本实用新型的上述技术方案具有如下优点:本实用新型提供的鱼缸自动净化设备,至少可以实现循环过滤模式、清洗模式、换水模式和治疗模式四种模式。启动循环模式时,能实现将鱼缸中携带鱼粪等污物的原水流入物理过滤区经过滤棉进行物理过滤,以后经过循环水泵工作,进入生化过滤区,在生化过滤区进行生化过滤后返回鱼缸,实现鱼缸水大循环流动。启动清洗模式时,在物理过滤区的波轮旋转机构的运动下,波轮搅动水,过滤棉在离心力和涡流作用下进行自动 清洗,然后通过排污阀将污水排出,清洗完成后,过滤棉复位,在驱动机构的反向旋转下,锁牙和锁母的配合锁紧并抬升过滤棉,实现过滤棉脱水。脱水完成后,过滤棉在自重力的作用下复位进入等待循环状态。启动换水模式时,物理过滤区排污阀打开,在物理过滤区第一传感器的触发下,补水泵把困水区的水通过生化过滤区添加进鱼缸,鱼缸原水在新水的顶替作用下经过物理过滤区排污阀排出,根据困水区液面设置,在困水区最低水位线时触发困水区的第三传感器,启动供水阀门,从水源补水进入困水区,在最高水位线时关闭供水阀门,完成一个换水循环。在治疗模式下,通过物理过滤区的加热装置加热调整水温、通过杀菌装置杀灭有害细菌,通过生化过滤区的自动加药装置对大循环模式下的水液加入相应的治疗药剂,补充有益菌,进行鱼病治疗。因此本实用新型的鱼缸自动净化设备能够实现自动智能的净化水质、自动补水、远程治疗和清洗过滤棉的功能,解决了困扰水族爱好者的诸多问题。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本实用新型的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本实用新型,但不用来限制本实用新型的范围。
在本实用新型的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是 固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本实用新型中的具体含义。
如图1所示,本实用新型实施例提供的鱼缸自动净化设备包括鱼缸1和用于净化主缸内水质的水质净化系统,其中,水质净化系统包括物理过滤区3、生化过滤区7和困水区2,所述困水区2的进水口连接外部水源8,出水口连接生化过滤区7通往鱼缸1,所述物理过滤区3有两个出水口,一个出水口连接排污闸门4,另一个出水口连接生化过滤区7的一个进水口,所述生化过滤区7的另一个进水口连接困水区2的出水口,所述生化过滤区7的唯一出水口连接鱼缸1。其中,在所述物理过滤区3内设有布水器、过滤棉9、波轮旋转机构(包括锁牙环板10、锁母波轮11和驱动机构12)、第一传感器13、加热棒、杀菌灯和循环水泵5,所述布水器与物理过滤区3的进水口连接,设在所述过滤棉9的上方,用于将鱼缸原水6喷洒在过滤棉9处进行物理过滤,经物理过滤后,通过加热棒加热,杀菌灯杀菌,循环水泵5泵入生化过滤区7进行生化过滤后返回鱼缸。所述第一传感器13根据液面设置的最低水位启动补水泵17的补水工作,根据液面设置的最高水位停止补水泵17的补水工作。所述过滤棉9设在所述波轮旋转机构上可随其旋转,用于自动清洗过滤棉9,清洗后的污水经过排污阀4排出。通过本实用新型的设备可将鱼缸1中需要净化的鱼缸原水6流入布水器后喷洒在物理过滤区3的过滤棉上进行物理过滤,经物理过滤后,循环水泵的工作流入生化过滤区7进行杀菌消毒,从生化过滤区7处理净化后的水流入鱼缸1内。
此外,在前述基础上,本实用新型的鱼缸自动净化设备还可以包括参数显示模块和远程控制模块,所述参数显示模块用于显示所述物理过滤区3、生化过滤区7和困水区2的各区参数,所述远程控制模 块用于将所述鱼缸自动净化设备与智能移动设备无线连接并实时远程监控。当人在外地,远离爱鱼时,也能够通过智能移动设备检查鱼缸过滤器在否在工作,当发现鱼有病,也可以进行远程治疗,实现了智能化自动监控净化水质及其管理。
由上,本实用新型的鱼缸自动净化设备,实现了彻底解放双手,能够一键启动智能自动模式,它对鱼缸换水,补水,物理过滤棉清洗,生化过滤的细菌培养,鱼病远程治疗,远程监控等方面实现了全自动管理,杜绝了因为物理过滤棉的清洗导致外源污染可能性,大大提高了养鱼便捷,降低了养鱼从业者门槛,是家庭水族行业的一次重要技术革命,对家庭水族行业的发展具有较大推动作用。
其中,物理过滤区3为上宽下窄的锥形桶体,所述波轮旋转机构包括锁牙环板10和锁母波轮11,在锁牙环板10上还设有配重块,在桶体底部设有驱动机构12和传动轴,所述锁牙环板10的外环面与桶体的内壁面贴合,在所述锁牙环板10中心装有套管,所述配重块安装在套管的一侧,过滤棉9套装在套管的中心,所述驱动机构12通过传动轴带动所述锁母波轮11正转或反转,锁牙环板10和锁母波轮11彼此分离或者紧密接合,分离时对过滤棉9进行清洗,紧密结合时对原水进行物理过滤。具体实施时,可以设定锁母波轮11正转时推开锁牙环板10和过滤棉9,反转时锁紧并抬升锁牙环板10和过滤棉9,不转时过滤棉9在自身重力下复位,锁牙环板10的环面和过滤桶内壁贴合。
物理过滤区3的过滤棉9通过锁牙环板10和锁母波轮11的配合连接,强制原水经过过滤棉9进行过滤,电机类驱动机构12通过传动轴带动锁母波轮11转动,锁母波轮11转动过程中推开过滤棉9,使过滤棉9在离心力和涡流的作用下进行清洗,清洗结束后,过滤棉9复位,在驱动机构12的反向旋转下,锁牙和锁母的配合锁紧并抬升过滤棉,实现过滤棉脱水。脱水完成后,过滤棉在重力的作用下复 位进入等待循环过滤状态。在物理过滤区3可以设残饵粪便沉淀区,能够缓解过滤棉的过滤压力。物理过滤区可以通过远程控制模块控制,实现水体过滤,过滤棉的清洗,脱水等功能。
具体地,所述锁牙环板10中心套管和所述过滤棉9之间插有十字插栓19,用于加固所述锁牙环板10的中心套管和过滤棉9的连接。锁母波轮11的外形为一镂空圆筒,其外端设有立体环,在立体环的顶面设有锥形锁母,所述锥形锁母与锁牙环板10的双面或者单面锁牙结构匹配,所述锁母波轮11底部为平面,在该底部平面设有多个牙型块,用于在转动时搅拌水流随其旋转造流。
所述锁母波轮11的外形为一镂空圆筒,其外端设有立体环,在立体环的顶面设有锥形锁母,所述锥形锁母11与锁牙环板10的双面锁牙结构匹配,所述锁母波轮底部为平面,在该底部平面设有多个牙型块,用于在转动时搅拌水流随其旋转造流。
本实施例中,过滤棉9采用双面或者单面过滤结构,过滤棉9可以设计为球形体或立方体等其他形式。通过调整配重块能实现双面过滤棉的换向,延长了其使用周期;具体实施中,为提升过滤效果,还可以采用多级过滤方式。
由于鱼缸长时间水循环运转,水蒸发后液面下降,检查不及时会造成缺水烧泵,必须手动补水,因此需要能及时补水的系统。为解决及时补水问题,作为一种优选实施例,所述困水区2包括水箱本体,在水箱本体中设有补水泵17,第二传感器14和第三传感器15,在水箱本体的进水口设有供水阀门16,当物理过滤区液位降低到设计液面的最低水位时,触发第一传感器13,启动补水泵17对鱼缸进行补水,当物理过滤区液面上升至最高水位时,停止补水泵17的补水工作,在水箱本体内的水面低于预设液面时触发第二传感器14,启动供水阀门16,补水泵17通过供水阀门16从水源8泵水进入困水区2而继续补水,当水源无水或者供水阀门故障时,水箱体内水位因为补水泵17的工作 而继续下降,当到达最低水位线时触发第三传感器15停止补水泵17的工作,防止水泵干烧造成事故。供水液面恢复正常后,第三传感器15恢复正常,补水泵17根据物理过滤区的第一传感器13进行补水工作。
此外,所述生化过滤区7内装有生化罐、自动加药装置18和生化滤材,所述生化罐内装有生化用的细菌,所述自动加药装置18根据需要将药剂和细菌补充加入水流中,所述自动加药装置18可根据加药物质适应性安装药剂容器进行加药,该装置为可移动悬挂式装置便于安装拆卸,以适应不同的药剂。所述生化滤材采用纤维滤材、毛刷、吸附性滤材、高岭土烧结滤材和粘合滤材中的任一种或多种。
优选地,本实用新型的物理过滤区中的加热棒和杀菌灯均分别连接所述参数显示模块和远程控制字模块,用于进行远程调控温度,能够创造出不同种类鱼儿的最佳适合温度;以及能够根据需要进行相应工作,杀灭水中的有害细菌。
鱼缸的水因为承载鱼儿生活,新陈代谢使鱼缸中水毒素不断累加,人工定期更换新水费时费力,此外,不及时处置鱼缸中的杂菌、以及鱼缸温度控制不好都会危机鱼儿的安全,而通过本实用新型的鱼缸自动净化设备能够实现自动补水、周期换水,在鱼缸换水或者物理滤材的清洗后,也能及时补充有益菌,结合参数显示模块和远程控制模块,还能实现有效智能温控,解决了以往人为操作容易出错和效率低的问题。此外,本实用新型设备的各个功能性区域设计合理,可实现装配式灵活拆装,安装方便,便于维护。
需要说明的是,本实用新型的鱼缸自动净化设备中的物理过滤区还可以根据实际需求,增设鱼缸原水进水区、经物理过滤后的排污区和净水区等区域,使鱼缸中的水能在物理过滤区进行更充分的物理过滤,同时便于管理维护,合理分区节约占地空间。此外,本实用新型中的生化过滤区可以与物理过滤区的各功能分区整合在一个整体装 置中,也可以是各区分开设在独立的容器装置中。
以上所述仅是本实用新型的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和变型,这些改进和变型也应视为本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种鱼缸自动净化设备,其特征在于,包括物理过滤区、生化过滤区和困水区,所述困水区的进水口连接外部水源,出水口连接生化过滤区通往鱼缸,所述物理过滤区的进水口连接鱼缸,所述物理过滤区有两个出水口,一个出水口连接排污闸门,另一个出水口连接生化过滤区的一个进水口,所述生化过滤区的另一个进水口连接困水区的出水口,所述生化过滤区的唯一出水口连接鱼缸,其中,在所述物理过滤区内设有布水器、过滤棉、波轮旋转机构、第一传感器、排污阀、加热棒、杀菌灯和循环水泵,所述布水器与物理过滤区的进水口连接,设在所述过滤棉上方,用于将原水喷洒在过滤棉处进行物理过滤,经物理过滤后,通过加热棒加热,杀菌灯杀菌,循环水泵泵入生化过滤区进行生化过滤后返回鱼缸,所述第一传感器根据液面设置的最低水位启动补水泵的补水工作,根据液面设置的最高水位停止补水泵的补水工作,所述过滤棉设在所述波轮旋转机构上可随其旋转,用于自动清洗过滤棉,所述排污阀用于将清洗过滤棉的污水排出。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的鱼缸自动净化设备,其特征在于,所述物理过滤区为上宽下窄的锥形桶体,所述波轮旋转机构包括锁牙环板和锁母波轮,在锁牙环板上还设有配重块,在桶体底部设有驱动机构和传动轴,所述锁牙环板的外环面与桶体的内壁面贴合,在所述锁牙环板中心装有套管,所述配重块安装在套管的一侧,过滤棉套装在套管的中心,所述驱动机构通过传动轴带动所述锁母波轮正转或反转,锁牙环板和锁母波轮彼此分离或者紧密接合,分离时对过滤棉进行清洗,紧密结合时对原水进行物理过滤。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的鱼缸自动净化设备,其特征在于,所述锁牙环板中心套管和所述过滤棉之间插有十字插栓,用于加固所述锁牙环板的中心套管和过滤棉的连接。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的鱼缸自动净化设备,其特征在于,所述锁 母波轮的外形为一镂空圆筒,其外端设有立体环,在立体环的顶面设有锥形锁母,所述锥形锁母与锁牙环板的双面或者单面锁牙结构匹配,所述锁母波轮底部为平面,在该底部平面设有多个牙型块,用于在转动时搅拌水流随其旋转造流。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的鱼缸自动净化设备,其特征在于,所述过滤棉采用双面或者单面过滤结构,过滤棉设计为球形体或立方体。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的鱼缸自动净化设备,其特征在于,所述困水区包括水箱本体,在所述水箱本体中设有补水泵、第二传感器和第三传感器,在水箱本体的进水口设有供水阀门,当物理过滤区液位降低到设计液面的最低水位时,触发第一传感器,启动补水泵对鱼缸进行补水,当物理过滤区液面上升至最高水位时,停止补水泵的补水工作,在水箱本体内的水面低于预设液面时触发第二传感器,补水泵通过供水阀门从水源泵水进入困水区补水,当水箱本体内的水面到达最低水位线时触发第三传感器停止补水泵的工作,防止水泵干烧。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的鱼缸自动净化设备,其特征在于,所述生化过滤区内装有生化罐、自动加药装置和生化滤材,所述生化罐内装有生化用的细菌,所述自动加药装置用于将药剂、细菌加入水流中,所述生化滤材采用纤维滤材、毛刷、吸附性滤材、高岭土烧结滤材和粘合滤材中的任一种或多种。
  8. 如权利要求1-7任一项所述的鱼缸自动净化设备,其特征在于,所述鱼缸自动净化设备还包括参数显示模块和远程控制模块,所述参数显示模块用于显示所述物理过滤区、生化过滤区和困水区的各区参数,所述远程控制模块用于将所述鱼缸自动净化设备与智能移动设备无线连接并实时远程监控。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的鱼缸自动净化设备,其特征在于,所述物理过滤区中的加热棒连接所述参数显示模块和远程控制字模块,用于进行远程调控温度。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的鱼缸自动净化设备,其特征在于,所述物理过滤区中的杀菌灯连接所述所述参数显示模块和远程控制模块,用于进行远程调控杀灭水中的有害细菌。
