现如今,国内外市场对冰箱产品的容积、外观及操作便捷性等方面均提出了越来越高的需求,越来越多的冰箱通过在门体上设置触控显示屏或其它电气部件,以提升冰箱的外观并实现相应的功能。现有枢转式门体多通过在铰链轴设置相应的线缆以实现门体上的电力传输;而就抽屉式门体而言,则需提供可随抽屉式门体的推拉移动而活动的线缆,以实现前述电气部件的供电。由于相应的抽屉盒与箱体内壁间隙较小,线缆较易与其它部件缠绕、磨损,甚而出现断裂失效。
针对上述问题,业内已公开有在冰箱的箱体与抽屉式门体间设置连杆组件,线缆自箱体侧沿相应的连杆组件连接至门体上的方案,但线缆在上述连杆组件自身的折弯变形位置承受应力较大,且该连杆组件反复操作时自身亦会出现磨损失效,影响抽屉式门体操作体验。业内亦公开有一种走线机构,通过在箱体内壁与抽屉式门体后侧分别设置固定架与支撑架,固定架上形成导向孔,线缆自固定架与内壁之间经由导向孔向间室内延伸,再穿过固定在支撑架上的线盒朝抽屉式门体延伸。上述走线机构对于线缆的活动部分仍难以形成有效的限位约束,该部分线缆仍有可能与滑轨或其它部件产生干涉,进而受挤压磨损,影响抽屉式门体上的电气部件工作。
鉴于此,有必要提供一种新的具有走线机构的冰箱。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种具有走线机构的冰箱,能够更好地避免线缆受损,且结构美观,工作可靠。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明提供一种具有走线机构的冰箱,包括箱体及抽屉式门体,所述箱体形成有朝前开口设置的间室,所述抽屉式门体可沿前后方向移动以打开或关闭该间室,所述抽屉式门体上设有电气部件;所述走线机构包括用以为所述电气部件供电的线缆、 收容部分所述线缆的拖链,所述拖链的一端固定在间室内部,且该拖链的另一端连接至抽屉式门体并随所述抽屉式门体一并前后移动。

结合图5所示,所述支撑架42具有与所述第三滑轨433相固定的固定部421、位于所述固定部421上方的承载部422。所述固定部421上设有至少两个前后间隔设置并用以安装所述第三滑轨433的安装孔423;前述齿轮481具体安装在所述固定部421的后端。所述承载部422自所述固定部421先朝间室11内部弯折再向上延伸至超出前述固定架41的高度,进而再朝该支撑架42对应安装的侧壁111方向弯折延伸以遮挡下方的固定架41。所述承载部422还设有与前述抽屉盒30相适配的限位孔424,以使得所述抽屉盒30向下放置并抵压在所述承载部422表面时,位置更稳定。除此,所述承载部422与前述第一延伸部412保持间隙设置,避免支撑架42移动过程汇总与固定架41发生刮擦磨损。
另,需要关注的是与前述线缆44、拖链45相应一侧的支撑架42的结构设计,该侧的所述支撑架42还具有位于所述固定架41下方的安装部425、连接设置在所述固定部421与安装部425之间的连接部426,所述安装部425、连接部426两者同样与所述第二延伸部413保持间隙设置。所述安装部425邻近所述支撑架42的前端设置,所述固定盒46固定安装于安装部425,也就是说通过该固定盒46实现前述拖链45前端与支撑架42的相互固定。所述连接部426的前侧朝所述固定架41的方向弯曲形成一翻折板4261,所述翻折板4261能在一定程度避免杂物落入,且使得结构也更为美观。
所述安装部425形成沿横向朝间室11内部一侧开放的安装空间,所述安装部425具有上下相对设置的顶板4251、底板4252以及连接顶板4251与底板4252的侧板4253。所述顶板4251与底板4252之间的高度与所述固定盒46相匹配且两者均设有第一卡口4254,优选地,所述顶板4251、底板4252上分别设有至少两个前后间隔设置的前述第一卡口4254。所述侧板4253设有第二卡口4255。所述底板4252的边缘还朝该支撑架42对应的侧壁111方向凹陷形成有一定位槽4256,更便于所述固定盒46的安装。所述底板4252的前后延伸长度不小于所述固定盒46的长度,且两者长度优选大致相当,既能满足所述固定盒46的稳定安装需求,又能避免所述底板4252影响连接至所述固定盒46上的前述拖链45的弯折变形。
通常地,所述拖链45包括若干依次相连的链节451。参图6所示,每一所述链节451均具有相对设置的两夹板4511、连接所述两夹板4511的两挡板4512,所述夹板4511、挡板4512共同形成用以收容线缆44的空腔。优选地,所述第一连接器441、第二连接器442两者至少其一可穿行通过该空腔,以利于实际生产与装配。当然,也可以缩减所述拖链45的尺寸,使得前述空腔与线缆44的外径相适配,藉此,提高该拖链45的美观性,并节省安装空间,但需先将线缆44穿行到该拖链45内,再连接设置相应的第一连接器441与第二连接器442。
所述夹板4511的两端则分别设有连接孔4513与连接柱4514,所述连接孔4513、连接柱4514两者分别与相应一侧相邻所述链节451中的连接柱4514、连接孔4513对接,并使得相邻所述链节451之间可沿所述连接孔4513、连接柱4514的轴向相互旋转。一般地,所述连接孔4513、连接柱4514分别设置为圆孔与圆柱,并且为使得相邻链节451能够保持自由活动,所述连接孔4513一侧的两夹板4511的间距大于所述连接柱4514一侧的所述两夹板4511的间距。
由于所述抽屉盒30与侧壁111间的空间所限,所述拖链45优选为在高度方向弯曲折叠设置,即使得所述拖链45中链节451的连接孔4513、连接柱4514均沿左右横向设置。本实施例中,为合理缩减所述线缆44及拖链45的设置长度及相应的材料成本,所述安装盒47优选设置在所述间室11邻近开口的位置。进一步地,所述安装盒47位于所述固定架41的下方且与所述支撑架42间隙设置。
所述固定盒46邻近支撑架42的前端设置,为避免所述拖链45在抽屉式门体20拉开时向外暴露,所述安装部425的侧板4253会向后超出前述安装空间继续延伸至该支撑架42的后端。同时,所述支撑架42还朝间室11内部突伸形成一支撑凸起427,所述支撑凸起427优选设置在所述支撑架42前后方向的中间位置,所述固定盒46的后端与该支撑凸起427间隔设置。此处所述的中间位置并非严格意义上限定为所述支撑架42的中点位置,其亦可以是所述支撑架42沿前后方向的中点附近的位置。当抽屉式门体20向外拉出时,所述支撑凸起427可避免拖链45的部分链节451向下垂落超出所述支撑架42,影响美观;当所述抽屉式门体20退回至关闭状态时,所述支撑凸起427也不会影响拖链45的变形收折。并且, 所述侧板4253朝后延伸超出所述支撑凸起427,所述支撑凸起427由所述侧板4253的下缘朝间室内侧翻折延伸所形成。所述支撑凸起427此处优选设置呈可对拖链45起支撑限位作用的板状结构。进一步地,也可以将所述底板4252设置为朝后延伸至相应该支撑架42中间位置的附近,即所述底板4252的后半部分即可实现前述支撑凸起427的作用,此时则无需另设前述支撑凸起427,就可满足产品装配需求。
结合图7与图8所示,所述固定盒46与支撑架42相互卡持固定,且所述固定盒46沿横向朝所述安装部425的一侧呈开口设置,以便于所述第二连接器442及门体侧电连接器的安装。所述固定盒46的后端开设有第一插接口461,所述固定盒46优选采用弹性绝缘材料制得,如有机树脂、塑胶等,以便于将所述拖链45的前端通过插接卡持的方式固定至所述第一插接口461,同时,以利于所述固定盒46与支撑架42的固定安装。
具体地,所述固定盒46包括上下相对设置的顶壁462与底壁463、连接所述顶壁462与底壁463的连接壁464。所述顶壁462的上表面、所述底壁463的下表面还分别形成有与前述顶板4251、底板4252上的第一卡口4254相配合固定的固定块4621、4631,所述固定块4621、4631设置呈楔形,所述固定盒46安装过程中,所述固定块4621、4631先受前述顶板4251、底板4252的挤压相向变形,继续滑动至所述固定块4621、4631与所述第一卡口4254相卡持固定。
所述固定盒46沿前后方向的中间位置还形成有用以收容第二连接器442及门体侧电连接器的收容腔465,为避免前述固定块4621、4631挤压变形时可能对收容腔465造成的影响,所述固定块4621、4631沿前后方向偏离所述收容腔465设置。优选地,所述固定块4621、4631均设置为两个且分别位于所述收容腔465的前后两侧。此处,为降低对固定盒46材料自身在低温环境下的弹性需求,所述顶壁462还形成有位于所述固定块4621旁侧的第一条形槽4622,所述第一条形槽4622两两一组设置,且同一组所述第一条形槽4622之间形成用第一弹性壁4623,所述固定块4621突伸形成于所述第一弹性壁4623的上表面。同理,所述底壁463也形成有位于固定块4631旁侧的第二条形槽4632,且所述固定块4631形成在相应的第二弹性壁4633的下表面。
所述固定盒46还包括形成于顶壁462或底壁463后端的固持壁466,所述固持壁466 与所述连接壁464相对设置,且所述固持壁466与所述连接壁464之间形成前述第一插接口461。所述固持壁466朝后并沿背离所述连接壁464的方向形成有固持块4661,所述固持块4661与前述第二卡口4255相互卡持固定,以进一步增强所述固定盒46的稳定性。除此,所述固定盒46的底壁463上还向下凸伸形成有一定位块4634,所述定位块4634可与所述定位槽4256相互配合,实现固定盒46安装进程中的定位装配。当然,前述定位槽4256亦可设置在前述顶板4251与连接部426的交接处,此时则需在所述固定盒46的顶壁462上凸设相应的定位机构,此处不再赘述。
所述连接壁464与固持壁466上还相对形成有与前述拖链45前端一链节451的连接孔4513或连接柱4514相配合的插接结构。此处,所述固持壁466固定连接于所述底壁463上,且所述固持壁466的上端与顶壁462分离设置,以使得前述第一插接口461在所述拖链45插接过程中沿横向扩开变形,便于装配。所述连接壁464与固持壁466朝向所述第一插接口461的一侧形成有相对设置的一组插接凸台467,所述插接凸台467的间距与前述链节451中相对的两夹板4511的间距相匹配,所述插接凸台467上开设有与所述连接柱4514相配合的插接孔4671,且所述插接凸台467还形成有向后倾斜延伸设置的导引面4672。所述一组插接凸台467上分别形成的导引面4672相对设置且其间距自前向后逐渐增大,所述链节451上的一组连接柱4514先与导引面4672的相接触,向前滑动插接的过程中,所述连接柱4514与插接凸台467相互挤压,所述固持壁466向背离连接壁464的一侧发生变形,同时,该链节451的两夹板4511的间距亦有所减小,直至所述连接柱4514滑进插接孔4671时,所述固持壁466及该链节451各自回复原状,完成所述拖链45前端的插接。为避免产生插接错位,所述第一插接口461内还形成有限位凸起,具体地,所述底壁463在邻近所述第一插接口461的位置还向上突伸形成有第一限位凸起4635。所述第一限位凸起4635可与前述链节451中下侧一挡板4512相抵接,避免拖链45插入过深,造成连接柱4514与插接孔4671相脱离,甚而造成拖链45或固持壁466的变形损坏。
此外,所述收容腔465的前后两侧还形成有阻挡肋468,所述阻挡肋468既能更好地保证收容腔465的结构强度,也对收容在其中的第二连接器442及门体侧电连接器实现有效的前后限位,避免两者前后位移或相脱离。所述收容腔465内部还形成有沿所述顶壁462、和 /或连接壁464、和/或底壁463的内侧表面延伸的凸肋469,所述凸肋469同样可对收容腔465的结构进行加强,也能对相互对接的所述第二连接器442及门体侧电连接器实现固持定位。
参图9所示,所述安装盒47与前述侧壁111直接固定,且所述安装盒47形成有向后开放的第二插接口471,所述第二插接口471用以与前述拖链45的后端相互插接配合。此处,所述安装盒47具有位于所述支撑架42与侧壁111之间的第一部分及位于所述支撑架42下方的第二部分,即所述安装盒47沿前后方向的截面整体呈反置的L状,所述第二插接口471形成在第二部分的后端。自所述第二插接口471引出的线缆44随所述拖链45向后延伸再向前实现180°弯折后继续延伸进入所述固定盒46。所述拖链45自身由于相邻链节451的限制作用,存有最小弯折半径,也就是说通过所述拖链45即能很好地限定线缆44的弯折变形角度,避免线缆44出现过度弯折变形损坏;且所述线缆44在固定盒46与安装盒47之间的延伸部分完全收容于所述拖链45中,能够很好地避免线缆44蹿动而受挤压磨损。
优选地,为减小所述拖链45沿横向所产生的应力,所述第一插接口461、第二插接口471两者在左右方向呈相互平齐设置。所述第一插接口461高于第二插接口471,并且考虑前述拖链45的最小弯折半径,所述第一插接口461与第二插接口471在高度方向上的高度差优选不小于所述拖链45最小弯折半径的两倍。
所述安装盒47具有前后相对设置的前壁472、后壁473及连接设置于所述前壁472与后壁473之间的盖板474,所述安装盒47同样采用弹性绝缘材料制得。所述后壁472在邻近所述第二插接口471处朝前延伸形成有配合板475,所述配合板475与盖板474朝向所述第二插接口471的一侧相对突伸形成有一对插接柱476,所述插接柱476与前述拖链45最后端链节451的连接孔4513相配合。其中,前述一对所述插接柱476,所述插接柱476的后侧形成有向后倾斜延伸设置的引导面4761。所述一组插接柱476上分别形成的引导面4761相对设置且其间距自前向后逐渐增大,所述链节451的两夹板4511先与所述引导面4761相接触,向前滑动插接的过程中,所述夹板4511与插接柱476相互挤压,所述配合板475向背离盖板474的一侧发生变形,同时,该链节451的两夹板4511的间距亦受挤压有所减小,直至所述插接柱476滑进所述连接孔4513时,所述配合板475及该链节451各自回复 原状,完成所述拖链45后端的插接。为避免产生插接错位,所述第二插接口471内同样形成有限位凸起,具体地,该第二插接口471沿竖直方向突伸形成第二限位凸起4711,所述第二限位凸起4711可与前述链节451中上侧一挡板4512相抵接,避免拖链45插入过深,造成连接孔4513与插接柱476相脱离,甚而造成拖链45或配合板475的变形损坏。
结合前述第一插接口461的结构描述,可以想见地,所述第一插接口461、第二插接口471两者与拖链45的配合结构可予以互相替换,即在所述第一插接口461内设置与所述链节451的连接孔4513相配合的插接柱(未图示),并在第二插接口471内设置与所述链节451的连接柱4514相配合的插接凸台与插接孔(未图示)。
所述安装盒47内还设有用以限制所述线缆44位置的限位件477,所述限位件477通常可设置为板状、柱状或勾状凸起机构,其能够有效限制线缆44在安装盒47内蹿动,避免所述第一连接器441与箱体侧电连接器相脱离。
所述安装盒47还形成有封闭设置的安装区域478,所述盖板474对应所述安装区域478的位置开设有开孔4741,并通过所述开孔4741实现该安装盒47与间室11的侧壁111的固定安装,同时有效避免间室11内的湿气侵入箱体10的隔热层。此处,所述盖板474的下方还形成有用以与固定凸起4742,所述固定凸起4742用以与间室11内壁或该间室11内另设的搁板(未图示)相固定,进一步增强所述安装盒47的结构稳定性。再有,所述安装盒47邻近所述前壁472的位置还形成有用以安置电控元件的安置腔479,如:可将感测所述抽屉式门体20是否关闭的传感器固设在该安置腔479内。
除此,所述抽屉式门体20后侧还固设有相应的门体支撑铁(未图示),所述门体支撑铁通过螺钉与所述支撑架42相互固定。在本发明的其它实施方式中,亦可将前述门体支撑铁与所述支撑架42设计呈一体,再与所述抽屉式门体20相固定。
综上所述,本发明通过前述走线机构40实现冰箱100的抽屉式门体20在间室11中的前后移动及该抽屉式门体20与箱体10的稳定电性连接。其中,所述线缆44位于固定盒46与安装盒47之间的部分完全收容在拖链45中,该拖链对所述线缆44形成有效的保护,避免所述线缆44挤压、变形、损坏,有效保证抽屉式门体20上的电气部件正常工作。除此,前述走线机构40的结构设计更为合理、安装简便、美观可靠。
应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施方式中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。
上文所列出的一系列的详细说明仅仅是针对本发明的可行性实施方式的具体说明,它们并非用以限制本发明的保护范围,凡未脱离本发明技艺精神所作的等效实施方式或变更均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种具有走线机构的冰箱,包括箱体及抽屉式门体,所述箱体形成有朝前开口设置的间室,所述抽屉式门体可沿前后方向移动以打开或关闭该间室,所述抽屉式门体上设有电气部件,其特征在于:所述走线机构包括用以为所述电气部件供电的线缆、收容部分所述线缆的拖链,所述拖链的一端固定在间室内部,且该拖链的另一端连接至抽屉式门体并随所述抽屉式门体一并前后移动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述拖链在高度方向弯曲折叠设置。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述走线机构还包括固定在间室内的安装盒,所述安装盒邻近所述间室的前方开口设置;所述拖链的一端沿前后方向连接至所述安装盒后侧。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述线缆朝向安装盒的一端设置有延伸至所述安装盒内的第一连接器,所述安装盒内设有用以限制所述线缆移动的限位件。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述走线机构还包括固定至所述抽屉式门体后侧的支撑架,所述拖链的另一端连接在所述支撑架上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述走线机构还包括固定在所述支撑架上的固定盒,所述拖链的另一端沿前后方向连接在所述固定盒后侧。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的走线机构,其特征在于:所述固定盒形成有收容腔,所述线缆朝向固定盒的一端设置有固定收容于所述收容腔内的第二连接器。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的走线机构,其特征在于:所述支撑架形成有用以安装所述固定盒的安装部,所述安装部设有第一卡口,所述固定盒形成有与所述第一卡口相配合固定的固定块;所述固定块偏离所述收容腔设置。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述支撑架突伸形成有用以限制拖链下 垂的支撑凸起。
  10. 根据权利要求5所述的走线机构,其特征在于:所述间室具有相对设置的两侧壁;所述走线机构包括安装在所述侧壁上的固定架及设置在所述支撑架与固定架之间的滑轨组件,所述滑轨组件包括固定在所述固定架上的定轨及与所述支撑架相固定的动轨。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的走线机构,其特征在于:所述走线机构还包括固定在所述抽屉式门体后侧的支撑架,所述支撑架上设有固定盒,所述固定盒形成有第一插接口;所述走线机构还包括固定在所述间室内的安装盒,所述安装盒形成有第二插接口;所述拖链的两端分别插设于所述第一插接口与第二插接口。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述拖链包括若干依次相接的链节,所述链节具有左右相对设置的两夹板,所述夹板的两端分别形成有连接孔与连接柱;所述固定盒具有上下相对设置的顶壁、底壁、连接所述顶壁与底壁的连接壁及相对所述连接壁设置的固持壁,所述第一插接口形成于所述连接壁与固持壁之间,所述连接壁与固持壁形成有相对设置的一组插接凸台,所述插接凸台上开设有与所述连接柱相配合的插接孔;所述插接凸台还形成有倾斜延伸设置的导引面。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述拖链包括若干依次相接的链节,所述链节具有左右相对设置的两夹板,所述夹板的两端分别形成有连接孔与连接柱;所述安装盒具有前后相对设置的前壁、后壁、连接所述前壁与后壁的盖板,所述后壁朝前突伸形成有与所述盖板相对设置的配合板,所述第二插接口形成于所述盖板与配合板之间,所述盖板与配合板形成左右相对的一对插接柱,所述插接柱与连接孔相配合以实现所述拖链与安装盒的连接;所述插接柱形成有倾斜延伸设置的引导面。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述第一插接口形成在所述固定盒后端,所述第二插接口形成在所述安装盒后端,所述第一插接口高于第二插接口。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述第一插接口与第二插接口内分别形成有限位凸起。
