発明を実施するための形態

[0012] 鉄筋コンクリートは、 内部の鉄筋がコンクリートの強度を高める役割を持 つことに加え、 アルカリ性のコンクリートが鉄筋を覆うことで鉄筋を防食す る。 ひび割れのない健全な鉄筋コンクリートの中の鉄筋は、 コンクリートの アルカリ環境に覆われているため不働態化している。 しかし、 ひび割れが生 じた鉄筋コンクリートでは、 ひび割れた部分のコンクリート内部の中性化が 進行し、 脱不働態化して鉄筋の腐食が進行する。
[0013] コンクリートにひび割れが生じると、 ひび割れ内部が中性化し、 ここに中 性から酸性の水分が侵入した際に鉄筋が腐食する。 しかし、 ひび割れ内部が 中性化した場合でも、 アルカリ性の溶液を鉄筋近傍に滞留させることで防食 することが可能となる。
[0014] また、 コンクリートの中性化の深さ (進度) は、 1年で数 111111単位であるこ とから、 コンクリートには未中性化領域が多く残っている。 そのため、 ひび 割れ内部に雨水などの中性から酸性の水分が侵入した場合でも、 この水分が 滞留した場合には、 滞留した水分に未中性化領域のコンクリートの水酸化力 ルシウムが溶解し、 コンクリートを介して拡散することで、 鉄筋近傍がアル カリ環境に変化する。
[0015] したがって、 鉄筋コンクリートにアルカリから中性の水分を供給して維持 し、 鉄筋近傍にアルカリ性の水分を保持させ、 中性から酸性の水分の侵入を 防ぐことができれば、 鉄筋を防食できる。

試験を継続した期間 (0〜 40日) では、 電位の卑化が示され、 湿度約 70%の環 境に放置した期間 (100日〜) では電位の貴化が示されている。 なお、 40〜 10 0日の期間の測定データはないが、 電位は- 35011^から -20011^まで緩やかに上昇 していると考えらえる。

0 巳よりもマイナスの場合、 90%以上の確率でその領域の鉄筋が腐食している と判定される。 このことから、 乾湿繰り返しにより腐食が進行しているとみ なすことができる。 一方、 電位の貴化は腐食の停止を示しており、 湿度 70% の環境に放置することにより、 ひび割れ内部に水分が滞留した結果と考えら れ、 水分の滞留が防食効果を有することが示されている。

図 2は、 第 1の実施形態の鉄筋コンクリート構造物 (鉄筋コンクリート) の構成を示す図である。
[0019] 図示する鉄筋コンクリート構造物 2は、 コンクリート 2 1の内部に複数の 鉄筋 2 2が配置されている。 鉄筋コンクリート構造物 2には、 コンクリート 2 1の内部に防食溶液 4を保持 (貯蔵) する溶液貯蔵部 2 3が形成されてい る。 溶液貯蔵部 2 3は、 コンクリート 2 1 に囲まれた空間 (空洞) であって 、 防食溶液が溜められる領域である。 溶液貯蔵部 2 3は、 鉄筋コンクリート 構造物 2に製品形状としてあらかじめ形成されているものとする。 鉄筋コン クリート構造物 2は、 溶液貯蔵部 2 3の上に配置された蓋 2 4を有する。 蓋 2 4は、 開閉可能であり、 防食溶液 4は、 蓋 2 4を介して溶液貯蔵部 2 3に 供給される。
[0020] 本実施形態では、 溶液貯蔵部 2 3に防食溶液 4を保持することで、 鉄筋 2
2近傍のコンクリート 2 1 に防食溶液 4の水分を常時保持させる。 これによ り、 本実施形態では、 鉄筋コンクリート構造物 2内部の鉄筋 2 2の腐食を抑 制する。

[0022] 図 3は、 図 2に示す鉄筋コンクリート構造物 2の断面図である。 図 3では 、 溶液貯蔵部 2 3に防食溶液 4が貯蔵されている。
[0023] 防食溶液 4は、 溶液貯蔵部 2 3からコンクリート 2 1 に浸透および拡散し 、 鉄筋 2 2近傍のコンクリート 2 1の乾燥を妨げ、 アルカリ化し、 鉄筋 2 2 を不働体化する溶液である。 防食溶液 4は、 1~1 7から 1~1 1 2の範囲の 1~1値である。 すなわち、 防食溶液 4は、 アルカリ性の溶液である。
[0024] 防食溶液 4は、 例えば、 炭酸水素ナトリウム、 水酸化カリウム、 水酸化ナ トリウムおよび水酸化カルシウムの少なくとも 1つを含んでいてもよい。
[0025] また、 防食溶液 4は、 炭酸水素ナトリウム、 水酸化カリウム、 水酸化ナト リウムおよび水酸化カルシウムのいずれか 1つを主成分とした溶液であるこ とが望ましい。 これにより、 中性の水分を防食溶液 4として用いる場合に生 じるコンクリート 2 1の劣化を防止しつつ、 鉄筋 2 2の防食を実現すること ができる。 主成分とは、 少なくとも 0. 1 %以上の濃度の溶液であることを意味 する。
[0026] また、 水酸化カルシウムを含む防食溶液 4を用いた場合、 防食溶液 4の水 面には、 大気の二酸化炭素と水酸化カルシウムとが反応した炭酸カルシウム の膜 4 1が形成される。 これにより、 防食溶液 4の蒸発を防止することがで きる。
[0027] 鉄筋コンクリート構造物 2を設置する際に、 溶液貯蔵部 2 3に防食溶液 4 を供給し、 溶液貯蔵部 2 3には常に防食溶液 4が保持 (貯蔵) されている状 態とする。 また、 防食溶液 4が蒸発するなどして、 溶液貯蔵部 2 3の防食溶 液 4が減少または枯渴した場合は、 蓋 2 4を開けて防食溶液 4を溶液貯蔵部 2 3に供給 (補充) する。

ルに適用した第 2の実施形態について説明する。 コンクリートポールは、 例 えば電柱などの円柱状の鉄筋コンクリート構造物である。
[0029] 一般的な市販のコンクリートポールは、 底部に蓋が取り付けられ、 水抜き 穴が形成されている。 降雨等によりコンクリートポール内部に侵入した水分 は、 水抜き穴から地中に排出される。 水分は、 コンクリートポールの側面に 形成されている穴 (不図示) などからコンクリートポール内部に侵入する。
[0030] 図 4は、 コンクリートポール 2八の断面図である。 図示するコンクリート ポール 2八は、 コンクリート 2 1の内部に複数の鉄筋 2 2が配置されている 。 コンクリートポール 2八には、 コンクリート 2 1の内部に防食溶液を保持 する溶液貯蔵部 2 3が形成されている。 溶液貯蔵部 2 3は、 周囲をコンクリ —卜 2 1 に囲まれた空洞であって、 防食溶液が溜められる領域である。 本実 施形態の防食溶液は、 第 1の実施形態の防食溶液 4と同様である。
[0031 ] 図示するコンクリートポール 2八は、 コンクリートポール 2八の内部の空 洞を仕切る仕切り部 2 5 (例えば、 仕切り板など) を備える。 本実施形態 では、 仕切り部 2 5八を用いて、 コンクリート 2 1内部に溶液貯蔵部 2 3を 形成する。 コンクリートポール 2八に形成されている空洞を仕切り部 2 5八 で仕切ることで、 本実施形態では、 簡易に溶液貯蔵部 2 3を形成することが できる。
[0032] なお、 コンクリートポール 2八のひび割れ発生は、 地面と接する地際部分 、 段落し部分 (鉄筋本数の減少部分) 、 ケーブル類の設置部分などに多く見 られる。 このため、 仕切り部 2 5八は、 コンクリートポール 2八が設置され る際に、 上記のひび割れ多発部分の近傍となる位置に形成されることが望ま しい。 例えば、 地際部分のひび割れに対しては、 コンクリートポール 2八の 地中への埋め込み深さを考慮して、 仕切り部 2 5 の配置位置を地際部近傍 に決定することが望ましい。
[0033] また、 コンクリートポール 2八は、 複数の仕切り部 2 5八を有してもよい 。 複数のひび割れ多発部分のそれぞれに仕切り部 2 5 を形成することで、 コンクリートポール 2 の内部に複数の溶液貯蔵部 2 3を形成することも可

[0034] 仕切り部 2 5 を地際近傍に形成した場合、 防食溶液の貯蔵量が少ない場 合であっても、 コンクリートポール 2八のひび割れ発生が多い地際部分のコ ンクリート 2 1では、 防食溶液の水分が保持され、 防食環境を保つことがで きる。 したがって、 仕切り部 2 5 を地際近傍に形成することで、 防食溶液 の貯蔵量を節減することができる。
[0035] コンクリートポール 2八は、 上部に配置された、 開閉可能な蓋 2 4を有す る。 防食溶液は、 蓋 2 4、 または、 コンクリートポール 2八の側面に形成さ れている穴 (不図示) を介して溶液貯蔵部 2 3に供給される。 また、 コンク リートポール 2八は、 底部 (下部) に配置された蓋 2 6を有する。 蓋 2 6は 、 水分を地中に排出する水抜き穴 2 6 1 を有する。
[0036] なお、 コンクリートポールの健柱後 (設置後) に、 仕切り部を形成しても よい。
[0037] 図 5は、 健柱後 (設置後) に仕切り部 2 5巳を形成したコンクリートポー ル 2巳の断面図である。 図示する仕切り部 2 5巳は、 底部の蓋 2 6の水抜き 穴 2 6 1 を塞ぐように、 蓋 2 6の上に形成される。 これにより、 コンクリー トポール 2巳の空洞全体が、 溶液貯蔵部 2 3となる。 例えば上部の蓋 2 4を 開けて、 セメントまたは硬化性樹脂をコンクリートポール 2巳の空洞に注入 し、 底部の蓋 2 6 (特に水抜き穴 2 6 1) の上に堆積させる。 堆積したセメ ントまたは硬化性樹脂が硬化することで、 仕切り部 2 5巳が形成される。
[0038] 以上説明した本実施形態の鉄筋コンクリート構造物は、 鉄筋コンクリート のコンクリート内部に形成され、 防食溶液を保持する貯蔵部を備え、 防食溶 液は、 貯蔵庫からコンクリートに拡散浸透し、 鉄筋近傍のコンクリートの乾 燥を妨げ、 前記鉄筋を不働体化する。 すなわち、 本実施形態では、 溶液貯蔵 部に防食溶液を保持することで、 鉄筋近傍のコンクリートに防食溶液の水分 を常時保持させ、 鉄筋コンクリート構造物の鉄筋の腐食を抑制する。 したが って、 本実施形態では、 ひび割れが生じた鉄筋コンクリート構造物に対して 、 鉄筋の露出を伴う施工を行うことなく、 簡易に低コストで鉄筋コンクリー

[0039] 具体的には、 防食溶液は、 浸透および拡散によりコンクリート内部に浸透 し、 これにより、 鉄筋に到達するひび割れが生じた場合であっても、 コンク リートを介した防食溶液の拡散により、 鉄筋近傍は防食環境を保つことがで きる。 すなわち、 鉄筋近傍に水分を保持させることで、 外部環境からの酸性 から中性の水分の侵入を妨げるとともに、 コンクリートの未中性化領域から アルカリ成分を溶出させ鉄筋を防食することができる。

前記鉄筋コンクリート構造物のコンクリート内部に形成され、 防食 溶液を保持する貯蔵部を備え、
前記防食溶液は、 前記貯蔵部から前記コンクリートに拡散浸透し、 鉄筋近傍のコンクリートの乾燥を妨げ、 前記鉄筋を不働体化すること を特徴とする鉄筋コンクリート構造物。
[請求項 2] 前記鉄筋コンクリート構造物は、 コンクリートポールであること を特徴とする請求項 1記載の鉄筋コンクリート構造物。
