Description

一种新型移动电源 技术领域
本发明涉及移动电源领域,特别是指一种具有多种充电功能的新型移动电源。
背景技术
移动电源也叫充电宝、旅行充电器等,是一种集供电和充电功能于一体的便携式充电器,可以给手机、平板电脑等数码设备随时随地充电,一般由锂电芯作为储电单元,使用方便快捷。
无线充电技术源于无线电能传输技术,可分为小功率无线充电和大功率无线充电两种方式。小功率无线充电常采用电磁感应式,如对手机充电的Qi方式;大功率无线充电常采用谐振式(大部分电动汽车充电采用此方式)由供电设备将能量传送至用电设备,该装置使用接收到的能量对电池充电,并同时供其本身运作之用。由于充电设备与用电设备之间以磁场传送能量,两者之间不用电线连接,因此充电设备及用电设备都可以做到无导电接点外露。
现有设计专门用于蓝牙耳机收纳和充电的移动电源,但其功能性单一,仅用于蓝牙耳机的收纳和充电的话不能实现更多的价值,导致其使用成本偏高、受众偏小,市场推广受到限制。
有鉴于此,本发明人针对上述结构设计上未臻完善所导致的诸多缺失及不便,而深入构思,且积极研究改良试做而开发设计出本发明。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新型移动电源,同时具备供蓝牙耳机收纳和充电以及向其他电子设备无线充电的功能,实现功能多样性,有利于产品的市场推广。
为了达成上述目的,本发明的解决方案是:
一种新型移动电源,包括盖板和本体,本体包括互相配合的上壳和下壳,下壳形成有安装腔,上壳匹配固定于安装腔的开口,上壳的表面向下壳方向凹陷形成至少一个供蓝牙耳机放置和充电的蓝牙耳机放置仓,盖板可拆卸活动配合于上壳形成有蓝牙耳机放置仓的一面;所述安装腔中安装有电池、第一PCBA、第二PCBA、第三PCBA和无线发射组件,第一PCBA、第二PCBA、第三PCBA和电池依次电性连接;所述第一PCBA上设置有座充母座,下壳对应座充母座的位置形成有第一开口,座充母座的端部穿设于第一开口且座充母座电性连接于第一PCBA,蓝牙耳机放置仓电性连接于第二PCBA,无线发射组件分别电性连接于第三PCBA。
所述第一PCBA设置用以开闭第三PCBA工作状态的按键,下壳对应按键的位置形成有第二开口,按键穿设于第二开口且电性连接于第一PCBA。
所述座充母座为TYPE-C母座。
所述无线发射组件贴合于下壳的底壁中部。
所述无线发射组件由无线发射器线圈和磁片组成。
采用上述结构后,本发明通过设置蓝牙耳机放置仓、第三PCBA和无线发射组件,使本体同时具备供蓝牙耳机收纳和充电以及向其他电子设备无线充电的功能,实现功能多样性,有利于产品的市场推广。
此外,第一PCBA上还可设置USB放电接口,实现本发明向其他电子设备的有线充电功能,进一步丰富其功能。

具体实施方式
为了进一步解释本发明的技术方案,下面通过具体实施例来对本发明进行详细阐述。
如图1和图2所示,本发明为一种新型移动电源,包括盖板1和本体2,以及安装在本体2内的电池3、第一PCBA4、第二PCBA5、第三PCBA6和无线发射组件7。
上述本体2包括互相配合的上壳21和下壳22,下壳22形成有安装腔220,上壳21匹配固定于安装腔220的开口实现安装腔220的封闭。上述电池3、第一PCBA4、第二PCBA5、第三PCBA6和无线发射组件7均安装在安装腔220中,且第一PCBA4、第二PCBA5、第三PCBA6和电池3依次电性连接;本实施例中无线发射组件7贴合于下壳22的底壁中部,以实现较佳的充电效果,下壳22外表面的对应区域则为无线充电区域。
上述第一PCBA4为主控电路板,第一PCBA4上设置有座充母座41,下壳22对应座充母座41的位置形成有第一开口221,座充母座41的端部穿设于第一开口221且座充母座41电性连接于第一PCBA4,则通过电源线插接于座充母座41可实现向电池3充电;本实施例中,座充母座41为TYPE-C母座。
上述第二PCBA5为座充电路板,上壳21的表面向下壳22方向凹陷形成至少一个供蓝牙耳机放置和充电的蓝牙耳机放置仓211,蓝牙耳机放置仓211电性连接于第二PCBA5,则通过第二PCBA5可以使电池3向蓝牙耳机放置仓211供电,即向蓝牙耳机充电。上述盖板1可拆卸活动配合于上壳21形成有蓝牙耳机放置仓211的一面,以防蓝牙耳机掉出蓝牙耳机放置仓211。
上述第三PCBA6为无线发射电路板,无线发射组件7电性连接于第三PCBA6,则通过第三PCBA6和无线发射组件7可以使电池3向其他电子设备无线充电;本实施例中无线发射组件7由无线发射器线圈和磁片组成。
为节约能源,上述第一PCBA4设置用以开闭第三PCBA6工作状态的按键42,下壳22对应按键42的位置形成有第二开口222,按键42穿设于第二开口222且电性连接于第一PCBA4,则用户可以通过按键42开关本发明的无线充电功能,避免未进行无线充电时无线发射组件7持续消耗电池3的电量。
通过上述结构,本发明通过设置蓝牙耳机放置仓211、第三PCBA6和无线发射组件7,使本体2同时具备供蓝牙耳机收纳和充电以及向其他电子设备无线充电的功能,实现功能多样性,有利于产品的市场推广。

  1. 一种新型移动电源,包括盖板和本体,本体包括互相配合的上壳和下壳,下壳形成有安装腔,上壳匹配固定于安装腔的开口,上壳的表面向下壳方向凹陷形成至少一个供蓝牙耳机放置和充电的蓝牙耳机放置仓,盖板可拆卸活动配合于上壳形成有蓝牙耳机放置仓的一面,其特征在于:
    所述安装腔中安装有电池、第一PCBA、第二PCBA、第三PCBA和无线发射组件,第一PCBA、第二PCBA、第三PCBA和电池依次电性连接;所述第一PCBA上设置有座充母座,下壳对应座充母座的位置形成有第一开口,座充母座的端部穿设于第一开口且座充母座电性连接于第一PCBA,蓝牙耳机放置仓电性连接于第二PCBA,无线发射组件分别电性连接于第三PCBA。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种新型移动电源,其特征在于:所述第一PCBA设置用以开闭第三PCBA工作状态的按键,下壳对应按键的位置形成有第二开口,按键穿设于第二开口且电性连接于第一PCBA。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种新型移动电源,其特征在于:所述座充母座为TYPE-C母座。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的一种新型移动电源,其特征在于:所述无线发射组件贴合于下壳的底壁中部。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的一种新型移动电源,其特征在于:所述无线发射组件由无线发射器线圈和磁片组成。
