请参考图1-4,本申请提供一种具有嵌入式无线耳机的智能手表,该智能手表包括:本体和嵌入式设置于本体内的一个或两个无线耳机18,该一个或两个无线耳机18可与本体无线通讯连接。
如图3所示,本体包括:腕带、中框20以及互相配合包裹所述中框的上壳17和下壳22,腕带扣合在上壳17上;中框20上部设置显示屏13,中框20内用于放置主板15和电池11,该主板15与显示屏13电连接,中框20两侧分别 设置有凹槽218,凹槽218内用于放置耳机支架5,该一个或两个无线耳机18设置于耳机支架5内与电池11电连接、与耳机支架5可拆卸连接;下壳22分别开设有用于设置传感器模组23和充电接口24的安装孔223/224,该传感器模组23至少包括心率传感器,该传感器模组23与主板15电连接,充电接口24与电池11电连接。
在一些实施例,如图4所示,无线耳机18包括耳机壳7、耳机盖1、设置在耳机壳7前端的入耳软胶以及设置在耳机壳7内的耳机PCB板、电池3和扬声器6,耳机PCB板上设置有处理器、第一无线通讯模块和麦克风阵列,无线耳机18不仅可通过第一无线通讯模块获取语音信息(比如:音乐、心率检测信息和天气信息等)利用扬声器6播放,还可麦克风阵列拾取用户的语音信息进行语义分析后,通过第一无线通讯模块进行上网或发送至无线耳机18连接的设备(比如:手表本体或手机),进行语音唤醒和根据语音指令实现用户的各个操作(比如:打电话、听歌等)。
在一些实施例,主板15上设置有处理器和第二无线通讯模块,该处理器分别与第二无线通讯模块、显示屏、传感器模组23电连接,第二无线通讯模块可与第一无线通讯模块无线连接,实现无线耳机18与手表本体的无线连接。
在一些实施例,第一/二无线通讯模块包括:蓝牙模块、WiFi模块、红外模块或/和移动通讯模块。
在一些实施例,无线耳机18往往为一对,即两个耳机,无线耳机18是“真无线耳机”,即指左右两个耳机“完全分离”,完全没有外露线材,使用时就像是各自戴上两个隔音耳塞一样,无论运动、通话都能带来轻松、不受束缚的体验。并且耳机也可以作为TWS耳机单独配合手机使用,作为TWS耳机时,其相对现有的TWS耳机携带、充电更方便,无需再多设置在专门的充电盒中。耳机单独配合手机使用的时候,支持双耳通话功能,即通话的时候两边喇叭都能够接收到声音;动态主从切换功能,即根据耳机电量情况自动选择哪只耳机做主。
在一个具体实施例,耳机18中还设置有红外入耳检测传感器,使得耳机18具有入耳检测功能,即离耳后,耳机中语音就停止播放。同时一对无线耳机18中,哪个耳机先离开本体,哪个耳机先与手机或者手表相连,做为主耳机,主耳机用于通话或者播放音乐时,另一耳机作为从耳机会自动连接主耳机,将声音传递到两个耳机。
“真无线耳机”可以支持直接与手机的连接,可单耳使用也可双耳一起使用,传输音乐数据。也可以直接与手表本体连接,将手表本体中存储的音乐数据或者通过网络获取的实时音乐直接传输到耳机18。产品的使用可以通过手机 与服务器连接,传输音频数据和运动数据,并通过云端分析后提供定制化服务。也可以通过手表的通讯模块直接与云端连接,使数据可以不通过手机直接进行交互。
在一些实施例,耳机支架5上设置有顶针9、磁铁19和弹扣10,无线耳机18设置于耳机支架5内通过顶针9与电池11电连接,通过磁铁19和弹扣10与耳机支架5可拆卸连接。本申请为解决耳机收纳问题,巧妙地将真无线耳机与带屏幕的手表结合在一起,收纳状态时通过磁铁19和弹扣10固定耳机,当需要使用时,双手轻轻按压耳机盖1,耳机18从耳机支架5中弹出手指位,因为有磁铁19定位,可避免弹飞,也可避免误操作,即避免非主动按压耳机盖1使得耳机18跌落。
耳机18与通过弹扣10固定,在不使用耳机时,耳机置于中框20的凹槽218内的耳机支架5上,弹扣10有一个扣位,会将耳机18固定住。需要使用耳机18的使用,按压耳机18,弹扣10会回弹,松开扣位,耳机18会往外弹,在凹槽218口放置的磁铁19可以帮助吸住耳机,使耳机18不会弹飞同时方便取出。在不使用耳机18后,将耳机18放回凹槽218内的耳机支架5上,按压耳机,弹扣10结构内的弹针会被挤压往内压缩,弹扣10的扣位可以扣住耳机,固定住耳机18。
在一些实施例,腕带包括左腕带21和右腕带12,左腕带21设置有多个扣孔,右腕带12上设置有表扣8,左右腕带通过表扣8和扣孔调节松紧。
在一些实施例,传感器模组23还包括:加速度传感器、陀螺仪、电磁传感器、紫外线传感器、GPS传感器、血压血氧传感器、温度传感器、高度传感器、手势控制传感器和气压传感器中一个或多个。由于处理器分别与第二无线通讯模块、显示屏、传感器模组23电连接,手表屏幕支持文字及图片显示,可现实骑行、游泳、睡眠状态、心率检测、高度监测、环境检测等数据,同时支持来电提醒(能够显示电话号码和联系人),信息提示(能够显示信息详情),闹钟,倒计时,直接通话,信息发送,应用程序下载及使用等。
传统产品中,智能手表和无线耳机要建立联系,往往需要借助手机建立建立无线连接(蓝牙连接),即智能手表检测的信息先无线发送至手机APP,再通过与手机无线连接的无线耳机获取手机APP中的信息,使用不是很方便。本申请由于无线耳机可直接与手表本体无线连接,这样,拿起耳机18后或在佩戴耳机18运动过程中,耳机18就会实时播报手表监测到的运动数据,包括运动距离,运动时长,运动耗时等;当手表监测到环境数据或者用户数据异常时,会通过耳机和屏幕直接反馈给用户。同时也可以播放手表中存在的音乐,甚至 进行通讯等。
本申请通过无线通讯技术(蓝牙技术)不仅可使得手表既能够跟手机连接,传输运动数据到手机保存,当有提醒及通知时,手机也能同步传输数据到手表,手表根据接收到的信息给出反馈;还可使得手表本体与耳机建立连接,可以与耳机直接进行数据交互,将耳机状态信息显示到屏幕,同时将手表检测到的数据传输到耳机。
目前大多数的耳机均要基于手机才能进行听歌和通话,本申请的智能手表自带无线通讯(LTE通讯)和存储介质,工作在低功耗状态下时,可以配合手机使用,也可以在不经过手机的情况下,耳机与手表直接连接,播放本地存储的音乐和进行通讯,还可配合手机APP或者手表应用使用,进行语音唤醒和根据语音指令实现用户的各个操作。也可以通过无线网络点播网络中的音乐,同时耳机具备强降噪能力,可以在本地将采集的语音进行处理,有助于实现精准的语音识别。同时,和大多数运功手环或运动手表一样,智能手表的软件层也进行协作,可以仅支持基本的运动模式,心率识别检测等,也可以直接支持跑应用程序及直接通话。既可以很好的解决耳机携带和续航的问题,又能增强产品的用户体验,使产品更好的服务于用户。
健康越来越受到人们的关注,跑步听歌是一种常见的运动方式,目前往往是通过随身携带耳机(往往是有线耳机)和手机或音乐播放器(MP3/ipod)来听歌,为了实现轻松跑步时携带的手机或音乐播放器(MP3/ipod)其实有诸多不便;而且,为了在跑步时检测心率、查看运动里程等数据,往往还需要佩戴健康手环,但先有的健康手环,往往又不能听歌,运动时携带这些东西(手机、音乐播放器、健康手环、耳机)其实很不方便。本申请提供的具有嵌入式无线耳机的智能手表可以解决这些不方便的问题,提供了一种全新的运动方式,可在运动时同时轻松实现听歌、检测心率、查看运动里程等。
相应地,参考图5,本申请提供一种具有嵌入式无线耳机的智能手表的信息播报方法,用于运动状态下的信息提醒,该方法包括:
获取运动状态下检测到的人体生理参数;
若检测到的人体生理参数在预设的范围内,通过无线传输将健康提醒语音按设定的时间间隔发送至无线耳机进行语音播报;若检测到的人体生理参数不在预设的范围内,通过无线传输高频地将健康提醒语音送至无线耳机进行高频语音播报。
在一些实施例,若检测到的人体生理参数在预设的范围内,还可将健康提醒信息发送至显示屏显示;若检测到的人体生理参数不在预设的范围内,还可 将健康提醒信息发送至显示屏闪烁显示。
在一些实施例,无线耳机需进行健康检测提醒语音播报时,需中断或压低无线耳机中在播放的其他声音。
在一些实施例,该方法还包括:获取天气信息、跑步速度、运动里程等信息,通过无线传输将其发送至无线耳机进行语音播报。
相应地,本申请还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,该存储介质包括程序,该程序能够被处理器执行以实现上述的方法。
本领域技术人员可以理解,上述实施方式中各种方法的全部或部分功能可以通过硬件的方式实现,也可以通过计算机程序的方式实现。当上述实施方式中全部或部分功能通过计算机程序的方式实现时,该程序可以存储于一计算机可读存储介质中,存储介质可以包括:只读存储器、随机存储器、磁盘、光盘、硬盘等,通过计算机执行该程序以实现上述功能。例如,将程序存储在设备的存储器中,当通过处理器执行存储器中程序,即可实现上述全部或部分功能。另外,当上述实施方式中全部或部分功能通过计算机程序的方式实现时,该程序也可以存储在服务器、另一计算机、磁盘、光盘、闪存盘或移动硬盘等存储介质中,通过下载或复制保存到本地设备的存储器中,或对本地设备的系统进行版本更新,当通过处理器执行存储器中的程序时,即可实现上述实施方式中全部或部分功能。
以上应用了具体个例对本发明进行阐述,只是用于帮助理解本发明,并不用以限制本发明。对于本发明所属技术领域的技术人员,依据本发明的思想,还可以做出若干简单推演、变形或替换。
Claims (10)
- 一种具有嵌入式无线耳机的智能手表,其特征在于包括:本体和嵌入式设置于本体内的一个或两个无线耳机,所述一个或两个无线耳机可与所述本体无线通讯连接;所述本体包括:腕带、中框以及互相配合包裹所述中框的上壳和下壳;所述腕带扣合在所述上壳,所述中框上部设置显示屏;所述中框内用于放置主板和电池,所述主板与显示屏电连接;所述中框两侧分别设置有凹槽,所述凹槽用于放置耳机支架,所述一个或两个无线耳机设置于所述耳机支架内与所述电池电连接、与所述无线耳机可拆卸连接;所述下壳设置有传感器模组和充电接口,所述传感器模组包括心率传感器,所述传感器模组与所述主板电连接,所述充电接口与所述电池电连接。
- 如权利要求1所述的智能手表,其特征在于,所述第一/二无线通讯模块包括:蓝牙模块、WiFi模块、红外模块或/和移动通讯模块。
- 如权利要求1所述的智能手表,其特征在于,所述耳机支架上设置有顶针、磁铁和弹扣,所述一个或两个无线耳机设置于所述耳机支架内通过所述顶针与所述电池电连接,通过所述磁铁和弹扣与所述耳机支架可拆卸连接。
- 如权利要求1所述的智能手表,其特征在于,所述一个或两个无线耳机设置有微处理器、第一无线通讯模块和麦克风,所述微处理器分别与第一无线通讯模块和麦克风电连接;所述主板上设置有处理器和第二无线通讯模块,所述第二无线通讯模块与处理器电连接,所述第二无线通讯模块可与所述第一无线通讯模块无线连接。
- 如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的智能手表,其特征在于,所述传感器模组还包括:加速度传感器、陀螺仪、电磁传感器、紫外线传感器、GPS传感器、血压血氧传感器、温度传感器、高度传感器、手势控制传感器和气压传感器中一个或多个。
- 一种具有嵌入式无线耳机的智能手表的信息播报方法,用于运动状态下的信息提醒,其特征在于,该方法包括:获取运动状态下检测到的人体生理参数;若检测到的人体生理参数在预设的范围内,通过无线传输将健康提醒语音按设定的时间间隔发送至无线耳机进行语音播报;若检测到的人体生理参数不在预设的范围内,通过无线传输高频地将健康提醒语音送至无线耳机进行高频语音播报。
- 如权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,若检测到的人体生理参数在预设的范围内,还可将健康提醒信息发送至显示屏显示;若检测到的人体生理参数不在预设的范围内,还可将健康提醒信息发送至显示屏闪烁显示。
- 如权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,无线耳机需进行健康检测提醒语音播报时,需中断或压低无线耳机中在播放的其他声音。
- 如权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:获取天气信息、跑步速度和运动里程信息,通过无线传输将其发送至无线耳机进行语音播报。
- 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,包括程序,所述程序能够被处理器执行以实现如权利要求6-9中任一项所述的方法。
