Claims (16)
- 一种最小化路测信息的上报方法,应用于终端,包括:接收网络设备发送的最小化路测信息上报的配置信息;根据所述配置信息,进行最小化路测信息的测量记录;向所述网络设备上报最小化路测的测量记录,所述最小化路测的测量记录包括最优小区不适合驻留的信息。
- 根据权利要求1所述的最小化路测信息的上报方法,其中,所述终端在空闲态或者非激活态时,所述配置信息包括以下至少一项:指示非授权频段的记录和/或上报;指示小区标识的记录和/或上报;终端进行测量记录的记录时长的计时器。
- 根据权利要求2所述的最小化路测信息的上报方法,其中,根据所述配置信息,进行最小化路测记录,包括:若终端在测量窗口成功检测到有效的信号,所述计时器未超时,则继续测量记录。
- 根据权利要求2所述的最小化路测信息的上报方法,还包括:若在测量窗口没有检测到有效的信号,则停止记录,并记录没有收到有效参考信号的状态信息,所述计时器保持运行。
- 根据权利要求2至4任一项所述的最小化路测信息的上报方法,其中,向所述网络设备上报所述最小化路测的测量记录,包括:在与网络设备的连接建立、连接切换或者连接重建时,向所述网络设备发送上报最小化路测的测量记录。
- 根据权利要求2至4任一项所述的最小化路测信息的上报方法,其中,所述最小化路测的测量记录还包括以下至少一项:物理小区标识PCI冲突信息;接收信号强度指示RSSI;信道占用率;位置信息;终端记录测量的时间信息。
- 根据权利要求1所述的最小化路测信息的上报方法,其中,所述终端在连接态时,所述配置信息包括以下至少一项:上报公共陆地移动网络PLMN、物理小区标识PCI、小区ID和/或小区全球标识符CGI;上报测量结果;上报位置信息。
- 根据权利要求2或7所述的最小化路测信息的上报方法,还包括:接收网络设备下发的黑名单小区列表、白名单小区列表、其它小区列表或者更换物理小区标识PCI;所述黑名单小区列表包括:非本运营商的小区、非终端注册公共陆地移动网络PLMN的小区中的至少一个;所述白名单小区列表包括:本运营商的小区、终端注册公共陆地移动网络PLMN的小区中的至少一个;所述其它小区列表表示:非本运营商的PLMN的小区,或者,表示该频点/载波上非本运营商的PLMN的小区。
- 一种最小化路测信息上报的配置方法,应用于网络设备,包括:向终端发送最小化路测信息上报的配置信息;接收所述终端上报的最小化路测的测量记录,所述最小化路测的测量记录包括最优小区不适合驻留的信息。
- 根据权利要求9所述的最小化路测信息上报的配置方法,还包括:根据所述最小化路测的测量记录,生成黑名单小区列表、白名单小区列表、其它小区列表或者为终端更换物理小区标识PCI;将所述黑名单小区列表、白名单小区列表、其它小区列表或者为终端更换物理小区标识PCI发送给终端;所述黑名单小区列表包括:非本运营商的小区、非终端注册公共陆地移动网络PLMN的小区中的至少一个;所述白名单小区列表包括:本运营商的小区、终端注册公共陆地移动网络PLMN的小区中的至少一个;所述其它小区列表表示:非本运营商的PLMN的小区,或者,表示该频点/载波上非本运营商的PLMN的小区。
- 根据权利要求9或10所述的最小化路测信息上报的配置方法,其中,所述终端在空闲态或者非激活态时,所述配置信息包括以下至少一项:指示非授权频段的记录和/或上报;指示小区标识的记录和/或上报;终端进行测量记录的记录时长的计时器。
- 根据权利要求9或10所述的最小化路测信息上报的配置方法,其中,所述终端在连接态时,所述配置信息包括以下至少一项:上报公共陆地移动网络PLMN、物理小区标识PCI、小区ID和/或小区全球标识符CGI;上报测量结果;上报位置信息。
- 一种终端,包括:收发机,用于接收网络设备发送的最小化路测信息上报的配置信息;处理器,用于根据所述配置信息,进行最小化路测信息的测量记录;所述收发机还用于向所述网络设备发上报最小化路测的测量记录,所述最小化路测的测量记录包括最优小区不适合驻留的信息。
- 一种网络设备,包括:收发机,用于向终端发送最小化路测信息上报的配置信息;以及用于接收所述终端上报的最小化路测的测量记录,所述最小化路测的测量记录包括最优小区不适合驻留的信息。
- 一种通信设备,包括:处理器、存储有计算机程序的存储器,所述计算机程序被处理器运行时,执行如权利要求1至8任一项所述的方法或者9至12任一项所述的方法。
- 一种计算机可读存储介质,包括指令,当所述指令在计算机运行时,使得计算机执行如权利要求1至8任一项所述的方法或者9至12任一项所述的方法。
