根据需要,还包括发音模块,该发音模块信号连接控制模块,该控制模块获取所需信息,如从电子设备处获取,并通过发音模块播放所需信息。该所需信息包括天气预报或/和穿衣指数。
本具体实施方式之中:该发音模块和语音获取模块可集成在一起,如采用现有的亚马逊、讯飞、小米生产的智能音箱。
本具体实施方式之中:该驱动部分30如为电机,它装设在支撑部分10的支撑杆12,该电机传动连接镜框。
本具体实施方式之中:镜面部分的角度调整可通过三种方式实现控制:
一、感应控制:
使用者走近产品感应区内(如1.5m),感应模块探测到用户,开始探测使用者身高数据并同步探测双脚与镜面垂直方向(支撑杆)的距离,反馈给控制模块(如电路板),控制模块根据预设程序旋转镜面直至使用者从头顶以下可显示在镜面中,达到使用目的。使用过程中,感应模块持续感应双脚离镜距离,当使用者离镜距离发生改变,如走动时,镜面仰角随着使用者离镜距离改变,保持使用者头顶以下显示在镜面中。
二、语音控制:
1、本具体实施方式的智能镜通过WIFI与智能音箱(如为亚马逊智能音箱)服务器连接,使用者说出唤醒关键词后,说出语音命令,如:灯光调暗一点、灯光调亮一点、灯光调暖一点、灯光调冷一点、灯光调到10%-100%,智能音箱将采集到的语音命令通过WIFI上传到亚马逊服务器进行解码,解码后将数据发送给控制模块进行转换,转换完成后发送给智能镜对灯组或驱动模块做对应运动。
2、使用过程中,使用者可根据需要语音唤醒智能音箱后说出命令,如:向下一点、向上一点,智能音箱将采集到的语音命令通过WIFI上传到亚马逊服务器进行解 码,解码后将数据发送给控制模块进行转换,转换完成后发送给智能镜,驱动模块按需求转动镜面视角。
三、电子设备控制(如手机APP)
通过APP连接智能镜,APP可设置家庭成员身高数据,如:李雷-身高173,设置完成后数据保存在公司服务器中,使用时语音唤醒智能音箱后说出使用者身份,如:“我是李雷”智能音箱将采集到的语音命令通过WIFI上传到亚马逊服务器进行解码,解码后将数据发送给控制模块进行匹配,将匹配后的身高数据发送给智能镜,智能镜接收到李雷身高数据173后,检测李雷离镜距离,然后根据身高和离镜距离数据对镜面仰角进行调整,保持使用者头顶以下显示在镜面中。
本产品可在APP中手动调整灯光亮度、色温和镜子仰角,满足各种场景和需求。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,故不能依此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明涵盖的范围内。
本发明智能镜,感应部分获取位于镜面部分前的用户身高信息及距离信息,依据用户身高信息和距离信息控制镜面部分活动以使用户全身显示于镜面部分中,解决仰角调节需求,提高使用舒适度和体验感。
Claims (17)
- 智能镜,包括支撑部分、能活动连接支撑部分的镜面部分和驱动部分,该驱动部分传动连接镜面部分以带动镜面部分相对支撑部分活动;其特征在于:还包括感应部分,该感应部分获取位于镜面部分前的用户身高信息及用户离支撑部分的距离信息,依据用户身高信息和距离信息获得镜面部分活动数据,驱动部分依据活动数据带动镜面部分活动以使用户全身显示于镜面部分中。
- 根据权利要求1所述的智能镜,其特征在于:该镜面部分能转动连接在支撑部分,该驱动部分传动连接镜面部分以带动镜面转动。
- 根据权利要求2所述的智能镜,其特征在于:该镜面部分转动轴线水平布置。
- 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的智能镜,其特征在于:还包括控制模块,该控制模块信号连接驱动部分和感应部分。
- 根据权利要求4所述的智能镜,其特征在于:该感应部分包括身高探测模块和测距模块,该控制模块信号连接身高探测模块和测距模块。
- 根据权利要求5所述的智能镜,其特征在于:该身高探测模块包括红外线感应模块或微波感应模块,该测距模块也包括红外线感应模块或微波感应模块。
- 根据权利要求5所述的智能镜,其特征在于:该身高探测模块和测距模块都装设在支撑部分。
- 根据权利要求4所述的智能镜,其特征在于:还包括数据传输模块,该数据传输模块信号连接控制模块,该数据传输模块和外界的电子设备数据传送连接。
- 根据权利要求8所述的智能镜,其特征在于:通过电子设备向控制模块发送指令,该控制模块依据该指令控制驱动部分带动镜面部分活动。
- 根据权利要求8所述的智能镜,其特征在于:还包括装接在镜面部分的发光部分,该发光部分信号连接控制模块,该控制模块依据电子设备的控制命令控制发光部分。
- 根据权利要求4所述的智能镜,其特征在于:还包括识别模块,该控制模块能获取存储的用户身高数据,该识别模块识别用户,该控制模块依据识别的用户获取该用户的用户身高数据,控制模块通过用户身高信息和距离信息获得镜面部分活动数据。
- 根据权利要求11所述的智能镜,其特征在于:还包括语音获取模块,该语音 获取模块获取用户发出的语音,解析该语音以获取用户发出的指令,该语音获取模块包括有上述的识别模块。
- 根据权利要求12所述的智能镜,其特征在于:还包括装接在镜面部分的发光部分,该发光部分信号连接控制模块,依据用户发出的指令控制发光部分。
- 根据权利要求4所述的智能镜,其特征在于:还包括发音模块,该发音模块信号连接控制模块,该控制模块获取所需信息,并通过发音模块播放所需信息。
- 根据权利要求14所述的智能镜,其特征在于:该所需信息包括天气预报或/和穿衣指数。
- 根据权利要求11所述的智能镜,其特征在于:还包括数据传输模块,该数据传输模块信号连接控制模块,该数据传输模块和外界的电子设备数据传送连接,该电子设备内存储有用户身高数据,控制模块从电子设备获取身高数据。
- 智能镜,包括支撑部分、能活动连接支撑部分的镜面部分和驱动部分,该驱动部分传动连接镜面部分以带动镜面部分相对支撑部分活动;其特征在于:还包括感应部分、数据传输模块和控制模块;该控制模块连接感应部分、数据传输模块和驱动部分;该感应部分获取位于镜面部分前的用户离镜面部分的距离信息;该数据传输模块和外界的电子设备数据传送连接,该控制模块通过数据传输模块从电子设备处获取用户身高数据,该控制模块从感应部分获取距离信息;该控制模块依据用户身高信息和距离信息获得镜面部分活动数据,驱动部分依据活动数据带动镜面部分活动使用户全身显示于镜面部分中。
