Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a sealing method and a sealing structure suitable for a blister container made of a sheet-shaped resin.
  • Blister containers made of sheet resin are generally processed by vacuum forming or pressure forming technology.
  • the molded product has a form in which a receiving container for housing the article and a lid formed separately are combined, or a product in which the receiving container and the lid are integrally formed (commonly called a shell pack) is folded into two.
  • hollow projecting parts are integrally formed on the sheet wall of the receiving container and the lid, and one projecting part is overlapped with the other projecting part. That is, the outer side of one of the protrusions is the male side and the inner side of the other protrusion is the female side so that the two fit together.

  • the blister container can be simply sealed simply by fitting the respective projecting portions of the receiving container and the lid together.
  • the primary step of fitting the male and female protrusions is often performed manually, and even if the subsequent secondary step is performed by a dedicated machine, It takes time and effort to set the blister container and the packaging material in the machine. Further, in the case of heat-sealing the opening of the blister container, it takes time to heat-bond the sealing portion (usually, it takes about 10 to 15 seconds each time), so that the efficiency of the sealing operation becomes poor. Such problems become more pronounced when dealing with large numbers of containers.
  • the present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object thereof is to reduce the time and labor of the sealing operation (secondary step) for preventing tampering as described above, and further, to tape or seal. It is to provide a sealing method and a sealing structure for a blister container that does not require a packaging material such as.
  • the present inventors tried to improve the position and shape of the sealing part in the blister container in order to solve the above-mentioned problems. While repeating the sealing with various prototypes, we focused on the point that the primary process of fitting the receiving container and the protruding parts of the lid together and the secondary process of preventing tampering were integrated. Then, they found that a proper retaining function can be realized by fitting the projecting portions of the receiving container and the lid to each other and simply sealing and then reworking the sealing portion by press molding. In other words, the present invention is completed by pressing the protruding portion (sealing portion) of the double sheet wall obtained in the primary step as it is into a "mushroom-shaped (or anchor-shaped)" cross section to form a retaining structure. Description

Blister container sealing method and sealing structure
The present invention relates to a sealing method and a sealing structure suitable for a blister container made of a sheet-shaped resin.
Blister containers made of sheet resin are generally processed by vacuum forming or pressure forming technology. The molded product has a form in which a receiving container for housing the article and a lid formed separately are combined, or a product in which the receiving container and the lid are integrally formed (commonly called a shell pack) is folded into two. In these sealing parts, hollow projecting parts are integrally formed on the sheet wall of the receiving container and the lid, and one projecting part is overlapped with the other projecting part. That is, the outer side of one of the protrusions is the male side and the inner side of the other protrusion is the female side so that the two fit together.
In such a blister container, undercut by vacuum forming or pressure forming technology is adopted for the sealing part between the receiving container and the lid. For example, the base side of the protrusion is made narrower than the tip side to stabilize the fitted state of the male and female protrusions. Thereby, the blister container can be simply sealed simply by fitting the respective projecting portions of the receiving container and the lid together.
On the other hand, when packaging an article in such a blister container, there is a high possibility that impact, drop or intentional opening may occur only by the simple sealing as described above. Further, when an article placed in a blister container has been tampered with, there is no trace of whether the article has been opened or not, and thus the reliability of the article packaging becomes poor.
Therefore, conventionally, when performing sealing with a blister container, in addition to the primary step of fitting the male and female protrusions, various tampering prevention measures are implemented by the secondary step.
For example, with an egg pack, etc., after simple sealing, the opening should be fastened with adhesive tape, or the opening should be heat-sealed and a part of the receiving container should be perforated. ing. For lunch boxes, etc., the entire circumference of the opening is wrapped with a film, a seal is attached to the opening, and a stapler is used to prevent falsification.
As a conventional technique of a blister container made of a sheet-shaped resin, Patent Document 1 is known.
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2018-122868
However, according to such a conventional blister container sealing method, the primary step of fitting the male and female protrusions is often performed manually, and even if the subsequent secondary step is performed by a dedicated machine, It takes time and effort to set the blister container and the packaging material in the machine.
Furthermore, in the conventional method for sealing blister containers, when using packaging materials such as tapes and stickers in the secondary process, these packaging materials become garbage when opened. In recent years, there has been an increasing demand for reducing the amount of plastic dust discharged, and suppressing the use of packaging materials is also effective as an environmental measure.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object thereof is to reduce the time and labor of the sealing operation (secondary step) for preventing tampering as described above, and further, to tape or seal. It is to provide a sealing method and a sealing structure for a blister container that does not require a packaging material such as.
The present inventors tried to improve the position and shape of the sealing part in the blister container in order to solve the above-mentioned problems. It came to.

[Sealing method and sealing structure (1): first to fifth inventions]
(First invention)
In order to solve the above problems, the method for sealing a blister container according to the present invention employs the following steps. That is,
A method for sealing a blister container (10), wherein an article (M) is stored in a receiving container (2) made of a sheet-shaped resin, and the receiving container is covered with a lid (3) made of a sheet-shaped resin.
The receiving container is
A storage portion (2a) formed so as to partition the storage space for the article,
A flange portion (2b) extending along the periphery of the accommodating portion,
A hollow first protrusion (2c) integrally formed at a predetermined position of the flange,
The lid is
A lid main body portion (3a, 3b) that closes the accommodation opening of the accommodation portion of the receiving container and overlaps the flange portion of the receiving container;
A hollow second projecting portion (3c) integrally formed at a predetermined position of the lid main body portion that overlaps the flange portion of the receiving container;
Is equipped with
When covering the receiving container with the lid,

1B. An inner guide member (14) movable in the height direction along the seat inner wall of the protrusion in the hollow space of the inner protrusion of the first protrusion and the second protrusion of the sealing portion. The step of placing,
1C. An outer guide member (17) is arranged along the outer wall of the outer protrusion of the first protrusion and the second protrusion of the sealing portion so as to have a height lower than that of the sealing portion. Process,
1D. With the inner guide member and the outer guide member arranged in the sealing portion, the sealing portion is pressed together with the inner guide member from above, and the height of the outer guide member in the sheet wall of the sealing portion is exceeded. And a step of forming the portion so as to be wider than a portion not exceeding the height of the outer guide member.
(Effect of the first invention)
According to the blister container sealing method of the first aspect of the present invention, by pressing the sealing portion in which both the projecting portions of the receiving container and the lid are fitted as they are, the portion exceeding the height of the outer guide member of the sealing portion can be formed. The shape is wider than the portion that does not exceed the height of the outer guide member. That is, the sheet wall of the sealing portion is deformed into a mushroom-shaped (or anchor-shaped) cross-section by press molding, which prevents the sheet from coming off. This makes it possible to continuously and instantaneously carry out the primary process of fitting both the projecting portions of the receiving container and the lid and the secondary process for tampering prevention, thereby reducing the labor and time of the sealing work. ..
In addition, since a packaging material such as tape or seal is not used for sealing the receiving container and the lid, it is possible to suppress the generation of dust when opening.
(Second invention)
In order to solve the above problems, the blister container sealing structure according to the present invention has the following features. That is,
A sealing structure for a blister container that is sealed by the sealing method according to the first invention,
The sealing portion is a double sheet wall having a mushroom-shaped cross section in which the sheet walls of the first protruding portion and the second protruding portion overlap each other,
Moreover, when the first protruding portion and the second protruding portion are separated from each other, the double sheet wall having the mushroom-shaped cross section is plastically deformed.
(Effect of the second invention)
According to the blister container sealing structure of the second invention, by adopting the sealing method of the first invention, the primary process of fitting both the projecting portions of the receiving container and the lid and the secondary process for tampering prevention are continuous. Then, it can be carried out instantly, and the labor and time of the sealing work can be reduced.
Further, by forming the sealing portion (the first projecting portion and the second projecting portion) between the receiving container and the lid with a double sheet wall having a mushroom-shaped cross section, these sheet walls are locked to each other and cannot be disengaged from each other. As a result, a packaging material such as a tape or a seal is not required at the time of sealing, so that it is possible to suppress the generation of dust when the blister container is opened.
Furthermore, if the receiving container and the sealing part (first projecting part and second projecting part) of the lid are separated when the blister container is opened, rupture or crushing of these sheet walls due to plastic deformation will occur, so the trace of the unsealing can be confirmed. Can be left on. As a result, the tampering prevention effect can be improved and the reliability of the article packaging in the blister container can be enhanced.
(Third invention)
When the method for sealing a blister container according to the first invention is adopted, depending on the material and thickness of the sheet-shaped resin, the strength of the sealing portion having a mushroom-shaped cross section may be too great, which may hinder the opening operation.
Therefore, the blister container sealing structure according to the third aspect of the invention has the following features. That is,
A sealing structure for a blister container that is sealed by the sealing method according to the first invention,
The sealing portion is a double sheet wall having a mushroom-shaped cross section in which the sheet walls of the first protruding portion and the second protruding portion overlap each other,
In addition, the double sheet wall having a mushroom-shaped cross section,
A lower wall (5A) forming the leg portion having a mushroom-shaped cross section,
A tapered intermediate wall (5B) that is continuous with the lower wall to form the umbrella-shaped portion having a mushroom-shaped cross section and that is inclined so that the outer diameter increases toward the tip side of the mushroom-shaped cross section;
An upper wall (5C) connected to the intermediate wall to form the umbrella upper part having a mushroom-shaped cross section;
It is configured to include.
(Effect of the third invention)
According to the sealing structure of the blister container of the present invention, a double sheet wall having a mushroom-shaped cross section that seals the receiving container and the lid, since it has a tapered intermediate wall whose outer diameter increases toward the tip side, When the receiving container and the sealing part (first projecting part and second projecting part) of the lid are separated from each other, a shearing force is likely to be generated on the tapered intermediate wall. As a result, it is possible to relatively easily peel off the receiving container and the sealing portion (the first protruding portion and the second protruding portion) of the lid, and it is possible to improve the workability at the time of opening.

(Effect of the fifteenth invention)
According to the blister container sealing structure of the fifteenth invention, by adopting the sealing method of the fourteenth invention, the primary process of fitting both the projecting portions of the receiving container and the lid and the secondary process for tampering prevention are continuous. Then, it can be carried out instantly, and the labor and time of the sealing work can be reduced.
Moreover, since a packaging material such as a tape or a seal is not required to seal the receiving container and the lid, it is possible to suppress the generation of dust when the blister container is opened.
Furthermore, if the receiving container and the sealing part (through hole and protruding part) of the lid are pulled apart when the blister container is opened, the sheet walls will be ruptured or crushed due to plastic deformation, so the trace of the opening can be surely left. it can. As a result, the tampering prevention effect can be improved and the reliability of the article packaging in the blister container can be enhanced.

(Effect of the eighteenth invention)
According to such a blister container sealing structure, when the stored article is taken out from the blister container, the receiving container and the lid are opened by cutting the sealing portion along the cut portion from the sheet wall of the receiving container. As a result, the opening operation can be performed without separating the sealing portion (through hole and protruding portion).
Further, since the cut portion is provided at a position slightly apart from the root of the sealing portion on the sheet wall of the receiving container, the sealing portion is partially separated from the receiving container when the receiving container and the lid are opened. Thereby, the materials of the receiving container and the lid can be efficiently separated and collected.
Furthermore, since the sealing part separated from the receiving container remains in the through hole of the lid as it is, it is possible to prevent the separated pieces of the sheet-shaped resin forming the sealing part from scattering around when opening.
(1st to 18th inventions)
In the first to eighteenth inventions, the receiving container and the lid of the blister container may be formed separately or may be a shell type integrally connected.
Examples of the articles to be stored in the blister container include various products and their parts, foods, medicines and the like. In particular, it is effective when used for packaging screws, hooks, replacement needles, replacement blades, electronic parts and the like. The type and number of articles are not limited as long as the effects of the present invention can be obtained. The size and shape of the blister container can be appropriately selected according to the articles to be stored.
An undercut may or may not be used for the sealing portion (first protruding portion and second protruding portion) of the blister container.
In addition, the sealing parts are provided at a plurality of positions of the blister container, and among the sealing parts, the above steps 1A to 1D, 2A to 2D, 3A to 3D or 4A to 4D are performed, and the remaining sealing parts are The press molding by these steps may not be performed. By adopting such a sealing method, even if a part of the sealing portion is broken or crushed by plastic deformation at the time of opening, the container can be resealed (simple sealing) by the remaining sealing portion.
It is also possible to simultaneously perform the step of molding the sealing protrusion in the blister container and the step of press-molding the protrusion as described above and sealing.
The cut portion for separating the sealing portion of the blister container may be one that promotes breakage of the sheet wall when the receiving container and the lid are separated. For example, a sheet wall that has been subjected to processing such as half-cutting, perforation cutting, and slitting can be used as the cut portion. Further, the cut portion may be formed by cutting the thickness of the sheet wall to be extremely small along the cut portion (thin wall).
The first to eighteenth inventions may be combined with other inventions described in this specification.
The reference numerals in each of the parentheses indicate the correspondence with the constituent elements described in the embodiments described later.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. The technical scope of the present invention is not limited to the configurations of the following embodiments.
[First Embodiment]
The blister container 10 of 1st Embodiment is shown in FIG. In this embodiment, the present invention is applied to a shell type blister container 10.
The blister container 10 is made of a transparent or semi-transparent sheet resin and is integrally formed by vacuum molding or pressure molding. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the upper container 2 and the lower container 3 are connected via a hinge 4. One of them corresponds to the receiving container of the present invention, and the other corresponds to the lid. When the upper container 2 is covered on the lower container 3, the article M is housed between them (see FIG. 3(B)).
The material of the blister container 10 is selected according to the size and use of the article M to be stored. For example, polyvinyl resin (PVC hard, PVC soft, PVDC, PVA), polystyrene resin (PS, AS, ABS, HDPE, LDPE, EVA), polypropylene, polyacetal, acrylic (PMMA, MS), cellulose acetate, Polycarbonate, polyethylene terephthalate, polyamide (nylon-based), polyurethane, fluorine-based resin (trifluoroethylene chloride, tetrafluoroethylene, tetrafluoroethylene/hexafluoropropylene copolymer, tetrafluoroethylene/ethylene copolymer) , Vinylidene fluoride) and the like. The sheet thickness is about 0.3 to 1 mm.
The blister container 10 has an oval-shaped sealing portion 5 formed at a position opposite to the hinge 4 when viewed from the plane. The sealing part 5 is formed by press-molding the protrusions 2c and 3c of the upper container 2 and the lower container 3 into a mushroom shape in cross section (see FIGS. 3 and 4). The shape of the sealing portion 5 keeps the upper container 2 and the lower container 3 from being easily opened, and prevents the blister container 10 containing the article M from being impacted, dropped, or intentionally tampered with.
As shown in FIG. 2, in the blister container 10 before sealing, the sheet-shaped upper container 2 and the lower container 3 are connected in the plane direction. The upper container 2 and the lower container 3 are substantially vertically symmetrical with the hinge 4 interposed therebetween.
The upper container 2 includes an upper housing portion 2a having a rectangular shape and a U-shaped cross section, and an upper flange portion 2b connected to the outer periphery thereof. An upper tab 2d, which is cut into a substantially trapezoidal shape, is provided on the tip side of the upper flange portion 2b, and a hollow upper protruding portion 2c having a plane oval shape is provided between the tab and the upper accommodating portion 2a.
The lower container 3 includes a lower housing portion 3a having a rectangular shape and a U-shaped cross section, and a lower flange portion 3b connected to the outer periphery thereof. A lower tab 3d, which is cut into a substantially trapezoidal shape, is provided on the tip side of the lower flange portion 3b, and a hollow lower protruding portion 3c having a plane oval shape is provided between the lower tab 3d and the lower housing portion 3a. ..
When the hinge 4 is bent and the upper container 2 and the lower container 3 are brought together, the flange portions 2b and 3b of both are almost exactly overlapped with each other, and the storage ports of these containers are closed.
The upper protruding portion 2c and the lower protruding portion 3c are vertically separated from each other by an equal distance, and the size of the upper protruding portion 2c is the same as that of the lower protruding portion 3c or larger than that of the lower protruding portion 3c. When the upper container 2 and the lower container 3 are put together, the outer side of the lower protruding portion 3c fits inside the upper protruding portion 2c (see FIG. 3). That is, the inner wall of the sheet of the upper protruding portion 2c and the outer wall of the sheet of the lower protruding portion 3c have a male-female relationship, and the blister container 10 is simply sealed.
As shown in FIG. 4, the sealing portion 5 after press molding is a double sheet wall having a mushroom-shaped cross section in which the sheet walls of both the projecting portions 2c and 3c overlap each other (see FIG. 4(B)). The overlapping sheet walls are in close contact with each other and are not bonded or welded. When the upper projecting portion 2c and the lower projecting portion 3c are forcibly separated from each other, these double sheet walls are broken with plastic deformation.
The double sheet wall in the sealing part 5 is connected to a lower wall 5A forming a leg portion having a mushroom-shaped cross section, an intermediate wall 5B connected to the lower wall 5A to form an umbrella-shaped portion having a mushroom-shaped cross section, and an intermediate wall 5B. And an upper wall 5C forming an upper part of the umbrella having a mushroom-shaped cross section.
The lower wall 5A is bent from a flat sheet wall around the sealing portion 5 and continues to the intermediate wall 5B as it is. As a result, the height of the sealing portion 5 is suppressed, and the sealing portion 5 can be made inconspicuous in the appearance of the blister container 10. Further, by reducing the height of the sealing portion 5, the plate thickness is reduced when the upper protruding portion 2c and the lower protruding portion 3c are drawn (vacuum forming or pressure forming) on the blister container 10 (particularly the rising portion from the root). ) Can be suppressed, and the thickness of the double sheet wall of the sealing part 5 can be finished more uniformly. Furthermore, the upper protrusion 2c and the lower protrusion 3c also serve to save the sheet material.
The intermediate wall 5B is inclined in a taper shape so that the outer diameter increases toward the front end side of the sealing section 5, and the inclination angle is an appropriate angle (40 to 60) with respect to the flat seat surface on the root side. ) Is maintained. Since the intermediate wall 5B has a taper-like inclination that expands upward, a shearing force is generated in the double sheet wall of the intermediate wall 5B when the upper protrusion 2c and the lower protrusion 3c are separated from each other. It's getting easier.
The inclination angle of the intermediate wall 5B is set by the guide plate 17 in the sealing device 11 described later, but plastic deformation occurs when the sealing portion 5 (the upper protruding portion 2c, the lower protruding portion 3c) is separated. It is appropriately selected according to the sheet material and thickness.
Next, a sealing device 11 for press-molding the sealing portion 5 of the blister container 10 will be described. The sealing device 11 is for processing the sealing portion 5 of the blister container 10 that is simply sealed into a mushroom shape in cross section.
As shown in FIG. 5, the sealing device 11 includes an upper mold 12 and a lower mold 13 for upward molding. In FIG. 5, the lower mold 13 is the fixed side and the upper mold 12 is the moving side, but these may be reversed, or both may be moved.
The lower die 13 contains a movable punch 14 (inner guide member) and a spring material 15. The movable punch 14 is always supported upward by a spring material 15, and its upper end is kept protruding from the lower mold 13 by a predetermined length. The lower end of the movable punch 14 is housed in the lower mold 13 together with the spring material 15. When the upper die 12 descends, the movable punch 14 moves downward while pushing the spring material 15. When the upper die 12 moves up, the repulsive force of the spring material 15 causes the movable punch 14 to return to its original position.
The upper mold 12 is provided with a relief portion 16 (cavity) according to the shape of the sealing portion 5. The relief portion 16 has a concave (concave surface) pressure surface that is slightly larger than the sealing portion 5 and is recessed in an oval shape. The relief portion 16 is arranged so as to come on the axis of the movable punch 14.
Between the upper mold 12 and the lower mold 13, a pair of horizontally movable guide plates 17, 17 (outer guide member) is provided. The guide plates 17, 17 are arranged such that the C-shaped or U-shaped plates face each other when viewed from the plane direction (upper side in FIG. 5). The inward ends of the guide plates 17, 17 are inclined surfaces on which the intermediate wall 5B of the sealing part 5 can be formed.
When the sealing portion 5 of the blister container 10 that has been simply sealed is set on the movable punch 14, the guide plates 17, 17 are moved inward in the left and right following this, and are held at a position that surrounds the sealing portion 5 in an annular shape. (See Figure 6). In this state, when the upper die 12 is lowered and the movable punch 14 is pushed downward, the upper die 12 stops at a position (bottom dead center) where it abuts the guide plate 17 (see FIG. 7). At this time, a gap is formed between the movable punch 14, the relief portion 16 of the upper die 12, and each pressure surface of the guide plate 17, and the sealing portion 5 is molded in this gap.
Next, a method for sealing the blister container 10 of this embodiment will be described.
When the blister container 10 is sealed, as described above, the article M is housed between the upper container 2 and the lower container 3, and the protruding portions of both are fitted to each other to form the sealing portion 5 (simple sealing). In addition to such a primary process, as a secondary process, the sheet wall of the sealing part 5 is press-molded by the sealing device 11 into a mushroom-shaped cross section.
When using the sealing device 11, first, the simple sealing blister container 10 is positioned in the lower mold 13. Positioning of the blister container 10 is performed by fitting the sealing portion 5 of the container to the tip of the movable punch 14 of the lower mold 13. In this embodiment, the movable punch 14 is fitted in the hollow space of the lower protruding portion 3c of the lower container 3 so as to be movable in the height direction along the inner wall of the sheet.
Regarding the procedure for positioning the blister container 10, the lower container 3 (lower projecting portion 3c) is fitted to the tip of the movable punch 14 in advance before the above-mentioned simple sealing, and then the lower container 3 (lower projecting portion 3c). ) May be fitted with the upper container 2 (upper protruding portion 2c).
After positioning the blister container 10 in the lower mold 13 in this manner, the guide plate 17 is operated to move it to the movable punch 14 side. When the guide plate 17 moves to the movable punch 14 side, as shown in FIG. 6, the guide plate 17 is mounted on the flange portion of the blister container 10 and its inward end has the sheet outer wall of the sealing portion 5 (upper protruding portion 2c). Come to the position that surrounds. Then, the guide plate 17 is kept at a height lower than that of the sealing portion 5 (the upper protruding portion 2c and the lower protruding portion 3c).
When the upper die 12 is lowered in such a state, the upper die 12 presses the sealing part 5 downward together with the movable punch 14 and stops at the position of the guide plate 17 (bottom dead center) (see FIG. 7). At this time, the portion of the sheet wall of the sealing portion 5 that exceeds the height of the guide plate 17 is compressed into a wide shape by the relief portion 16 of the upper mold 12, and the portion that does not exceed the height of the guide plate 17 has two portions. It stays in the gap between the guide plate 17 and the movable punch 14. As a result, the sealing section 5 is molded into a mushroom-shaped cross section.
Since the press-molded enclosing portion 5 has a double sheet wall having a mushroom-shaped cross section, it does not easily come off as a retaining member.
After that, when the upper die 12 and the guide plate 17 are returned to their original positions, the movable punch 14 is lifted by the spring material 15, and the sealed blister container 10 is slightly lifted from the lower die 13. The sealing operation is completed by removing the blister container 10 from the lower mold 13.
When another blister container 10 is to be sealed, the simple-sealed blister container 10 is sequentially set in the sealing device 11 and the sealing portion 5 is press-molded by the same procedure.
When taking out the article M from the blister container 10 sealed by press molding, grasp both tabs of the upper container 2 and the lower container 3 and pull them apart with an appropriate force to open the blister container 10. At this time, since the double sheet wall of the sealing portion 5 is plastically deformed and ruptured, a trace that the blister container 10 is opened remains.
As described above, according to the method for sealing the blister container 10 of the present embodiment, the primary step of fitting the projecting portions of the upper container 2 and the lower container 3 together and the secondary step for tampering prevention are continuously and instantaneously performed. It is possible to reduce the labor and time of the sealing work.
Further, since no packaging material such as tape or seal is used for sealing the upper container 2 and the lower container 3, it is possible to suppress the generation of dust at the time of opening.
Further, according to the sealing structure of the blister container 10, in addition to the effect of the above-described sealing method, when the blister container 10 is opened, the sheet wall of the sealing portion 5 is ruptured or crushed due to plastic deformation. You can definitely leave. This makes it possible to improve the tampering prevention effect and enhance the reliability of the packaging by the blister container 10.
Further, according to the sealing structure of the blister container 10, the double sheet wall having the mushroom-shaped cross section of the sealing portion 5 in the upper container 2 and the lower container 3 is connected to the lower wall 5A (leg portion) to form the tapered intermediate wall 5B ( Since the intermediate wall 5B is provided with the under umbrella portion, a shearing force is easily generated. As a result, the sealing portions 5 (the upper protruding portion 2c and the lower protruding portion 3c) of the upper container 2 and the lower container 3 can be peeled off relatively easily, and the workability at the time of opening can be improved.
[Second Embodiment]
The blister container 20 of 2nd Embodiment is shown in FIG.8 and FIG.9. In the blister container 20 of the second embodiment, the double sheet wall having a mushroom-shaped cross section formed by the sealing section 5 is flat. The sealing portion 5 does not have a tapered inclined surface like the intermediate wall 5B of the first embodiment.
As shown in FIG. 8, the blister container 20 is provided with a sealing portion 5 in which flange portions of the upper container 2 and the lower container 3 are fitted with the projecting portions 2c and 3c thereof. As shown in FIG. 8(B), the double sheet wall in the sealing part 5 is a right angle from the lower wall 5A and a lower wall 5A that rises almost vertically from the root part to form a leg part having a mushroom-shaped cross section. It is provided with an intermediate wall 5B which is bent to form an umbrella-shaped portion having a mushroom-shaped cross section, and an upper wall 5C which is connected to the intermediate wall 5B to form an umbrella-shaped upper portion having a mushroom-shaped cross section. That is, the intermediate wall 5B of the sealing portion 5 is not formed with a tapered inclined surface that expands upward.
According to the structure of 2nd Embodiment, in addition to the effect of 1st Embodiment, when pulling off the sealing part 5 of the blister container 20, it becomes difficult for shearing force to act on the double sheet wall. As a result, it is possible to realize the blister container 20 having a strong sealing performance in which the article M after packaging cannot be easily taken out.
The sealing device 11 for molding the sealing portion 5 of the blister container 20 as described above may basically have the same configuration as that of the first embodiment. For example, as shown in FIG. 9, the movable punch 14 of the lower die 13, the relief portion 16 of the upper die 12, and the pressing surface of the guide plate 17 are made horizontal or vertical so that the sealing portion 5 does not have a tapered inclination. Can be molded.
[Third Embodiment]
The blister container 30 of 3rd Embodiment is shown in FIG.10 and FIG.11. In the first and second embodiments, the blister container is provided with the spot-like sealing portion 5, but in the third embodiment, the sealing portion 5 that is continuous in an annular shape when viewed from the plane direction is adopted.
As shown in FIG. 10, the blister container 30 has hollow protrusions 2c and 3c which are connected to the upper container 2 and the lower container 3 in a plane rectangular shape and in an annular shape. The upper protrusion 2c is integrally formed with the upper flange 2b so as to surround the upper container 2a of the upper container 2. The lower protruding portion 3c is integrally formed with the lower flange portion 3b so as to surround the lower housing portion 3a of the lower container 3. When the lower container 3 and the upper container 2 are bent and overlapped with each other via the hinge 4, the upper protruding portion 2c and the lower protruding portion 3c are fitted to each other to form an annular sealing portion 5 (see FIG. 11).
When the blister container 30 of the third embodiment is sealed, as shown in FIG. 11(A), both protruding portions 2c, 3c of the upper container 2 and the lower container 3 are annularly fitted to each other for simple sealing. Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 11(B), the annular sealing portion 5 is press-molded so that the double sheet wall has a mushroom-shaped cross section. As a result, the upper container 2 and the lower container 3 are sealed in an annular shape and their tampering is prevented.
The sealing device 11 for press-molding the annular sealing portion 5 may basically have the same configuration as that of the first embodiment. For example, it suffices to arrange the upper die 12, the movable punch 14, the guide plate 17 and the like in an annular shape in accordance with the annular sealing portion 5.
According to the configuration of the third embodiment, in addition to the effect of the first embodiment, the sealing effect of the annular sealing portion 5 can enhance the sealing effect of the upper container 2 and the lower container 3. Since there is almost no gap between the upper container 2 and the lower container 3 after sealing, it is possible to prevent fraudulent acts such as inserting a foreign substance through the gap between both containers.
[Fourth Embodiment]
The blister container 40 of 4th Embodiment is shown in FIG.12 and FIG.13. In the fourth embodiment, the sealing part 5 of the blister container 40 has a flat mushroom-shaped cross section. In the fourth embodiment, when the sealing portion 5 is press-molded, only the movable punch (inner guide member) is used and the guide plate (outer guide member) is not used.
As shown in FIG. 12, in the blister container 40, a sealing portion 5 is formed on the flange portions of the upper container 2 and the lower container 3 in which the projecting portions 2c and 3c of both are fitted. As shown in FIG. 12(B), the double sheet wall in the sealing portion 5 has a lower wall 5A which rises from the root thereof and forms a leg portion having a mushroom-shaped cross section, and a cross section which is bent at a substantially right angle from the lower wall 5A. It is provided with an intermediate wall 5B that forms a mushroom-shaped umbrella-shaped portion, and an upper wall 5C that is continuous with the intermediate wall 5B and that forms an umbrella-shaped upper portion that has a mushroom-shaped cross section. These sheet walls are in the form of being folded back twice at about 180° and are in close contact with each other and overlap each other.
As shown in FIG. 13, the sealing device 41 for press-molding the sealing portion 5 of the blister container 40 has a configuration in which the guide plate 17 is omitted from the sealing device of the second embodiment described above.
The sealing device 41 includes an upper mold 12 and a lower mold 13 for upward molding, and the lower mold 13 is provided with a movable punch 14 (inner guide member) and a spring material 15. The upper die 12 is provided with a relief portion 16 (cavity) matching the shape of the sealing portion 5. The relief portion 16 has a concave (concave shape) pressure surface that is slightly larger than the sealing portion 5. The relief portion 16 is arranged on the upper axis of the movable punch 14.
The depth of the concave processed surface in the relief portion 16 is set to about four times the single sheet thickness of the blister container 40.
When the blister container 40 is sealed, the article M is housed between the upper container 2 and the lower container 3, and the protruding portions 2c and 3c of both are fitted to each other to form the sealing portion 5 (simple sealing). In addition to such a primary process, as a secondary process, the sealing unit 5 is press-molded by the sealing device 41 into a flat mushroom shape in cross section.
As a procedure of press molding by the sealing device 41, first, the simple-sealed blister container 40 is positioned in the lower mold 13. This positioning method is the same as in the first embodiment.
When the upper mold 12 is lowered with the blister container 40 positioned in the lower mold 13, the sealing unit 5 is pressed downward together with the movable punch 14, and the upper mold 12 is positioned on the sheet surface of the upper container 2 (bottom dead center). To stop (see FIG. 13). At this time, a space is created between the movable punch 14 and each pressure surface of the relief part 16 of the upper die 12, and the tip part of the sealing part 5 is housed and compressed in this space. As a result, the portion of the sheet wall of the sealing portion 5 that exceeds the sheet thickness around the sealing portion 5 where the upper container 2 and the lower container 3 are superposed is formed wider than the portion that does not exceed the same sheet thickness.
Since the press-molded enclosing part has a flat double-walled wall with a mushroom-shaped cross section, it does not easily come off as a stopper.
According to the configuration of the fourth embodiment, similarly to the first embodiment, the primary process of fitting both projecting portions of the upper container 2 and the lower container 3 and the secondary process for tampering prevention are continuously and instantaneously performed. It can be carried out, and the labor and time of the sealing work can be reduced. In the fourth embodiment, since the sealing part 5 is press-molded without using the guide plate 17, the structure of the sealing device 41 is simplified, and the sealing work time can be further shortened.
Further, since no packaging material such as tape or seal is used for sealing the upper container 2 and the lower container 3, it is possible to suppress the generation of dust at the time of opening.
Further, according to the sealing structure of the blister container 40, when the blister container 40 is opened, the sheet wall of the sealing portion 5 is ruptured or crushed due to plastic deformation, so that the trace of the opening can be surely left. This makes it possible to improve the tampering prevention effect and enhance the reliability of the packaging by the blister container 10.
Furthermore, since the projecting shape of the sealing portion 5 is small, the projecting portion is less noticeable on the outer appearance of the container, and the sheet material can be saved. In addition, by reducing the height of the sealing portion 5, the plate thickness is reduced when the upper protruding portion 2c and the lower protruding portion 3c are drawn (vacuum forming or pressure forming) on the blister container 40 (particularly rising from the root). (Part) can be further suppressed, and the thickness of the double sheet wall of the sealing part 5 can be finished more uniformly.
[Fifth Embodiment]
The blister container 50 of 5th Embodiment is shown in FIG.14 and FIG.15. In the fifth embodiment, the sealing parts 5, 5, 6 are provided at a plurality of positions of the blister container 50 (see FIG. 15), and only some of the sealing parts 5, 5 are press-formed to prevent falsification. It is a thing.
As shown in FIG. 14, in the blister container 50, the sheet-shaped upper container 2 and the lower container 3 are connected in a plane direction.
A home base type upper protruding portion 2e is formed on the upper tab 2d side of the upper flange portion 2b when viewed from a plane direction, and planar circular upper protruding portions 2c, 2c are formed on both sides thereof.
The lower container 3 includes a lower housing portion 3a having a rectangular shape and a U-shaped cross section, and a lower flange portion 3b connected to the outer periphery thereof. Heart-shaped lower protrusions 3e are formed on the lower tab 3d side of the lower flange portion 3b when viewed from the plane direction, and planar circular lower protrusions 3c, 3c are formed on both sides thereof.
When the blister container 50 is simply sealed, when the upper container 2 and the lower container 3 are bent by the hinge 4, as shown in FIG. 15, the protrusions 2e, 3e on the center side are fitted to each other to form the sealing part 6, and The projecting portions 2c and 3c are fitted to each other to form the sealing portions 5 and 5. In the present embodiment, among these, only the sealing parts 5 and 5 on both sides are press-molded into a mushroom shape in section, and the sealing part 6 on the center side is not press-molded. That is, only the sealing parts 5 and 5 on both sides are subjected to the secondary processing for tampering prevention. As a result, the sealing portions 5 and 5 become double sheet walls having a mushroom-shaped cross section in which the sheet walls of the projecting portions 2c and 3c overlap each other.
When opening the blister container 50, the upper container 2 and the lower container 3 are opened by separating the sheet walls of the sealing parts 5 and 5 on both sides. At this time, since the sealing portions 5 and 5 on both sides are plastically deformed and fractured, they cannot be fitted again. On the other hand, since the central sealing portion 6 maintains its shape by elastic deformation, the upper container 2 and the lower container 3 can be resealed (simple sealing) by repeatedly fitting the protruding portions 2e and 3e. .. An undercut may be used in advance for the sealing unit 6 for resealing.
According to the fifth embodiment, as in the first embodiment, the primary step of fitting the protrusions 2c and 3c of the upper container 2 and the lower container 3 together and the secondary step for preventing tampering are continuously and instantaneously performed. Therefore, the time and effort of the sealing operation can be reduced.
Further, since no packaging material such as tape or seal is used for sealing the upper container 2 and the lower container 3, it is possible to suppress the generation of dust at the time of opening.
Furthermore, according to the sealing structure of the blister container 50, when the blister container 50 is opened, the sheet wall of the sealing portion 5 is ruptured or crushed due to plastic deformation, so that the trace of the opening can be surely left. This makes it possible to improve the tampering prevention effect and enhance the reliability of the packaging of the blister container 50.
Further, by providing the sealing parts 5 and 5 on both sides for press molding and the sealing part 6 on the central side for not performing press molding, even if the sealing parts 5 and 5 on both sides are broken when the blister container 50 is opened, The central sealing unit 6 enables the container to be resealed (simple sealing) for recycling.
Here, in the blister container 50 of the fifth embodiment, cut lines L, L are provided on the sheet walls of the upper container 2 and the lower container 3 as cut parts for separating the sealing parts 5, 5 from the sheet walls. .. These cut lines L, L are formed by half-cutting or perforating cuts on the flanges of the upper container 2 and the lower container 3 in advance before sealing the blister container 50. When the upper container 2 and the lower container 3 are bent by the hinge 4 and overlapped with each other, the cut lines L, L substantially coincide with each other (see FIG. 15). When the blister container 50 is opened, a part including the sealing parts 5 and 5 is cut off from the flange parts 2b and 3b of the upper container 2 and the lower container 3 by the cut line L.
According to the sealing structure of the blister container 50, the upper container 2 and the lower container 2 are separated by separating the sealing parts 5, 5 from the sheet walls of the upper container 2 and the lower container 3 along the cut line L when taking out the stored articles. 3 and opens. As a result, the opening operation can be performed without separating the sealing units 5 and 5.
Further, the container remaining after opening the blister container 50 can be reused as it is.
In addition, in the example shown in FIGS. 14 and 15, the cut line L is at a position where the two sealing parts 5 and 5 can be separated at the same time, but a cutting line is provided at a position surrounding the sealing parts 5 and 5 so that the upper container 2 and You may make it possible to separate the sealing parts 5 and 5 from the sheet wall of the lower container 3, respectively.
Such cut lines may be applied not only to the blister container 50 of the fifth embodiment, but also to the blister containers of the above-described first to fourth embodiments, or to the blister container according to the embodiments described below. Can also
[Sixth Embodiment]
The blister container 60 of 6th Embodiment is shown in FIG.16 and FIG.17. In the sixth embodiment, a through hole 2f is provided in the upper container 2, a protrusion 3f is formed in the lower container 3, and these are fitted together to form a sealing part 5.
As shown in FIG. 16, in the blister container 60, the upper container 2 and the lower container 3 made of sheet-shaped resin are connected in the plane direction. The upper container 2 and the lower container 3 are substantially vertically symmetrical with the hinge 4 interposed therebetween.
The upper container 2 is provided with an upper housing portion 2a having a rectangular shape and a U-shaped cross section, and an upper flange portion 2b which is continuous with the outer periphery thereof, and penetrates the seat surface on both left and right sides of an upper tab 2d of the upper flange portion 2b. Circular through holes 2f, 2f are formed.
The lower container 3 includes a lower housing portion 3a having a rectangular shape and a U-shaped cross section, and a lower flange portion 3b connected to the outer periphery thereof. Planar circular projections 3f, 3f are formed on both left and right sides of the lower tab 3d of the lower flange portion 3b.
The positional relationship between the through holes 2f, 2f and the protruding portions 3f, 3f is vertically symmetrical with the hinge 4 as a boundary line. When the upper container 2 and the lower container 3 are bent by the hinge 4, the protrusions 3f and 3f are fitted into the through holes 2f and 2f (see FIG. 17A).
U-shaped cut lines L, L when viewed from the plane direction are provided at positions including the through holes 2f, 2f from the outer edge of the upper flange portion 2b (see FIG. 16). These cut lines L, L are formed in advance on the flange portion 2b of the upper container 2 by half-cutting or perforating before sealing the blister container 60. No cut line is formed on the lower flange portion 3b of the lower container 3. When the blister container 60 is opened, the sealing lines 5 and 5 can be separated from the flange portion 2b of the upper container 2 by cutting lines L and L.
When the blister container 60 is sealed, the article is housed between the upper container 2 and the lower container 3, and the projecting portion 3f is fitted into the through hole 2f to form the sealing portion 5 as shown in FIG. 17(A). (Simple sealing). Together with such a primary process, as a secondary process, this sealing part 5 is press-molded into a flat mushroom-shaped cross section. For this press molding, a sealing device 41 without an outer guide plate as shown in FIG. 13 can be used.
As shown in FIG. 17(B), the sealing portion 5 after the press molding becomes a flat sheet wall with a mushroom-shaped cross section in which the sheet wall of the protruding portion 3f overlaps the sheet wall of the peripheral edge of the through hole 2f. That is, the sheet wall of the sealing portion 5 (protruding portion 3f) has a flat mushroom shape in cross section to prevent the sheet from coming off from the through hole 2f.
When the blister container 60 is opened, the tabs 2d and 3d are held and the upper container 2 and the lower container 3 are separated from each other, so that the sealing portion 5 is separated from the flange portion 2b of the upper container 2 along the cut lines L and L (Fig. 17(C)). At this time, the sealing portion 5 remains on the flange portion 3b of the lower container 3 with the protruding portion 3f still fitted in the through hole 2f.
According to the configuration of the sixth embodiment as well, similar to the above-described embodiment, the primary step of fitting the through hole 2f of the upper container 2 and the protruding portion 3f of the lower container 3 and the secondary step for tampering prevention are continuous. Then, it can be carried out instantly, and the labor and time of the sealing work can be reduced.
Further, since no packaging material such as tape or seal is used for sealing the upper container 2 and the lower container 3, it is possible to suppress the generation of dust at the time of opening.
Furthermore, since the protruding portion of the upper container 2 can be omitted, the structure of the molding die can be simplified and the manufacturing cost can be suppressed.
Further, according to the sealing structure of the blister container 60, when the stored article is taken out, by separating the sealing parts 5 and 5 from the sheet wall of the upper container 2 (flange part 2b) along the cut lines L, L, The container 2 and the lower container 3 are opened. Thereby, the unsealing operation can be performed without separating the sealing portion 5 (through hole 2f, protruding portion 3f).
In addition, in the sixth embodiment, the through hole 2f is provided in the upper container 2 and the protruding portion 3f is formed in the lower container 3, but the positional relationship between the through hole and the protruding portion may be reversed.
Further, in the sixth embodiment, the blister container 60 is opened by the cut lines L, L, but such a cut line L can be omitted. In this case, the opening operation is performed by plastically deforming or breaking the sheet wall of the sealing portion 5 (the through hole 2f and the protruding portion 3f).
Further, as in the sixth embodiment, the structure in which the cut lines L, L are provided only on one of the upper container 2 and the lower container 3 can be applied to the blister containers of the above-described first to fifth embodiments. Is.
[Seventh Embodiment]
A blister container 70 of the seventh embodiment is shown in FIGS. 18 to 21. The blister container 70 includes a receiving container 2 made of sheet resin (see FIG. 18) and a lid 3 made of paper mount (see FIG. 19). The protruding portion 2g formed on the receiving container 2 and the through hole 3g provided on the lid 3 are fitted to each other to form the sealing portion 5 (see FIG. 21).
As shown in FIG. 18, the receiving container 2 is made of a transparent sheet-shaped resin, and includes a housing portion 2a having a rectangular shape in a plan view and a U-shaped cross section, and a flange portion 2b connected to the outer periphery thereof. A flat trapezoidal tab 2d to be used at the time of opening is connected to the center of the upper end of the flange portion 2b in FIG.
Near the four corners of the receiving container 2, two hollow protrusions 2g are formed, two in each of the upper and lower flanges 2b. These projecting portions 2g extend toward the side opposite to the accommodation portion 2a.
As shown in FIG. 19, the lid 3 has a shape that substantially matches the outer shape of the rectangular receiving container 2 when viewed from the plane direction. Characters and patterns are printed on the paper surface of the lid 3 as needed. Through holes 3g having a size slightly larger than the protruding portion 2g are provided near the four corners of the lid 3. These through holes 3g are arranged so as to coincide with the projecting portions 2g when the lid 3 is placed on the receiving container 2. A tab 3d is connected to the center of the upper end of the lid 3 at a position overlapping the tab 2d of the receiving container 2.
As shown in FIG. 20, the flange portion 2b of the receiving container 2 is provided with an annular cutting line L (cut portion) at a position slightly apart from the root of the projecting portion 2g. The cutting line L is composed of four arc-shaped slits L1 and a connecting piece L2 connecting these slits. The slits L1 are arranged at equal intervals in the circumferential direction via the connecting piece L2.
When the blister container 70 is sealed, the articles are stored between the receiving container 2 and the lid 3, and then the projecting portion 2g of the receiving container 2 is fitted into the through hole 3g of the lid 3 as shown in FIG. Together, the sealing part 5 is formed (simple sealing). Together with such a primary process, as a secondary process, this sealing part 5 is press-molded into a flat mushroom-shaped cross section. For this press molding, a sealing device 41 without an outer guide plate as shown in FIG. 13 can be used.
As shown in FIG. 21(B), the sealing portion 5 after press forming becomes a flat cross-section sheet wall in which the sheet wall of the protruding portion 2g overlaps the sheet wall of the peripheral edge of the through hole 3g. In other words, the sheet wall of the sealing portion 5 (protruding portion 2g) has a flat mushroom shape in cross section to prevent the sheet from coming off from the through hole 3g.
When the blister container 70 is opened, if the receiving container 2 and the lid 3 are pulled apart by holding the tabs 2d and 3d, a load is applied to the cut line L portion of the sheet wall by the flange portion 2b of the receiving container 2 and the arc-shaped slit L1. Spreads and breaks the connecting piece L2. As a result, the sealing portion 5 is annularly separated from the sheet wall of the flange portion 2b along the cut line L (see FIG. 21C). At this time, the sealing portion 5 remains on the lid 3 with the protruding portion 2g still fitted in the through hole 3g.
According to the seventh embodiment, similarly to the above-described embodiment, the primary step of fitting the projecting portion 2g of the receiving container 2 and the through hole 3g of the lid 3 and the secondary step for preventing tampering are successively performed. It can be carried out instantly, and the time and effort of the sealing work can be reduced.
In addition, since a packaging material such as tape or a seal is not used to seal the receiving container 2 and the lid 3, it is possible to suppress the generation of dust when opening the package.
Further, by using the lid 3 made of a mount, it is possible to suppress the amount of resin material used and reduce the packaging cost.
Further, according to the sealing structure of the seventh embodiment, when the stored article is taken out, the sealing portion 5 is separated from the sheet wall of the receiving container 2 (flange portion 2b) along the cut line L, so that the receiving container 2 The lid 3 is opened. As a result, the opening operation can be performed without separating the sealing portion 5 (the protruding portion 2g, the through hole 3g).
Further, since the annular cut portion is provided at a position slightly separated from the root of the sealing portion 5 on the sheet wall of the receiving container 2, only the sealing portion is partially separated from the receiving container when the receiving container and the lid are opened. To be done. Thereby, the resin material of the receiving container 2 and the paper material of the lid 3 can be efficiently separated and collected.
Furthermore, since the sealing portion 5 (protruding portion 2g, through hole 3g) separated from the receiving container 2 remains on the lid 3 as it is, the separated pieces of the sheet-shaped resin forming the sealing portion 5 scatter around when opening. Can be prevented.
In addition, in the seventh embodiment, the blister container 70 is opened by the annular cut line L, but such a cut line L may be omitted. In this case, the opening operation is performed by plastically deforming the sheet wall of the receiving container 2 (protruding portion 2g) or by breaking the sheet wall around the through hole 3g of the lid 3.
The annular cut line L as in the seventh embodiment can also be applied to the above-described first to sixth embodiments.
[Modification]
Although the blister container according to the first to seventh embodiments has been described, the embodiments of the present invention are not limited to these, and may be variously modified.
For example, in the first to fifth embodiments, one of the upper container 2 and the lower container 3 may be omitted to have a flat plate shape. In this case, the flat container serves as a lid for the other container.
The shape of the sealing portion 5 is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and may have a rectangular shape, an elliptical shape, a rhombus, a ribbon shape, a polygonal shape, or the like when viewed from the plane direction. Further, in the third embodiment described above, the sealing portion 5 has a rectangular ring shape when viewed from the plane direction, but it may have a linear shape or a curved shape.
Further, as shown in FIG. 22, a sealing portion projecting downward may be added to the tip portion of the sealing portion 5 (Modification 1).
The downward sealing portions 7 and 7 shown in FIG. 22(A) are formed by fitting downward protruding portions provided in advance on the upper container 2 and the lower container 3 or by pushing down the tip sheet wall of the sealing portion 5 during press molding. It is possible to form. The downward sealing portions 8 and 8 shown in FIG. 22B can be formed by arranging a downward movable punch on the upper side of the sealing portion 5 and arranging a guide plate on the lower side during press molding.
By applying the configuration of the modified example shown in FIG. 22 to the annular sealing portion as in the third embodiment, the airtightness of the blister container can be further improved. Such a blister container is effective when used for packaging gel products and the like.
Furthermore, in the first to seventh embodiments, a thin wall S that serves as a cut portion of the seat wall may be adopted near the root of the protrusion as in the protrusion 3f shown in FIG. 23 (Modification 2).
The thin wall S is continuous along the peripheral surface near the root of the protruding portion 3f, and the thickness of the seat wall is smaller than that of the other portions. The thickness of the thin wall S is set so that the sheet wall is broken by an appropriate load (pulling force) when the blister container is opened, as described later.
In the example of FIG. 23A, the thin wall S is provided on the sheet wall of the protruding portion 3f via a step. When the original sheet thickness is X0, the thin wall S is X1, the forming projection drawing depth Y0 and the forming drawing depth Y1, X0>X1 and Y0>Y1 are formed.
In the example of FIG. 23B, the thickness of the sheet wall of the protruding portion 3f is formed so as to become gradually smaller and smaller from the tip side toward the root side. The thickness of the root of the protrusion 3f is the smallest, and in this example, it is 1/2 or less of the original sheet plate.
As a method of forming such a thin wall S on the protruding portion 3f, for example, a dedicated die for drawing (vacuum forming or pressure forming) on a sheet-shaped resin can be used. Since the thin wall S of FIG. 23(B) has no step on the sheet wall, it can be molded with a mold having a simpler configuration than the thin wall S of FIG. 23(A).
When the blister container according to Modification 2 is sealed, for example, the same procedure as in the above-described sixth embodiment is performed.
First, as shown in FIG. 24(A), the protruding portion 3f of the lower container 3 is fitted into the through hole 2f of the upper container 2 to form the sealing portion 5 (simple sealing). When this sealing portion 5 is press-molded, as shown in FIG. 24(B), the sealing portion 5 becomes a flat sheet wall having a mushroom-shaped cross section, and the thin wall S near the root thereof extends along the inner circumference of the through hole 2f. Come to the position.
When the blister container is opened, if the through hole 2f and the protruding portion 3f are separated from each other, the sheet wall of the lower container 3 having a mushroom-shaped cross section is pulled up and down and broken along the thin wall S (see FIG. 24(C)). ).
By adopting the thin wall S for the sheet wall of the sealing portion 5 as described above, the opening operation of the blister container can be simplified. By omitting the cutoff line L of the sixth embodiment, the manufacturing process can be simplified.
The thin wall S according to the modified example 2 can be applied to the double sheet wall sealing portion 5 as in the first to fifth embodiments. In this case, as shown in FIG. 25, the thin wall S is provided on the inner (male side) lower protruding portion 3c of the upper protruding portion 2c and the lower protruding portion 3c forming the sealing portion 5.
When sealing the blister container, as shown in FIG. 25(A), first, the lower projecting portion 3c is fitted inside the upper projecting portion 2c to form the sealing portion 5 (simple sealing). When this sealing part 5 is press-molded, as shown in FIG. 25(B), the sealing part 5 becomes a double sheet wall having a mushroom-shaped cross section, and a thin wall S is formed near the root of the inner sheet wall.
When the upper protruding portion 2c and the lower protruding portion 3c are separated when opening the blister container, the inner sheet wall of the double sheet wall having a mushroom-shaped cross section is pulled up and down to break along the thin wall S ( See FIG. 25C).
As described above, even when the thin wall S is adopted for the sealing portion 5 of the first to fifth embodiments, the opening operation of the blister container can be simplified.
