背景技术
随着用户需求的提升,终端设备的性能持续在优化,其中较为突出的表现为:终端设备的屏幕占比越来越大。为了实现屏幕占比的增大,越来越多的终端设备采用能够升降的摄像头,当需要拍摄时,摄像头能够伸出终端设备的壳体之外进而实现拍摄;当拍摄完成时,摄像头能够移动至终端设备的壳体之内进而实现在壳体内的隐藏。由于摄像头能够隐藏在终端设备的壳体之内,因此不会占据终端设备的板面空间,有利于增大终端设备的屏幕占比。

发明内容
本公开公开一种终端设备,以解决终端设备的光学器件在伸缩过程中容易发生歪斜的问题。

光学器件200通常为发光或借助于光才能进行工作的器件,光学器件200可以为终端设备的摄像头、闪光灯等器件,本公开实施例不限制光学器件200的具体种类。光学器件200可移动地设置在壳体上,光学器件200能够通过相对于壳体的移动,实现在不同位置之间的切换。本公开实施例中,光学器件200在伸出壳体之外的过程中,光学器件200能够从壳体的内腔通过穿孔110而伸出到壳体之外;光学器件200在缩回到壳体之内的过程中,光学器件200能够从壳体之外通过穿孔110而缩回到壳体的内腔中。
驱动机构300与光学器件200相连,驱动机构300驱动光学器件200移动。具体的,驱动机构300驱动光学器件200通过穿孔110伸出壳体之外或缩回到壳体之内。
由于光学器件200在驱动机构300的驱动下能够移动,导轨400起到引导的作用。本公开实施例中,导轨400具有弯曲导向面,弯曲导向面为非直面,并具有弯曲度。
光学器件200包括弯曲段210,弯曲段210也具有弯曲度,弯曲段210与弯曲导向面滑动配合。在驱动机构300驱动光学器件200移动的过程中,光学器件200通过弯曲段210与弯曲导向面的配合实现移动。
本公开实施例中,在弯曲导向面的引导下,驱动机构300在驱动光学器件200伸缩的过程中会产生微量的平移,当然光学器件200与穿孔110之间的装配缝隙完全能够允许光学器件200在伸缩的同时产生微量的平移,该平移动作能够实现后文所述的对光学器件200位置的矫正。
如背景技术中所述,驱动机构300驱动光学器件200移动的过程中,驱动机构300容易导致光学器件200产生偏转,在伸出过程中,光学器件200会在一个方向产生偏转;在缩回过程中,光学器件200会在另一个方向产生偏转。在光学器件200发生偏转的过程中,光学器件200会与弯曲导向面的局部产生干涉,根据反作用力的原理,弯曲导向面的局部区域会对光学器件200施加一个与偏转方向相反的推力,进而来扶正光学器件200,如上文所述,由于光学器件200会发生平移因此不会与穿孔110发生卡死现象,进而能够使得弯曲导向面的局部所施加的推力达到矫正光学器件200偏转的作用。
通过上述工作过程可知,本公开实施例公开的终端设备对光学器件200和导轨400的结构进行了改进,使得导轨400具有弯曲导向面,相应地,光学器件200则包括能够与弯曲导向面滑动配合的弯曲段210,弯曲导向面与弯曲段210的滑动配合,能够在光学器件200发生偏转时及时地矫正光学器件200,进而能够避免发生歪斜。弯曲段为光学器件上的一部分,可以是与所述弯曲导向面匹配的曲面。
为了提高矫正效果,可选的方案中,弯曲导向面可以为两个,弯曲段210可以位于两个弯曲导向面之间。两个弯曲导向面分别在弯曲段210的两侧发挥作用,从而更容易矫正光学器件200。
为了更方便理解矫正过程,下面以弯曲导向面为两个为例进行说明,请再次参考图1,在光学器件200缩回的过程中,在驱动机构300的驱动作用下,光学器件200会向着图1中空心箭头a所示的方向偏转,光学器件200会与其中一个弯曲导向面的局部区域A1和另一个弯曲导向面的局部区域B1抵靠,局部区域A1和局部区域B1分别施加的推力F1和推力F2能够使得光 学器件200发生与空心箭头a相反方向的偏转,从而达到矫正光学器件200的作用,避免其发生歪斜。当然,在弯曲导向面为一个的情况下,无论施加的是推力F1还是推力F2均能矫正光学器件200在缩回过程中发生的偏转。
请再次参考图2,在光学器件200伸出的过程中,在驱动机构300的驱动作用下,光学器件200会向着图2中空心箭头b所示的方向偏转,光学器件200会与其中一个弯曲导向面的局部区域A2和另一个弯曲导向面的局部区域B2抵靠,局部区域A2和局部区域B2分别施加的推力F3和推力F4,能够使得光学器件200发生与空心箭头b相反方向的偏转,从而达到矫正光学器件200的作用,避免其发生歪斜。当然,在弯曲导向面为一个的情况下,无论施加的是推力F3还是推力F4均能矫正光学器件200在伸出过程中发生的偏转。
本公开实施例中,导轨400的结构可以有多种,一种具体的实施方式中,导轨400可以为弯管结构件,弯曲导向面为弯管结构件的内壁,导轨400套设在弯曲段210上,此种结构中,由于弯管结构件套设在弯曲段210上,能够进一步提高弯曲段210与导轨400装配的稳定性。
当然,导轨400还可以为导向槽,弯曲段210滑动地设置在导向槽中。导向槽的至少一个内侧壁的表面为弯曲导向面。当然,导轨400为导向槽的前提下,由于导向槽具有槽口,因此能够更方便与光学器件200进行装配。更为可选的方案中,导向槽的两个内侧壁均为弯曲导向面,也就是说,导向槽的两个内侧壁均能发挥导向的作用,进而能够进一步提高导向效果。具体的,导向槽的底面也可以与弯曲段210滑动配合。需要说明的是,导向槽的底面指的是导向槽内与导向槽的槽口相对的表面。
本公开实施例中,弯曲段210可以为弧形段,弯曲导向面可以为弧形面,此种情况下,光学器件200可以沿着弧线移动,此种情况下,弯曲段210与弯曲导向面可以位于同一组同心圆上。
通常情况下,光学器件200在工作的过程中需要通电,基于此,本公开实施例公开的终端设备还可以包括电连接部500,电连接部500的一端与光学器件200电连接,电连接部500的另一端与终端设备的主板电连接。具体的,电连接部500可以是柔性电路板、柔性电缆或滑动电连接机构。柔性电 路板或柔性电缆均可以通过自身的形变适应光学器件200的移动。滑动电连接机构可以通过滑动接触保持光学器件200与主板处于电连接状态。本公开实施例不限制电连接部500的具体种类。
电连接部500的布置方式有多种,可选的方案中,电连接部500和驱动机构300可以分别连接在光学器件200底端的两个侧边缘上。此种分布方式能够避免电连接部500与驱动机构300之间的相互干扰。
为了进一步方便对光学器件200的驱动,光学器件200可以包括悬臂240,悬臂240沿光学器件200的缩回方向延伸,悬臂240的自由端可以伸出导轨400上朝向缩回方向的端面之外,驱动机构300与悬臂240的自由端相连。此种情况下,由于悬臂240能够向着光学器件200的缩回方向延伸,驱动机构300通过与悬臂240的连接实现对光学器件200的驱动,能够更好地降低驱动机构300被干扰的概率。
可选的方案中,在电连接部500和驱动机构300分别连接在光学器件200底端的两个侧边缘的前提下,弯曲导向面可以向着背离驱动机构300的方向弯曲,此种情况下,弯曲导向面的弯曲方向与光学器件200伸出过程中的偏转方向一致,有利于在伸出过程中更好地克服光学器件200的歪斜现象。
本公开实施例公开的终端设备还可以包括密封件600,导轨400与壳体的内壁之间可以留有间隙,密封件600可以夹设在壳体的内壁与导轨400之间。密封件600与光学器件200滑动密封配合。密封件600与光学器件200滑动密封,从而提高终端设备的防尘、防水能力。
密封件600可以与光学器件200的多个部位进行密封配合。更为可选的方案中,光学器件200还可以包括直线段230,在光学器件200的伸出方向上,弯曲段210与直线段230依次设置。在光学器件200处于缩回状态下,密封件600密封套设在直线段230上,由于直线段230的表面为直面,因此密封件600与直线段230的配合,能够使得密封件600各处的变形较为均衡,进而能够提高密封的性能。
密封件600可以为硅胶、泡棉等材料制成,本公开实施例不限制密封件600的具体材质。相应地,密封件600的结构也可以有多种。由于光学器件200为能够移动的部件,密封件600与光学器件200之间的摩擦会影响光学 器件200的移动性能,基于此,本公开实施例公开一种具体结构的密封件600,所公开的密封件600可以包括筒状基体610和设置在筒状基体610的内壁上的环状凸起620,筒状基体610套设在光学器件200上,且环状凸起620与光学器件200滑动密封接触。环状凸起620为设置在筒状基体610内壁上的一圈凸起,能够减小密封件600与光学器件200之间的接触面积,因此在保证滑动密封的前提下,能够减小密封件600与光学器件200之间的摩擦力。
环状凸起620的形状可以有多种,一种具体的实施方式中,环状凸起620的厚度可以自其外侧边缘向内侧边缘延伸的方向上逐渐减小。环状凸起620的内侧边缘与光学器件200滑动密封接触,由于环状凸起620的内侧边缘的厚度较薄,因此较容易发生变形而形成与光学器件200之间的密封接触;与此同时,环状凸起620的外侧边缘与筒状基体610相连,环状凸起620的外侧边缘厚度较大,有利于提高与筒状基体610连接的稳定性。
可选的方案中,本公开实施例公开的密封件600可以为一体式结构件,此种结构具有方便制造、易于安装等优点。
为了避免光学器件200的过度缩回,更为可选的方案中,穿孔110的内壁可以设置限位台120,限位台120具有朝向光学器件200的伸出方向的第一限位面,光学器件200可以包括限位段220。具体的,弯曲段210、直线段230和限位段220可以在光学器件200的伸出方向依次分布。限位段220具有朝向光学器件200的缩回方向的第二限位面,第一限位面与第二限位面限位配合。在光学器件200缩回的过程中,由于第一限位面与第二限位面的限位配合,因此能够避免光学器件200过度缩回。
具体的,在光学器件200处于缩回状态下,第一限位面与第二限位面限位接触,与此同时,光学器件200朝向其伸出方向的顶端端面可以与壳体的外侧表面共面,此种配合方式无疑能够提高终端设备的外观性能,避免在缩回到位后光学器件200的顶端端面与壳体的外侧表面不齐,而影响终端设备的抓握性能。
本公开实施例公开的终端设备中,驱动机构300的种类可以有多种,例如,驱动机构300可以为气压伸缩件或液压伸缩件,由于光学器件200在移动的过程中会发生微量平移(该平移方向可以与光学器件200的移动方向相 垂直),因此,气压伸缩件或液压伸缩件与光学器件200之间铰接,从而能够使得气压伸缩件或液压伸缩件在工作的过程中能够适应光学器件200的平移。
请再次参考图1,本公开实施例公开一种具体结构的驱动机构300,该驱动机构300可以包括驱动电机310、减速器320、丝杆330、螺纹套340、导向杆350、伸缩弹簧360和支架370。具体的,支架370可以固定于壳体,丝杆330转动地安装于支架370上,螺纹套340与丝杆330螺纹配合,当然螺纹套340可以与支架370或壳体在丝杆330的转动方向限位配合,从而能够使得在丝杆330转动的过程中螺纹套340只能沿丝杆330的延伸方向移动。驱动电机310通过减速器320与丝杆330传动连接,从而能够驱动丝杆330发生转动。导向杆350固定连接于光学器件200,伸缩弹簧360的一端连接于螺纹套340,另一端连接于光学器件200,在螺纹套340移动的过程中会通过伸缩弹簧360,驱动光学器件200移动。
伸缩弹簧360套设在导向杆350上,能够沿着导向杆350伸缩,伸缩弹簧360在工作的过程中会发生微量弯曲来适应光学器件200发生的微量平移。具体的,伸缩弹簧360的内径大于导向杆350的直径,从而能够实现伸缩弹簧360的微量弯曲。
本公开实施例公开的终端设备可以是手机、平板电脑、电子书阅读器、游戏机、可穿戴设备(例如智能手表)等终端设备,本公开实施例不限制终端设备的具体种类。
本公开上文实施例中重点描述的是各个实施例之间的不同,各个实施例之间不同的优化特征只要不矛盾,均可以组合形成更优的实施例,考虑到行文简洁,在此则不再赘述。
以上所述仅为本公开的实施例而已,并不用于限制本公开。对于本领域技术人员来说,本公开可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本公开的精神和原理之内所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本公开的权利要求范围之内。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种终端设备,包括壳体、光学器件以及设置在所述壳体内的驱动机构和导轨,所述壳体具有内腔和与所述内腔连通的穿孔,所述驱动机构与所述光学器件相连,且所述驱动机构驱动所述光学器件通过所述穿孔伸出所述壳体之外或缩回到所述壳体之内,所述导轨具有弯曲导向面,所述光学器件包括弯曲段,所述弯曲段与所述弯曲导向面滑动配合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的终端设备,其中,所述弯曲导向面为两个,所述弯曲段位于两个所述弯曲导向面之间。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的终端设备,其中,所述导轨为弯管结构件,所述弯曲导向面为所述弯管结构件的内壁,所述导轨套设在所述弯曲段上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的终端设备,其中,所述导轨为导向槽,所述导向槽的至少一个内侧壁的表面为所述弯曲导向面。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的终端设备,其中,所述弯曲段为弧形段,所述弯曲导向面为圆弧面。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的终端设备,还包括电连接部,所述电连接部和所述驱动机构分别连接在所述光学器件底端的两个侧边缘上,所述光学器件包括悬臂,所述悬臂沿所述光学器件的缩回方向延伸,所述驱动机构与所述悬臂的自由端相连。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的终端设备,其中,所述弯曲导向面向着背离所述驱动机构的方向弯曲。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的终端设备,还包括密封件,所述密封件夹设在所述壳体的内壁与所述导轨之间,所述密封件与所述光学器件滑动密封配合。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的终端设备,其中,所述光学器件包括直线段,在所述光学器件的伸出方向上,所述弯曲段与所述直线段依次设置,在所述光学器件处于缩回状态下,所述密封件密封套设在所述直线段上。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的终端设备,其中,所述密封件包括筒状基体和设置在所述筒状基体的内壁上的环状凸起,所述筒状基体套设在所述光学器件上,且所述环状凸起与所述光学器件滑动密封接触。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的终端设备,其中,所述环状凸起的厚度自其外侧边缘向内侧边缘延伸的方向上逐渐减小,所述外侧边缘与所述筒状基体相连。
