Description

TRAILER FOOT WITH A DIFFERENT STRUCTURE
Technological Field:
The invention relates to a trailer foot with a different structure, which is also known as a parking foot, which ensures that the trailers carried by the trucks are fixed in the park alone.
Known State of the Technology:
Vehicles such as trailer trucks and trucks are some of the most important vehicles used in logistics. The trailers of these types of land vehicles allow the transportation of large tonnage cargoes.
The trailer feet are also used to support the load during the transportation and lowering of the loads of the vehicles pulling the loads and supporting the load on the ground in trucks, small trucks and etc.
In US3558092 and US3768088 patent applications, trucks, vans, etc. and the foot structures that emerged with the aim of ensuring the release of the trailer that draws the load by attaching to the rear of the vehicles are explained. The patent application US20110163523 discloses a development for flats used for transporting watercraft such as boats.
In the utility model file TR200902007 “Multi-speed trailer support footing” is described. This support footing has a very fast double reduction gear group and can be driven with a simple and universal crank arm to the place of support, with a gear group providing different speeds and large and small gears, the mechanism in which the load is supported. The number of parts forming the support legs used in the current system, or the difficulties in use, made the work of a new trailer foot essential.
Definition of the Invention:
The present invention is a trailer foot with a different structure, which can overcome the aforementioned disadvantages; the number of parts forming the mechanism that provides the movement of the column is small. This reduces the production costs due to its low cost.
Due to the engine of the invention, the trailer feet can be opened without leaving the driver's compartment. This provides ease of use. The low number of parts of the invention and a simple system reduce the costs of users. It can be used for a long time without maintenance. This system does not constitute weight and has a simple system. It is also easy to use, reducing investment and operating costs.
Due to the easy fixing of the components of the invention, they are able to make installation in a short time, effortlessly. The use of less powerful fittings and lightweight materials makes assembly easier.
Due to the easy fixing of the components forming the invention, it is easy to install and the costs are low due to the short installation time.

Description of the Invention:
The invention relates to two fixed screw bearings (2) secured in the body (G), the screw shaft (3) and which can move 360 degrees to the column (K) with the movement of the drive wheel bolt (1) at the end of the fixed screw bearings (2) and screw shaft (3) which can move up and down on the screw, comprises column screw bearing (4) (Figure- 1, Figure-2).
The different model of the invention is the up and down of the screw shaft (3) so that the two fixed screw bearings (2) fixed in the body (G) can move 360 degrees with the movement of the engine (5), the screw shaft (3) and the column (K). The movable comprises a column screw bearing (4) (Figure-3). The movement of the engine (5) is transferred to the vertical motion bevel gear (5.2) fixed to the screw shaft (3) by the horizontal motion bevel gear (5.1) associated to it (Figure-4).
In a different embodiment of the invention, the drive shaft (7) associated with the engine (5) has a foot link arm (6) which can be moved up and down by the 360 degree rotation of the drive shaft (7) (Figure-5, Figure-6). At the end of the drive shaft (7), the drive shaft screw thread (7.1) is provided. The drive shaft screw thread (7.1) moves within the foot connecting rod inner thread (6.2) of the foot link arm (6) (Figure-7). A channel (6.1) is formed on the outer surface of the foot link arm (6).
A further embodiment of the invention has a column (K) which can move up and down in the body (G) by the circular movement of the drive shaft (7) through which the engine (5) is actuated (Figure-8, Figure-9). The drive shaft (7) moves inside the body internal thread (8) formed in the body (G). There are threaded threads at the end or on the outer surface of the drive shaft (7) so as to be movable within the body internal thread (8).
The invention can be used as a whole or independently with a trailer by attaching it to the rear of the vehicles and in order to ensure that the trailer is pulled in trucks, vans and a like.
Detailed Description of the Invention:
The invention moves up and down on the screw shaft (3) so that the two fixed screw bearings (2) secured in the body (G) can move 360 degrees with the movement of the drive wheel bolt (1) and the screw shaft (3) that can move to the column (K). The able- to-attach column comprises column screw bearing (4) (Figure-1). Foot (A) is associated with the column (K). The column (K) can move up and down in the body (G). This action is achieved by rotating the drive wheel bolt (1) manually. The drive wheel bolt (1) is fixed on the screw shaft (3). By rotating the drive wheel bolt (1), the screw shaft (3) rotates and the column screw bearing (4) moves on the screw shaft (3).
In the different embodiment of the invention, the engine (5) is used. Unlike the previous model, the rotary movement is provided by a engine (5) instead of the drive wheel bolt (1). With the movement of the engine (5), the 360 degree rotation screw shaft (3) moves the column (K) up and down (Figure-3). The movement of the engine (5) is transmitted by the screw shaft (3), the horizontal motion bevel gear (5.1) and the vertical motion bevel gear (5.2) (Figure-4). The vertical motion bevel gear (5.2) at the end of the screw shaft (3) and the horizontal motion bevel gear (5.1) at the engine (5) end. The movement is transferred to the screw shaft (3) by means of the horizontal motion bevel gear (5.1) and the vertical motion bevel gear (5.2) positioned 90 degrees upright. With the engine (5) the screw shaft (3) rotates and the column screw bearing (4) moves on the screw shaft (3).
In another embodiment of the invention; at the end of the engine (5) there is a drive shaft (7). The drive shaft (7) moves the foot link arm (6) up and down, where the foot (A) is stationary (Figure-3). For this purpose, the drive shaft screw thread (7.1) is formed on the drive shaft (7) or at its end. The drive shaft screw thread (7.1) is movable inside the foot connecting rod inner thread (6.2) inside the foot link arm (6). With the movement of the engine (5), the drive shaft (7) at its end rotates and moves the foot connecting rod inner thread (6.2) up and down in the body (G) with the help of the channel (6.1) (Figure-6, Figure-7).
In another embodiment of the invention; at the end of the engine (5) there is a drive shaft (7). The drive shaft (7) moves inside the body internal thread (8) formed in the body (G) (Figure-9). With the rotation of the engine (5), the drive shaft (7) is rotated and the body moves in the internal thread (8), allowing the column (K) to approach or move away from the body (G).
