Description

相关技术中的滚筒洗衣机的观察窗垫都是通过观察窗垫的槽形结构卡装在外筒口和前板上后,用紧固圈对观察窗垫进行锁紧固定,这种观察窗垫紧固圈由钢丝和弹簧组成,成本高,钢丝对橡胶的观察窗垫还会腐蚀损坏,影响观察窗垫的正常使用,而且由钢丝和弹簧组成的紧固圈不易拆装,如果观察窗垫损坏或内部零件需要维修,必须逐步拆装弹簧圈,才能完成观察窗垫的更换或对内部进行维修,操作困难,费时费力。
发明内容
本申请提供一种洗衣机观察窗垫紧固圈及洗衣机,以简化紧固圈的安装、拆卸过程,降低紧固圈的制造成本,提高观察窗垫的使用寿命。
一种洗衣机观察窗垫紧固圈,套设在观察窗垫的外周上,所述紧固圈包括第一连接端和第二连接端,所述第一连接端和所述第二连接端中的一个连接端上设有沿所述紧固圈周向排布的啮合齿,另一个连接端设有与所述啮合齿相互啮合的且沿所述紧固圈周向排布的啮合槽;所述紧固圈设置为通过调节所述啮合齿和所述啮合槽相互啮合的位置,调整紧固圈的直径的大小。
本申请还公开一种洗衣机,包括前板和与前板密封连接的观察窗垫,观察窗垫的外周上设置上述的紧固圈,以将观察窗垫与前板锁紧固定。

上述紧固圈3为设有一开口的环形结构,所述环形结构的开口处形成第一连接端31和第二连接端32,第一连接端31搭设在第二连接端32的上部,第一连接端31的内侧面和第二连接端32的外侧面相限位接触,通过调整第一连接端31的内侧面和第二连接端32的外侧面之间的接触长度,以调节紧固圈3直径的大小,所述紧固圈3的第一连接端31和第二连接端32设有相互啮合的啮合结构,通过调节啮合结构的啮合的位置,以调整第一连接端31的内侧面和第二连接端32的外侧面之间的接触长度,操作简单,便于拆装。
上述设置中,所述紧固圈3的材质为塑料,不会对橡胶的观察窗垫2产生腐蚀性损坏,提高观察窗垫2的使用寿命,而且塑料材质的成本较低。
本实施例中,所述第一连接端31和所述第二连接端32可互换。可选的,搭设在外圈的连接端为第一连接端31,搭设在内圈的连接端为第二连接端32。
实施例一
如图1至4所示,本实施例提供的一种洗衣机。观察窗垫2的一端与前板1密封连接,观察窗垫2的另一端与外筒的开口端或内筒的开口端密封连接。本实施例所述的前板1的开口处设有一圈卡勾10,观察窗垫2上设有与卡勾10形状相适配的卡槽20,卡勾10伸入至卡槽20内,卡勾10的厚度大于卡槽20的宽度,以使卡勾10紧密扣合于卡槽20内,加强观察窗垫2与前板1之间装配的牢固性。
本实施例中,所述卡勾10相对于竖直方向倾斜设置,卡勾10由前板1向远离洗衣桶一侧扩口延伸,卡勾10与卡槽20配合。观察窗垫2外周上设有一凹槽21,所述凹槽21位于卡勾10围成的角形区域内,凹槽21内套设有紧固圈3,所述紧固圈3将观察窗垫2锁紧固定在前板1的卡勾10上,通过调节紧固圈3的直径来调节紧固圈3的松紧度。
实施例二
本申请实施例中所述的紧固圈3为塑料环形圈,塑料环形圈断开形成第一连接端31和第二连接端32,所述紧固圈3的第一连接端31和第二连接端32设有相互啮合的啮合结构,紧固圈3套设在观察窗垫2的外周,通过调节啮合结 构的位置将前板1和观察窗垫2进行锁紧,防止观察窗垫2脱落。
紧固圈的材质为塑料,可以降低紧固圈的制造成本,不会对观察窗垫产生腐蚀性的损坏,提高观察窗垫的使用寿命。
本实施例中,所述啮合结构为齿式啮合结构,第一连接端31上与第二连接端32相对的一侧以及第二连接端32上与第一连接端31相对的一侧均设有多个啮合齿4,相邻啮合齿4之间形成啮合槽5,第一连接端31的啮合齿4与第二连接端32的啮合槽5配合,第二连接端32的啮合齿4与第一连接端31的啮合槽5配合。第一连接端31的内侧面上设有多个沿紧固圈3周向排布的第一啮合齿,第二连接端32的外侧面上设有多个沿紧固圈3周向排布的第二啮合齿,第一啮合齿是沿紧固圈3径向向紧固圈3内部凸出的,第二啮合齿是沿紧固圈3径向向紧固圈3外部凸出的,相邻第一啮合齿之间形成第一啮合槽,相邻第二啮合齿之间形成第二啮合槽,第一啮合齿与第二啮合槽相配合,第二啮合齿和第一啮合槽相配合。
如图5所示,本实施例中,第一连接端31上的啮合齿4的横截面是等腰三角形,此种齿形容易生产制造,但是在第一连接端31和第二连接端32扣合后容易脱开,在紧固圈3上设一环形套33,所述环形套33设置在第二连接端32远离末端的啮合齿4的一侧,第一连接端31的末端插入环形套33内,以防止第一连接端31和第二连接端32松开。
如图4所示,本实施例中,所述啮合齿4的横截面为倾斜的三角形,相邻啮合齿4之间形成的啮合槽5的横截面也为倾斜的三角形,在安装过程中紧固圈3套设在观察窗垫2后,第一连接端31与第二连接端32相互扣合,第一连接端31的内侧面与第二连接端32的外侧面紧密贴合。第一连接端31上的第一啮合齿的朝向远离第一连接端31的末端的方向倾斜,第二连接端32上的第二啮合齿的朝向远离第二连接端32的末端的方向倾斜,第一啮合齿远离第一连接端31的末端的一侧与第二啮合齿远离第二连接端32的末端的一侧限位接触,由于紧固圈3紧固在观察窗垫2的外周,第一啮合齿和第二啮合齿相互钩挂,不会脱离。此种结构可以省去环形套33的设计,但是为了防止第一连接端31的末端翘起,第一连接端31的末端可以通过环形套33固定。
如图6所示,本实施例中,所述啮合齿4还可以为矩形齿,相邻矩形齿之 间形成矩形的啮合槽5,第一连接端31的啮合齿4对应伸入至第二连接端32的啮合槽5内,第二连接端32的啮合齿4对应伸入至第一连接端31的啮合槽5内,第一连接端31的内侧面和第二连接端32的外侧面紧密贴合后,第一连接端31的末端插入环形套33内进行固定。
实施例三
本实施例与上述实施例二的区别在于,所述第二连接端32上设有多个相间隔均匀排布的啮合齿4,所述第一连接端31上设有多个与第二连接端32的啮合齿4相对应的啮合槽5,相邻两个啮合齿4之间的距离和相邻两个啮合槽5之间的距离相等,第二连接端32的啮合齿4对应伸入至第一连接端31的啮合槽5内,在安装时,紧固圈3套设在观察窗垫2的外周后,调整不同的啮合齿4与啮合槽5进行配合,将观察窗垫2与前板1进行固定。如果观察窗垫2损坏或内部零件需要维修,只需将第一连接端31向上扣开,安装拆卸方便,节省操作工人时间。
如图7所示,本实施例中,所述啮合齿4为矩形齿,啮合槽5为贯穿塑料环形圈的矩形槽,不同的啮合齿4与不同的啮合槽5相扣合,可调节紧固圈3的直径;可选的,第二连接端32位于紧固圈3的内圈,环形套33设置在第二连接端32远离第二连接端32末端的一侧,紧固圈3上设有至少一个环形套33,啮合齿4插入到啮合槽5内固定连接后,环形套33将紧固圈3的两端套设在一起,防止第一连接端31和第二连接端32松开。
如图8所示,本实施例中,所述第二连接端32上的啮合齿4远离第二连接端32的末端的一侧为倾斜的斜面6,所述斜面6自第二连接端32的外侧面向远离第二连接端32的末端方向倾斜,以防止啮合齿4伸入啮合槽5后脱离。此种设置方式省去了环形套33的设计,安装更加方便。但是为了防止第一连接端31的末端翘起,第一连接端31的末端可以通过环形套33固定。
本实施例中的啮合齿4的齿数和啮合槽5的个数不限于图示中所示的个数,本申请中的齿形不限于图形中所示的齿形。
本申请所提供的紧固圈用于将观察窗垫和前板紧固在一起,防止观察窗垫和前板的脱离,可以通过调整第一连接端和第二连接端的接触面的长度来改变紧固圈的直径大小,以调整紧固圈的松紧度,紧固圈上不用设置其他部件,结 构简单,第一连接端和第二连接端直接钩挂即可完成安装过程,简化了紧固圈的安装、拆卸过程,提高工人工作效率
Claims (10)
- 一种洗衣机观察窗垫紧固圈,套设在观察窗垫的外周上,其中,所述紧固圈包括第一连接端和第二连接端,所述第一连接端和所述第二连接端中的一个连接端上设有沿所述紧固圈周向排布的啮合齿,另一个连接端设有与所述啮合齿相互啮合的且沿所述紧固圈周向排布的啮合槽;所述紧固圈设置为通过调节所述啮合齿和所述啮合槽相互啮合的位置,调整所述紧固圈的直径的大小。
- 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机观察窗垫紧固圈,其中,所述紧固圈为塑料制成的、设有一开口的环形结构,所述环形结构的开口处形成所述第一连接端和所述第二连接端。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的洗衣机观察窗垫紧固圈,其中,所述第一连接端上设有贯穿所述紧固圈的啮合槽,所述第二连接端上设有沿所述紧固圈的径向向所述紧固圈外部凸出的啮合齿,所述啮合齿对应插入所述啮合槽内对所述紧固圈进行固定锁紧。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的洗衣机观察窗垫紧固圈,其中,所述啮合齿包括设置在所述第一连接端内侧面的第一啮合齿和设置在所述第二连接端外侧面的第二啮合齿,所述第一啮合齿沿所述紧固圈的径向向所述紧固圈的内部凸出,所述第二啮合齿沿所述紧固圈的径向向所述紧固圈的外部凸出,相邻两个第一啮合齿之间形成第一啮合槽,相邻两个第二啮合齿之间形成第二啮合槽,所述第一啮合齿与所述第二啮合槽相配合,所述第二啮合齿和所述第一啮合槽相配合,以对所述紧固圈进行固定锁紧。
- 根据权利要求3所述的洗衣机观察窗垫紧固圈,其中,所述啮合齿远离所述第二连接端的末端的一侧为倾斜的斜面,所述斜面自所述第二连接端的外侧面向远离所述第二连接端的末端方向倾斜,所述啮合齿伸入所述啮合槽内以连接所述第一连接端和所述第二连接端。
- 根据权利要求4所述的洗衣机观察窗垫紧固圈,其中,所述第一啮合齿向远离所述第一连接端的末端倾斜,所述第二啮合齿向远离所述第二连接端的末端倾斜,所述第一啮合齿远离所述第一连接端的末端的一侧与所述第二啮合齿远离所述第二连接端的末端的一侧限位接触,所述第一啮合齿和所述第二啮合齿钩挂在一起以连接所述第一连接端和所述第二连接端。
- 根据权利要求1至6任一所述的洗衣机观察窗垫紧固圈,其中,所述啮合齿的横截面为三角形;或者,所述啮合齿的横截面为矩形;所述啮合槽与所述啮合齿的形状相适配。
- 根据权利要求1至7任一所述的洗衣机观察窗垫紧固圈,其中,所述紧固圈包括环形套;所述环形套设置在所述第二连接端上且远离所述第二连接端的末端的啮合齿的一侧,所述第一连接端的末端设置为在连接所述第一连接端和所述第二连接端的情况下插入所述环形套内;或者,所述环形套设置在所述第一连接端上且远离所述第一连接端的末端的啮合齿的一侧,所述第二连接端的末端设置为在连接所述第一连接端和所述第二连接端的情况下插入所述环形套内。
- 一种洗衣机,包括前板和与所述前板密封连接的观察窗垫,所述观察窗垫的外周上设置上述权利要求1至8任一所述的紧固圈,以将所述观察窗垫与所述前板锁紧固定。
- 根据权利要求9所述的洗衣机,其中,所述前板上用于向洗衣桶投放衣物的开口处设有一圈卡勾,所述观察窗垫上设有与卡勾形状相适配的卡槽,所述卡勾伸入至所述卡槽内,所述卡勾相对于竖直方向倾斜设置形成一三角形区域,所述观察窗垫的外周设有一凹槽,所述凹槽位于所述卡勾围成的三角形区域内,所述紧固圈安装在所述凹槽内。
