为了使本申请的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图对本申请作进一步地详细描述。方法实施例中的具体操作方法也可以应用于装置实施例或系统实施例中。
下面对本申请涉及术语进行解释:
1、至少一个,是指一个,或一个以上,即包括一个、两个、三个及以上。
2、多个,是指两个,或两个以上,即包括两个、三个及以上。
3、携带,可以是指某消息用于承载某信息或数据,也可以是指某消息由某信息构成。
4、侧链路(sidelink,SL),用于终端和终端之间的设备到设备(device to device,D2D)通信。
5、终端装置组,在本申请中是指用于进行组相关业务的多个终端装置的集合,例如,可将一个或多个小区内的多个终端形成一个终端装置组,一种可能的形式为一个车队(platoon)。终端装置组中的终端可以通过组播(groupcast)、单播或广播的方式与其他终端进行通信。终端装置组具有唯一的组标识(groupeID),可用于标识该终端装置组。
6、sidelink单播是指一个终端向另一个终端之间的传输信息;sidelink组播是指一个终端向多个终端传输信息;sidelink广播是指一个终端向其覆盖范围内所有终端传输信息。
7、头终端,本申请中是指终端装置组内经由核心网或其他网络设备(如基站)或某些终端装置指定的终端。该终端可用于进行组管理,如,管理终端装置组中的成员终端、新加入或删除终端装置组中的成员终端。该头终端也可以用于收集终端装置组内其他终端的传输资源需求并统一向网络设备请求传输资源,这里的传输资源,可以是指用于进行组相关业务的传输资源。核心网可在空口通过高层信令授权终端装置组中的一个终端作为头终端,终端的高层(如应用层)可根据高层信令确定该终端为头终端。终端装置组中除头终端以外的终端,可称为成员终端,或成员终端装置。
8、终端标识(ID),是指用于唯一标识终端装置的标识信息。根据终端装置协议层结构的划分,终端装置可具备一个或多个标识。例如,当终端装置的协议层包括上层(如应用层)、车联网(vehicle to everything,V2X)层以及接入(access stratum,AS)层,终端装置可分别具有上层标识(或称上层终端标识)、V2X层标识(或称V2X层终端标识)以及AS层标识(或称AS层终端标识)。以上V2X层,可以是位于上层(如应用层)与AS层之间的协议层。应理解,本申请中以应用层为例,对上层进行说明,但不应理解为上层仅指应用层。
其中,AS层可包括层1(L1)(即物理层),因此AS层标识可包括物理层标识,如包括以下标识中的至少一种:小区无线网络临时标识(cell radio network temporary identifier, C-RNTI)、配置调度无线网络临时标识(configured scheduling RNTI,CS-RNTI)、中断无线网络临时标识(interruption RNTI,INT-RNTI)、寻呼无线网络临时标识(paging RNTI,P-RNTI)、系统信息无线网络临时标识(system information RNTI,SI-RNTI)、半持久信道状态信息无线网络临时标识(semi-persistent channel state information RNTI,SP-CSI-RNTI)、临时小区无线网络临时标识(temporary C-RNTI)、非激活无线网络临时标识(inactive-RNTI,I-RNTI)、层1源标识(L1source ID,或,sourceL1 ID)或者层1目的标识(L1destination ID,或,destination L1 ID)。
在本申请中,可将终端的层2标识,如层2源标识(L2source ID,或,sourceL2 ID)和/或层2目的标识(L2destination ID,或,destination L2 ID)作为终端的V2X层标识。应理解,对于AS层来说,上层可包括V2X层以及V2X层以上的其他层,如应用层。
9、组通信,是指终端装置组内的终端与同一终端装置组内的一个或多个其他终端之间进行通信的过程,也可是终端装置组内的终端向该组之外的其他终端传输信息。终端可以采用单播、组播或广播中的任意一种或多种方式进行组相关业务。
下面,结合附图对本申请实施例进行详细说明。首先,介绍本申请实施例提供的无线通信系统,本申请提供的终端装置识别方法可应用于该系统,然后介绍本申请实施例提供的终端装置识别方法,最后介绍本申请实施例提供的终端和网络设备。
如图1所示,本申请实施例提供的无线通信系统100包括终端101、终端102以及网络设备103。该无线通信系统100的应用场景包括但不限于全球移动通讯(Global System of Mobile communication,GSM)系统、码分多址(Code Division Multiple Access,CDMA)系统、宽带码分多址(Wideband Code Division Multiple Access,WCDMA)系统、通用分组无线业务(General Packet Radio Service,GPRS)、长期演进(Long Term Evolution,LTE)系统、LTE频分双工(Frequency Division Duplex,FDD)系统、LTE时分双工(Time Division Duplex,TDD)、通用移动通信系统(Universal Mobile Telecommunication System,UMTS)、全球互联微波接入(Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access,WiMAX)通信系统、未来的第五代(5th Generation,5G)系统、新无线(New Radio,NR)通信系统、NR车联网系统或未来基于移动通信的车联网系统等。应理解,本申请实施例提供的无线通信系统100,即可适用于低频场景(sub 6G),也适用于高频场景(above6G)。
示例性的,终端101、终端102可以是终端(terminal)、移动台(mobile station,MS)、移动终端(mobile terminal)等设备,或芯片、芯片系统等装置,该终端101能够与一个或多个通信系统的一个或多个网络设备进行通信,并接受网络设备提供的网络服务,这里的网络设备包括但不限于图示网络设备103。举例来说,本申请实施例中的终端101、终端102可以是移动电话(或称为“蜂窝”电话)、具有移动终端的计算机等,终端101、终端102还可以是便携式、袖珍式、手持式、计算机内置的或者车载的移动装置。终端101、终端102也可以是具有通信模块的通信芯片。应理解,终端101可被配置为支持与网络设备103通过通用用户和网络的空口(Universal User to Network interface,Uu空口)进行通信,和/或,终端101以及终端102可被配置为支持sidelink传输,例如终端101与终端102之间可通过直接通信(PC5)空口(即用于终端与终端之间的sidelink通信的空口)进行sidelink通信。
网络设备103可包括基站(base station,BS),或包括基站以及用于控制基站的无线资源管理设备等,这里的基站,可以是GSM或CDMA系统中的基站(Base Transceiver Station, BTS),也可以是WCDMA系统中的基站(NodeB,NB),还可以是LTE系统中的演进型基站(Evolutional NodeB,eNB或eNodeB)、小基站(micro/pico eNB)或收发节点(transmission/reception point,TRP),还可以是云无线接入网络(Cloud Radio Access Network,CRAN)场景下的无线控制器,或者该基站200可以为中继站、接入点、车载设备、可穿戴设备以及未来5G网络中的基站或者未来演进的PLMN网络中的基站等,例如,NR基站,本申请实施例并不限定。
下面以如图2所示的V2X场景为例,进一步说明本申请实施例提供的无线通信系统100的应用场景。
如图2所示,无线通信系统100可适用于包含车辆队列200的无线通信系统。其中,该车辆队列200由多个终端(如车载移动装置)组成,车辆队列200可以是一个终端装置组,终端101为车辆队列200中的头终端,终端102为车辆队列200中头终端以外的其他终端,从而在本申请中,可由终端101向网络设备103请求传输资源,该传输资源可以用于终端101和/或车辆队列200中的其他终端进行组相关业务。车辆队列200中的其他终端,可向终端101发送辅助信息,如,图2所示的终端102可将其对传输资源的需求发送至终端101,以便于终端101根据终端102对传输资源的需求向网络设备103请求传输资源。
又如图3所示,V2X场景下,无线通信系统还可包括路侧单元(road side unit,RSU)以及至少一个终端组成。其中,路侧单元与终端之间可实现车辆与路边基础设施(vehicle to infrastructure,V2I)通信,终端之间可实现车辆与车辆(vehicle to vehicle,V2V)通信。
下面结合图4,以如图2所示的无线通信系统100为例,说明本申请实施例提供的终端装置识别方法,其中,终端101为车辆队列200中的头终端,终端102为车辆队列200中的非头终端,即终端101与终端102属于同一终端装置组(该终端装置组为车辆队列200),该终端装置识别方法可包括以下步骤:
S101:终端101的AS层向终端102的AS层发送第一信息。该第一信息可用于确定终端101为终端装置组中的头终端。
S102:终端102的AS层接收该第一信息,并根据该第一信息确定终端101为终端装置组中的头终端装置。
采用以上方法,由终端装置组中的终端101通过AS层向终端102发送第一信息,从而令终端102根据第一信息确定终端101为终端装置组中的头终端,实现头终端的AS层识别。
应理解,如图4所示步骤中,终端101为车辆队列200中的头终端,例如,在S101所示步骤之前,终端101可根据核心网的授权成为车辆队列200中的头终端。其中,核心网可考虑车辆队列200中各个终端的位置信息、路损信息、信号强度、所在车辆的剩余油量或剩余电量等信息中的一种或多种信息,从车辆队列200中选择头终端。
在一种可能的实现方式中,本申请所涉及的第一信息,可包括终端101的上层标识与终端101的AS层标识之间的映射关系。示例性的,终端101的AS层标识可以是终端101的物理层标识,例如,可以是终端101的C-RNTI、CS-RNTI、INT-RNTI、P-RNTI、SI-RNTI、SP-CSI-RNTI、temporary C-RNTI、I-RNTI、层1源标识或者层1目的标识。终端101的上层标识,可以是终端101的AS层以上层的终端标识,例如,终端101的上层标识包括终端101的V2X层标识和/或V2X层以上层的标识。
可选的,终端101可将上层标识与AS层标识携带在同一消息中,以表示该上层标识 与AS层标识之间具有映射关系。或者,终端101可通过其他消息向终端102指示上层标识与AS层标识,并通过第一信息指示上层标识与AS层标识之间的映射关系,例如,终端101向终端102指示多个上层标识以及多个AS层标识,并通过第一信息指示其中一个上层标识与一个AS层标识之间的映射关系。
第一信息还可包括终端101的上层标识与终端101的V2X层标识之间的映射关系。终端101的V2X层标识可以是终端101的层2标识,如终端101的层2源标识和/或层2目的标识。此时终端101的上层标识可以是终端101的V2X层的上层(如应用层)标识。
可选的,终端101可将上层标识与V2X层标识携带在同一消息中,以表示该上层标识与V2X层标识之间具有映射关系。或者,终端101可通过其他消息向终端102指示上层标识与V2X层标识,并通过第一信息指示上层标识与V2X层标识之间的映射关系,例如,终端101向终端102指示多个上层标识以及多个V2X层标识,并通过第一信息指示其中一个上层标识与一个AS层标识之间的映射关系。
另外,第一信息还可以仅包括终端101的上层终端标识,如终端101的V2X层标识和/或V2X层以上层(如应用层)的标识。
在实施中,终端101的上层(V2X层或V2X层以上层)还可向终端102的上层发送第二信息,该第二信息可用于指示终端装置组中头终端的上层标识(如头终端的V2X层标识和/或V2X层以上层的标识),其中,终端102属于该终端装置组。从而终端102的上层可根据第二信息确定头终端的上层标识,并将该头终端的上层标识指示给终端102的AS层,在终端102的AS层接收第一信息后,终端102可根据第一信息以及头终端的上层标识确定头终端的AS层标识。
下面,针对第二信息所指示的终端101的上层标识包括V2X层标识或V2X层以上层的标识,分别说明终端102的AS层识别头终端的方法:
第一,若第二信息所指示的终端101的上层标识包括V2X层标识,此时终端102的上层(包括V2X层或以上层)可根据第二信息确定头终端的V2X层标识,此后,终端102的上层可将头终端的V2X层标识通知终端102的AS层,由于在进行AS层交互时终端102的AS层能够获知终端101的V2X层标识,从而终端102的AS层可根据头终端的V2X层标识,识别终端101是否为头终端。
第二,若第二信息所指示的终端101的上层标识仅包括上层(这里指V2X层以上层)的标识,终端101的上层可在与终端102进行的上层的交互过程中,将第二信息承载于上层消息,并通过该上层消息将第二信息发送至终端102的上层。示例性的,终端101的上层可在与终端102的上层之间进行的鉴权过程、组创建过程、组成员加入过程或者发现(discovery)过程中,将第二信息发送至终端102。
在接收承载了第二信息的上层消息后,终端102的上层,可根据第二信息确定头终端的上层标识,将头终端的上层标识指示给终端102的AS层,从而终端102的AS层可根据从终端101的AS层接收的第一信息确定终端101是否为头终端。
下面分别介绍几种终端102的AS层在获知头终端的上层标识后,根据第一信息确定终端101是否为头终端的方法:
方法一:若终端101的AS层向终端102的AS层发送的第一信息包括终端101的上层标识与终端101的AS层标识之间的映射关系,终端102的AS层可根据第一信息指示的上层标识与AS层标识之间的映射关系,以及头终端的上层标识,确定头终端装置的AS 层标识。
方法二:若第一信息包括终端101的上层标识与终端101的V2X层标识之间的映射关系,终端102的AS层可根据第一信息指示的上层标识与V2X层标识之间的映射关系,以及头终端的上层标识,确定头终端装置的V2X层标识,此后,终端102的AS层可根据头终端的V2X层标识,识别终端101是否为头终端,若终端101的V2X层标识与头终端的V2X层标识相同,则说明终端101为头终端。
方法三:若第一信息仅包括终端101的上层标识,或者,在头终端识别过程中,终端102的AS层仅解析第一信息携带的上层标识,从而终端102的AS层可根据第一信息确定终端101的上层标识。当终端102的上层根据以上第二信息确定头终端的上层标识后,可将头终端的上层标识指示给终端102的AS层,若终端102的AS层识别终端101的上层标识与头终端的上层标识相同,则确定该终端101为头终端。
第三,若第二信息仅指示终端101的上层标识,终端101的V2X层可在与终端102进行的V2X层的交互过程中,将第二信息承载于V2X层消息,并通过该V2X层消息将第二信息发送至终端102的V2X层。在此之前,终端101V2X层的上层,可向终端101的V2X层指示该终端101为头终端,和/或指示终端101所在终端装置组中头终端的上层标识。具体指示方法,可以是通过特定比特位的取值进行指示,如该特定比特位被配置为1(或0)时,表示终端101为头终端,否则,表示终端101不是头终端。
示例性的,若由终端101向终端102发起SL建立过程,则以上V2X层消息可以是终端101的V2X层向终端102的V2X层发送的用于请求建立SL的消息,如上层SL通信请求消息。若由终端102向终端101发起SL建立过程,则以上V2X层消息可以是终端101的V2X层向终端102的V2X层发送的表示接受SL建立请求的消息,如,上层SL通信接受消息。若终端101与终端102之间的SL已经建立,则V2X层消息可以是终端101的V2X层向终端102的V2X层发送的用于请求保持SL连接的消息,如SL通信保持连接消息,或者,V2X层消息可以是终端101接收终端102发送的用于请求保持SL连接的消息后,终端101的V2X层向终端102的V2X层发送的表示接受保持SL连接的消息,如SL通信保持连接确认消息。这里所述SL,可以是终端101与终端102之间的V2X层链路。
应理解,终端101的V2X层,可基于PC5-S协议发送以上V2X层消息。
在接收承载了第二信息的V2X层消息后,终端102的V2X层,可根据第二信息确定头终端的上层标识,将头终端的上层标识指示给终端102的AS层,从而终端102的AS层可根据从终端101的AS层接收的第一信息确定终端101是否为头终端。示例性的,可根据第一信息包括终端101的上层标识与终端101的AS层标识之间的映射关系、第一信息包括终端101的上层标识与终端101的V2X层标识之间的映射关系,或者第一信息仅包括终端101的上层标识三种情况,分别识别终端101是否为头终端,其具体识别方法,可参照以上方法一、方法二以及方法三部分的介绍,在此不再赘述。
应理解,若采用以上方法一进行第一信息的设置,即第一信息包括终端101的上层(这里指V2X层以上层)标识与终端101的AS层标识之间的映射关系,终端101可在上层标识与AS层标识之间的映射关系发生变化时,向终端102发送该第一信息,由终端102根据以上方法确定头终端的AS层标识,并保存头终端的AS层标识,此后可根据头终端的AS层标识识别AS层消息是否来自于头终端。
若采用以上方法二进行第一信息的设置,即第一信息包括终端101的上层标识与终端 101的V2X层标识之间的映射关系,终端101可在上层标识与V2X层标识之间的映射关系发生变化时,向终端102发送该第一信息,由终端102根据以上方法确定头终端的V2X层标识,并保存头终端的V2X层标识,此后可根据头终端的V2X层标识识别AS层消息是否来自于头终端。示例性的,这里终端101的V2X层标识,可以是终端101的层2标识,如层2源标识和/或层2目的标识。
若采用以上方法三进行第一信息的设置,即第一信息仅包括终端101的上层标识,则终端101可由在每次以头终端的角色向终端102发送AS层消息时,均发送该第一信息,终端102每次需根据AS层消息中的第一信息,识别AS层消息是否来自于头终端。
在实施中,终端101的AS层还可向终端102的AS层发送逻辑信道ID或者AS层消息指示中的任意一种。可选地,该逻辑信道ID或者AS层消息指示,可以与第一信息通过同一AS层消息发送。其中,逻辑信道ID可用于指示该消息是否承载AS层消息。在实现中,可预先配置承载AS层以上层消息的逻辑信道ID的范围,和/或预先配置承载AS层消息的逻辑信道ID的范围,从而可在该消息中携带承载AS层以上层消息的逻辑信道ID,以指示该消息不承载AS层消息,或者,可在该消息中携带承载AS层消息的逻辑信道ID,以指示该消息承载AS层消息。AS层消息指示,也可用于指示该消息是否承载AS层消息,该AS层消息指示可以是特定比特位的取值,例如,当终端101的AS层发送的消息中,特定比特位的取值为1(或0)时,可表示该消息用于承载AS层消息,否则,当该特定比特位的取值为0(或1)时,可表示该消息不承载AS层消息。
根据逻辑信道ID或者AS层消息指示,若终端102的AS层确定该消息承载AS层消息,则终端102的AS层不需要将该消息递交到AS层的上层进行消息处理,此时可由终端102的AS层处理该消息;否则,若终端102的AS层确定该消息不承载AS层消息,则终端102的AS层需要将该消息递交到AS层的上层进行消息处理。
应理解,终端101的AS层可将以上逻辑信道ID或者AS层消息指示与第一信息携带在同一消息中发送,终端101的AS层也可通过多个AS层消息分别发送第一信息以及逻辑信道ID,终端101的AS层也可通过多个AS层消息分别发送第一信息以及AS层消息指示。
以上实施例所涉及的第二信息,具体可包括终端101的上层标识(包括V2X层和/或V2X层以上层标识)、用于指示该上层标识为终端装置组的头终端装置的标识的信息、终端装置组的group ID、终端装置组中的成员终端的标识,或者用于指示终端装置组中的成员终端的数量的信息中的一种或多种信息。其中,用于指示该上层标识为终端装置组的头终端装置的标识的信息,可以是第一信息中特定比特位的特定取值,如,第二信息特定比特位的取值为1(或0),表示该第二信息所指示的上层标识为终端装置组的头终端装置的标识。终端装置组的group ID,可用于指示头终端装置所属的终端装置组,若终端的标识本身能够区分出不同的终端装置组,则第一信息无需携带group ID。终端装置组中的成员终端的标识,可用于指示该终端装置组中的成员终端。用于指示终端装置组中的成员终端的数量的信息,可用于指示该终端装置组中的成员终端的数量。
可选的,终端101的AS层,在确定终端101为头终端后,还可向终端装置组中的终端102发送第一指示信息,该第一指示信息可用于指示不允许终端102将资源配置转发和/或调度给其他终端。采用该设计,头终端可禁止终端装置组中的其他终端进行资源配置的转发和/或调度。另外,网络设备103还可向终端装置组中的终端102发送以上第一指示信 息,以禁止终端装置组中的其他终端进行资源配置的转发和/或调度。网络设备103还可向终端101发送第二指示信息,该第二指示信息可用于指示允许终端101将资源配置转发和/或调度给终端装置组中的其他终端(如终端102)。以上第一指示信息和或第二指示信息,可通过特定比特位的取值表示.例如,AS层消息中的特定比特位的取值为1(或0)时,表示不允许接收AS层消息的终端将资源配置转发和/或调度给其他终端。当AS层消息中的特定比特位的取值为0(或1)时,表示允许接收AS层消息的终端将资源配置转发和/或调度给其他终端。
示例性的,第一信息可承载于无线资源控制(radio resource control,RRC),例如RRC重配置消息或其他RRC消息。第一信息还可承载于物理层消息,如,在终端101向终端102发送第一信息时,第一信息可承载于侧链路控制信息(sidelink control information,SCI),在终端101向网络设备103发送第一信息时,第一信息可承载于下行控制信息(download control information,DCI)。另外,第一信息也可承载于媒体访问控制(media access control,MAC)层消息,如MAC控制单元(control element,CE)消息。
如图5所示,本申请实施例提供的一种终端装置识别方法可包括以下步骤:
S201:终端101的上层(这里指V2X层以上层),向终端102的上层发送第二信息,第二信息用于指示头终端的上层标识。第二信息可包括终端101的上层标识、用于指示该上层标识为头终端的标识的信息、终端装置组的group ID、终端装置组中的成员终端的标识,或者用于指示成员终端的数量的信息中的一种或多种信息。其中,以上第二信息可以在终端102与终端101之间的鉴权过程或者终端装置组的组创建过程、组成员加入过程或者发现过程中发送。基于以上第二信息,终端102的上层可获知头终端的上层标识。
S202:终端102的上层向终端102的AS层指示头终端的上层标识。
S203:终端101的AS层向终端102的AS层发送终端101的上层标识与AS层标识之间的映射关系。
S204:终端102的AS层,根据该映射关系以及头终端的上层标识,确定头终端的AS层标识。
如图6所示,本申请实施例提供的一种终端装置识别方法可包括以下步骤:
S301:终端101的上层(这里指V2X层以上层)向终端101的V2X层指示自身为终端装置组中的头终端;
S302:终端101的V2X层向取终端102的V2X层发送第二信息,第二信息用于指示头终端的上层标识。第二信息具体可包括终端101的上层标识(这里的上层标识可以是终端101的V2X层标识和/或V2X层以上层的标识)、用于指示该上层标识为头终端的标识的信息、终端装置组的group ID、终端装置组中的成员终端的标识,或者用于指示成员终端的数量的信息中的一种或多种信息。其中,终端101的V2X层可在SL的建立或保持过程中,向终端102的V2X层发送以上第二信息。
S303:终端102的V2X层从终端101的V2X层接收第二信息,从而终端102的V2X层可确定头终端的上层标识。
S304:终端102的V2X层将头终端的上层标识指示给终端102的AS层。
S305:终端101的AS层向终端102的AS层发送终端101的上层标识与AS层标识之间的映射关系。
S306:终端102的AS层根据该映射关系以及头终端的上层标识,确定头终端的AS 层标识。
在另一种可能的实现方式中,第一信息还可用于指示终端101为终端装置组中的头终端,从而终端102的AS层可根据该信息,确定终端101为头终端,实现AS层的头终端识别。在此之前,终端101的上层,可向终端101的AS层指示终端101为头终端。
示例性的,第一信息可包括用于指示终端101为终端装置组中的头终端装置的信息,如特定比特位0或1;第一信息还可包括终端装置组的group ID,以标示头终端所述的终端装置组,若终端的标识本身能够区分出不同的终端装置组,则第一信息无需携带group ID;第一信息还可包括终端装置组中的成员终端的标识和/或用于指示终端装置组中的成员终端的数量的信息。
另外,第一信息还可通过隐式方式指示终端101为终端装置组中的头终端装置,例如,当第一信息包括SL的AS层组播配置信息(或称SL AS层组播配置信息)时,表示终端101为终端装置组中的头终端装置。SL的AS层组播配置信息可包括终端装置组的group ID、终端装置组的资源配置或者终端装置组中的成员终端的标识中的一种或多种信息。
终端101还可通过向终端102发送的AS层组播配置信息,将AS层组播配置参数指示给终端102。
又如,第一信息还可用于指示SL资源池,则终端102的AS层,可在确定第一信息指示了SL资源池后,确定终端101为头终端。示例性的,终端102的AS层还可判断该第一信息指示的SL资源池,仅用于进行与终端101有关的组相关业务。
以上第一信息,可承载于终端101的AS层向终端102的AS层发送的AS层组播消息、AS层广播消息、用于请求建立SL连接的消息、用于表示接受SL连接建立请求的消息或者用于SL连接配置或重配置的消息中。其中,用于请求建立SL连接的消息,可由终端101的AS层发送至终端102的AS层,可用于请求建立终端101与终端102之间的AS层SL连接。用于表示接受SL连接建立请求的消息,可以是终端101的AS层在接收终端102的AS层发送的用于请求建立SL的消息时,向终端102的AS层发送的,可用于表示接受该请求。用于指示SL连接配置或重配置的消息,可以用于承载终端101与终端102之间SL的AS层配置参数。
另外,终端101在确定自身为头终端后,还可向终端102或终端装置组中的其他终端发送第四信息,所述第四信息用于指示不允许终端102或终端装置组中的其他终端转发以及调度资源配置,其他终端为终端101所属的终端装置组中的终端装置。
如图7所示,本申请实施例提供的一种终端装置识别方法可包括以下步骤:
S401:终端101的上层向AS层指示终端101为头终端。
S402:终端101的AS层向终端102的AS层发送SL连接建立请求,该SL连接建立请求中携带第一信息。该第一信息用于指示终端101为终端装置组中的头终端,SL连接建立请求用于请求建立终端101与终端102之间的AS层SL连接。
S403:终端102的AS层根据第一信息确定终端101为头终端,和/或确定终端101的AS层标识为头终端的AS层标识。
S404:终端102的AS层在接收SL连接建立请求后,向终端101发送SL连接建立响应消息,以表示接受或拒绝该请求。SL连接建立响应消息可以是用于表示接受SL连接建立请求的消息。
另外,若以上SL为终端102请求发起的,即终端101的AS层从终端102的AS层接 收SL连接建立请求,则终端101的AS层可在向终端102的AS层发送的SL连接建立响应消息(如用于表示接受SL连接建立请求的消息)中,携带以上第一信息。
如图8所示,本申请实施例提供的一种终端装置识别方法可包括以下步骤:
S501:终端101的上层向AS层指示终端101为头终端。
S502:终端101的AS层向终端102的AS层发送SL连接建立请求。

另外,终端101的AS层还可通过PC5接口的RRC协议消息,如PC5-RRC连接建立请求消息、PC5-RRC连接建立消息、PC5-RRC连接重配消息,或者,通过终端能力上报消息、终端协助信息(UE assistance information)、侧链路终端信息(sidelink UE information)或者缓存状态报告(buffer status report,BSR),向网络设备103的AS层发送第一信息,从而向网络设备103指示终端101为头终端。

S701:终端101的上层向AS层指示终端101为头终端。
S702:终端101的AS层向网络设备103的AS层发送RRC连接建立请求消息、终端能力上报消息、UE assistance information、sidelink UE information或者BSR中的一种,其中携带第一信息。
S703:网络设备103的AS层根据从终端101的AS层接收的第一信息,确定终端101为头终端,和/或确定终端101的AS层标识为头终端的AS层标识。

在实施中,所述第一通信装置的V2X层标识,可以包括所述第一通信装置的层2标识。在实施中,所述第一通信装置的层2标识,可包括所述第一通信装置的层2源标识或所述第一通信装置的层2目的标识。
在另外的实现方式中,所述第一信息可包括用于指示所述第一通信装置为所述终端装置组中的头终端装置的信息。
以上所述第一信息可承载于以下消息中的任意一种:AS层组播消息;或者,AS层广播消息;或者,PC5-RRC连接建立请求消息;或者,PC5-RRC连接建立消息;或者,PC5-RRC连接重配消息;或者,终端能力上报消息;或者,终端协助信息;或者,侧链路终端信息;或者,缓存状态报告;或者,用于请求建立SL的消息;或者,用于表示接受SL建立请求 的消息;或者,用于指示SL的配置信息的消息;所述SL为所述第一通信装置与所述第二通信装置之间的AS层链路。
以上所述第一信息可包括下列信息中的一种或多种:用于指示所述第一通信装置为所述终端装置组中的头终端装置的信息;或者,所述终端装置组的Group ID;或者,所述终端装置组中的成员终端的标识;或者,用于指示所述终端装置组中的成员终端的数量的信息。示例性的,所述第一信息包括所述SL的AS层组播groupcast配置信息。
若第二通信装置为网络设备103/路侧单元,收发器1201还可向第三通信装置发送第五信息,所述第五信息用于指示不允许所述第三通信装置向其他通信装置转发以及调度资源配置,所述第三通信装置以及所述其他通信装置为所述终端装置组中的终端装置。
另外,若通信装置1100为第一通信装置/终端101,收发器1201可用于向第二通信装置发送SL AS层组播groupcast配置信息,所述第一通信装置与所述第二通信装置属于同一终端装置组,所述AS层组播groupcast配置信息用于所述第二通信装置配置SL AS层组播参数。
若通信装置1100为第二通信装置/终端102,收发器1201可从第一通信装置接收SL AS层组播groupcast配置信息,所述第一通信装置与所述第二通信装置属于同一终端装置组,所述SL AS层组播groupcast配置信息用于所述第二通信装置配置SL AS层组播参数。
应理解,上述通信装置1100和/或通信装置1200在执行上述方法实施例中由终端101/终端102所执行的步骤时,可以是终端或应用于终端的芯片或芯片系统;上述通信装置1100和/或通信装置1200在执行上述方法实施例中由网络设备103所执行的步骤时,可以是基站,或应用于基站的芯片或芯片系统。上述通信装置1100和/或通信装置1200还可以是路侧单元,或应用于路侧单元的芯片或芯片系统。

Claims (40)

  1. 一种终端装置识别方法,其特征在于,包括:
    第一通信装置的接入AS层向第二通信装置的AS层发送第一信息;
    所述第一信息用于确定所述第一通信装置为终端装置组中的头终端装置。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二通信装置属于所述终端装置组。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一信息包括:
    所述第一通信装置的上层终端标识与所述第一通信装置的AS层标识的映射关系;或者
    所述第一通信装置的上层终端标识与所述第一通信装置的车联网V2X层标识的映射关系;或者
    所述第一通信装置的上层终端标识。
  4. 如权利要求1-3任一所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    第一通信装置向第二通信装置发送第二信息,所述第二信息用于指示所述终端装置组中的头终端装置的上层终端标识。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二信息包括下列信息中的一种或多种:
    所述第一通信装置的上层终端标识;或者,
    用于指示所述上层终端标识为所述终端装置组的头终端装置的标识的信息;或者,
    所述终端装置组的组标识group ID;或者,
    所述终端装置组中的成员终端的标识;或者,
    用于指示所述终端装置组中的成员终端的数量的信息。
  6. 如权利要求4或5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二信息承载于以下消息中的任意一种:
    用于请求建立侧链路SL的消息;或者,
    用于表示接受SL建立请求的消息,或者,
    用于请求保持SL连接的消息;或者,
    用于表示接受保持SL连接的消息;
    所述SL为所述第一通信装置与所述第二通信装置之间的上层链路。
  7. 如权利要求4-6任一所述的方法,其特征在于,第一通信装置向第二通信装置发送第二信息,包括:
    所述第一通信装置的上层在所述第一通信装置与所述第二通信装置的之间的鉴权过程、组创建过程、组成员加入过程或发现discovery过程中,向所述第二通信装置的上层发送所述第二信息。
  8. 如权利要求4-6任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一通信装置向第二通信装置发送所述第二信息,包括:
    所述第一通信装置的V2X层向所述第二通信装置的V2X层发送所述第二信息;
    所述第一通信装置向所述第二通信装置发送第二信息之前,还包括:
    所述第一通信装置的V2X层的上层,向所述第一通信装置的V2X层通知第三信息,所述第三信息用于指示所述头终端装置的上层终端标识,和/或用于指示所述第一通信装置 为所述头终端装置。
  9. 如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述第一信息包括用于指示所述第一通信装置为所述终端装置组中的头终端装置的信息。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一信息承载于以下消息中的任意一种:
    AS层组播消息;或者,
    AS层广播消息;或者,
    PC5-RRC连接建立请求消息;或者,
    PC5-RRC连接建立消息;或者,
    PC5-RRC连接重配消息;或者,
    终端能力上报消息;或者,
    终端协助信息;或者,
    侧链路终端信息消息;或者,
    缓存状态报告BSR;或者,
    用于请求建立SL的消息;或者,
    用于表示接受SL建立请求的消息;或者,
    用于指示SL的配置信息的消息;
    所述SL为所述第一通信装置与所述第二通信装置之间的AS层链路。
  11. 如权利要求9或10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一信息包括下列信息中的一种或多种:
    用于指示所述第一通信装置为所述终端装置组中的头终端装置的信息;或者,
    所述终端装置组的group ID;或者,
    所述终端装置组中的成员终端的标识;或者,
    用于指示所述终端装置组中的成员终端的数量的信息。
  12. 如权利要求9-11中任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一信息包括所述SL的AS层组播groupcast配置信息。
  13. 如权利要求1-12任一所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    所述第一通信装置的AS层向所述第二通信装置的AS层发送逻辑信道标识ID,所述逻辑信道ID用于指示所述消息是否承载AS层消息;或者,
    所述第一通信装置的AS层向所述第二通信装置的AS层发送AS层消息指示,所述AS层消息指示用于指示所述消息是否承载AS层消息。
  14. 如权利要求1-13任一所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    所述第一通信装置向所述第二通信装置发送第四信息,所述第四信息用于指示不允许所述第二通信装置向其他通信装置转发以及调度资源配置,所述其他通信装置为所述终端装置组中的终端装置。
  15. 一种终端装置识别方法,其特征在于,包括:
    第一通信装置向第二通信装置发送SL AS层组播groupcast配置信息,所述第一通信装置与所述第二通信装置属于同一终端装置组,所述AS层组播groupcast配置信息用于所述第二通信装置配置SL AS层组播参数。
  16. 一种终端装置识别方法,其特征在于,包括:
    第二通信装置的AS层从第一通信装置的AS层接收第一信息;
    所述第二通信装置根据所述第一信息,确定所述第一通信装置为终端装置组中的头终端装置。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二通信装置属于所述终端装置组。
  18. 如权利要求16或17所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一信息包括所述第一通信装置的上层终端标识与所述第一通信装置的AS层标识之间的第一映射关系;
    所述第二通信装置的AS层根据所述第一信息,确定所述第一通信装置为终端装置组中的头终端装置,包括:
    所述第二通信装置的AS层根据头终端装置的上层终端标识以及所述第一映射关系,确定头终端装置的AS层终端标识。
  19. 如权利要求16或17所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一信息包括所述第一通信装置的上层终端标识与所述第一通信装置的V2X层标识之间的第二映射关系;
    所述第二通信装置的AS层根据所述第一信息,确定所述第一通信装置为终端装置组中的头终端装置,包括:
    所述第二通信装置的AS层根据头终端装置的上层终端标识以及所述第二映射关系,确定头终端装置的V2X层终端标识。
  20. 如权利要求16或17所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一信息包括所述第一通信装置的上层终端标识;
    所述第二通信装置的AS层根据所述第一信息,确定所述第一通信装置为所述终端装置组中的头终端装置,包括:
    所述第二通信装置的AS层确定所述第一通信装置的上层终端标识,与头终端装置的上层终端标识相同。
  21. 如权利要求16-20任一所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    所述第二通信装置的上层,从所述第一通信装置的上层接收第二信息,所述第二信息用于指示所述终端装置组中的头终端装置的上层终端标识;
    所述第二通信装置的上层向所述第二通信装置的AS层指示所述头终端装置的上层终端标识。
  22. 如权利要求21所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二信息包括下列信息中的一种或多种:
    所述第一通信装置的上层终端标识;或者,
    用于指示所述上层终端标识为所述终端装置组的头终端装置的标识的信息;或者,
    所述终端装置组的group ID;或者,
    所述终端装置组中的成员终端的标识;或者,
    用于指示所述终端装置组中的成员终端的数量的信息。
  23. 如权利要求21或22所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二信息承载于以下消息中的任意一种:
    用于请求建立SL的消息;或者,
    用于表示接受SL建立请求的消息,或者,
    用于请求保持SL连接的消息;或者,
    用于表示接受保持SL连接的消息;
    所述SL为所述第一通信装置与所述第二通信装置之间的上层链路。
  24. 如权利要求21或22所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二通信装置,从所述第一通信装置接收所述第一通信装置的第二信息,包括:
    所述第二通信装置的上层在所述第一通信装置与所述第二通信装置的之间的鉴权过程、组创建过程、组成员加入过程或discovery过程中,从所述第一通信装置的上层接收所述第二信息。
  25. 如权利要求16或17所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述第一信息包括用于指示所述第一通信装置为所述终端装置组中的头终端装置的信息。
  26. 如权利要求25所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一信息承载于以下消息中的任意一种:
    AS层组播消息;或者,
    AS层广播消息;或者,
    PC5-RRC连接建立请求消息;或者,
    PC5-RRC连接建立消息;或者,
    PC5-RRC连接重配消息;或者,
    终端能力上报消息;或者,
    终端协助信息;或者,
    侧链路终端信息消息;或者,
    缓存状态报告BSR;或者,
    用于请求建立SL的消息;或者,
    用于表示接受SL建立请求的消息;或者,
    用于指示SL的配置信息的消息;
    所述SL为所述第一通信装置与所述第二通信装置之间的AS层链路。
  27. 如权利要求25或26所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一信息包括下列信息中的一种或多种:
    用于指示所述第一通信装置为所述终端装置组中的头终端装置的信息;或者,
    所述终端装置组的group ID;或者,
    所述终端装置组中的成员终端的标识;或者,
    用于指示所述终端装置组中的成员终端的数量的信息。
  28. 如权利要求25-27中任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一信息包括所述SL的AS层组播groupcast配置信息。
  29. 如权利要求16-28任一所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    所述第二通信装置的AS层从所述第二通信装置的AS层接收逻辑信道ID,所述逻辑信道ID用于指示所述消息是否承载AS层消息;或者,
    所述第二通信装置的AS层从所述第二通信装置的AS层接收AS层消息指示,所述AS层消息指示用于指示所述消息是否承载AS层消息。
  30. 如权利要求16-29任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二通信装置为网络设备, 还包括:
    所述第二通信装置向第三终端装置发送第五信息,所述第五信息用于指示不允许所述第三通信装置向其他通信装置转发以及调度资源配置,所述第三通信装置以及所述其他通信装置为所述终端装置组中的终端装置。
  31. 一种终端装置识别方法,其特征在于,包括:
    第二通信装置从第一通信装置接收SL AS层组播groupcast配置信息,所述第一通信装置与所述第二通信装置属于同一终端装置组,所述SL AS层组播groupcast配置信息用于所述第二通信装置配置SL AS层组播参数。
  32. 一种通信装置,其特征在于,包括收发器、存储器以及处理器:
    所述收发器,用于所述装置进行通信;
    所述存储器,用于存储程序指令;
    所述处理器,用于运行所述程序指令,使得所述通信装置执行如权利要求1至14任一项中所述的方法。
  33. 一种通信装置,其特征在于,包括收发器、存储器以及处理器:
    所述收发器,用于所述装置进行通信;
    所述存储器,用于存储程序指令;
    所述处理器,用于运行所述程序指令,使得所述通信装置执行如权利要求15所述的方法。
  34. 一种通信装置,其特征在于,包括收发器、存储器以及处理器:
    所述收发器,用于所述装置进行通信;
    所述存储器,用于存储程序指令;
    所述处理器,用于运行所述程序指令,使得所述通信装置执行如权利要求16至30任一项中所述的方法。
  35. 一种通信装置,其特征在于,包括收发器、存储器以及处理器:
    所述收发器,用于所述装置进行通信;
    所述存储器,用于存储程序指令;
    所述处理器,用于运行所述程序指令,使得所述通信装置执行如权利要求31所述的方法。
  36. 一种通信系统,其特征在于,包括如权利要求32所示的通信装置以及如权利要求33所示的通信装置。
  37. 一种通信系统,其特征在于,包括如权利要求34所示的通信装置以及如权利要求35所示的通信装置。
  38. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,包括计算机程序,当所述计算机程序在计算机上被调用执行时,使得计算机执行权利要求1至31中任一项所述的方法。
  39. 一种包含指令的计算机程序产品,其特征在于,当所述计算机程序产品在计算机上运行时,使得计算机执行权利要求1至31中任一项所述的方法。
  40. 一种芯片,其特征在于,包括处理器,所述处理器,用于从存储器中调用并运行计算机程序,以执行如权利要求1至31中任一所述的方法。
