相关技术中的智能触控产品的尺寸越来越大,针对大尺寸触控产品的连接,为了达到窄边框及简化流程的工艺效果,一般采用FPC替代外围走线,但是由于触控产品尺寸较大,FPC又需要全尺寸连接,需要的FPC的尺寸过长,过长的FPC对原材料的尺寸要求较高,且过长的FPC不便于其排版,导致其利用率较低,如何提高FPC的利用率成为现在亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
本申请提供一种折叠式FPC,该折叠式FPC对原材料的尺寸要求低,且便于排版,利用率较高。

  3. 如权利要求1所述折叠式FPC,其中,所述第一折叠部包括第一折叠边、第二折叠边及第三折叠边,所述第二折叠边位于所述第一折叠边及所述第三折叠边之间,所述第二折叠边的相对的两端分别与所述第一折叠边一端及所述第二折叠边一端相连。
  4. 如权利要求3所述折叠式FPC,其中,所述第一折叠边另一端与所述第一非折叠部相连,所述第三折叠边另一端与所述第二非折叠部相连。
  5. 如权利要求3所述折叠式FPC,其中,所述第二折叠边相对所述非折叠区垂直设置。
  6. 如权利要求3所述折叠式FPC,其中,所述第一折叠边及所述第三折叠边并排排列。
  7. 如权利要求3所述折叠式FPC,其中,所述第一非折叠部通过所述第一折叠边翻折90度,所述第二非折叠部通过所述第三折叠边翻折90度,形成第二FPC主体。
  8. 如权利要求7所述折叠式FPC,其中,所述第一FPC主体的长度为所述第二FPC主体长度的0.3倍至0.6倍。
  9. 如权利要求1至8任一项所述折叠式FPC,其中,所述非折叠区的尺寸大于所述折叠区的尺寸。
  10. 如权利要求1至8任一项所述折叠式FPC,其中,所述非折叠区与所述折叠区一体成型。
