또한, 상기 배출 가이드(350)는, 상기 제 1모서리(322)의 외측 끝단으로부터 상기 제 2모서리(323)의 외측 끝단까지 연장되면서 상기 회전날개(340)와 체결될 수 있다.
한편, 상기 측면부(230)의 하부에는, 하방으로 볼록하게 돌출된 모래 분리부(232)가 형성되도록 한다.
본 발명에 따르면, 본체가 회전되는 과정에서 여과부가 대상물에 포함된 배설물을 여과하고, 여과된 배설물은 여과부의 경사를 따라 배출구로 배출되도록 함에 따라, 사용이 간편하고 배설물의 여과가 쉽게 이루어지는 장점이 있다.

이하 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 본 발명의 바람직한 실시 예를 더욱 상세하게 설명한다.
본 발명은 고양이 배설물 분리장치에 관한 것으로서, 본체(200)가 회전되는 과정에서 여과부(300)가 대상물에 포함된 배설물(F)을 여과하고, 여과된 배설물(F)은 여과부(300)의 경사를 따라 배출구로 배출되도록 함에 따라, 사용이 간편하고 배설물(F)의 여과가 쉽게 이루어지는 고양이 배설물 분리장치에 관한 것이다.

도 1 내지 도 4를 참조하면, 본 발명은 지지대(100), 본체(200), 제 1배출구(211) 및 여과부(300)를 포함한다.
상기 지지대(100)는 상기 본체(200)가 바닥면으로부터 상방으로 소정거리 이격된 위치에 배치된 상태로 지지할 수 있도록 구성된다. 지지다리(110)와 연결부(120)를 포함한다.
상기 지지다리(110)는 전후방향으로 연장되는 막대의 형태로 이루어지되, 양끝단이 하방으로 휘어진 형태로 이루어져, 좌우방향으로 소정거리 이격 배치된다.
상기 연결부(120)는 상기 지지다리의 양단을 각각 연결하는 막대의 형태로 이루어진다.
상기 본체(200)는 고양이의 배설물(F)이 포함된 대상물의 실질적인 처리가 이루어지는 것으로서, 내부에 상기 대상물이 수용되도록 전후방향으로 연장되는 원통형으로 이루어지되, 측면 일측에 투입구(231)가 형성되고, 전후방향 일측면 상에 제 1배출구(211)가 형성된 상태로 상기 지지대와 체결된다.
부연하면, 상기 본체(200)는 소정의 면적을 갖는 전면부(210)와 후면부(220)가 면대향되면서 전후방향으로 소정거리 이격되어 배치되고, 측면부(230)가 상기 전면부(210)와 후면부(220) 사이를 연결하면서 내부가 빈 원통형으로 이루어진다.
상기 후면부(220)에는 손잡이부(221)가 더 구비되는데, 상기 손잡이부(221)는 일단이 상기 본체(200)의 내부에 구비되는 여과부(300)와 체결된 상태로 타단이 상기 후면부(220)의 중심부를 관통하여 힌지 체결되도록 한다.
이때, 상기 손잡이부(221)는 접이가 가능한 형태로 이루어지는데, 상기 후면부(220)에는 상기 손잡이부(221)의 외형과 대응되는 형태로 이루어지는 손잡이홈(222)이 형성되어 상기 손잡이부(221)를 사용하지 않는 상태에서는 상기 손잡이를 접어서 보관할 수 있도록 한다.
한편, 상기 측면부(230)에는 대상물이 상기 본체(200)의 내부로 수용되도록 하는 투입구(231)가 형성되는데, 상기 투입구(231)는 상기 측면의 경사진 상방을 향하는 상태로 구비되도록 하여 상기 대상물의 투입이 쉽게 이루어질 수 있도록 한다.
한편, 상기 본체(200)의 내부에 수용된 배설물(F)의 양을 사용자가 한 눈에 알아볼 수 있도록 상기 본체(200)는 투명한 재질로 이루어질 수 있다. 이때, 상기 본체(200)의 투명도가 40% 미만인 경우, 상기 본체(200)의 내부 상태를 정확하게 알아보기 어려운 문제가 있는 바, 상기 본체(200)의 투명도는 40%이상이 되도록 하는 것이 바람직하다.
한편, 상기 제 1배출구(211)는 여과부(300)에 의해 여과된 배설물이 외부로 배출되도록 하기 위한 것으로서, 상기 본체(200)의 전면부(210)에 구비된다.
부연하면, 상기 제 1배출구(211)는 부채꼴 형태로 이루어져, 상기 본체(200)의 회전축을 포함하는 수평면보다 상방에 배치되며, 상기 여과부(300)가 회전되면서 상기 여과부(300)의 제 2배출구(321)가 상기 제 1배출구(211)와 연통된 상태가 되면 여과된 배설물이 외부로 배출되도록 한다. 이에 대해서는 이후 더욱 상세하게 설명하기로 한다.
상기 여과부(300)는 상기 대상물에서 배설물(F)을 여과하기 위한 것으로서, 도 2 내지 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이, 회전하는 과정에서 대상물에 포함된 배설물이 여과되되, 여과된 배설물이 상기 본체(200)의 후면부(220)에서 전면부(210)측으로 이동되며, 이동된 배설물이 상기 제 1배출구(211)를 통해 외부로 배출되도록 상기 본체(200)의 내부에 구비된다.
이를 위해 상기 여과부(300)는 제 1면(310), 제 2면(320), 고정부(330), 회전날개(340) 및 배출 가이드(350)를 포함한다.
상기 제 1면(310)은 상기 후면부(220)와 대응되는 원판의 형태로 이루어지며, 중심부가 상기 손잡이부(221)의 일단과 체결되어 상기 손잡이부(221)의 회전에 연동되도록 이루어져 상기 본체(200)의 내부에 구비된다.
부연하면, 상기 제 1면(310)은 상기 후면부(220)와 면접촉된 상태로 상기 본체(200)의 내부에 구비되고, 중심부가 상기 손잡이부(221)의 일단과 체결됨에 따라, 상기 손잡이부(221)의 회전에 의해 상기 본체(200)의 내부에서 회전된다.
상기 제 2면(320)은 상기 제 1면(310)과 면대향된 상태로 상기 본체(200)의 내부에서 상기 전면부(210)와 인접한 위치에 구비된다.
이때, 상기 제 2배출구(321)는 상기 제 2면(320)의 중심부에서 둘레측까지 연장된 홈이 상기 제 2면(320)의 원주방향으로 연장된 부채꼴 형태로 이루어지며, 상기 제 1배출구(211)는 상기 제 2배출구(321)와 대응되는 형태로 이루어진다.
부연하면, 상기 제 2배출구(321)는 제 1모서리(322), 제 2모서리(323) 및 호를 포함하는 부채꼴의 형태로 이루어지며, 상기 여과부(300)의 회전방향 중 반시계방향을 정회전 방향이라 할 때, 상기 제 2모서리(323)가 상기 제 1모서리(322)의 정회전 방향측의 전방에 배치된 상태가 되도록 한다.
한편, 상기 제 2모서리(323)는 상기 제 1모서리(322)가 수직하방을 향하는 상태일 때, 상기 여과부(300)의 회전각도가 0도인 상태라 하며, 상기 여과부(300)의 회전각도가 0도인 상태에서 상기 제 2모서리(323)는 경사진 상방을 향하는 상태가 되도록 구비되며, 상기 제 1모서리(322)와 제 2모서리(323) 사이의 각은 90 ~ 170°되도록 한다.
한편, 상기 제 1배출구(211)와 상기 제 2배출구(321)는 상기 여과부(300)의 회전각도가 90도인 상태일 때, 서로 일치되어 연통된 상태가 된다.
즉, 이때, 상기 제 1배출구(211)의 제 3모서리(212)와 상기 제 2배출구(321)의 제 1모서리(322)가 일치되고, 상기 제 1배출구(211)의 제 4모서리(213)와 상기 제 2배출구(321)의 제 2모서리(323)가 일치되면서 상기 제 1배출구(211)와 상기 제 2배출구(321)가 연통된 상태가 된다.
상기 고정부(330)는 복수 개가 상기 제 1면(310)과 제 2면(320)의 둘레를 따라 소정거리 이격되면서 상기 제 1면(310)과 제 2면(320)을 연결하도록 배치된다. 즉, 상기 고정부(330)는 상기 제 1면(310)과 제 2면(320)이 서로 연동되도록 한다.
이때, 상기 고정부(330)는 상기 본체(200)의 내주면으로부터 중심축 방향으로 소정거리 이격된 위치에서 상기 제 1면(310)과 제 2면(320)을 연결하도록 한다.
상기 회전날개(340)는 상기 손잡이부(221)가 정방향으로 회전되는 경우, 상기 본체(200)의 내부에 수용된 대상물이 회전에 의해 상기 본체(200)의 후방부측에서 전방부측으로 이동되도록 하는 스크류의 형태로 이루어지며, 복수 개의 공극이 면 상에 형성된다.
도면을 참조하면, 상기 회전날개(340)는 일측 끝단이 상기 제 1면(310)측을 향하고 타측 끝단이 제 2면(320)측을 향하는 비틀린 나선형의 형태로 이루어지는데, 상기 회전날개(340)는 복수 개가 전후방향으로 나란하게 배치된 상태로 상기 회전날개(340)의 외측이 둘레가 상기 고정부(330)와 고정되도록 한다.
상기 배출 가이드(350)는 상기 회전날개(340) 중 상기 제 1면(310)과 인접한 회전날개(340)의 끝단과 상기 제 2배출구(321) 사이를 경사지게 연결하도록 구비된다.
부연하면, 상기 배출 가이드(350)는 상기 회전날개(340)와 상기 제 2배출구(321)의 사이를 연결하는 경사진 형태로 이루어지는데, 일단이 상기 회전날개(340)와 체결되고 타단이 상기 제 2배출구(321)의 제 1모서리(322)와 체결된다.
이때, 상기 회전날개(340)는 상기 여과부(300)의 회전각도가 90도인 상태일 때, 끝단이 상기 제 1모서리(322)보다 상방에 배치된 상태가 되도록 한다.
상기의 구성에 따라 상기 손잡이부(221)를 회전시키면 상기 여과부(300)가 회전되면서 상기 본체(200)의 내부에 수용된 대상물이 후방에서 전방으로 이동하게 된다.
부연하면, 상기 여과부(300)는 상기 손잡이부(221)가 정방향으로 회전되면 상기 대상물은 상기 회전날개(340)에 의해 점차적으로 전방으로 이동하게 되며, 상기 대상물이 최전방에 위치한 회전날개(340)측에 다다르게 되면 상기 대상물에 포함된 배설물은 상기 회전날개(340)와 본체(200)의 내주면 사이에 얹혀진 상태로 상방으로 이동하게 된다.
도 5 내지 도 12를 참조하여 설명하면, 상기 여과부(300)는 회전각도가 0도인 상태에서 90도인 상태로 점차 회전되면서 배설물을 상방으로 이동시키게 되는데, 이때, 상방으로 이동되는 배설물은 상기 회전날개(340)의 비틀린 나선면을 따라 점차 전방부 측으로 이동하여 상기 제 1면(310)에 인접한 위치에 배치되게 된다.
한편, 상기 여과부(300)의 회전각도가 0도인 상태에서 도 5 및 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 제 1배출구(211)는 상기 제 1면(310)에 의해 폐쇄된 상태이고, 상기 제 2배출구(321)는 상기 전면부(210)에 의해 폐쇄된 상태인데, 이후, 도 7 및 도 8에 도시된 바와 같이 상기 여과부(300)의 회전에 따라 점차 제 3모서리(212)측부터 개방이 이루어지게 된다.
계속해서 상기 여과부(300)가 회전되면서 도 9 및 도 10에 도시된 바와 같이 상기 여과부(300)의 회전각도가 90도가 되면 상기 제 1배출구(211)와 제 2배출구(321)가 일치되면서 상기 제 1배출구(211)가 완전히 개방된 상태가 된다.
이때, 앞서 설명한 바와 같이, 상기 배출 가이드(350)는 경사진 상태로 구비되는 바, 상기 배설물은 상기 배출 가이드(350)의 경사면을 따라 상기 제 1배출구(211)와 제 2배출구(321)를 동시에 통과하여 외부로 배출되게 된다.
이때, 상기 배출 가이드(350)는 타단이 상기 제 1모서리(322)의 외측 끝단으로부터 상기 제 2모서리(323)의 외측 끝단까지 연장되면서 상기 회전날개(340)와 체결되도록 함으로써, 상기 회전날개(340)에 의해 상방으로 이동된 배설물이 다시 낙하되는 현상을 방지하게 된다.
도면을 참조하면, 상기 배출 가이드(350)는 회전각도가 90도인 상태일 때, 상기 제 1모서리(322)와 제 1모서리(322)측을 둘러싸면서 상기 제 1배출구(211)의 좌측 및 하방측이 밀폐된 상태가 되도록 함에 따라 여과된 배설물이 쉽게 상기 제 1배출구(211)로 배출되게 한다.
이후 도 11 및 도 12에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 여과부(300)가 계속해서 회전되면 상기 제 1배출구(211)와 제 2배출구(321)는 서서히 폐쇄된다.
한편, 도 13에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 전면부(210)의 외측에는 분리된 배설물을 수거하는 배설물 수거부(400)가 구비된다.
부연하면, 상기 배설물 수거부(400)는 내부가 중공이되, 일면이 개방된 원통형으로 이루어지며, 개방된 부분이 상기 본체(200)의 전면부(210)측과 체결되면서 상기 제 1배출구(211)를 통해 배출되는 배설물을 수거하게 된다.
이때, 상기 배설물 수거부(400)의 개방된 끝단 둘레에는 복수 개의 걸림고리(410)가 둘레를 따라 소정거리 이격되면서 배치되고, 상기 본체(200)의 전면부(210)측 둘레에는 상기 걸림고리(410)가 체결되는 걸림홈(420)이 둘레를 따라 소정거리 이격되면서 배치된다.
즉, 상기 배설물 수거부(400)와 본체(200)는 상기 걸림고리(410)와 걸림홈(420)의 걸림에 의해 체결 및 분리가 가능하게 이루어진다.
또한, 상기 배설물 수거부(400)는 상기 본체의 전면부와 체결 및 분리 가능한 수거함(430)을 포함하는데, 상기 수거함(430)은 상기 제 1배출구의 전방측 하부에 구비된 상태로 배출되는 배설물을 수거하여 이를 배출할 수 있도록 한다.
한편, 도 14에 도시된 바와 같이 상기 본체의 측면부(230)의 하부에는 하방으로 볼록하게 돌출된 모래 분리부(232)가 형성될 수 있다.
부연하면, 상기 모래 분리부(232)는 상기 후면부(220)측에서 전면부(210) 측으로 점차 경사지게 돌출된 형태로 이루어지며, 상기 전면부(210) 측에 인접한 위치의 면상에는 여과된 모래가 배출되도록 하는 모래 배출구(233)가 구비된다.
이때, 상기 모래 분리부(232)는 상기 전면부(210) 측으로 경사지게 돌출된다. 상술하면, 상기 모래 분리부(232)는 상기 여과부(300)의 후면부(220)측에서 전면부(210)측으로 점차 하방으로 돌출되도록 경사지게 형성됨에 따라, 상기 본체(200)의 내부로 수용된 대상물이 점차 상기 후면부(220)측에서 전면부(210) 측으로 이동되도록 한다.
한편, 상기 모래 배출구(233)는 여닫이, 미닫이 등 다양한 형태로 개폐가 가능하게 이루어진다.
상기와 같이, 본 발명은 상기 여과부(300)가 회전되는 과정에서 자동으로 배설물의 배출이 이루어지도록 구성되는 바, 배설물의 분리 배출이 쉽고 간편한 장점이 있다.
또한, 배설물(F)과 모래(S)의 분리 처리가 완료된 이후, 분리된 배설물과 모래를 각각 분리 처리하도록 이루어지는 바, 처리가 쉽고 간편한 장점이 있다.
또한, 본 발명은 전면부, 본체 및 후면부가 서로 분리 및 결합이 가능한 형태로 이루어짐에 따라, 쉽게 세척이 가능한 장점이 있다.
이상에서 본 발명의 바람직한 실시 예를 설명하였으나, 본 발명의 권리범위는 이에 한정되지 아니하며 본 발명의 실시 예와 실질적으로 균등한 범위에 있는 것까지 본 발명의 권리범위가 미치는 것으로 이해되어야 하며, 본 발명의 정신을 벗어나지 않는 범위 내에서 당해 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에 의해 다양한 변형 실시가 가능하다.

Claims (8)

  1. 고양이용 모래(S)와 배설물(F)이 혼합된 대상물을 처리하기 위한 고양이 배설물 분리장치에 있어서,
    본체(200)가 바닥면으로부터 상방으로 소정거리 이격된 위치에 배치된 상태로 지지하는 지지대(100);
    내부에 상기 대상물이 수용되도록 전후방향으로 연장되는 원통형으로 이루어지되, 측면 일측에 투입구(231)가 형성되고, 전후방향 일측면 상에 제 1배출구(211)가 형성된 상태로 상기 지지대(100)와 체결되는 본체(200);
    여과부(300)에 의해 여과된 배설물이 외부로 배출되도록 하기 위해 상기 본체(200)의 전면부(210)에 구비되는 제 1배출구(211); 및
    회전하는 과정에서 대상물에 포함된 배설물이 여과되되, 여과된 배설물이 상기 본체(200)의 후면부(220)에서 전면부(210)측으로 이동되며, 이동된 배설물이 상기 제 1배출구(211)를 통해 외부로 배출되도록 상기 본체(200)의 내부에 구비되는 여과부(300);
    를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고양이 배설물 분리장치.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 여과부(300)는,
    중심부가 상기 손잡이부(221)의 일단과 체결되어 상기 손잡이부(221)의 회전에 연동되도록 이루어져 상기 본체(200)의 내부에 구비되는 제 1면(310);
    제 2배출구(321)을 포함하며, 상기 제 1면(310)과 면대향된 상태로 상기 본체(200)의 내부에서 상기 전면부(210)와 인접한 위치에 구비되는 제 2면(320);
    복수 개가 상기 제 1면(310)과 제 2면(320)의 둘레를 따라 소정거리 이격되면서 상기 제 1면(310)과 제 2면(320)을 연결하도록 배치되는 고정부(330);
    상기 손잡이부(221)가 정방향으로 회전되는 경우, 상기 본체(200)의 내부에 수용된 대상물이 회전에 의해 상기 본체(200)의 후방부측에서 전방부측으로 이동되도록 하는 회전날개(340); 및
    상기 제 1면(310)과 인접한 회전날개(340)의 끝단과 상기 제 2배출구(321) 사이를 경사지게 연결하는 배출 가이드(350);
    를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고양이 배설물 분리장치.
  3. 청구항 2에 있어서,
    상기 제 1배출구(211)는,
    부채꼴 형태로 이루어져, 상기 본체(200)의 회전축을 포함하는 수평면보다 상방에 배치되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고양이 배설물 분리장치.
  4. 청구항 2에 있어서,
    상기 제 2배출구(211)는,
    상기 제 1모서리(322), 제 2모서리(323) 및 호를 포함하는 부채꼴의 형태로 이루어지고,
    상기 제 1모서리(322)가 수직하방을 향하는 상태일 때를 상기 여과부(300)의 회전각도가 0도인 상태라 하며, 이때, 상기 제 2모서리(323)는 경사진 상방을 향하는 상태가 되도록 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고양이 배설물 분리장치.
  5. 청구항 2에 있어서,
    상기 여과부(300)는,
    상기 제 2배출구(321)와 제 1배출구(211)가 일치되어 연통된 상태가 되면 여과된 배설물의 배출이 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고양이 배설물 분리장치.
  6. 청구항 4에 있어서,
    상기 회전날개(340)의 끝단은,
    상기 여과부(300)의 회전각도가 90도인 상태일 때, 상기 제 1모서리(322)보다 상방에 배치되며,
    상기 배출 가이드(350)은,
    일단이 상기 회전날개(340)와 체결되고 타단이 상기 제 2배출구(321)의 제 1모서리(322)와 체결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고양이 배설물 분리장치.
  7. 청구항 6에 있어서,
    상기 배출 가이드(350)는,
    상기 제 1모서리(322)의 외측 끝단으로부터 상기 제 2모서리(323)의 외측 끝단까지 연장되면서 상기 회전날개(340)와 체결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고양이 배설물 분리장치.
  8. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 측면부(230)의 하부에는,
    하방으로 볼록하게 돌출된 모래 분리부(232)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고양이 배설물 분리장치.
