息和所述第二类型信息均处于可见状态。
基于用户对第一类型信息的操作程度不同,对用户的操作进行相应的数据记录。当用户对第一类型信息进行查看操作(例如,点击查看)时,基于用户ID在日志中为用户创建第一数据记录,当用户在点击查看第一类型信息之后又完成了第一类型信息中需要进行的交互操作(例如,报名操作或预约操作)之后,在日志中基于用户ID为用户创建第二数据记录。当用户存在第二数据记录时,表示用户已经完成了第一类型信息所要求的交互操作,此时用户已经完成了从用户到消费者的转化过程。
当日志所描述的历史记录中存在第一数据记录但不存在第二数据记录时,说明用户还没有完成第一类型信息所需要的交互操作,为了对用户进行消费转化,还需要进一步的向用户推荐第一类型信息。

通过在蒙层中设置不同的交互点,为用户完成针对第一类型信息的交互提供了支撑,从而快速的将普通用户转化为最终消费者。
图5所示装置可以对应的执行上述方法实施例中的内容,本实施例未详细描述的部分,参照上述方法实施例中记载的内容,在此不再赘述。
参见图6,本公开实施例还提供了一种电子设备60,该电子设备包括:

下面参考图6,其示出了适于用来实现本公开实施例的电子设备60的结构示意图。本公开实施例中的电子设备可以包括但不限于诸如移动电话、笔记本电脑、数字广播接收器、PDA(个人数字助理)、PAD(平板电脑)、PMP(便携式多媒体播放器)、车载终端(例如车载导航终端)等等的移动终端以及诸如数字TV、台式计算机等等的固定终端。图6示出的电子设备仅仅是一个示例,不应对本公开实施例的功能和使用范围带来任何限制。

通常,以下装置可以连接至I/O接口605:包括例如触摸屏、触摸板、键盘、 鼠标、图像传感器、麦克风、加速度计、陀螺仪等的输入装置606;包括例如液晶显示器(LCD)、扬声器、振动器等的输出装置607;包括例如磁带、硬盘等的存储装置608;以及通信装置609。通信装置609可以允许电子设备60与其他设备进行无线或有线通信以交换数据。虽然图中示出了具有各种装置的电子设备60,但是应理解的是,并不要求实施或具备所有示出的装置。可以替代地实施或具备更多或更少的装置。

上述计算机可读介质可以是上述电子设备中所包含的;也可以是单独存在,而未装配入该电子设备中。
上述计算机可读介质承载有一个或者多个程序,当上述一个或者多个程序被该电子设备执行时,使得该电子设备:获取至少两个网际协议地址;向节点评价设备发送包括所述至少两个网际协议地址的节点评价请求,其中,所述节点评价设备从所述至少两个网际协议地址中,选取网际协议地址并返回;接收所述节点评价设备返回的网际协议地址;其中,所获取的网际协议地址指示内容分发网络中的边缘节点。
或者,上述计算机可读介质承载有一个或者多个程序,当上述一个或者多个程序被该电子设备执行时,使得该电子设备:接收包括至少两个网际协议地址的节点评价请求;从所述至少两个网际协议地址中,选取网际协议地址;返回选取出的网际协议地址;其中,接收到的网际协议地址指示内容分发网络中的边缘节点。
可以以一种或多种程序设计语言或其组合来编写用于执行本公开的操作的计算机程序代码,上述程序设计语言包括面向对象的程序设计语言—诸如Java、Smalltalk、C++,还包括常规的过程式程序设计语言—诸如“C”语言或类似的程序设计语言。程序代码可以完全地在用户计算机上执行、部分地在用户计算机上执行、作为一个独立的软件包执行、部分在用户计算机上部分在远程计算机上执行、或者完全在远程计算机或服务器上执行。在涉及远程计算机的情形中,远程计算机可以通过任意种类的网络——包括局域网(LAN)或广域网(WAN)—连接到用户计算机,或者,可以连接到外部计算机(例如利用因特网服务提供商来通过因特网连接)。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种基于历史记录的信息推送方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取第一交互界面上的第一类型信息及查看所述第一类型信息的用户ID,所述第一类型信息在第一交互区域内显示;
    查找所述用户ID与所述第一类型信息进行数据交互的历史记录;
    当所述历史记录中存在第一数据记录且不存在第二数据记录时,在所述第一交互区域内创建包含第二类型信息的蒙层,所述蒙层使所述第一类型信息和所述第二类型信息均处于可见状态;
    基于用户对所述蒙层中不同交互点的操作,向用户推送预约信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述基于用户对所述蒙层中不同交互点的操作,向用户推送预约信息,包括:
    响应于用户对所述蒙层中第一交互点的点击操作,在第二交互界面中调用拨打预设号码的弹窗,所述预设号码为可处于接通状态的号码。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述响应于用户对第一交互点的点击操作,在第二交互界面中调用拨打预设号码的弹窗之后,所述方法还包括:
    在用户通过拨打预设号码的弹窗完成号码拨打操作之后,在历史记录中为创建基于所述用户ID的第二数据记录。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述基于用户对所述蒙层中不同交互点的操作,向用户推送预约信息,包括:
    响应于用户对所述蒙层中第二交互点的点击操作,在第三交互界面中展示包含多个时间选项的交互按钮;以及
    基于用户对于所述交互按钮的操作,确定用户预约时间。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述基于用户对于所述交互按钮的操作,确定用户预约时间,包括:
    当用户对所述多个交互按钮中的一个进行了选择操作时,以用户选择的交互按钮所对应的时间作为用户的预约时间。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述基于用户对于所述交互按钮的操作,确定用户预约时间,包括:
    当用户没有对所述多个交互按钮中的任一个进行选择操作时,以所述多个交互按钮中存在的最近时间作为用户的预约时间。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述基于用户对于所述交互按钮的操作,确定用户预约时间之后,所述方法包括:
    通过第四交互界面向用户展示预约成功消息的同时,向用户提供修改预约时间的选项。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述基于用户对所述蒙层中不同交互点的操作,向用户推送预约信息之后,所述方法包括:
    记录用户在第三交互界面或第四交互界面的交互状态;
    当用户再次登录第三交互界面或第四交互界面时,直接展示用户之前在第三交互界面或第四交互界面已经存在的交互状态。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述基于用户对所述蒙层中不同交互点的操作,向用户推送预约信息之后,所述方法包括:
    在所述用户在第四交互界面完成预约交互之后,将用户的预约信息传送给所述第一类型信息对于的目标对象。
  10. 一种基于历史记录的信息推送装置,其特征在于,包括:
    获取模块,用于获取第一交互界面上的第一类型信息及查看所述第一类型信息的用户ID,所述第一类型信息在第一交互区域内显示;
    查找模块,用于查找所述用户ID与所述第一类型信息进行数据交互的历史记录;
    创建模块,用于当所述历史记录中存在第一数据记录且不存在第二数据记录时,在所述第一交互区域内创建包含第二类型信息的蒙层,所述蒙层使所述第一类型信息和所述第二类型信息均处于可见状态;
    推送模块,用于基于用户对所述蒙层中不同交互点的操作,向用户推送预约信息。
  11. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,所述电子设备包括:
    至少一个处理器;以及,
    与所述至少一个处理器通信连接的存储器;其中,
    所述存储器存储有可被所述至少一个处理器执行的指令,所述指令被所述至少一个处理器执行,以使所述至少一个处理器能够执行前述任一权利要求1-9所述的基于历史记录的信息推送方法。
  12. 一种非暂态计算机可读存储介质,该非暂态计算机可读存储介质存储计算机指令,该计算机指令用于使该计算机执行前述任一权利要求1-9所述的基于历史记录的信息推送方法。
