Abstract

뇌졸중 등 다양한 뇌혈관 질환의 진단 및 예후 판단에 이용될 수 있는 다중시기 측부혈류 영상을 생성하기 위한 학습 방법과, 기계 학습을 이용하여 다중시기 측부혈류 영상을 생성하는 방법이 개시된다. 개시된 다중시기 측부혈류 영상을 생성하기 위한 학습 방법은 두부에 대한 MRI 영상 및 상기 MRI 영상에 기반하여 생성된 다중시기 측부혈류 영상을 입력받는 단계; 상기 MRI 영상을 이용하여, 브레인 마스크를 생성하는 단계; 상기 브레인 마스크에 의해 마스킹된 MRI 영상 및 다중시기 측부혈류 영상을 생성하는 단계; 및 학습 네트워크를 이용하여, 상기 마스킹된 MRI 영상에 대한 상기 마스킹된 다중시기 측부혈류 영상을 학습하는 단계를 포함한다.
