The description of the paper lid 1 and the container 20 of the first embodiment will be continued below with reference to FIGS. 1 to 4.
(container)
The container 20 is a paper container having an opening on the upper side, and has a tapered portion 21, a curl portion 22 and a bottom portion 23. The container 20 is for containing contents such as liquid, but it may be for containing solid substances such as food.
(Paper lid)
The paper lid 1 has a canopy portion 2 and a side portion 4, and in the present embodiment, the canopy portion 2 and the side portion 4 form a lid main body portion. Further, in the present embodiment, the paper lid 1 is fitted from the outside of the container 20 and is made of paper material. The paper material only needs to contain at least a cellulose component, and the content thereof is not particularly limited. Alternatively, a paper material formed by papermaking may be used.
Also, various water resistant papers may be used as the paper material, and a coat layer may be provided on at least the container-side surface of the paper material. As the coat layer, a film or a coating agent can be used. The film may be a single-layer film or a multi-layer film, and includes polyvinyl chloride, polyvinyl alcohol, polyurethane, acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer, polyethylene terephthalate, cellophane, polypropylene, nylon, polyethylene, polyvinylidene chloride, polymethyl. Examples include pentene and ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer. As the film, it is desirable to use a biodegradable film such as polylactic acid.
Also, when using a coating agent, it is sufficient to use a vegetable starch that does not affect the human body. In the present embodiment, it is also possible to use the bottom portion of the paper cup as the paper lid 1.
(Canopy part)
The canopy portion 2 has an inverted U-shaped taper shape as shown in FIG. 2, and this taper-shaped portion is joined between the taper portion 3 having a U-shaped cross section and the second taper portion 11. .. This joining is not particularly limited, and various methods such as press working, ultrasonic joining, heat sealing, and an adhesive (for example, starch paste) can be used.
In the present embodiment, the taper shape of the canopy portion 2 is a taper (forward taper) in the same direction as the taper portion 21 of the outer shape of the container 20, and is a taper shape that narrows toward the container 20.
The canopy portion 2 has a flat surface portion, and has a drinking mouth portion 5 and a seal portion 8 on the flat surface portion. The drinking mouth portion 5 is an opening formed by cutting out a part of the canopy portion 2 from the peripheral wall portion 16 or up to about 0.5 mm from the peripheral wall portion 16 end, and as a drinking mouth or a hole into which a straw is inserted, The size and shape can be set as appropriate. Alternatively, a half-cut score line may be inserted to allow the user to remove the half-cut.
As shown in FIGS. 3B and 4B, by pulling the seal portion 8 toward the center of the canopy portion 2, the drinking mouth portion 5 bends toward the center of the canopy portion 2 and Is formed. As described above, since the notch of the drinking mouth portion 5 is formed up to the peripheral wall portion 16 end or the vicinity of the peripheral wall portion 16 end, when the drinking mouth portion 5 is bent toward the center of the canopy portion 2, A part of the curl portion 22 of the container 20 becomes visible.
As a result, when the contents of the container 20 are ingested from the mouthpiece 5 and the container 20 is returned from the tilted state to the original state (almost vertical state), the contents accumulated near the mouthpiece curl part 22. Since it returns from the container 20 to the container 20, it is possible to prevent the contents from accumulating on the edge of the canopy portion 2 or spreading to the canopy portion 2. As a result, the paper lid 1 of this embodiment can be improved in usability.
As shown in FIGS. 4( a) and 4 (b ), if the curl portion 9 is spread outward in correspondence with the drinking mouth portion 5, the contents from the drinking mouth portion 5 can be easily swallowed.
As shown in FIG. 2, the seal portion 8 has an adhesive 13 and a removable adhesive 14 applied to the lower surface of the seal portion 8. The adhesive 13 corresponds to the upper surface of the mouthpiece 5, and the removable adhesive 14 corresponds to the canopy 2 on which the mouthpiece 5 is not formed. When the removable adhesive 14 is bonded to the canopy part 2, a release paper is attached to the canopy part 2 bonded to the removable adhesive 14 or a release agent such as silicone or Teflon (registered trademark) is used. It is preferable to apply it to the canopy portion 2. The release paper is preferably provided so as not to interfere with at least a part of the adhesive 13 (on the side of the mouth 5). The opening state of the drinking mouth part 5 is maintained by pulling the knob part of the tip of the adhesive part 14 of the seal part 8 to open the drinking mouth part 5 and then pressing the removable adhesive 14 against the canopy part 2. can do.
In this embodiment, the adhesive force of the adhesive 13 is made larger than the adhesive force of the adhesive 14. Instead of this, or in combination with this, it is preferable that the coating amount of the adhesive 13 be larger than the coating amount of the adhesive 14.
In addition, in the drinking mouth portion 5 shown in FIGS. 1, 3, and 4, the size of the drinking mouth portion 5 is about 6 mm to 14 mm in diameter if it is circular, and the length of the diagonal line is 9 mm to if it is rectangular. It can be about 20 mm. As a result, the large ice does not pass through the drinking mouth portion 5, and it is possible to prevent a child from accidentally swallowing the large ice.
A plurality of prints (coffee, tea, latte) showing candidates for contents are provided on the opposite side of the canopy portion 2 where the drinking mouth portion 5 is formed, or a sticker is attached, and a peripheral wall portion is formed by a notch portion 41 described later. The user may recognize the contents by bending or pressing a part of 16 (details will be described later).
(Side part)
The side portion 4 has a curl portion 9, a peripheral wall portion 16, a taper portion 3, a second taper portion 11, and a cut portion 41.
The side part 4 has a fan shape when unfolded, joins both left and right ends, and curls the upper end of the peripheral wall part 16 to form a curl part 9. Then, the lid 1 made of paper is obtained by joining the canopy portion 2 which is a separate member.
The curl portion 9 is a curl larger than the curl portion 22 of the container 20. The curl portion 9 may not be a perfect curl but may be formed by bending the upper end portion of the peripheral wall portion 16.
The peripheral wall portion 16 is formed on the outer periphery of the canopy portion 2. Here, when the diameter of the paper lid 1 is approximately 70 mm to 140 mm, the overall height of the paper lid 1 is 12 mm to 20 mm, and the peripheral wall portion 16 from the curl portion 9 to the canopy portion 2 is It is desirable that the height is 3.5 mm to 12 mm. The height of the peripheral wall portion 16 from the curl portion 9 to the canopy portion 2 is preferably 6 mm to 9 mm from the viewpoint of ease of drinking, although it depends on the capacity of the paper lid 1. By setting the height to be about 36% to 53% of the height, the paper lid 1 with good balance can be obtained.
In the present embodiment, since the paper lid 1 is removed by holding the curl portion 9 and the peripheral wall portion 16 around the curl portion by hand, there is no fear that the contents will get into the user's hand from the drinking mouth portion 5.
In addition, if the paper lid 1 is a type in which the paper lid 1 is removed to drink the contents of the container 20, the drinking mouth portion 5 may be omitted.
As shown in FIGS. 1, 3, and 4, the curl portion 9 is formed with four cut portions 41, so that the three curl portions 9 between the four cut portions 41 are deformed. Can be made. As described above, if the three printings (coffee, tea, latte) on the contents are performed on the canopy portion 2 and the four notches 41 are provided corresponding to these three printings, one curl portion 9 is formed. By performing physical deformation such as bending and pressing, the contents put in the container 20 can be identified from among a plurality of displays made of three prints.
For example, the side providing the contents confirms the contents of the container 20 from among a plurality of contents candidates, and transforms the curl portion 9 so that another person (for example, the user or a clerk other than himself) can recognize the contents. The contents can be identified.
In the present embodiment, the tapered shapes of the tapered portion 3 of the side portion 4 and the second tapered portion 11 are tapered in the same direction as the tapered portion 21 of the outer shape of the container 20 (forward taper) and narrow toward the container 20. It has a tapered shape.
The inner diameter of the tip (container 20 side) of the second taper portion 11 is preferably the same as or slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the curl portion 22. As a result, when the paper lid 1 is fitted into the container 20, the curl portion 22 is crushed (deformed) and the paper lid 1 and the container 20 are fitted to each other. The airtightness with 20 can be improved.
Even when the second taper portion 11 and the taper portion 21 are forward taper, the taper angle of the second taper portion 11 is 3 to 5 degrees, and the taper angle of the taper portion 21 is 6 to 7 degrees. May be different.
In the present embodiment, the taper shape of the taper portion 3 and the second taper portion 11 is a forward taper in the same direction as the taper portion 21 of the outer shape of the container 20, but may be a reverse taper.
When the curl portion 9 is formed on the upper side of the lid 1 made of paper as in the present embodiment, the mouth is attached to the curl portion 9 to drink the contents from the drinking mouth portion 5 formed in the canopy portion 2. become. This has the same mouthfeel as when the contents are drunk from the paper container 20 with the curl portion 22 attached. Therefore, the user does not feel uncomfortable when drinking the contents from the mouth of the plastic lid. Further, since the taper portion 3 and the taper portion 21 are forward tapered, the curl portion 9 is opened at the same angle as when the contents are drunk from the paper container 20, and the contents are drunk from the drinking mouth part 5. be able to. This allows the contents to be drunk from the paper lid 1 with the same mouth feel as when drinking the contents from the paper container 20.
In the present embodiment, the canopy portion 2 and the side portion 4 may use the same paper material or different paper materials. Further, the canopy portion 2 and the side portion 4 may have the same basis weight or different basis weights. As an example, the areal weight of the canopy portion 2 and the side portion 4 is preferably about 150 g/m 2 to 300 g/m 2 , and more preferably about 200 g/m 2 to 250 g/m 2. ..
(Second embodiment)
Next, a second embodiment of the paper lid according to the present invention will be described in detail. In the following description, “reducing” in the present embodiment means reducing the magnitude of tension applied to the canopy portion toward the center in the radial direction, and the magnitude of tension is zero. It is a concept that includes becoming. Further, in the paper lid according to the present embodiment, the description of the same configuration as that of the first embodiment described above will be omitted.
As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the paper lid 111 and the container 112 according to the present embodiment have a configuration in which the paper lid 111 is detachably attached to the upper portion of the container 112. Further, the paper lid 111 is formed so as to cover an opening 116 of the container 112 described later when attached to the container 112.

Further, the container 112 has an opening portion 116 at the upper part for putting contents such as beverages such as coffee, and the contents are temporarily stored in the inside thereof continuously from the opening portion 116. A storage part 117 is formed. Although a beverage is given as an example of the contents in the present embodiment, a solid substance such as food may be contained, or a substance other than these may be contained.
(Paper lid)
The paper lid 111 includes a lid body 118. The lid main body 118 is a member that forms the paper lid 111, and has a canopy portion 119 and side portions 120. As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the paper lid 111 according to the present embodiment covers the outer peripheral surface of the upper portion of the container 112, and the paper lid 111 has a first engaging portion 128, which will be described later, and the container 112. When engaged with the curl portion 114, the upper end surface 114a of the curl portion 114 and a back surface 119b of a canopy portion 119, which will be described later, included in the paper lid 111 come into contact with each other so that the airtightness of the storage portion 117 is maintained. ing. The material of the paper lid 111 according to the present embodiment is the same as that of the paper lid 1 according to the first embodiment described above, and thus the description thereof is omitted here.
(Canopy part)
The canopy portion 119 is a circular member formed so as to cover the opening 116 formed in the container 112 when the paper lid 111 is attached to the container 112. The canopy portion 119 has a front surface 119a and a back surface 119b, and the back surface 119b comes into contact with the curl portion 114 when attached to the container 112 so as to seal the inside of the storage portion 117. .. Further, the surface 119a of the canopy portion 119 is formed with a flat portion 121 having a flat surface as a flat portion from the central portion in the radial direction toward the outer side in the radial direction.
Further, the canopy portion 119 has a leg portion 122 formed by bending the flat portion 121 downwardly from the flat portion at the radially outer end thereof. The leg portion 122 is formed over the entire periphery of the flat portion 121 on the outer side in the radial direction of the flat portion 121 in the canopy portion 119. Regarding the bending angle of the leg portion 122, in the present embodiment, the flat portion 121 and the leg portion 122 are formed such that they are not at right angles, but the present invention is not limited to this, and they are formed at right angles. You may. Further, the length of the leg portion 122 may be set arbitrarily. In addition, the leg portion 122 is formed so that the diameter thereof is gradually reduced from the upper portion to the lower portion. That is, the leg 122 has a forward taper in which the taper is formed in the same direction as the taper portion 113 formed on the container 112, that is, the taper is formed toward the container 112.
The flat part 121 may be formed with a mouth part (not shown in the present embodiment) and a reel part (not shown in the present embodiment), and if necessary, a plurality of contents indicating candidates may be provided. May be printed. The configurations of the mouthpiece portion and the seal portion are the same as those in the first embodiment described above, and thus the description thereof is omitted here.
(Side part)
The side part 120 is formed so as to surround the periphery of the canopy part 119, and is formed of a paper material. As the paper material, the same paper material as that described in the first embodiment may be arbitrarily selected and used. Further, the paper material of the side portion 120 may be the same as or different from the paper material used to form the canopy portion 119.
The side portion 120 includes a curl portion 123, a peripheral wall portion 124 as a first peripheral wall portion, a container side peripheral wall portion 125 as a second peripheral wall portion, a taper portion (hereinafter, also referred to as a first taper portion) 126, and a first peripheral wall portion 126. It has two taper portions 127. The curl portion 123 is formed so as to be located above the side portion 120, and the paper lid 111 is attached to the container 112 so that the user can feel the mouth when taking the contents into the body. .. The curl portion 123 is formed so that the curled diameter is larger than that of the curl portion 114 of the container 112. The curl portion 123 may be a perfect curl, or a part of the upper end portion of the peripheral wall portion 124 may be bent to form a curl portion.
The peripheral wall portion 124 is arranged so as to be located above the surface 119a of the canopy portion 119 in the side portion 120. Further, the container-side peripheral wall portion 125 is arranged so as to be located below the back surface 119b of the canopy portion 119 in the side portion 120. That is, the side part 120 is formed to have the peripheral wall part 124 above the canopy part 119 and the container side peripheral wall part 125 below the canopy part 119 with the canopy part 119 as a boundary. There is. The peripheral wall portion 124 and the container-side peripheral wall portion 125 are formed so as to surround the outer circumference of the canopy portion 119, the peripheral wall portion 124 forms a side wall on the upper side of the canopy portion 119, and the container-side peripheral wall portion 125 of the canopy portion 119. The lower side wall is formed.
Further, the container-side peripheral wall portion 125 is folded at a point located below the leg portion 122 from the outer surface side of the leg portion 122, and the tip end is close to the back surface 119b of the canopy portion 119 on the inner surface side of the leg portion 122. It is located in.
The first taper portion 126 is formed in the side portion 120 so as to taper from the upper side toward the lower side as a whole. Further, this taper is a forward taper that is the same as the taper portion 113 of the container 112. The second taper portion 127 is a taper portion of the container side peripheral wall portion 125 located on the inner surface side of the leg portion 122. The second taper portion 127 is formed to have the same taper as the leg portion 122 because the canopy portion 119 and the side portion 120 are joined to each other as described later. Further, in the present embodiment, the taper angle of the second taper portion 127 is formed to be the same as the taper angle of the first taper portion 126. The taper angle of the first taper portion 126 and the taper angle of the second taper portion 127 are such that the taper of the first taper portion 126 and the second taper portion 127 and the taper of the taper portion 113 of the container 112 are in the forward direction. However, the angle may be different. For example, as described in the first embodiment, even when the first taper portion 126 and the second taper portion 127 are forward taper, the taper angle of the second taper portion 127 is 3 to 5° and the first taper portion is The taper angles of 126 may be different, for example, by setting the taper angle of 6 to 7°.
(First engaging portion)
Further, in the container-side peripheral wall portion 125, a first engagement portion 128 is formed at a portion where the second taper portion 127 is formed, that is, at the inner peripheral surface side of the leg portion 122. The first engaging portion 128 is for engaging with the curl portion 114 formed in the container 112 when the paper lid 111 is attached to the container 112. The first engagement portion 128 is continuously formed in the circumferential direction on the inner peripheral surface side of the leg portion 122. The first engagement portion 128 is formed on the inner peripheral surface side of the leg portion 122 so as to protrude inward.
At this time, when the paper lid 111 is attached to the container 112, the inner diameter of the second tapered portion 127 at the position where the curl portion 114 is located is D1, and the outer diameter of the curl portion 114 of the container 112 is D2. The relationship D2≧D1 is established between these D1 and D2. That is, the inner diameter D1 at the above-described location is formed to be the same as the outer diameter D2 of the curl portion 114 of the container 112 or smaller than the inner diameter D1. By forming in this way, when the paper lid 111 is attached to the container 112, the paper lid 111 can be attached more firmly to the container 112.
In addition, although this 1st engaging part 128 demonstrated using the example formed in the whole peripheral direction in the inner peripheral surface of the leg part 122 in this embodiment, the 1st engaging part 128 and the curl part. 114 does not have to be continuously formed in the circumferential direction as long as the lid 111 made of paper can be securely attached to the container 112, for example, intermittently formed in the circumferential direction. It may be formed, or may be formed in another form.
(Joint and non-joint)
The canopy portion 119 and the side portion 120 are joined at a joining portion 129. The joint portion 129 joins the outer peripheral surface of the leg portion 122 and the side portion 120 of the container side peripheral wall portion 125, and the inner peripheral surface of the leg portion 122 and the container side peripheral wall portion 125 of the second taper portion 127. There is. As a joining method, a conventionally known method may be arbitrarily selected and used. For example, when a paper member used for the paper lid 111 is coated with a film member, heating is performed. Bonding by treatment is preferred. By performing the heat treatment, the paper member and the film coated on the paper member are melted and heat-sealed. The heat seal bonding may be performed on the entire surface or may be performed partially. In addition, press working may be performed while performing heat treatment.
The non-joined portion 130 is formed above the joined portion 129, specifically, above the joined portion 129 formed between the outer peripheral surface of the leg portion 122 and the side portion 120 of the container side peripheral wall portion 125. ing. The non-joint portion 130 is not joined between the outer peripheral surface of the leg portion 122 and the side portion 120 of the container-side peripheral wall portion 125, and, for example, when tension is applied to the canopy portion 119, the leg portion is not formed. A portion of the non-bonding portion 130 of 122 is changed by the tension, so that the tension applied to the canopy portion 119 can be reduced.
The non-bonded portion 130 is only required to reduce the tension applied to the canopy portion 119, but from the viewpoint of making it possible to reduce the tension that may be applied from any direction in the radial direction of the canopy portion 119, It is preferable that it is formed over the entire circumferential direction of the canopy portion 119 between the outer peripheral surface of the portion 122 and the side portion 120 of the container side peripheral wall portion 125.
Next, the operation and effect of the second embodiment of the paper lid 111 according to the present invention will be described. As shown in FIG. 7, when the paper lid 111 is attached to the container 112, the first engaging portion 128 contacts the curl portion 114 of the container 112. Furthermore, when a force is applied in a direction in which the paper lid 111 is pushed into the container 112, the direction in which the inner diameter of the container-side peripheral wall portion 125 expands and/or the outer diameter of the portion where the curl portion 114 of the container 112 is formed is reduced. Elastically deforms in the contracting direction. Then, when a force is further applied in the direction in which the paper lid 111 is pushed into the container 112 while the first engaging portion 128 is in contact with the curl portion 114, the curl portion 114 moves toward the first engaging portion 128. It is located above and reaches a position where the upper end surface 114a of the curl portion 114 comes into contact with the back surface 119b of the canopy portion 119. Further, at this time, the end surface on the outer peripheral side of the curl portion 114 contacts the predetermined surface of the second tapered portion 127, and the end surface located below the curl portion 114 contacts the first engaging portion 128. That is, the paper lid 111 and the container 112 come into contact with each other at a plurality of points, and the paper lid 111 and the container 112 can be surely brought into close contact with each other. Liquid) can be prevented from leaking to the outside of the container 112.
Further, when the paper lid 111 is attached to the container 112 in this manner, as described above, the inner diameter D1 of the second taper portion 127 at the location where the curl portion 114 is located and the location where the curl portion 114 is formed. Since there is a relation of D2≧D1 with the outer diameter D2 of the paper, when the paper lid 111 is attached to the container 112, the paper lid 111 will have the inner diameter D1 widened. Attached to. Therefore, a pulling force acts in the F direction shown in FIG. 7 on the paper lid 111 attached to the container 112, particularly the canopy portion 119.
At this time, according to the paper lid 111 according to the present embodiment, when a tensile force applied in the F direction acts, the portion of the leg portion 122 of the canopy portion 119 in which the non-bonding portion 130 is formed is in the F direction. Mutate to. Therefore, even if the above-mentioned pulling force acts, the magnitude of the acting pulling force can be reduced by mutating the non-bonding portion 130 in the F direction.
Further, by mutating the non-joint portion 130 in the F direction in this manner, the mutated portion of the leg portion 122 easily comes into contact with the curl portion 114 of the container 112. That is, even when the leg portion 122 is elastically deformed by the pulling force due to the non-joint portion 130, even if the leg portion 122 does not come into contact with the curl portion 114 in a normal state where the pulling force is not acting, the elastic deformation is caused. The spots also come into contact with the curl portion 114. Further, the number of places where the curl portion 114 and the canopy portion 119 come into contact with each other is increased more than in the normal state, so that the degree of adhesion between the paper lid 111 and the container 112 can be further improved, and the container 112 can be further improved. It is possible to prevent the contents inside (for example, a liquid such as coffee) from leaking to the outside of the container 112.
As described above, according to the paper lid 111 according to the present embodiment, it is possible to greatly improve the degree of adhesion between the paper lid 111 and the container 112, and thereby the liquid leakage of the contents inside the container 112 is prevented. It is possible to reliably prevent such problems.
Next, a modification of the paper lid according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 8 to 10. Regarding the configuration of the paper lid according to the present modification, the description of the same configuration as that of the above-described embodiment will be omitted, and the same reference numerals will be used.
The lid 141 made of paper according to the present modification is similar to the point described above in that the non-bonding portion 143 is formed above the portion where the bonding portion 142 is formed, but the non-bonding portion 143. However, it is different in that the interval between the canopy portion 145 and the inner peripheral surface of the side portion 120 is formed to increase sequentially from the lower side to the upper side. Further, in this modification, the central portion in the radial direction of the canopy portion 145 is a flat portion 145a having a planar shape, and the diameter from the end portion 145b of the flat portion 145a toward the inner peripheral surface of the side portion 120 is increased. It has an inclined portion 145d having an inclined surface 145c that inclines downward toward the outside in the direction.
As the aspect of the inclined portion 145d, for example, it may be formed in a linear shape as shown in FIG. 8 or may be formed in a curved shape as shown in FIG. Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 10, as the shape of the inclined portion 145d, the inclined surface 145c may be formed to be concave. In particular, when the inclined portion 145d is formed in a curved shape as shown in FIG. 9, the inner periphery of the inner peripheral surface formed by the leg portion 122 at the portion where the non-bonding portion 143 is formed. The surface is preferably formed in a shape that follows the outer peripheral surface of the curl portion 114, and the shape of the inner peripheral surface described above is formed to be the same as the shape of the outer peripheral surface of the curl portion 114. More preferable.
By forming the inclined portion 145d having the inclined surface 145c in this way, when a pulling force in the F direction acts when the paper lid 141 is attached to the container 112, the non-bonding of the leg portion 147 is performed as described above. The portion where the portion 143 is formed elastically deforms in the F direction. At this time, in this modified example, since the sloped portion 145d is formed on the canopy portion 145, even if the amount of mutation in the portion where the non-bonded portion 143 is formed is small, in other words, when a small pulling force acts. Even if there is, the back surface of the inclined portion 145d (the inner peripheral surface of the leg portion 147) comes into contact with the curl portion 114, and the non-bonding portion 143 and the curl portion 114 can be more easily brought into contact with each other with a small variation amount. It is possible to reliably prevent the contents from leaking to the outside of the container 112.
In particular, in the case of the present modification, the contact area between the back surface of the inclined portion 145d and the curl portion 114 can be greatly increased when the location where the non-bonded portion 143 is formed is changed. Therefore, the degree of close contact between the container 112 and the paper lid 141 can be further improved, and liquid leakage and the like can be further reduced.
Note that the paper lid according to the present embodiment is not limited to the above example, and may be appropriately changed without departing from the gist of the present invention. For example, in the lid main body, the canopy portion and the lateral portion have a joining portion joined to each other, and there is no non-joining portion, and the joining portion has a radial strength in the lateral portion. However, it may be formed so as to be weaker than the radial strength of the canopy portion. Also by forming in this way, when the tensile force is applied, since the strength of the side portion where the joint is formed is weak, the side portion where the joint is formed can be elastically deformed, This mode may be adopted, or another mode may be adopted.
