本发明的进一步方案为:任一第一透气孔1与任一第二透气孔2在圆周周向上相错开设置;第二透气孔2的数量多于第一透气孔1,第一透气孔1的数量大于前板上透气口7的数量。
上述方案中,由于机门在设有透气孔的部分为空心结构,同时透气孔的孔径较大,在卫生条件不佳的使用环境中,大颗粒的浮尘和小颗粒的脏污会穿过第二透气孔2和第一透气孔1直接经透气口进入洗衣机外筒,影响了洗涤筒的洁净度, 因此将任一第一透气孔1与任一第二透气孔2在圆周周向上相错开设置可在一定程度上阻止灰尘直接进入洗衣机内部。自透气口向外,逐渐增多透气孔的数量,可扩大通风面积,从而提高透气效果,同时,机门自外向内的透气孔数量减少,也可在一定程度上在防止灰尘侵入洗衣机内。
本发明的进一步方案为:所述机门包括设有第一透气孔1的内框4,设有第二透气孔2的窗屏5和设有第三透气孔3的外框6,窗屏5嵌入外框6远离前板的一侧设置,内框4与外框6靠近前板的一侧相插接以形成空腔,所述第三透气孔3与第一透气孔1和/或第二透气孔2相对应设置,且第三透气孔3的数量大于第一透气孔1;优选的,第三透气孔3的数量等于第二透气孔2,且第三透气孔3与第二透气孔2一一对应设置。
上述方案中,机门包括设于前侧的窗屏和设于后侧的内框,相应的,窗屏上设有第二透气孔,内框上设有第一透气孔,窗屏和内框之间夹设有外框,并且相互插接的外框和内框间形成空腔。为了使外框结构不影响透气效果,在外框上设置第三透气孔,所述第三透气孔可分别与第一透气孔和/或第二透气孔相对应设置。窗屏嵌入外框设置,优选的,窗屏与外框部分贴合设置,贴合部分对应设置第二透气孔和和第三透气孔。
本发明的进一步方案为:所述窗屏5在靠近其外周处设有可沿投放口8中心轴线旋转的环带51,所述第二透气孔2间隔设于所述环带51上,旋转环带51使第二透气孔2与第三透气孔3在环带周向上对应相通或相错开设置。
上述方案中,用户可通过旋转环带调整通风效果,例如,在刚洗涤结束时,旋转环带使第二透气孔与第三透气孔对应相通,可加快驱散洗涤筒和外筒空间的潮气,而当通风结束,洗涤筒干燥后,旋转环带使第二透气孔与第三透气孔相错开,可减少经透气通道进入洗衣机内的灰尘。所述环带可拆卸设置,便于用户对设于环带上的透气孔进行清洁。
本发明的进一步方案为:所述窗屏5的边缘设有包围窗屏5的边框52,所述边框52与外框6相卡接设置,并且所述边框52与外框6相贴合设置;优选的,边框52上设有可沿投放口8中心轴线旋转的环带51,第二透气孔2间隔设于环带51上。
上述方案中,可在透明窗屏表面的边缘直接开设第二透气孔,使机门表面的 观感更通透;还可在透明窗屏的外周设置不可转动的边框,再在所述边框上开设第二透气孔。由于边框可选用其他材质,相比直接在透明窗屏上开孔可一定程度降低加工难度,使得在边框上开设第二透气孔的窗屏结构强度更高。此外,也可以在窗屏的边框上设置可旋转的环带,并在环带上开设第二透气孔。所述边框或环带可拆卸设置,便于用户对设于边框或环带上的透气孔进行清洁。
本发明的进一步方案为:窗屏5的表面设有直径不同的两条环状凸缘53,第二透气孔2分布于所述两条凸缘53围成的区域内;所述凸缘53分别设于环带51的外周和内周,可随凸缘53一起旋转,所述凸缘53远离前板的一面为粗糙面。
上述方案中,设于第二透气孔外侧的环状凸缘凸出窗屏的表面设置,对沿机门前侧流下的液体起到阻挡作用,防止液体直接流入透气孔造成空心机门内部脏污;而设于第二透气孔内侧的环状凸缘则阻挡了擦拭窗屏过程中聚集的灰尘,降低了灰尘直接进入透气孔造成阻塞等问题的风险。而在凸缘远离前板的一面粗糙处理,则是起到增加摩擦的作用,用户仅需用手指沿凸缘周向施力,即可实现环带的旋转。
本发明的进一步方案为:所述第一透气孔,第二透气孔和第三透气孔均为腰孔,并且所述腰孔的长边均指向投放口8的中心轴线设置。
本发明的进一步方案为:投放口8外周设有若干透气口7,且均设于投放口8上半。优选的,所述透气口7设于投放口8顶端。
上述方案中,透气口经透气管道与外筒相连,并且根据洗衣机的运行状态选择开启或关闭,而外筒底部在洗涤后可能产生部分积水,若将透气口设于投放口下侧,则在洗涤结束开启透气口时可能会导致积水外泄。因此将透气口设于投放口外周的上半区域,并且优选设于投放口顶端。
本发明的进一步方案为:外框6朝向前板的一侧,与内框4远离前板的一侧分别设有覆盖第三透气孔3和第一透气孔1的防尘网。
上述方案中,由于透气孔的孔径较大,在日常使用中,会有较大颗粒的灰尘杂物落入其中,而对于普通用户来说很难机门内部结构进行清洗,并且长时间堆积的灰尘会影响通风效果。因此,在设有透气孔结构的机门内部覆盖所述透气孔设有防尘网,以阻止较大颗粒的脏污进入空心机门内部。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:
1.本发明提供的洗衣机机门在前侧和后侧设置相对应的透气孔,与设于洗衣机前板上的透气口相通形成透气通道,在不影响美观的前提下保证遮挡在机门后侧透气口的通风效果;
2.本发明提供的洗衣机机门自洗衣机前板的透气口开始,到机门上开设的透气孔,其透气通风逐渐加大设置,一方面可以使洗衣机内部的异味和潮气更快扩散到外界,另一方面也可一定程度上阻挡灰尘进入洗衣机内部;
3.本发明提供的洗衣机机门设有可旋转的环带结构,通过旋转使环带上的透气孔与机门结构上的透气孔相连通或相错开,便于用户根据实际情况调整透气效果,在需要释放洗涤筒内潮气时加大通风,在洗涤筒干燥后减小外界灰尘侵入洗衣机的风险;
4.本发明提供的位于机门表面并设有透气孔的结构可拆卸设置,便于用户对其进行清洁。

实施例1
本实施例中,如图1所示,提供了一种洗衣机机门,洗衣机前板投放口8的外周设有与外筒连通的透气口7,所述透气口7在机门关闭时被机门遮挡,所述机门在遮挡透气口7的部位设有空腔,机门空腔的前壁设有与外界相通的透气孔,后壁设有部分对应透气口7的透气孔,以形成透气通道。
本实施例中,所述机门的一侧与洗衣机前板相枢接,使得机门可以枢接侧为轴旋转开启,而设于投放口周围的透气口则在机门关闭时,被机门的径向延伸范围覆盖遮挡,以防止透气口直接出现在前板的明显位置,既影响美观又易被孩童破坏。所述透气口经连接管道与洗衣机的外筒相连,在洗衣机运行时透气口关闭,在洗涤程序结束后透气口开启,使处于关机关门状态的洗衣机外筒与外界实现通 风,而由上述可知,机门遮挡了透气口,因此为了进一步提高透气效果,在机门遮挡的透气口对应部分设置若干透气孔,所述透气孔包括分别设于机门内侧和外侧的透气孔,并且机门在设有透气孔的部分为空腔结构,所述机门内侧即为机门靠近洗衣机前板的一侧,对应空腔后壁,所述机门外侧即为机门远离洗衣机前板的一侧,对应空腔前壁。本发明利用透气孔和所述空腔形成与透气口相连的透气通道,减少机门遮挡透气口对通风效果的影响。
本实施例中,如图2~4所示,空腔后壁上设有呈圆周状间隔排列的若干第一透气孔1,部分第一透气孔1与透气口7相对应设置,空腔前壁上设呈圆周状间隔排列的第二透气孔2,部分第二透气孔2经空腔与第一透气孔1相对应设置;第一透气孔1和第二透气孔2排列成的圆周与投放口8同轴设置。
本实施例中,空腔后壁对应机门内侧,朝向洗衣机前板,使得所述第一透气孔与透气口相对应设置,空腔前壁对应机门外侧,远离洗衣机前板,设有与第一透气孔对应的第二通气孔,使得透气口,第一透气孔和第二透气孔形成连通洗衣机外筒的透气通道。由于洗衣机的投放口与机门对应设置,因此机门在径向上遮盖洗衣机的范围有限,使得环绕投放口设置的透气口与机门的边缘相对应。为了保证透气效果,本申请将透气孔排列在靠近机门边缘的同一圆周上,使其与洗衣机前板上的透气口对应设置,此外,间隔呈圆周排布的透气孔还可以保证美观效果,不会使孔结构显得突兀,从而影响洗衣机的整体外观。
本实施例中,任一第一透气孔1与任一第二透气孔2在圆周周向上相错开设置;第二透气孔2的数量多于第一透气孔1,第一透气孔1的数量大于前板上透气口7的数量。
本实施例中,由于机门在设有透气孔的部分为空心结构,同时透气孔的孔径较大,在卫生条件不佳的使用环境中,大颗粒的浮尘和小颗粒的脏污会穿过第二透气孔2和第一透气孔1直接经透气口进入洗衣机外筒,影响了洗涤筒的洁净度,因此将任一第一透气孔1与任一第二透气孔2在圆周周向上相错开设置可在一定程度上阻止灰尘直接进入洗衣机内部。自透气口向外,逐渐增多透气孔的数量,可扩大通风面积,从而提高透气效果,同时,机门自外向内的透气孔数量减少,也可在一定程度上在防止灰尘侵入洗衣机内。
本实施例中,如图5和6所示,所述机门包括设有第一透气孔1的内框4, 设有第二透气孔2的窗屏5和设有第三透气孔3的外框6,窗屏5嵌入外框6远离前板的一侧设置,内框4与外框6靠近前板的一侧相插接以形成空腔,所述第三透气孔3与第一透气孔1和/或第二透气孔2相对应设置,且第三透气孔3的数量大于第一透气孔1;优选的,第三透气孔3的数量等于第二透气孔2,且第三透气孔3与第二透气孔2一一对应设置。
本实施例中,机门包括设于前侧的窗屏和设于后侧的内框,相应的,窗屏上设有第二透气孔,内框上设有第一透气孔,窗屏和内框之间夹设有外框,并且相互插接的外框和内框间形成空腔。为了使外框结构不影响透气效果,在外框上设置第三透气孔,所述第三透气孔可分别与第一透气孔和/或第二透气孔相对应设置。窗屏嵌入外框设置,优选的,窗屏与外框部分贴合设置,贴合部分对应设置第二透气孔和和第三透气孔。
本实施例中,所述窗屏5在靠近其外周处设有可沿投放口8中心轴线旋转的环带51,所述第二透气孔2间隔设于所述环带51上,旋转环带51使第二透气孔2与第三透气孔3在环带周向上对应相通或相错开设置。
本实施例中,用户可通过旋转环带调整通风效果,例如,在刚洗涤结束时,旋转环带使第二透气孔与第三透气孔对应相通,可加快驱散洗涤筒和外筒空间的潮气,而当通风结束,洗涤筒干燥后,旋转环带使第二透气孔与第三透气孔相错开,可减少经透气通道进入洗衣机内的灰尘。所述环带可拆卸设置,便于用户对设于环带上的透气孔进行清洁。
本实施例中,窗屏5的表面设有直径不同的两条环状凸缘53,第二透气孔2分布于所述两条凸缘53围成的区域内。
本实施例中,设于第二透气孔外侧的环状凸缘凸出窗屏的表面设置,对沿机门前侧流下的液体起到阻挡作用,防止液体直接流入透气孔造成空心机门内部脏污;而设于第二透气孔内侧的环状凸缘则阻挡了擦拭窗屏过程中聚集的灰尘,降低了灰尘直接进入透气孔造成阻塞等问题的风险。
本实施例中,所述第一透气孔,第二透气孔和第三透气孔均为腰孔,并且所述腰孔的长边均指向投放口8的中心轴线设置。
本实施例中,投放口8外周设有若干透气口7,且均设于投放口8上半。优选的,所述透气口7设于投放口8顶端。
本实施例中,透气口经透气管道与外筒相连,并且根据洗衣机的运行状态选择开启或关闭,而外筒底部在洗涤后可能产生部分积水,若将透气口设于投放口下侧,则在洗涤结束开启透气口时可能会导致积水外泄。因此将透气口设于投放口外周的上半区域,并且优选设于投放口顶端。
本实施例中,外框6朝向前板的一侧,与内框4远离前板的一侧分别设有覆盖第三透气孔3和第一透气孔1的防尘网。
本实施例中,由于透气孔的孔径较大,在日常使用中,会有较大颗粒的灰尘杂物落入其中,而对于普通用户来说很难机门内部结构进行清洗,并且长时间堆积的灰尘会影响通风效果。因此,在设有透气孔结构的机门内部覆盖所述透气孔设有防尘网,以阻止较大颗粒的脏污进入空心机门内部。

本实施例与实施例1的区别在于:
本实施例中,所述凸缘53分别设于环带51的外周和内周,可随凸缘53一起旋转,所述凸缘53远离前板的一面为粗糙面。
本实施例中,凸缘设于环带上且可随环带转动,在凸缘远离前板的一面粗糙处理,则是起到增加摩擦的作用,用户仅需用手指沿凸缘周向施力,即可实现环带的旋转。
本实施例的其他实施方式同实施例1。
实施例3
本实施例与实施例1的区别在于:
本实施例中,窗屏5上未设置可旋转的环带,而是在窗屏5的边缘设有包围窗屏5的边框52,所述边框52与外框6相卡接设置,并且与外框6相贴合设置;
本实施例中,在透明窗屏的外周设置不可转动的边框,再在所述边框上开设第二透气孔。由于边框可选用其他材质,相比直接在透明窗屏上开孔可一定程度降低加工难度,使得在边框上开设第二透气孔的窗屏结构强度更高。所述边框可拆卸设置,便于用户对设于边框上的第二透气孔进行清洁。
本实施例的其他实施方式同实施例1。
实施例4
本实施例与实施例1的区别在于:
本实施例中,如图6所示,窗屏5的边缘设有包围窗屏5的边框52,所述边框52与外框6相卡接设置,并且与外框6相贴合设置;边框52上设有可沿投放口8中心轴线旋转的环带51,第二透气孔2间隔设于环带51上。所述环带可拆卸设置,便于用户对设于环带上的第二透气孔进行清洁。
本实施例的其他实施方式同实施例1。

本实施例与实施例1的区别在于:
本实施例中,窗屏5表面未设置环带或边框,而是直接在透明窗屏表面的边缘直接开设第二透气孔2,使机门的整体观感更通透。

Claims (10)
- 一种洗衣机机门,洗衣机前板投放口(8)的外周设有与外筒连通的透气口(7),所述透气口(7)在机门关闭时被机门遮挡,其特征在于,所述机门在遮挡透气口(7)的部位设有空腔,机门空腔的前壁设有与外界相通的透气孔,后壁设有部分对应透气口(7)的透气孔,以形成透气通道。
- 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机机门,其特征在于,空腔后壁上设有呈圆周状间隔排列的若干第一透气孔(1),部分第一透气孔(1)与透气口(7)相对应设置,空腔前壁上设有呈圆周状间隔排列的第二透气孔(2),部分第二透气孔(2)经空腔与第一透气孔(1)相对应设置;第一透气孔(1)和第二透气孔(2)排列成的圆周与投放口(8)同轴设置。
- 根据权利要求2所述的洗衣机机门,其特征在于,任一第一透气孔(1)与任一第二透气孔(2)在圆周周向上相错开设置;第二透气孔(2)的数量多于第一透气孔(1),第一透气孔(1)的数量大于前板上透气口(7)的数量。
- 根据权利要求2所述的洗衣机机门,其特征在于,所述机门包括设有第一透气孔(1)的内框(4),设有第二透气孔(2)的窗屏(5)和设有第三透气孔(3)的外框(6),窗屏(5)嵌入外框(6)远离前板的一侧设置,内框(4)与外框(6)靠近前板的一侧相插接以形成空腔,所述第三透气孔(3)与第一透气孔(1)和/或第二透气孔(2)相对应设置,且第三透气孔(3)的数量大于第一透气孔(1);优选的,第三透气孔(3)的数量等于第二透气孔(2),且第三透气孔(3)与第二透气孔(2)一一对应设置。
- 根据权利要求4所述的洗衣机机门,其特征在于,所述窗屏(5)在靠近其外周处设有可沿投放口(8)中心轴线旋转的环带(51),所述第二透气孔(2)间隔设于所述环带(51)上,旋转环带(51)使第二透气孔(2)与第三透气孔(3)在环带周向上对应相通或相错开设置。
- 根据权利要求4或5所述的洗衣机机门,其特征在于,所述窗屏(5)的边缘设有包围窗屏(5)的边框(52),所述边框(52)与外框(6)相卡接设置,并且所述边框(52)与外框(6)相贴合设置;优选的,边框(52)上设有可沿投放口(8)中心轴线旋转的环带(51),第二透气孔(2)间隔设于环带(51)上。
- 根据权利要求5或6所述的洗衣机机门,其特征在于,窗屏(5)的表面设有直径不同的两条环状凸缘(53),第二透气孔(2)分布于所述两条凸缘(53)围成的区域内;优选的,所述凸缘(53)分别设于环带(51)的外周和内周,可随凸缘(53)一起旋转,所述凸缘(53)远离前板的一面为粗糙面。
- 根据权利要求4~6任意一项所述的洗衣机机门,其特征在于,所述第一通气孔,第二通气孔和第三通气孔均为腰孔,并且所述腰孔的长边均指向投放口(8)的中心轴线设置。
- 根据权利要求1或3所述的洗衣机机门,其特征在于,投放口(8)外周设有若干透气口(7),且均设于投放口(8)上半;优选的,所述透气口(7)设于投放口(8)顶端。
- 根据权利要求4或5所述的洗衣机机门,其特征在于,外框(6)朝向前板的一侧,与内框(4)远离前板的一侧分别设有覆盖第三透气孔(3)和第一透气孔(1)的防尘网。
