本发明实施例涉及医疗设备领域,尤其涉及一种病人监护方法及设备、计算机可读存储介质。
设备通常通过网络将一个科室或多个科室内的监护仪进行连接,以达到实时集中监护以及数据海量存储的目的。当在院内重症加强护理病房(Intensive Care Unit,ICU)、心脏科加强护理病房(Cardiac Care Unit,CCU)等科室进行远程监护时,护士能够通过设备的监护系统实时监测自己所负责床位的病人的实时状态,包括病人当前的生理特征、参数报警等,并在病人状态出现不稳定时,及时发现并进行抢救处理。
现有的监护系统包括多个显示器,每个显示器被划分为n*m的显示区段,其中每一个显示区段对应一台监护设备,在显示器的不同显示区段中,显示对应监护设备采集到的病人信息,当监护设备对应的病人更换时,即监护系统接入了新的病人,该监护设备对应的显示区段中显示的病人信息也发生了变化,此时,不同护士所负责的病人会出现在不同显示器的不同显示区段,使得病人在监护系统中的显示非常杂乱,护士需要在每次有病人接入时手动调整病人的区段位置,以使的每个护士所负责的病人都集中在一个区域,便于护士进行监测,然而,手动调整病人的区段位置,会导致浏览操作复杂,且耗时较多,极大的降低了病人监护的智能性。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明实施例期望提供一种病人监护方法及设备、计算机可读存储介质,能够提高病人监护的智能性。
本发明实施例的技术方案可以如下实现:
本发明实施例提供一种病人监护方法,所述方法包括:
接收待接入病人的病人信息;
根据预设分组规则,确定所述病人信息对应的第一显示器及其第一显示区段,所述第一显示器为至少一个显示器中的任一个显示器;
关联所述待接入病人对应的监测设备,并在所述第一显示器的所述第一显示区段中,显示所述待接入病人对应的病情监测信息,所述病情监测信息从所述监测设备处获取。
在上述方法中,所述在所述第一显示器的所述第一显示区段中,显示所述待接入病人对应的病情监测信息之后,所述方法还包括:
当在所述第一显示区段中接收到详细信息显示指令时,按照预设显示策略,在至少一个显示器中显示所述待接入病人对应的病情详细信息,所述病情详细信息从所述监测设备处获取。
在上述方法中,所述在所述第一显示器的所述第一显示区段中,显示所述待接入病人对应的病情监测信息之后,所述方法还包括:
当在所述第一显示区段中接收到解除指令时,解除与所述监测设备的关联,并在所述第一显示区段中清除所述待接入病人对应的病情监测信息。
在上述方法中,所述根据预设分组规则,确定所述病人信息对应的第一显示器及其第一显示区段,包括:
确定所述预设分组规则对应的预设分组属性;

当未查找到所述第一显示器和所述第一显示区段之后,从所述至少一个显示器中查找空白显示区段;
将所述病情监测信息显示在所述空白显示区段中。
在上述方法中,所述关联所述待接入病人对应的监测设备,包括:
判断所述监测设备的接入状态;
当所述接入状态为待接入时,接入所述监测设备,并关联所述监测设备;
当所述接入状态为已接入时,关联所述监测设备。
本发明实施例提供一种病人监护设备,包括:处理器、存储器、显示器及通信总线,所述显示器,用于在第一显示器的第一显示区段中,显示待接入病人对应的病情监测信息,所述处理器用于实现如上述任一项所述的病人监护方法。
在上述病人监护设备中,所述病人监护设备为医院内中央监护系统。
本发明实施例提供一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,该计算机程序被处理器执行时实现如上述任一项所述的病人监护方法。

其中,病人信息包括病人身份(Identification,ID)、床位ID、医护人员标识、护理组标识、科室标识和病情组标识等,具体的根据实际情况进行选择,本发明实施例不做具体的限定。
本发明实施例中,病人监护设备可以为医院内中央监护系统(即中央站)。
S102、根据预设分组规则,确定病人信息对应的第一显示器及其第一显示区段,第一显示器为至少一个显示器中的任一个显示器。

本发明实施例中,病人监护设备判断待接入病人的监测设备的接入状态,当接入状态为待接入时,表征该监测设备并未与病人监护设备建立连接,此时,病人监护设备接入该监测设备,并关联该监测设备,以使的监测设备在病人监护设备上上线;当接入状态为已接入时,表征该监测设备已经与病人监护设备检测连接,但是并未在病人监护设备上上线,此时,病人监护设备关联该监测设备,待接入病人对应的监测设备此时已在病人监护设备中上线。

需要说明的是,S206和S207为S205之后的两个并列的步骤,具体的根据实际情况进行选择,本发明实施例不做具体的限定。

图4为本发明实施例中的病人监护设备1的结构框图示意图。在实际应用中,基于上述实施例的同一发明构思下,如图4所示,本发明实施例中的病人监护设备1包括:处理器10、显示器11、存储器12及通信总线13。在具体的实施例的过程中,上述处理器10可以为特定用途集成电路 (ASIC,Application Specific Integrated Circuit)、数字信号处理器(DSP,Digital Signal Processor)、数字信号处理终端(DSPD,Digital Signal Processing Device)、可编程逻辑终端(PLD,Programmable Logic Device)、现场可编程门阵列(FPGA,Field Programmable Gate Array)、CPU、控制器、微控制器、微处理器中的至少一种。可以理解地,对于不同的设备,用于实现上述处理器功能的电子器件还可以为其它,本发明实施例不作具体限定。

通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到上述实施例方法可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件,但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。基于这样的理解,本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质(如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘)中,包括若干指令用以使得一台终端(可以是手机,计算机,服务器,空调器,或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述的方法。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护之内。
在本发明实施例中,病人监测设备预先根据预设分组属性对至少一个显示器进行划分,得到预设分组规则,当病人监护设备接收到待接入病人的病人信息时,病人监护设备根据预设分组规则,确定出病人信息对应的第一显示器及其第一显示区段,并在第一显示器的第一显示区段中显示待接入病人对应的病情监测信息,其中,病情监测信息从关联的待接入病人对应的监测设备处获取到的,此时,病人监测设备将相同分组属性的病人集中在同一显示区域进行显示,提高了病人监护的智能性。
Claims (12)
- 一种病人监护方法,所述方法包括:接收待接入病人的病人信息;根据预设分组规则,确定所述病人信息对应的第一显示器及其第一显示区段,所述第一显示器为至少一个显示器中的任一个显示器;关联所述待接入病人对应的监测设备,并在所述第一显示器的所述第一显示区段中,显示所述待接入病人对应的病情监测信息,所述病情监测信息从所述监测设备处获取。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述在所述第一显示器的所述第一显示区段中,显示所述待接入病人对应的病情监测信息之后,所述方法还包括:当在所述第一显示区段中接收到详细信息显示指令时,按照预设显示策略,在至少一个显示器中显示所述待接入病人对应的病情详细信息,所述病情详细信息从所述监测设备处获取。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述在所述第一显示器的所述第一显示区段中,显示所述待接入病人对应的病情监测信息之后,所述方法还包括:当在所述第一显示区段中接收到解除指令时,解除与所述监测设备的关联,并在所述第一显示区段中清除所述待接入病人对应的病情监测信息。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述根据预设分组规则,确定所述病人信息对应的第一显示器及其第一显示区段,包括:确定所述预设分组规则对应的预设分组属性;从所述病人信息中,确定所述预设分组属性对应的第一分组属性信息;查找所述第一分组属性信息对应的所述第一显示器和所述第一显示区段。
- 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述确定所述预设分组规则对应的预设分组属性,包括:当所述预设分组规则为按照护理组分组时,确定所述预设分组属性为护理组标识;当所述预设分组规则为按照科室分组时,确定所述预设分组属性为科室标识;当所述预设分组规则为按照病情组分组时,确定所述预设分组属性为病情类型;当所述预设分组规则为按照医护人员分组时,确定所述预设分组属性为医护人员标识。
- 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述按照预设显示策略,在至少一个显示器中显示所述待接入病人对应的病情详细信息,包括:从所述至少一个显示器中确定出第二显示器;将所述病情详细信息显示在所述第二显示器上。
- 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述按照预设显示策略,在至少一个显示器中显示所述待接入病人对应的病情详细信息,包括:将所述第一显示器划分为第一区域和第二区域;在所述第一区域中显示所述病情详细信息;在所述第二区域中显示至少一个病情监测信息,所述至少一个病情监测信息为所述第一显示器中显示的、至少一个病人对应的病情监测信息。
- 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述查找所述第一分组属性信息对应的所述第一显示器和所述第一显示区段之后,所述方法还包括:当未查找到所述第一显示器和所述第一显示区段之后,从所述至少一个显示器中查找空白显示区段;将所述病情监测信息显示在所述空白显示区段中。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述关联所述待接入病人对应 的监测设备,包括:判断所述监测设备的接入状态;当所述接入状态为待接入时,接入所述监测设备,并关联所述监测设备;当所述接入状态为已接入时,关联所述监测设备。
- 一种病人监护设备,其特征在于,包括:处理器、存储器、显示器及通信总线,所述显示器,用于在第一显示器的第一显示区段中,显示待接入病人对应的病情监测信息,所述处理器用于实现如权利要求1-9任一项所述的方法。
- 如权利要求10所述的病人监护设备,其特征在于,所述病人监护设备为医院内中央监护系统。
- 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,该计算机程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-9任一项所述的方法。
