By the way, in the above-mentioned conventional technique, a four-section link structure is formed by a screen bracket that supports the screen, a base member that is attached to a member on the vehicle body side, and a link member that connects the screen bracket and the base member. The screen can be raised and lowered, and a lever member is provided so that the driver can switch between the movable state and the fixed state. Further, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the screen adjuster 6 includes a first shaft 51 (first shaft member), a second shaft 52 (second shaft member), and a third shaft 53 (third shaft member). It has. The first shaft 51, the second shaft 52, and the third shaft 53 can be made of a metal material.
The first shaft 51 rotatably connects the holder 11 and the bracket 12. The second shaft 52 rotatably connects the holder 11 and the arm 13. The third shaft 53 rotatably connects the arm 13 and the bracket 12. The first shaft 51, the second shaft 52, and the third shaft 53 are arranged in parallel with each other to form a three-axis link structure.
Next, the height adjustment mechanism of the screen adjuster 6 will be described.
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the screen adjuster 6 includes a pair of operating members 15 on the left and right sides. The operating member 15 is provided with a grip portion 61 that is gripped by the driver. Further, the operating member 15 is provided at the left and right ends of the first shaft 51.
As shown in FIGS. 5A and 5B, the slide guide portion 32 of the bracket 12 is provided with a guide hole 71. The guide holes 71 are provided in the left and right slide guide portions 32, respectively. The guide hole 71 is formed so as to extend in the vertical direction.
When the driver grips the grip portion 61 of the operating member 15 and moves it up and down, the first shaft 51 can be moved up and down along the guide hole 71, and the holder 11 is moved up and down by this up and down operation. By moving in the direction, it is possible to switch between the low position state shown in FIG. 5 (A) and the high position state shown in FIG. 5 (B).
In the low position state shown in FIG. 5A, the first shaft 51 is located on the lower end side of the guide hole 71. In the high position state shown in FIG. 5B, the first shaft 51 is located on the upper end side of the guide hole 71. Further, the arm 13 swings according to the vertical movement of the first shaft 51 and the holder 11.
Next, the locking mechanism of the screen adjuster 6 will be described.
The screen adjuster 6 is provided with a locking mechanism that holds the screen 5 and the holder 11 at a predetermined height position. In this embodiment, the screen 5 and the holder 11 are held in two positions, a low position and a high position.
As shown in FIGS. 5A and 5B, lock portions 72 formed to be wider (larger diameter) than the other portions are provided at the upper and lower ends of the guide holes 71 of the bracket 12. .. The lock portion 72 is formed in a tapered shape that gradually narrows from the outer surface side to the inner surface side of the bracket 12.
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 6, the operating member 15 is provided with a fitting portion 62 that can be fitted with the lock portion 72 of the bracket 12. The fitting portion 62 is formed in a tapered shape (truncated cone shape) that complements the lock portion 72.
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 7A, when the fitting portion 62 of the operating member 15 is fitted to the lock portion 72 of the guide hole 71, the first shaft 51 may move along the guide hole 71. It cannot be done, and the movement of the first shaft 51 is restricted to a locked state.
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 7B, when the fitting portion 62 of the operating member 15 is separated from the lock portion 72 of the guide hole 71, the first shaft 51 can move along the guide hole 71. It will be released.
At this time, since the lock portion 72 and the fitting portion 62 are formed in a tapered shape that gradually narrows in the direction in which the fitting portion 62 is fitted with respect to the lock portion 72, the fitting portion 62 is formed into the lock portion 72. It can be fitted smoothly and the rattling of both can be suppressed in the fitted state.
Further, as shown in FIGS. 5A and 5B, two lock portions 72 of the guide holes 71 are provided at the top and bottom, and the fitting portion 62 of the operating member 15 is located below the lock portion 72. In the fitted locked state, the holder 11 is held in the low position, and in the locked state in which the fitting portion 62 of the operating member 15 is fitted above the lock portion 72, the holder 11 is held in the high position.
Further, as shown in FIGS. 7A and 7B, the operation member 15 is provided with a central hole 63. The first shaft 51 is inserted into the center hole 63. As a result, the operating member 15 is slidably supported with respect to the first shaft 51 in the axial direction thereof.
Further, a recess 66 is recessed in the center of the operating member 15 in the axial direction of the first shaft 51. A stopper 81 and a spring 82 (a urging member) are housed in the recess 66. The stopper 81 prevents the operating member 15 from coming off from the first shaft 51. The spring 82 is a coil spring, and the first shaft 51 is inserted therein. The spring 82 is attached between the operating member 15 and the stopper 81 in a compressed state. Therefore, the spring 82 urges the operating member 15 in a direction in which the fitting portion 62 of the operating member 15 is in pressure contact with the lock portion 72. Therefore, the grip portion 61 of the operating member 15 can be pulled outward against the urging force of the spring 82 to be in the unlocked state, and when the operation of pulling the operating member 15 is stopped, the spring 82 is attached. It returns to the locked state (initial state) by force.
Further, as shown in FIG. 6, the first hinge portion 22 on which the operation member 15 of the holder 11 is mounted is provided with a tubular convex portion 85 protruding laterally. On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 7A and 7B, the operating member 15 is provided with a tubular concave portion 64 into which the tubular convex portion 85 of the holder 11 is fitted. As a result, the operating member 15 is supported by the holder 11 so as to be movable in the axial direction of the first shaft 51.
Here, as shown in FIG. 4, a pair of operating members 15 are provided on the left and right, and a pair of guide holes 71 are also provided on the left and right, and the fitting portion 62 and the guide hole of the operating member 15 are provided. A pair of lock mechanisms including the lock portions 72 of 71 are also provided on the left and right. Therefore, the driver grips the grip portions 61 of the left and right operating members 15 with his / her left and right hands, and pulls the left and right operating members 15 outward at the same time to simultaneously release the left and right locking mechanisms. The operating member 15 can be moved up and down.
Next, the assist mechanism of the screen adjuster 6 will be described.
The screen adjuster 6 is provided with an assist mechanism for urging the holder 11 upward. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 3, an assist spring 91 is provided at a connecting portion between the holder 11 and the arm 13. The assist spring 91 is a double torsion type in which a torsion coil spring, particularly two torsion coil springs, are connected in series, and the arms at both ends are locked to the holder 11, and the central arm is the arm 13. Is locked in. A second shaft 52 that connects the holder 11 and the arm 13 is inserted into the assist spring 91.
As shown in FIG. 2, the urging force of the assist spring 91 generates a rotational force F1 that pushes and opens both the holder 11 and the arm 13 around the second shaft 52. Further, an ascending force F2 that pushes up the first shaft 51 along the guide hole 71 is generated.
By this assist spring 91, the holder 11 is always urged upward with respect to the bracket 12. Therefore, rattling of each connecting portion of the holder 11, the bracket 12, and the arm 13 can be suppressed.
Further, when transitioning from the low position state to the high position state, the driver grips the grip portion 61 of the operating member 15 and lifts the screen 5 and the holder 11. At this time, the assist spring 91 The urging force cancels out the weight of the screen 5 and the holder 11, and the operating force when raising the screen 5 and the holder 11 is reduced. Thereby, the operability (texture of the adjustment operation) can be improved. It also has the effect of preventing the weight from falling when the lock is released in the high position.
Next, the mounting structures of the first shaft 51, the second shaft 52, and the third shaft 53 will be described.
As shown in FIG. 8, a clip 101 for preventing disconnection is attached to the first shaft 51. A small diameter portion 55 is provided at the mounting position of the clip 101 on the first shaft 51. Similarly, the clip 101 is attached to the second shaft 52 and the third shaft 53, and a small diameter portion 55 is provided at the attachment position of the clip 101 on the second shaft 52 and the third shaft 53.
The clip 101 includes a bearing hole 103, an opening portion 104, and a bullet locking piece 105. The clip 101 can be made of a synthetic resin material having a high elasticity. At the time of assembly, the opening portion 104 may be applied to the small diameter portion 55 of the first shaft 51 to push the clip 101. At this time, the elastic locking piece 105 is elastically deformed, the small diameter portion 55 is fitted into the bearing hole 103, and the elastic deformation of the elastic locking piece 105 is restored, so that the first shaft 51 of the clip 101 is displaced. Is blocked from leaving. Further, by fitting the clip 101 to the small diameter portion 55, the axial deviation of the clip 101 with respect to the first shaft 51 is regulated.
As shown in FIG. 9, two small diameter portions 55 on the left and right are formed on the first shaft 51, and two clips 101 on the left and right are attached. When the first shaft 51 is inserted into the mounting hole of the first hinge portion 22 of the holder 11 and the guide hole 71 of the slide guide portion 32 of the bracket 12 to attach the two left and right clips 101, the two left and right clips 101 are attached to the bracket 12. By abutting against the inner surfaces of the left and right slide guide portions 32, the axial deviation of the first shaft 51 is regulated.
As shown in FIG. 10, one small diameter portion 55 is formed on the second shaft 52, and one clip 101 is attached to the second shaft 52. When the second shaft 52 is inserted into the mounting hole 131 of the first connecting portion 41 of the arm 13 and the mounting hole 133 of the second hinge portion 23 of the holder 11 and the clip 101 is attached, the left and right restrictions provided on the arm 13 are provided. When the clip 101 abuts on the portion 45, the axial deviation of the second shaft 52 is regulated.
As shown in FIG. 11, one small diameter portion 55 is formed on the third shaft 53, and one clip 101 is attached to the third shaft 53. When the third shaft 53 is inserted into the mounting hole 141 of the second connecting portion 42 of the arm 13 and the mounting hole 143 of the hinge portion 33 of the bracket 12 to attach the clip 101, the left and right regulating portions 35 provided on the bracket 12 are provided. When the clip 101 abuts against the shaft 101, the axial deviation of the third shaft 53 is regulated.
Next, the mounting structure of the operating member 15 will be described.
As shown in FIGS. 7A and 7B, a stopper 81 (retaining member) for preventing the operating member 15 from coming off is attached to the end of the first shaft 51. As shown in FIG. 12, the stopper 81 includes a central hole 111 and a bullet locking piece 112. The stopper 81 can be made of a synthetic resin material having a high elasticity. The first shaft 51 is inserted into the center hole 111. A plurality (three here) of the elastic locking pieces 112 are provided so as to sandwich the first shaft 51. Further, the elastic locking piece 112 is formed so as to be displaceable in the radial direction.
On the other hand, an annular groove 56 is provided at the mounting position of the stopper 81 on the first shaft 51. When the first shaft 51 is inserted into the central hole 111 of the stopper 81, the elastic locking piece 112 of the stopper 81 is caught in the annular groove 56 of the first shaft 51 (see FIG. 7A). As a result, the operating member 15 is prevented from being detached from the first shaft 51 in the axial direction.
Next, the foreign matter countermeasure structure of the screen adjuster 6 will be described.
As shown in FIGS. 7A and 7B, a recess 66 is provided in the center of the operating member 15, and a stopper 81 and a spring 82 are housed in the recess 66. If foreign matter such as water or dust enters the inside of the recess 66 through the opening and the foreign matter stays there, there is a risk of causing a malfunction of the operating member 15. Therefore, in the present embodiment, a structure for promoting the discharge of foreign matter that has entered the recess 66 (foreign matter discharge promoting structure) is provided.
Specifically, a communication hole 121 is provided to communicate the bottom portion of the recess 66 and the outer surface of the fitting portion 62. The communication hole 121 is provided so as to extend in the axial direction of the first shaft 51, opens at the bottom of the recess 66 as shown in FIG. 13, and has a fitting portion 62 as shown in FIG. It is open to the outer surface of. A plurality of communication holes 121 (six in this case) are provided at predetermined intervals in the circumferential direction. Further, as shown in FIG. 13, a groove 122 extending in the axial direction is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the recess 66 in a state of being continuous with the communication hole 121. The groove 122 is provided so as to extend from the bottom of the recess 66 to the opening. Further, as shown in FIG. 14, a groove 123 extending in the axial direction is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the fitting portion 62 in a state of being continuous with the communication hole 121. The groove 123 is provided so as to cover the entire fitting portion 62 (see FIG. 6).
The inside and outside of the operating member 15 are communicated by the communication holes 121 and the grooves 122 and 123. Specifically, the inside of the recess 66 of the operating member 15 and the operating member 15 facing the guide hole 71 of the bracket 12 are fitted. Foreign matter (water or sand) that is communicated with the outer surface side of the joint portion 62 and has entered the inside of the operating member 15 can be discharged to the outside of the operating member 15.
Further, as shown in FIG. 4, in the screen adjuster 6, when the operating member 15 is in the unlocked state (see FIG. 7B), the operating member is opened from the gap between the operating member 15 and the holder 11. Foreign matter enters between the 15 and the holder 11. That is, there is a risk that foreign matter may enter between the tubular convex portion 85 provided on the first hinge portion 22 of the holder 11 and the tubular concave portion 64 of the operating member 15. Therefore, in the present embodiment, a structure for suppressing the invasion of foreign matter (foreign matter intrusion suppression structure) is provided between the operating member 15 and the holder 11.
Specifically, as shown in FIG. 6, an annular recess 126 recessed in the axial direction is provided on the outer peripheral side of the tubular convex portion 85 in the holder 11.
As shown in FIG. 7A, in the normal state (locked state), the inner end portion 127 of the grip portion 61 of the operating member 15 is fitted into the annular recess 126 of the holder 11. As a result, the gap formed between the operating member 15 and the holder 11 forms a labyrinth structure. Therefore, it is possible to prevent foreign matter from entering the gap between the operating member 15 and the holder 11.
Further, as shown in FIG. 4, in the screen adjuster 6, foreign matter may enter the gap between the first connecting portion 41 of the arm 13 and the second hinge portion 23 of the holder 11. In addition, foreign matter may enter the gap between the second connecting portion 42 of the arm 13 and the hinge portion 33 of the bracket 12. Therefore, in the present embodiment, a structure (foreign matter intrusion suppression structure) is provided between the holder 11, the bracket 12, and the arm 13 to prevent foreign matter from entering.
Specifically, as shown in FIG. 15, an eaves portion 132 is provided on the outer periphery of the mounting hole 131 through which the second shaft 52 is inserted in the first connecting portion 41 of the arm 13. The eaves 132 is provided on the upper side of the mounting hole 131. Further, the eaves portion 132 is formed in a semicircular shape centered on the axis of the second shaft 52.
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 10, an annular convex portion 134 is provided on the outer periphery of the mounting hole 133 through which the second shaft 52 is inserted in the second hinge portion 23 of the holder 11. The annular convex portion 134 is provided on a surface facing the arm 13. Further, the annular convex portion 134 is provided in an annular shape so as to surround the mounting hole 133.
Therefore, when the holder 11 and the arm 13 are assembled, the eaves 132 of the arm 13 covers the annular convex portion 134 of the holder 11 from above. As a result, it is possible to prevent foreign matter from entering the gap between the first connecting portion 41 of the arm 13 and the second hinge portion 23 of the holder 11.
Further, when the holder 11 and the arm 13 are assembled, the annular convex portion 134 of the holder 11 abuts against the eaves portion 132 of the arm 13, and the annular convex portion 134 fits into the eaves portion 132, so that the arm 13 and the holder 11 Is positioned, and the mounting hole 133 of the holder 11 and the mounting hole 131 of the arm 13 can be centered, so that the second shaft 52 can be easily assembled.
Further, as shown in FIG. 15, an eaves portion 142 is provided on the outer periphery of the mounting hole 141 through which the third shaft 53 of the second connecting portion 42 of the arm 13 is inserted. The eaves 142 is provided on the upper side of the mounting hole 141. Further, the eaves portion 142 is formed in a semicircular shape centered on the axis of the third shaft 53.
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 11, an annular convex portion 144 is provided on the outer periphery of the mounting hole 143 through which the third shaft 53 is inserted in the hinge portion 33 of the bracket 12. The annular convex portion 144 is provided on a surface facing the arm 13. Further, the annular convex portion 144 is provided in an annular shape so as to surround the mounting hole 143.
Therefore, in the state where the bracket 12 and the arm 13 are assembled, the eaves portion 142 of the arm 13 covers the annular convex portion 144 of the bracket 12 from above. As a result, it is possible to prevent foreign matter from entering the gap between the second connecting portion 42 of the arm 13 and the hinge portion 33 of the bracket 12.
Further, when the bracket 12 and the arm 13 are assembled, the annular convex portion 144 of the bracket 12 abuts against the eaves portion 142 of the arm 13, and the annular convex portion 144 is fitted into the eaves portion 142 to form the arm 13 and the bracket 12. Is positioned, and the mounting hole 143 of the bracket 12 and the mounting hole 141 of the arm 13 can be centered, so that the third shaft 53 can be easily assembled.
Although the description of the specific embodiment is completed above, the present invention can be widely modified and implemented without being limited to the above embodiment. For example, in the above embodiment, the angle (posture) of the screen 5 is also changed by adjusting the height of the screen 5, but only the height of the screen 5 can be adjusted, or the angle of the screen 5 can be adjusted. It may be possible to adjust only (posture). Further, in the above embodiment, the holder (holding member) 11 is provided with the tubular convex portion 85, and the operating member 15 is provided with the tubular concave portion 64. On the contrary, the holder 11 is provided with the tubular concave portion. The operating member 15 may be provided with a tubular convex portion.
