本申请提供了一种移动终端,该移动终端包括两个转动连接的壳体上,还包括覆盖在两个壳体的柔性屏组件,且柔性屏组件的边沿与两个壳体分别粘接连接,在移动终端折叠时,柔性屏组件随着两个壳体的转动被折弯,但是由于柔性屏组件为多层结构,造成柔性屏组件出现起拱的情况,为此,柔性屏组件分别连接了两组限位件,该两组限位件与两个壳体滑动连接,并用于限定柔性屏组件与两个壳体之间的相对垂直距离。该限位件的一端与柔性屏组件固定连接,另一端与壳体滑动连接,从而通过限位件限定了壳体与柔性屏组件的垂直距离,因此,通过限位件可以改善柔性屏组件在折弯时出现起拱的情况,提高移动终端在使用时的效果。

一种移动终端
本申请要求在2019年2月23日提交中国国家知识产权局、申请号为201910134725.2、发明名称为“一种移动终端”的中国专利申请的优先权其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及终端技术领域,尤其涉及到一种移动终端。
背景技术
现阶段手机外观单一化,功能同质化严重,消费者产生审美疲劳。由于柔性显示屏技术的发展,也会出现手机显示屏的弯折。而实现手机弯折动作一个重要的方面是在展开和折叠以及过程中对柔性屏的支撑,实现屏幕和支撑片的可靠粘接,保证折弯区屏幕的平整性以及弯折过程中不会出现脱胶的现象。但是由于柔性显示屏采用多层结构设置,在移动终端折叠时,柔性屏容易出现起拱,影响手机的使用。
发明内容
本申请提供了一种移动终端,用以提高移动终端的使用效果。
第一方面,提供了一种移动终端,该移动终端为可折叠的移动终端,在具体设置时,该移动终端包括两个壳体,分别为第一壳体及第二壳体,且第一壳体及第二壳体转动连接,此外,该移动终端还包括一个柔性屏组件,柔性屏组件固定在了第一壳体及第二壳体上,在具体固定时,柔性屏组件的边沿与两个壳体分别粘接连接。在移动终端折叠时,柔性屏组件随着第一壳体及第二壳体的转动被折弯,在折弯时,柔性屏组件会出现起拱的情况,为此,在本申请实施例提供的柔性屏组件分别连接了两组限位件,对应的,在每个壳体上设置了一组滑槽,且每组滑槽中的滑槽的长度方向垂直于两个壳体转动连接的轴线方向;在配合时,两组限位件一一对应位于两组滑槽内;其中,每组限位件中限位件与每组滑槽中的滑槽的个数一一对应,且限位件可在位于的滑槽内滑动。此外,两组限位件用于限定柔性屏组件与两个壳体之间的相对垂直距离。从而通过限位件的长度尺寸(在垂直于壳体朝向柔性屏组件的平面方向上的尺寸)限定了壳体与柔性屏组件的垂直距离,因此,在折弯时通过限位件可以改善柔性屏组件在折弯时出现起拱的情况,提高移动终端在使用时的效果。
该柔性屏组件在起拱时,整个柔性屏组件都会起拱,但靠近折弯处附近的位置起拱比较严重,即第一壳体与第二壳体转动的位置,因此,在设置两组限位组件时,该两组限位组件的设置位置靠近对应的壳体靠近其转动连接的轴线的一端,从而可以更有效地改善起拱的情况,提高移动终端的使用效果。
在具体设置每组限位件时,每组限位件中的限位件的个数可以为一个或者两个及两个以上,在采用两个及两个以上时,限位件可以采用单排排列的方式排列,且排列的方向平行于两个壳体转动连接时的轴线,从而可以更有效地改善起拱的情况,提高移动终端的使用效果。
在柔性屏组件与每组限位件进行连接时,为了使得限位件能够改善最大范围的柔性屏组件的起拱,增强了柔性屏组件的刚度,此时,柔性屏组件朝向所述两个壳体一面设置有结构层,该结构层的个数为两个,且两个结构层可分别用于固定两组限位件,在具体固定时,两组限位件一一对应固定在所述两个结构层背离所述柔性屏组件的一面。此外,在设置两个结 构层时,两个结构层避让开柔性屏的折弯区域,以避免增加的结构层影响到移动终端的折弯。
在具体设置每个结构层时,每个结构层可以为矩形、椭圆形或者圆形等不同的形状。在一个具体的实施方案中,该结构层为矩形,且其长度方向平行于壳体转动连接的轴线方向。
在结构层与限位件固定连接时,可以采用不同的方式实现,下面分别对其固定连接方式进行说明。
在一个具体的实施方案中,所述柔性屏组件固定连接有两组限位件,包括:两个结构层中的至少一个结构层上背离所述柔性屏组件的一面设置有凸起,每组限位件与对应的凸起螺纹连接。此时,凸起上设置有螺纹孔,该限位件上设置有外螺纹,通过螺纹将限位件与结构层固定连接在一起。
在另一个具体的实施方案中,所述柔性屏组件固定连接有两组限位件,包括:两个结构层中的至少一个结构层在背离所述柔性屏组件的一面固定连接有螺纹套,每组限位件与对应的螺纹套螺纹连接。
在螺纹套固定在结构层上时,所述螺纹套与对应的结构层焊接连接或粘接连接,即可以通过不同的连接方式实现螺纹套与结构层的相对固定。
在另一个具体的实施方案中,可以采用一个结构层设置凸起,另一个结构层设置螺纹套,也可以实现对两组限位件进行固定。
在另一个具体的实施方案中,还可以采用卡合的方式实现结构层与限位件之间的配合,如在结构层上设置一个卡槽,对应的在限位件上设置有一个卡扣,通过卡槽与卡扣的配合方式实现限位件与结构层的固定连接。
在具体实现限位件与滑槽的滑动配合时,可以通过不同的方式来进行限定。如在一个具体的实施方案中,每组限位件包括至少一个限位件,其中每个限位件为T形限位件;每个限位件的竖直部位于对应的滑槽内并可相对所述滑槽滑动;每个限位件的水平部卡在所述滑槽背离所述柔性屏组件的一面并限位所述竖直部朝向所述柔性屏组件方向的运动。
在另一个可实施的方案中,每组滑槽中的滑槽为倒置的T形槽;每组限位件包括至少一个限位件,且每个限位件为倒置的T形限位件;其中,每个限位件的水平部位于对应的滑槽的水平部内并可滑动,每个限位件的竖直部位于对应滑槽的竖直部内并可滑动。通过设置的T形槽与T形限位件的配合可以有效的改善两者之间的配合效果。
在另一个可实施的方案中,每组滑槽中的滑槽的相对的两个侧壁设置有限位槽;每组限位件包括至少一个限位件,且每个限位件为倒置的T形限位件;其中每个限位件的竖直部位于对应的滑槽内并可滑动,且所述限位件的水平部位于对应的滑槽上的限位槽内并可滑动。通过限位槽与水平部的配合来限定限位件,以保证能够限定壳体与柔性屏之间的垂直距离。
在一个具体的实施方案中,所述柔性屏组件包括盖板及与所述盖板连接的柔性屏,其中,所述盖板与所述两个壳体分别粘接连接;所述柔性屏与所述盖板固定连接。且在具有结构层时,该结构层与柔性屏进行连接,而限位件与结构层连接。
第二方面,提供了一种移动终端,该移动终端包括:转动连接的两个壳体、固定在所述两个壳体上的柔性屏组件;以及固定在所述柔性屏组件上的限位件;其中,所述限位件包括筒状结构件和螺纹套,所述筒状结构件包括凸肩,所述螺纹套与所述柔性屏组件固定连接;所述壳体上设置有滑槽,所述筒状结构件穿过所述滑槽并套接在所述螺纹套上;所述筒状结构件与螺纹套固定连接;所述筒状结构件在所述滑槽内滑动。通过限位件的长度尺寸(在垂直于壳体朝向柔性屏组件的平面方向上的尺寸)限定了壳体与柔性屏组件的垂直距离,因此, 在折弯时通过限位件可以改善柔性屏组件在折弯时出现起拱的情况,提高移动终端在使用时的效果。

具体实施方式
为了使本申请的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图对本申请作进一步地详细描述。
为了方便理解本申请实施例提供的移动终端,下面首先说明一下该移动终端,本申请实施例提供的移动终端为可折叠的移动终端,如手机或平板电脑等。如图1及图2中所示,其中图1示出了移动终端在展开时的正面(显示图像的一侧),而图2示出了移动终端在展开时的背面(与正面相对的一面)。首先参考图2,本申请实施例提供的移动终端包括两个壳体,为了方便描述将两个壳体分别命名为第一壳体20及第二壳体30,在本申请实施例提供的壳体作为柔性屏组件的一个支撑结构。其具体可以包括中框以及与该中框连接的侧边框,该中框可以与该侧边框固定连接,或者该中框可以与该侧边框为一体结构,例如该中框与该侧边框为一体成型结构。当然,该壳体还可以包括背壳。该背壳可以与侧边框固定连接,或者该背壳与侧边框为一体结构,例如该背壳与侧边框为一体成型结构。
继续参考图2,第一壳体20及第二壳体30在具体连接时采用转动连接,如第一壳体20及第二壳体30通过折弯结构40来实现转动连接,在第一壳体20及第二壳体30转动时折弯结构40发生形变,以实现移动终端的折叠。如图3中所示,在两个壳体转动到折叠状态时,折弯结构40发生形变并且第一壳体20及第二壳体30层叠。其中,折弯结构40可以根据折叠终端的设计开发折弯结构,也可以采用其他折弯结构,本发明实施例中对此不作限定。此外,第一壳体20及第二壳体30转动连接时,还可以采用转轴等能够实现转动连接的部件进 行转动连接,转轴可以根据折叠终端开发新的转轴结构,也可以采用其他转轴结构,本发明实施例中对此不作限定。
继续参考图1及图3,在本申请实施例提供的移动终端还包括一个柔性屏组件10,该柔性屏组件10与两个壳体固定连接,以图1及图2所示的移动终端处于展开时的状态为例,此时第一壳体20及第二壳体30并排设置在了折弯结构40相对的两侧,并分别与折弯结构40固定连接,而柔性屏组件10覆盖在上述的第一壳体20、第二壳体30以及折弯结构40上。在连接时,柔性屏组件10的边沿分别与第一壳体20、第二壳体30固定连接,在具体连接时可以采用不同的连接方式,如粘接连接。在移动终端折叠时,如图3中所示,当第一壳体20及第二壳体30处于层叠的状态时,柔性屏组件10被折弯且处于移动终端的外表面。
对于其中的柔性屏组件10可以包含不同的结构,如图4中所示,在图4中所示的柔性屏组件10的结构包括了一个盖板11以及与该盖板11连接的柔性屏12。其中的盖板11可以为透明的基材制备的盖板11,如薄玻璃、树脂等具有柔韧性及刚度的材质制备的盖板11。柔性屏12可以为可折弯的显示屏,如有机发光二极管显示屏或有源矩阵有机发光二极体或主动矩阵有机发光二极体显示屏。该柔性屏12可以包含有多层结构,如包含最基本的阴极层、有机发光层及阳极层,当然还可以包括电子传输层、偏光片层等结构。在柔性屏组件10与两个壳体进行固定连接时,盖板11与两个壳体分别粘接连接,具体为盖板11的边沿可以与壳体的侧壁进行粘接连接;其中,该盖板11的边沿为如图4中所示的盖板11搭在壳体上的部分。而柔性屏组件10中的柔性屏12位于壳体与盖板11之间,以通过壳体以及盖板11对柔性屏12进行保护。继续参考图3,在移动终端折叠时柔性屏组件10被折弯,整个柔性屏组件都会起拱,但柔性屏12在处于折弯位置附近的区域(靠近折弯结构40附近的区域)起拱比较严重,影响移动终端的使用效果。为改善柔性屏12的起拱情况,在本申请实施例提供的移动终端还设置了限位件60,下面结合附图对该限位件60进行说明。
为改善柔性屏组件10的起拱情况,本申请实施例提供的柔性屏组件10分别连接了两组限位件60,且两组限位件60分别与第一壳体20及第二壳体30一一对应滑动连接,且在设置时两组限位件60与柔性屏组件10及壳体的连接方式可以相同,因此以其中的一组限位件60为例进行说明。
对于每组限位件60中的任一个限位件60来说,其一端与柔性屏组件10固定连接,在柔性屏组件10包含柔性屏12时,该限位件60与柔性屏12背离盖板11的一面固定连接。限位件60的另一端与壳体滑动连接,并且限位件60与壳体之间的滑动连接时限定了限位件60在第一方向上的运动,该第一方向指的是壳体指向柔性屏组件10的方向,如图4中的直线a所示的方向。在限位件60与壳体滑动连接并限定第一方向的运动时,可以通过不同的结构形式来实现,下面结合具体的附图对该限位件60与柔性屏组件10及壳体的连接方式进行说明。
首先说明一下该限位件60与柔性屏组件10的连接,在该限位件60与柔性屏组件10进行固定连接时,可以采用限位件60与柔性屏组件10直接固定连接,当然也可以采用其他部件来改善柔性屏组件10与限位件60的连接方式。如在图4所示的结构中,该柔性屏组件10朝向壳体一面的结构层50,即在柔性屏12上设置结构层50。该结构层50用于来改善柔性屏12与限位件60之间的连接,该结构层50具有一定的结构强度,如采用塑料、金属片等具有一定支撑强度的材质制备而成。
在当限位件60采用两组时,对应的结构层50的个数也为两个,且两个结构层50分别用于固定两组限位件60,如在图4所示的结构中,一个结构层50对应固定一组限位件60。在 具体设置两个结构层50时,两个结构层50避让开了柔性屏12的折弯区域,以避免增加的结构层50影响到移动终端的折弯。如采用两个结构层50与两个壳体一一对应并避让开了折弯结构40,以保证在设置结构层50时不会影响到柔性屏12的折弯。此外,在两个结构层50与柔性屏组件10连接时,可以采用粘接连接或者连接件的方式进行固定。如在采用粘接连接时,结构层50朝向柔性屏12的一面可以通过粘接胶与柔性屏组件10固定连接;而在采用连接件连接时,可以采用螺栓或螺钉与柔性屏组件10固定连接。应当理解的是上述仅仅列举出了几种具体的连接方式,其他的连接方式也可以应用于本申请实施例中。
在限位件60与结构层50实现固定连接时,其固定方式可以有多种,如螺纹连接或者卡合连接等不同的连接方式。在采用螺纹连接时,也可以采用不同的结构形式,如在图5中所示结构中,结构层50上背离柔性屏组件10的一面设置有凸起51,并且每组限位件60与对应的凸起51螺纹连接。其中,结构层50与凸起51可以为一体结构。在凸起51上设置的螺纹孔的个数与对应的限位件60的个数一一对应,以使限位件60通过螺纹连接与上述的凸起51固定。可以理解的,也可以在结构层50开孔,且孔的内壁开设有螺纹孔,这样限位件60通过螺纹孔与结构层50固定。在采用螺纹连接时,除了上述图5中所示的结构外,还可以采用其他的结构,如图6中所示,在采用如图6所示的结构时,在结构层50上背离柔性屏组件10的一面固定连接有螺纹套52,该螺纹套52与对应的一组限位件60中的限位件60的个数一一对应,通过限位件60与螺纹套52的螺纹连接实现与柔性屏组件10的固定连接。在固定上述螺纹套52时,可以通过不同的连接方式,如螺纹套52与结构层50粘接连接,或在结构层50为金属层时通过焊接连接的方式来固定。此外,对于该螺纹套52可以为一个带内螺纹的筒体,也可以为螺母,当然还可以为其他可以实现螺纹连接的结构。
在图5及图6中示出了结构层50与限位件60的几种不同的连接方式,虽然图5及图6中示出的结构层50与限位件60的连接方式相同,即移动终端内的两个结构层50采用相同的方式连接限位件60,但是在本申请实施例提供的结构中,移动终端内的两个结构层50与对应的限位件60的连接方式可以不同,如一个结构层50采用设置带螺纹孔的凸起51,而另一个结构层50固定连接螺纹套52。因此,在本申请实施例提供的结构层50与限位件60连接时,可以在两个结构层50中的至少一个结构层50上背离所述柔性屏组件10的一面设置有凸起51,限位件60与对应的凸起51螺纹连接,也可以采用在两个结构层50中的至少一个结构层50在背离所述柔性屏组件10的一面固定连接有螺纹套52,每组限位件60与对应的螺纹套52螺纹连接。
除了上述中采用的螺纹连接外,还可以采用卡合连接的方式实现结构层50与限位件60的固定连接。如在结构层50上设置一个卡槽,对应的在限位件60上设置有一个卡扣,通过卡槽与卡扣的配合方式实现限位件60与结构层50的固定连接。其结构可以类比与图5中的结构,即在结构层50背离柔性屏组件10的一面设置凸起51,该凸起51上设置有卡槽,而每个结构件上设置有对应的卡扣,通过卡扣与卡槽的方式实现结构层50与限位件60的固定连接。
在限位件60与壳体对应连接时,可以采用滑动连接的方式,并且在滑动连接时,需要限定第一方向上的运动,以保证壳体与柔性屏12之间的间距。在具体实现滑动连接时是通过在壳体上设置滑槽70,限位件60位于滑槽70中并可在滑槽70中滑动。其中每个壳体上设置有一组滑槽70;且每组滑槽70中的滑槽70个数与对应的每组限位件60中的限位件的个数相同,且每个滑槽70与每个限位件60一一对应。在具体设置每组滑槽70时,对比图7及图 8,其中,图7示出了限位件60在移动终端展开时处于对应的滑槽70内的位置,而图8示出了限位件60在移动终端折叠时处于对应的滑槽70内的位置。在移动终端进行折叠时,柔性屏12被折弯,且在折弯时,整个柔性屏组件10都会起拱,但靠近折弯处附近的位置起拱比较严重,为了降低该拱起的情况,柔性屏12靠近壳体一侧层结构需要进行错位,因此会产生相对壳体的滑动,其滑动方向垂直于壳体与转轴连接的轴线,即如图7中的箭头所示,因此在设置滑槽70时,该滑槽70的长度方向垂直于所述两个壳体转动连接的轴线方向。在移动终端展开时,柔性屏12的层结构带动限位件60靠近壳体中与折弯结构40连接的一侧。如图8中所示,在移动终端折叠时,柔性屏12中的层结构之间会发生错位,其错位距离为L1,从而使得柔性屏12的层结构带动限位件60朝远离壳体与折弯结构40连接的一侧运动近似L1的距离。
上述的限位件60装配在滑槽70中时,两组限位件60一一对应位于两组滑槽70内,并可在滑槽70中滑动,且在滑动时限定了限位件60在第一方向的运动,即限定该限位件60在壳体指向柔性屏组件10方向上的位移。在具体实现时可以通过不同的结构来实现,如限位件60为T形限位件60,并且该限位件60的竖直部61穿过对应的滑槽70后与所述柔性屏组件10固定连接;而限位件60的水平部62卡在所述滑槽70背离所述柔性屏组件10的一面并限位所述竖直部61朝向所述柔性屏组件10方向的运动。如图5和图6中所示,在采用该结构形式时,该限位件60的水平部62外露在壳体背离柔性屏12的一面。该限位件60的水平部62的长度方向与滑槽70的长度方向可以呈设定夹角,如30°、60°、90°等不同的度数,在一个具体的实施方式中,该水平部62垂直于滑槽70的长度方向。从而可以使得水平部62相对与竖直部61来说凸出的部分可以搭在滑槽70的两个侧壁上,以通过限位件60的长度限定了柔性屏组件10与壳体之间的间距。在柔性屏12折弯时,当柔性屏12出现拱起的趋势时,通过水平部62与滑槽70侧壁之间的限定,避免柔性屏12改变其与壳体之间的间距,进而改善柔性屏12起拱的情况。
当然上述列举的限位件60与滑槽70的配合方式不仅限于上述情况,还可以采用其他配合方式实现限位件60在与滑槽70配合时,既可以实现滑动,也可以限定在第一方向的位移。如图9中所示,滑槽70采用倒置的T形槽;每个限位件60为倒置的T形限位件60;并且限位件60的水平部62位于对应的滑槽70的水平部72内并可以滑动,每个限位件60的竖直部61位于对应滑槽70的竖直部71内并可滑动。通过限位件60中的竖直部61与滑槽70的竖直部71配合,而滑槽70的水平部72与限位件60的水平部62的配合既可以实现保证限位件60可以在滑槽70中滑动,同时,还可以通过滑槽70的水平部72对限位件60的水平部62的限定来保证限位件60不会在第一方向产生位移。在进行装配时,如图9中所示,由于滑槽70采用一个通槽,因此,可以在壳体背离柔性屏组件10的一面将限位件60插入并与螺纹套52的螺纹连接。
在另一种可替代的方案中,如图10中所示,滑槽70的相对的两个侧壁设置有限位槽73;而限位件60为倒置的T形限位件60;其中,限位件60的竖直部61滑动装配在对应的滑槽70内,且限位件60的水平部62滑动装配在对应的滑槽70上的限位槽73内。该滑槽70可以理解为图9中的一种变形。在图9中,该滑槽70为一个通槽,而在图10中滑槽70并未穿透壳体。在图10所示的滑槽70中进行装配时,可以在壳体背离柔性屏组件10的一面设置一个与该滑槽70连通的安装孔(图中未示出),通过该安装孔将限位件60放入到滑槽70内,并且将限位件60的水平部62插入到对应的限位槽73中,并旋转限位件60以与螺纹套52的 螺纹连接。
当然,应当理解的是,上述列举的壳体与滑槽70滑动连接的方式仅仅为几种具体的实施结构,在本申请实施例提供的结构中,可以采用其他可实现滑动以及限定在设定方向移动的结构来实现限位件60与壳体的滑动连接。
对于上述实施例中提供的限位件60的具体结构,可以采用螺栓或者螺钉,此时,螺栓或者螺钉的螺杆即为其竖直部61,而螺栓及螺钉的螺帽即为水平部62。在使用时,可以通过螺杆与结构层50固定连接,并且通过螺帽与滑槽70的配合实现了滑动以及限定螺杆在第一方向上的位移。
当然除了上述结构外,还可以采用其他结构件作为限位件60,如图11所示,在图11所示的结构中,限位件70包括筒状结构,并且该筒状结构背离柔性屏组件10的一面具有凸肩74;该凸肩74可以卡在滑槽60的槽壁外,在将筒状结构与螺纹套52连接时,通过螺钉90连接,如图11所示的爆炸图,首先将筒状结构穿过滑槽60并套装在螺纹套52上,之后将螺钉90穿过筒状结构后与螺纹套52的螺纹连接。
通过上述描述可以看出,通过设置的限位件60改善了柔性屏组件10在折弯时的拱起情况。而柔性屏组件10在拱起时,靠近折弯处附近的位置起拱比较严重。因此,在设置每组限位件60时,可以采用不同的个数,如采用一个或者多个(两个及两个以上)来改善柔性屏组件10的起拱情况。在采用一个时,可以将该限位件60设置在靠近柔性屏组件10的中间的位置。在采用多个限位件60时,如图12中所示,可以采用阵列的方式或者单排排列的方式,但是无论采用那种,该多个限位件60至少有一排的排列方向平行于壳体转动连接时的轴线方向,以改善柔性屏组件10的起拱情况。
此外,对于本申请实施例提供的结构层50来说,其不仅仅起到增强限位件60与柔性屏组件10的连接强度的作用,还可以起到改善柔性屏组件10起拱的情况。由于结构层50的刚度大于柔性屏组件10的强度,因此,在增加结构层50时,通过增大结构层50的面积可以改善限位件60在限定柔性屏组件10起拱时的效果。对于结构层50的形状来说,其可以采用不同的形状,如采用矩形、椭圆形或者圆形等不同的形状。如图12中所示的结构层50,其形状为矩形,且其长度方向平行于壳体转动连接的轴线方向。从而将结构层50设置在了最容易出现起拱的位置,进而改善柔性屏组件10在起拱时的效果。
如图13中所示,本申请实施例提供了另一种移动终端,在该移动终端中,包括转动连接的两个壳体100、固定在所述两个壳体100上的柔性屏组件10。该壳体100作为柔性屏组件的一个支撑结构。其具体可以包括中框以及与该中框连接的侧边框,该中框可以与该侧边框固定连接,或者该中框可以与该侧边框为一体结构,例如该中框与该侧边框为一体成型结构,在图13中示出的即为中框与侧边框采用一体的支撑结构101。当然,该壳体还可以包括背壳102,该背壳102可以与侧边框固定连接。当然也可以采用背壳与侧边框为一体结构,例如该背壳与侧边框为一体成型结构。
在两个壳体100连接时,两个壳体100之间通过折弯结构40转动连接,以实现移动终端的折叠。其中,折弯结构40可以根据折叠终端的设计开发折弯结构,也可以采用其他折弯结构,本发明实施例中对此不作限定。此外,两个壳体100转动连接时,还可以采用转轴等能够实现转动连接的部件进行转动连接,转轴可以根据折叠终端开发新的转轴结构,也可以采用其他转轴结构,本发明实施例中对此不作限定。
此外,该移动终端还包括固定在所述柔性屏组件10上的限位件70,如图14所示,在图 14所示的结构中,限位件70包括筒状结构和螺纹套52。在具体连接时,可以在柔性屏组件10朝向壳体100的一面设置结构层50,并在结构层50上设置螺纹套52,具体的可以参考上述图1中所示的移动终端的结构层的描述,在此不再赘述。
为了理解该限位套52与壳体100的配合关系,一并参考图15及图16所示的结构示意图,其中,图15及图16示出了在两个垂直方向上限位件70与壳体100的配合示意图,而图16示意出了限位件70在滑动方向上的示意图,具体可参考图16中的箭头指示的方向。首先参考图15中所示,该螺纹套52与显示屏组件10固定连接,而筒状结构具有凸肩74,该凸肩74位于筒状结构背离柔性屏组件10的一面。在装配时,壳体100上设置有滑槽60,筒状结构穿过滑槽60套装在螺纹套52上,并且凸肩74可以卡在滑槽60的槽壁外,在将筒状结构与螺纹套52连接时,通过螺钉90连接。在使用时通过设置的限位件60改善了柔性屏组件10在折弯时的拱起情况,从而提高移动终端的使用效果。
以上,仅为本申请的具体实施方式,但本申请的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本申请揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本申请的保护范围之内。因此,本申请的保护范围应以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种移动终端,其特征在于,包括:转动连接的两个壳体,固定在所述两个壳体上的柔性屏组件;其中,
    所述柔性屏组件固定连接有两组限位件,每个壳体上设置有一组滑槽,所述两组限位件一一对应位于两组滑槽内,所述两组限位件用于限定所述柔性屏组件与所述壳体的相对垂直距离。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述柔性屏组件固定连接有两组限位件,包括:所述柔性屏组件朝向所述两个壳体一面设置有两个结构层,所述两组限位件一一对应固定在所述两个结构层背离所述柔性屏组件的一面。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述柔性屏组件固定连接有两组限位件,包括:所述两个结构层中的至少一个结构层上背离所述柔性屏组件的一面设置有凸起,每组限位件与对应的凸起螺纹连接。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述柔性屏组件固定连接有两组限位件,包括:所述两个结构层中的至少一个结构层在背离所述柔性屏组件的一面固定连接有螺纹套,每组限位件与对应的螺纹套螺纹连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述螺纹套与对应的结构层焊接连接或粘接连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1~5任一项所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述两组限位件用于限定所述柔性屏组件与所述壳体的相对垂直距离,包括:每组限位件包括至少一个限位件,且每个限位件为T形限位件;每个限位件的竖直部位于对应的滑槽内并可相对所述滑槽滑动;每个限位件的水平部卡在所述滑槽背离所述柔性屏组件的一面并限位所述竖直部朝向所述柔性屏组件方向的运动。
  7. 根据权利要求1~5任一项所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述两组限位件用于限定所述柔性屏组件与所述壳体的相对垂直距离,包括:每组滑槽中的滑槽为倒置的T形槽;每组限位件包括至少一个限位件,且每个限位件为倒置的T形限位件;其中,
    每个限位件的水平部位于对应的滑槽的水平部内并可滑动,每个限位件的竖直部位于对应滑槽的竖直部内并可滑动。
  8. 根据权利要求1~5任一项所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述两组限位件用于限定所述柔性屏组件与所述壳体的相对垂直距离,包括:每组滑槽中的滑槽的相对的两个侧壁设置有限位槽;每组限位件包括至少一个限位件,且每个限位件为倒置的T形限位件;其中,
    每个限位件的竖直部位于对应的滑槽内并可滑动,且所述限位件的水平部位于对应的滑槽上的限位槽内并可滑动。
  9. 根据权利要求1~8任一项所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述柔性屏组件包括盖板及与所述盖板连接的柔性屏,其中,所述盖板与所述两个壳体分别粘接连接。
  10. 一种移动终端,其特征在于,包括:转动连接的两个壳体、固定在所述两个壳体上的柔性屏组件;以及固定在所述柔性屏组件上的限位件;其中,
    所述限位件包括筒状结构件和螺纹套,所述筒状结构件包括凸肩,所述螺纹套与所述柔性屏组件固定连接;
    所述壳体上设置有滑槽,所述筒状结构件穿过所述滑槽并套接在所述螺纹套上;
    所述筒状结构件与螺纹套固定连接;
    所述筒状结构件在所述滑槽内滑动。
