Description

一种引流导管 技术领域
本发明涉及医疗用品技术领域,特别地涉及一种具有三通的引流导管。
背景技术
引流导管临床适用于在X线或B超下显示配合辅助穿刺器械或其他外科手术器械,对人体体腔内的体液、手术残液、胆汁等进行引流,达到诊断和治疗等方面的需要。目前,国内外使用的引流导管在临床使用已经很成熟,该产品已有多年临床使用经验,操作方便、安全、创伤小、并发症少,因为引流导管产品适用范围广,需求量大。
现有的引流导管均为直通型引流导管,直通型引流导管包括J型医用导管,J型医用导管上套设导直管,J型医用导管的一端为“猪尾状”,另一端连接直通接头,J型医用导管内的固定线穿过直通接头部分露在外侧。引流导管置管完成后,需要引流的体液、手术残液、胆汁等通过渗透孔进入到医用导管中,在医用导管中流动,最终排出体外。
现有的直通型引流导管的缺点在于,引流导管在引流过程中,只能进行引流操作,医护人员无法利用引流导管抽取引流的体液进行化验,也无法完成向人体内注射药液的操作。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供一种引流导管,以达到引流导管可进行抽取体液、注射药液等多功能操作的目的。
为实现上述目的,根据本发明提供了一种引流导管,包括J型医用导管,所述J型医用导管包括导管主体和设于所述导管主体内的固定线,所述导管主体上套设导直管,所述引流导管还包括三通接头,所述三通接头与所述导管主体的一端连接;
所述三通接头包括主管和侧管,所述主管的前端端口与所述导管主体的出口连接,所述固定线由所述主管的前端端口穿入,由所述侧管的尾端穿出。
进一步地,所述侧管的尾端连接有肝素帽,所述固定线穿过所述肝素帽的端头。
进一步地,位于所述肝素帽外的所述固定线上穿设有用于锁止所述固定线的胶垫。
进一步地,所述三通接头呈卜字型结构。
进一步地,所述主管的尾端的外壁上设有外螺纹;
和/或;
所述侧管的尾端的外壁上设有外螺纹。
进一步地,所述主管的尾端和所述侧管的尾端分别为圆锥接头。
进一步地,所述圆锥接头为6:100圆锥接头。
进一步地,所述导管主体上设有固定块,所述固定块上设有定位孔。
进一步地,所述固定块与所述导管主体滑动连接。
本发明提供的一种引流导管,在J型医用导管上连接三通结构,三通接头相比直通接头增加一个接头,利用该接头,可进行抽取体液或者注射药液等操作。
该引流导管,具有多功能性,不仅可以进行引流,还可兼顾其他操作,对医护人员来说,可减少操作步骤,操作简单方便,对于患者来说,可减少多余操作带来的疼痛和不适。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的示范性实施例做出说明,其中包括本发明实施例的各种细节以助于理解,应当将它们认为仅仅是示范性的。因此,本领域普通技术人员应当认识到,可以对这里描述的实施例做出各种改变和修改,而不会背离本发明的范围和精神。同样,为了清楚和简明,以下的描述中省略了对公知功能和结构的描述。
如图1-5所示,一种引流导管,包括J型医用导管,J型医用导管包括导管主体1和设于导管主体1内的固定线6,导管主体1上套设导直管2,引流导管还包括三通接头3,三通接头3余导管主体1的一端连接;三通接头3包括主管31和侧管32,主管31的前端端口(端面)与导管主体1的出口连接,固定线6由主管31的前端端口穿入,由侧管32的尾端穿出。
本实施例中的引流导管,在J型医用导管的一端设置三通接头3,与现有的直通接头相比增加一个接头,利用该接头使引流导管不仅可进行引流操作,还可进行其他的医疗操作,如抽取引流的体液,或向体内注射药液等操作。使用时,将J型医用导管的J型头(猪尾状)置于人体体内,三通接头3和固定线6均设置在人体体外,其中,J型医 用导管的置入方法与现有的J型医用导管的置入方法相同。
在进行引流操作时,体液等体内液体通过导管主体1上的渗透孔进入到导管主体1中,液体在导管主体1中流动最终由三通接头3的主管31排出体外;在引流过程中,若进行体液提取操作,可在侧管32内插入提取装置完成对体液的提取;需要注射药液时,在非引流状态可在侧管32内插入注射器完成药液注射。
作为本实施例的优选实施方式,侧管32的尾端连接有肝素帽4,固定线6穿过肝素帽4的端头。肝素帽4可多次、反复穿刺,可供引流导管多次抽取体液、注射药物等使用,以降低病人的医疗费用,提高医护人员的工作效率。
作为本实施例的优选实施方式,位于肝素帽4外的固定线6上穿设有用于锁止固定线6的胶垫5。现有的引流导管中的固定线6的固定方式为:J型医用导管完成置入后,将固定线6缠绕在连接座上,再用卡扣进行锁止;此方式操作费时费力,较为不便。而本实施例中,在固定线6上设置胶垫5,即固定线6穿过胶垫5,利用胶垫5对固定件进行锁止;胶垫5根据自身材质的特性,其具有良好的回弹能力,胶垫5上设置孔,胶垫5自身会挤压孔,固定线6穿过孔后,胶垫5固定线6产生挤压力,因此,胶垫5在固定线6上无法自由移动,只有借助辅助的外力,胶垫5才可以与固定线6产生相对的移动。
在置入J型医用导管后,拉紧固定线6,此时胶垫5与肝素帽4之间具有一定的距离,当置入完成后,需要对固定线6进行锁止时,手动的将胶垫5向肝素帽4方向推动,使胶垫5与肝素帽4相贴合,此时,固定线6无法自由移动,完成锁止。
作为本实施例的优选实施方式,三通接头3呈卜字型结构。即侧管32倾斜与主管31的侧壁连接,主管31的前端与J型医用导管的出口端通过医用胶固定连接,主管31和侧管32的尾端朝向趋于相同。 引流导管使用时,三通接头3部分在人体外侧,因此,主管31和侧管32趋于相同的朝向(背离人体的朝向)有利于外部的医疗操作。其中,在主管31和侧管32的尾端均需要与医用品连接,如侧管32的尾端连接肝素帽4,主管31的尾端需要连接排液管等,为了方便各医用品的快速连接,在主管31和/或侧管32的尾端设置外螺纹7,即主管31的尾端的外壁上设有外螺纹7;和/或侧管32的尾端的外壁上设有外螺纹7。
作为本实施例的优选实施方式,主管31的尾端和侧管32的尾端分别为圆锥接头。优选地,圆锥接头为6:100圆锥接头。三通接头3中主管31和侧管32的尾端均需要连接医用设备,因此,可将其设置为鲁尔接头,其具有连接方式简单快捷,不易发生撒漏等优点。
作为本实施例的优选实施方式,导管主体1上设有固定块,固定块上设有定位孔。导管主体1置入完成后,为了避免导管主体1随意移动,可在通过定位块对导管主体1进行定位,即在固定孔中穿设定位装置,达到对导管主体1固定的效果。优选地,固定块与导管主体1滑动连接。固定块在外力的作用下可在导管主体1上移动,可移动至适当的位置进行固定。
本实施例提供的一种引流导管,使用时,先将J型医用导管置于人体体内,之后,收紧固定线6,将胶垫5向肝素帽4方向推动,使胶垫5与肝素帽4的端头贴合,完成对固定线6的锁止。体内的液体渗入到J型医用导管中,由J型医用导管排出体外。
利用主管31尾端处的外螺纹7液体的引流管路,当需要进行液体提取时,先将胶垫5向外拨动,提取针由肝素帽4的端头穿入伸入到三通接头3内,提取完成后拔出提取针,最后将胶垫5复位。引流导管在非引流操作时,还可进行注射药液的操作,同理,注射针由肝素帽4穿入到三通接头3内,将药液注射到J型医用导管中,最终流入到人体体内。
本实施例提供的引流导管,具有多功能性,不仅可以进行引流,还可兼顾其他操作,对医护人员来说,可减少操作步骤,操作简单方便,对于患者来说,可减少多余操作带来的疼痛和不适。

  1. 一种引流导管,包括J型医用导管,所述J型医用导管包括导管主体(1)和设于所述导管主体(1)内的固定线(6),所述导管主体(1)上套设导直管(2),其特征在于,所述引流导管还包括三通接头(3),所述三通接头(3)与所述导管主体(1)的一端连接;
    所述三通接头(3)包括主管(31)和侧管(32),所述主管(31)的前端端口与所述导管主体(1)的出口连接,所述固定线(6)由所述主管(31)的前端端口穿入,由所述侧管(32)的尾端穿出。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的引流导管,其特征在于,所述侧管(32)的尾端连接有肝素帽(4),所述固定线(6)穿过所述肝素帽(4)的端头。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的引流导管,其特征在于,位于所述肝素帽(4)外的所述固定线(6)上穿设有用于锁止所述固定线(6)的胶垫(5)。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的引流导管,其特征在于,所述三通接头(3)呈卜字型结构。
  5. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的引流导管,其特征在于,所述主管(31)的尾端的外壁上设有外螺纹(7);

    所述侧管(32)的尾端的外壁上设有外螺纹(7)。
  6. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的引流导管,其特征在于,所述主管(31)的尾端和所述侧管(32)的尾端分别为圆锥接头。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的引流导管,其特征在于,所述圆锥接头为6:100圆锥接头。
  8. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的引流导管,其特征在于,所述导管主体(1)上设有固定块,所述固定块上设有定位孔。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的引流导管,其特征在于,所述固定块与所述导管主体(1)滑动连接。
