Description

Powder medicine weighing system
The present invention relates to a powder medicine weighing system that supports the weighing operation of powder medicine transferred from a powder medicine container to a transport container.
The powdery medicine dividing device may have a large number of masses arranged in a row, but a device equipped with a turntable capable of variably setting the number of divisions is often used for ease of use.
The turntable, which is also called an R disc, has an annular upper surface release groove formed therein, and is adapted to circulate and rotate the above annular groove.
The powdered medicine dividing device is configured to evenly distribute the powdered medicine from the powdered medicine feeder to the annular groove, and then cut out the powdered medicine from the annular groove according to the number of divisions.
The powder medicine packaging machine performs automatic packaging of divided powder medicines, and includes a powder medicine feeder, a powder medicine dividing device, a control device, and a packaging device. Then, after discharging the powdered medicine little by little from the powdered medicine feeder into which a predetermined amount of powdered medicine has been input, or while discharging the powdered medicine, the powdered medicine dividing device divides the powdered medicine into individual packages, and then the packaging device divides the powder. Has become.
Such a powdered medicine packaging machine and a powdered medicine dividing device (hereinafter, simply referred to as a powdered medicine packaging machine) include a manual loading type semi-automatic type and a machine loading type fully automatic type.
In the manual input type semi-automatic powder medicine packaging machine, a dispenser performs a container carrying operation for carrying a carrying container containing weighed powder and a powder carrying operation for putting the powder into the powder feeder from the carrying container. On the other hand, in the fully automatic powder medicine packaging machine, the machine also carries out container transportation work and powder injection work.
Since the manual input type powder medicine packing machine (for example, refer to Patent Document 1) is not equipped with a means for weighing the powder medicine charged into the powder medicine feeder, it is weighed using an electronic balance or the like in advance at another place before use. While manually taking out the required amount of powdered medicine from the powdered medicine container, transporting the transport container containing the weighed powdered medicine to the place of the powdered medicine packing machine, and throwing the powdered medicine from the carrying container to the powdered medicine feeder of the powdered medicine packing machine, Only after completing the series of operations, the powder powder dividing operation and the packaging operation cannot be started.
On the other hand, the machine-powder-type powder medicine packaging machine is a powder medicine container holding mechanism such as a shelf that holds a large number of powder medicine containers containing various powder medicines side by side, and a weighing machine that takes out the required powder medicine from the corresponding powder medicine container. Since the means and the powdered medicine charging means for charging the measured powdered medicine into the powdered medicine feeder are also provided, both the powdered medicine weighing operation and the powdered medicine charging operation are automatically performed.
In this machine loading type powder medicine dispensing and packing machine, an electronic scale and a carrying container move in a place of a large number of powder medicine storage containers to weigh and collect required powder medicines, and then to charge the powder medicine feeder (for example, patent (Refer to Reference 2), which holds a large number of powder medicine containers in a circulatory manner and moves the powder medicine container for a required powder to the weighing position/measurement position, and then inputs the powder into the powder medicine feeder while measuring the powder. There is (see Patent Document 3, for example).
There is also one in which a large number of powdered medicine containers are held in a circulating manner so that the powdered medicine container for a desired powdered medicine is moved to a weighing position/weighing position and then the powdered medicine is transferred to a transport container while being measured (for example, See Patent Document 4).
Since such a machine-type powder-dispensing and packaging machine has a high automation rate, it has high processing capacity for both weighing and packaging, and there are few weighing errors and packaging errors. It is often introduced to many pharmacies.
On the other hand, a manual-type powder dispensing and packing machine is small in size because it is simple and inexpensive, so that it is often introduced into a small-scale pharmacy.
In addition, regarding this manual input type powder dispensing machine, in order to facilitate the dispensing work from weighing to packaging, the drug packaging machine is stored in the dispensing table and a large number of powder dispensing machines are stored on the table. Some are equipped with shelves in which vessels can be arranged, an electronic balance for powder medicine measurement, and an information processing device for condition setting and measurement inspection (for example, refer to Patent Document 5). In the dispensing device of Patent Document 5, the weighing of the powdered medicine and the feeding of the feeder are still carried out manually, but the work of carrying the transport container containing the weighed powdered medicine is a light work to the extent that the dispenser moves his or her hand.
In addition, as a machine loading type powder medicine packaging machine, in recent years, further improvements have been made, and it has become possible to select whether to divide the weighed powder medicine after dividing it or package it without dividing it. Alternatively (see, for example, Patent Document 6), a powdered medicine packaging machine capable of transferring a powdered medicine container between a powdered medicine container shelf, a first powdered medicine discharging section, a second powdered medicine discharging section, and a powdered medicine measuring section (for example, Patent Literature 6). 7), a powder medicine container for preventing spillage of the powder medicine by setting the angle formed by the shielding surface of the shielding portion of the discharge port and the bottom surface near the shielding portion to be equal to or smaller than the angle at which the powder medicine does not collapse when opened A powdered medicine packaging machine has also been developed (see, for example, Patent Document 8).

It is known that it is difficult for a pharmacy equipped with a manual input type powder dispensing and packing machine to replace the machine loading type powder dispensing and packing machine due to restrictions such as installation location and cost.
As described above, in the manual input type powder dispenser, the dispenser places the transport container on the electronic balance, and the dispenser holds the powder dispenser in his hand and tilts it to measure the required powder dose. Manual work is performed to transfer from the container to the transport container.
For this reason, in the powder medicine weighing work, the burden on the dispenser remains heavy, and the time required for the work also remains long.
Therefore, it is a technical issue to realize a powder medicine weighing system that contributes to reducing the burden of manual powder medicine weighing work and shortening the dispensing time while suppressing the increase in installation place and cost.

In such a powdered medicine weighing system of the present invention (Solution 1), since the predetermined first information reader, the weighing device, the screen display, and the information processing device are provided, all of the prescription information or When receiving the prescription data containing a part of it, if the dispensing target is the first powdered medicine that requires manual weighing, the dispensing instruction information and the like useful for manual weighing are displayed on the screen and the first The first powder medicine container is confirmed by reading the powder medicine identification information. Therefore, the powdered medicine weighing operation of transferring the required powdered medicine from the powdered medicine container to the transport container while weighing the powdered medicine is properly performed even if it depends on the manual work of the dispenser.
Further, when a predetermined weighing device is provided and the second powder medicine container is placed in the container holding portion, the second powder medicine identification information attached to the container is read by the second information reader. The second powder medicine discharged from the second powder medicine container is also measured by the measuring unit. Therefore, when the second powdered medicine stored in the second powdered medicine container is targeted for dispensing, confirmation is made by reading the second powdered medicine identification information, and an operation instruction for weighing is issued. Therefore, apart from the operation of attaching/detaching the second powder medicine container to/from the container holding portion, the main weighing can be performed quickly and accurately by automatic weighing.
Then, during the automatic weighing, the dispenser is relieved of the weighing work, so that it becomes possible to perform other work, for example, manual weighing of the first powder in parallel.
Furthermore, the place where the powdered medicine is discharged from the mounted second powdered medicine container to be weighed is automatically processed by the weighing device, but other functions such as attachment and detachment of the second powdered medicine container may not be automated. Since the information processing device and the like are shared, the cost increase can be suppressed. Moreover, if there is room for adding a relatively small weighing device on the upper surface of the work desk or the like, it can be easily introduced even in a pharmacy or the like in which an existing manual input type powder-dispensing and packaging machine is already installed.
Therefore, according to the present invention, it is possible to realize a powdered medicine weighing system that contributes to a reduction in the burden of manual powdered medicine weighing work and a reduction in dispensing time while suppressing an increase in installation place and cost.
Further, in the powdered medicine weighing system of the present invention (Solution Means 2), when the screen of the dispensation instruction information relating to the second powdered medicine is displayed, the information capable of visually identifying the second powdered medicine container is also displayed on the screen. By doing so, even if the second powder medicine container is manually attached to and detached from the weighing device, it becomes easy for the dispenser to specify the necessary second powder medicine container in advance.
Furthermore, in the powdered medicine weighing system of the present invention (Solution 3), in addition to automatic confirmation by machine reading of the second powdered medicine identification information, visual confirmation by the dispenser who has seen the screen display is performed. As a result, not only the accuracy of confirmation can be increased, but also, for example, it is possible to flexibly cope with a situation where the user wants to change the order of weighing or a situation where he or she wants to use a different transport container at the turn of powder.
Further, in the powdered medicine weighing system of the present invention (Solution 4), since the measured value at that time is displayed on the screen during automatic weighing, even when the dispenser is manually weighing another powdered medicine, The dispenser can easily know the progress of automatic weighing by looking at the screen display.
Further, in the powdered medicine weighing system of the present invention (Solution 5), the measured value obtained by manual weighing and the measured value obtained by automatic weighing are included in the dispensed data by the information processing device. As a result, even if the manual weighing and the automatic weighing are mixed, the obtained data can be managed and used in a unified manner.
Further, in the powdered medicine weighing system of the present invention (Solution 6), if the second powdered medicine displayed on the screen as the object of automatic weighing is instructed to be switched to the manual weighing, it is excluded from the objects of automatic weighing and the first powdered medicine is removed. By enabling manual weighing as described above, for example, when the second powdered medicine in the second powdered medicine container unexpectedly hardens and it is desired to avoid the automatic preparation, the automatic preparation can be easily avoided. Alternatively, manual dispensing can be performed.

As shown in FIGS. 1, 5, and 6, the weighing device 40 of this example includes a controller 41, a container holding unit 42, a second information reader 43, and weighing units 44 and 45.
The controller 41 is composed of a microprocessor or the like, and in addition to inputting read information from the second information reader 43 by executing a predetermined program, controls the operations of the weighing units 44 and 45 and outputs the measured value. You can also enter.
The container holding portion 42 is formed by denting the central portion of the upper plate so that the second powder medicine container 60 can be easily attached and detached by holding it. Since the measuring units 44 and 45 are on the front side, the second powder medicine container 60 is placed on the measuring unit 44 with the opening side facing forward. Although only one second powder medicine container 60 can be placed in the illustrated one, a plurality of second powder medicine containers 60 may be placed.
The second information reader 43 can read the second powder medicine identification information 61 corresponding to the fact that the second powder medicine identification information 61 added to the second powder medicine container 60 is embodied by an RFID tag or the like. An RFID reader or the like is used. Moreover, the second information reader 43 is installed in an appropriate portion of the container holding unit 42 where wireless communication is possible by RFID. Then, when the second powder medicine container 60 is placed in the container holder 42 in an appropriate posture, the second information reader 43 reads the second powder medicine identification information 61 attached thereto. ..
The weighing unit 44 is provided with an imaging device and the like, and measures the amount of the dropped powder by, for example, photographing the powder that is gradually discharged from the second powder container 60 during the fall.
The weighing unit 45 is equipped with an electronic balance or the like, and measures the amount of powdered medicine stored in the transport container 70 from the initial value and the increment of the weight of the transport container 70 placed there, and the measurement thereof is performed. The measurement accuracy is improved by the value and the predictive control (see, for example, Japanese Unexamined Patent Application Publication No. 2018-11974).
The weighing device 40 including the weighing units 44 and 45 is configured to discharge the second powdered medicine from the second powdered medicine container 60 placed in the container holding unit 42 and automatically measure the second powdered medicine.
Based on such a hardware configuration, the powdered medicine weighing system 10 performs the following processing by the software of the information processing device 21+31.
That is, first, if the prescription data acquired via the prescription data input means 26 or the like includes the first powder for manual weighing as the prescription target, the dispensing instruction information 25 including the first powder is added to the drug master 22 or the second. It is created based on the first dispensing information 23. When the dispensing instruction information 25 is selected as the dispensing target of the powder dispensing unit 30, the corresponding dispensing instruction information 34 is created by copying the first dispensing information 23 or the like relating to the first powder, and the contents thereof. Is displayed on the screen display 33.
Next, when the first powder medicine identification information 51 is read from the first powder medicine container 50 containing the first powder medicine to be dispensed by using the first information reader 36, the screen display device 33 displays the corresponding first powder medicine. Specify the screen display part of by changing the color.
The screen display 33 also acquires and displays the weighing value from the weighing device 37. At that time, since the manual weighing generally takes time, the weighing value measured by the weighing device 40 is displayed on the screen display 33 at any time so that the progress of the weighing can be confirmed on the screen. It has become.
When the weighing is completed, the weighed value at that time is also included in the corresponding portion of the dispensed data 35 as the actual measurement value of the first powder to be dispensed.
Further, when the prescription data acquired via the prescription data input means 26 or the like includes the automatic lightweight second powdered medicine as the prescription target, the information processing apparatus 21 outputs the dispensing instruction information 25 including the second powdered medicine to the medicine master. 22 and the second preparation information 24.
When the dispensation instruction information 25 is selected as the dispensation target of the powder dispensation unit 30, the information processing device 31 obtains the corresponding dispensation instruction information 34 by copying the second dispensation information 24 or the like related to the second powder. It is created and the content is displayed on the screen display 33. At that time, the screen display 33 is the same information as the visual identification information 62 (in FIG. 4, the medicine name or code “0098”) or the information that can visually identify the second powder medicine container 60 can be substituted. The information, for example, the shelf number of the second powder medicine container 60 mounting destination, or both, is also displayed.
Then, when the second powder medicine identification information 61 is read by the second information reader 43 from the second powder medicine container 60 which contains the second powder medicine to be dispensed, the operation instructions of the measuring units 44 and 45 are read after the reading. Prior to sending to 40, a display for confirmation is displayed on the screen display 33. The dispenser makes a positive confirmation with respect to the confirmation displayed on the screen display 33 by the dispensing instruction input means 32, for example. When a positive confirmation is obtained, the information processing device 31 instructs the controller 41 of the weighing device 40 to start the operation of the weighing units 44 and 45. The information processing device 31 also obtains a measured value from the weighing device 40 and displays it on the screen display device 33 after instructing the weighing device 40 to operate the weighing units 44 and 45. When the measurement is completed, the measured value at that time is also included in the corresponding portion of the prepared data 35 as the actual measured value of the second powder to be prepared.
Further, regarding the second powdered medicine, when the second powdered medicine is not only accommodated in the second powdered medicine storage container 60 but also in the first powdered medicine storage container 50, by using the first powdered medicine storage container 50, Almost all of them can be weighed by the weighing device 37 like the first powder. Among the second powders, those that do not depend on automatic weighing and may be manually weighed can accept a switching instruction from automatic weighing by the weighing device 40 to manual weighing by the weighing device 37, for example. It can be designated by setting a flag or the like in the second dispensing information 24.
Regarding the corresponding dispensation instruction information 34 displayed on the screen display 33 and related to the second powdered medicine, an instruction to switch from weighing with the weighing device 40 to weighing with the weighing device 37 is accepted. Then, the screen display content related to the corresponding second powdered medicine is changed to the same as the screen display content related to the first powdered medicine. After that, when the weight is measured using the weighing device 37 like the first powder, the corresponding data update and screen display are performed, but if the weighing device 40 attempts to perform weighing, it is treated as an erroneous operation or an error, and the weighing process is performed. It is also controlled not to do it.
The instruction to switch from automatic weighing to manual weighing is input to the information processing device 31 by the operation of the dispensing instruction input means 32 relating to the screen display of the screen display 33 as described above, and the second powdered medicine is also input. It is also input to the information processing device 31 by an operation of reading the first powder medicine identification information 51 attached to the contained first powder medicine container 50 with the first information reader 36.
In other words, the second powdered medicine container 60 and the powdered medicine therein are powdered medicines that allow the manual discharge of the powdered medicine in addition to the automatic discharge of the powdered medicine by the weighing device 40, and further not only the second powdered medicine identification information 61 Even when the first powdered medicine identification information 51 is also attached, the above-mentioned switching instruction can be issued to the information processing device 31 by an operation of reading the first powdered medicine identification information 51 with the first information reader 36. ..
The usage mode and operation of the powdered medicine weighing system 10 of Example 1 will be described with reference to the drawings showing a display example of the screen display 33.

7 to 17 are diagrams showing a series of operation processes related to the corresponding dispensing instruction information 34 selected one from the dispensing instruction information 25. FIG. 7 is a display example of a dispensing instruction selection screen. 8 to 15 are display examples of the dispensing instruction information screen. FIG. 16 is a printing example of a dispensing result output paper sheet (ticket). FIG. 17 is a display example of a dispensing instruction information screen.
18 is a display example of a dispensing instruction selection screen. Further, FIG. 15 is a display example of the dispensing instruction information screen during the change from automatic weighing to manual weighing. FIG. 16 is a display example of the dispensing instruction information screen after changing from automatic weighing to manual weighing.
Assuming that some prescription data is input to the dispensation management unit 20 from the prescription data input means 26 or the like, further, the prescription data of five patients include powdered medicines that can be dispensed by the powdered medicine weighing system 10. The case will be described. At this time, five dispensing instruction information 25 are created in the dispensing management unit 20 corresponding to the prescription data of the patient.
When the dispenser activates the powder dispensing unit 30 in that state, a “dispensing instruction selection screen” is displayed on the screen display 33 (see FIG. 8). The screen display 33 displays a list of the above-mentioned five patient information in addition to the common items such as the dispensing person name and the setting field which are always displayed. Each patient information includes a reception number, patient name, reception date and time, voucher number, medical department, and the like.
When the dispenser selects appropriate patient information from the dispensing instruction input means 32, the powder dispensing unit 30 duplicates the dispensing instruction information 25 corresponding to the selection to obtain corresponding dispensing instruction information 34, and A “dispensing instruction information screen” based on the information 34 is displayed on the screen display 33 (see FIG. 8).
The screen display 33 displays the selected patient information related to the selected one patient information (see the leftmost column in the example of FIG. 8), and the content of the dispensing related to the powder prescribed to the patient is displayed on the screen. A list is displayed on the display device 33 (see the central column in the example of FIG. 8). If there is a guide or the like for prompting the weighing work, it is also displayed on the screen display 33 (see the bottom column in the example of FIG. 8).
If there are three types of powders prescribed to the selected patient, for example, "how many fine particles 1%", "somehow powder 2%" and "something granules 3%", the screen display 33 displays the list display. (Refer to the central column in the example of FIG. 8) Items such as “state”, “shelf number”, “cassette”, “drug name”, “daily dose”, “target value”, “measured value” The names are displayed side by side, and the item value for each powder is displayed under each line.
For example, in the case of "no matter how much fine particles 1%", the item value of "state" is blank before the completion of the dispensing, but is set to "done" after the completion of the dispensing. Similarly, the item value of "shelf number" is blank for manual weighing, but for automatic weighing is set to a shelf number such as "A-11". The item value of "cassette" is blank for manual weighing, but the value for automatic weighing is set to the value of the visual identification information 62 corresponding to the second powder medicine identification information 61, such as "0098". Each item value of “drug name” is a character string of the corresponding drug name. The item values of "daily dose" are all prescribed daily doses. The item value of “target value” is the total prescription amount. The item value “measured value” is blank in the initial state.
When such a display is displayed on the screen display 33 (see FIG. 8), for example, the first powder medicine container 50 containing “no matter how much granules 3%” for manual weighing is held in the hand and the first powder medicine identification is performed. When the information 51 is read by the first information reader 36, the information processing device 21 and/or the information processing device 31 performs a data search of the corresponding dispensing instruction information 34, etc., and the powdered medicine “nothing granule 3%” is currently available. It is confirmed that the manual weighing target has been selected, and a screen display for clarifying the manual weighing target is displayed (see FIG. 9).
Specifically, for example, while the color of the display line of the powder to be weighed manually “What is granule 3%” is changed to red (in FIG. 9, the display line related to the target powder is highlighted with a dot), In addition to the target value of the powder "3% granules" to be weighed, a display that clearly shows the allowable error and the like is added, and a display that guides that automatic weighing can be performed in parallel is also displayed (in the example of FIG. 9, Bottom column etc.).
The dispenser refers to these indications and manually weighs the powdered medicine “whatever granules 3%” using the weighing device 37. It should be noted that the metering device 40 can start automatic weighing of other powdered medicines at any time before or after the dispenser starts the actual work of manual weighing. Therefore, in the present embodiment, for example, the powder "Somehow powder 2%" is automatically measured in parallel.
In this case, the dispenser temporarily stops the manual work of the manual weighing, and instead manually puts the second powder medicine container 60 containing the powder "Somehow powder 2%" into the container of the weighing device 40. It suffices to place the holder 42 in a proper posture.
Then, the weighing device 40 uses an appropriate sensor or weight measurement to determine that the front door of the weighing device 40 is closed and that the transport container 70 is placed in the weighing unit 45 of the weighing device 40. Check automatically. By such confirmation, when the weighing device 40 is ready to start automatic weighing, the corresponding information processing device 21 and/or information processing device 31 outputs a display requesting confirmation of automatic weighing start to the screen display 33. For example, as shown in Fig. 10, a message such as "Do you want to start automatic weighing 2%?" is displayed. When starting automatic weighing, the dispenser selects "Yes" to perform automatic weighing. If you do not want to start, select "No".
Here, it is assumed that the dispenser selects and operates "Yes". Then, the automatic metering of the powder "Somehow powder 2%" by the metering device 40 starts. Since the weighing value of the weighing device 40 at that time is displayed in the corresponding item column of the screen display 33 at any time (see “13.8 g” in the actual measured value column of the corresponding powder in FIG. 11 ), the dispenser can perform automatic weighing. You can easily check the progress.
Further, the screen display 33 also displays a screen to clarify that automatic weighing is in progress. For example, only the above-mentioned applicable items are changed to red (in FIG. 11, the applicable parts are marked with a dot). Highlighting).
After the automatic weighing is started, the dispenser is freed from the dispensing work of the powder "Somehow powder 2%", and thus can resume and continue the manual dispensing work of the powder "something granule 3%".
Then, when the manual dispensing by the dispenser is completed, a screen display is displayed to clarify the completion of weighing of the corresponding powder "Nodanran 3%" (see Fig. 11). For example, on the screen display 33, the color of the display line of the powdered medicine “how many granules 3%” to be manually weighed is changed to, for example, light blue, and the final measured value and the completed state of the powdered medicine “Nozzle 3%” to be manually weighed are displayed. It is displayed (see “45 g” in the actual measurement value column and “Done” in the status column for the corresponding powder in FIG. 11). Here, the completion of the manual preparation can be automatically performed by the information processing device 21 and/or the information processing device 31 inputting the measured value data of the weighing device 37 by comparing with the target value, and the measured value of the weighing device 37. It can also be performed by the dispenser who knows the completion of the manual dispensation based on the display or the like and instructs the information processing apparatus 21 and/or the information processing apparatus 31 by operating the dispensation instruction input means 32 or the like.
When the automatic weighing of the powder "Somehow powder 2%" by the weighing device 40 is completed, the information processing device 21 and/or the information processing device 31 detects the completion of the automatic weighing, and the powder powder "Somehow powder 2" corresponding to the screen display 33 is detected. A screen indicating that the measurement of “%” is completed is displayed (see FIG. 12).
Specifically, the color of the display line of the powder "somehow powder 2%" to be automatically weighed on the screen display 33 is changed to, for example, light blue, and the final measured value of the powder "somehow powder 2%" to be automatically weighed. And the completion state are displayed (see “44.9 g” in the actual measurement value column and “Done” in the state column for the corresponding powder in FIG. 12).
The dispenser who confirms the completion of the automatic weighing of the powder "Somehow powder 2%" by looking at the display of the screen display 33 removes the second powder storage container 60 of the powder "Somehow powder 2%" from the weighing device 40, If the transport container 70 needs to be replaced, that is also performed, and the remaining powdered medicine "no matter how much fine particles 1%" is automatically weighed.
Briefly, avoiding the repetitive and complicated explanation, the dispenser manually puts the second powder medicine container 60, which contains the powder "no matter how much fine particles 1%", into the container holding portion 42 of the weighing device 40. Place in a proper posture. Then, in response to the automatic reading of the second powder medicine identification information 61, a display asking for confirmation of the start of automatic weighing is displayed (see FIG. 13), and a selection operation for starting automatic weighing is performed.
When the dispenser makes a selection operation, the metering device 40 starts automatic weighing of the powder "how much fine particles 1%". After that, the color of the corresponding item column of the screen display 33 is automatically changed and the weighing value is changed. It is displayed as needed (see “12.9 g” in the actual measurement value column of the corresponding powder in FIG. 14).
Then, when the weighing device 40 completes the automatic weighing of the powder "how many fine particles 1%", the screen display 33 displays a screen that clearly shows the completion of the weighing of the powder "how many fine particles 1%" (see FIG. 15). ).
Specifically, the screen display 33 changes the color of the corresponding display line to light blue and updates the corresponding item of that line (“44.9 g” in the actual measurement value column related to the corresponding powder in FIG. 15 and the status column). See "Done").
Further, although illustration is omitted, the screen display 33 also provides a notification that all the powdered medicines instructed by the corresponding dispensation instruction information 34 have been dispensed and a guide for urging the dispensing container 70 to be taken out from the weighing device 40. Is displayed on the screen.
In this way, all the dispensing work relating to the three types of powders to be dispensed is completed, so that the information processing device 21 and/or the information processing device 31 appropriately arranges the acquired data and the like and stores it in a database or the like. Further, the output device 38 prints and outputs a ticket (a powdered medicine dispensing result output paper piece) showing the powdered medicine dispensing result visually. The ticket shown in FIG. 16 is useful for reconfirmation of the dispensing work by the dispenser, final inspection by the inspector, and the like. The ticket (see FIG. 16) includes the name of the dispensed powder and information for distinguishing whether the dispense was performed by automatic weighing or manual weighing for easy visual confirmation for each powder. Tickets with automatic dispensing are marked with, for example, a "(self)" mark, and dispensed with manual weighing are marked with, for example, a "(hand)" mark. In addition, since the identification code for identifying the corresponding powdered medicine preparation is also printed on the ticket as a machine-readable barcode, etc., the desired information can be easily obtained at any time by machine-reading the identification code or searching the database. Can be used and used.
When the dispensation for one patient who is the target of dispensation is completed, the display of the screen display 33 returns to the "dispensing instruction selection screen" automatically by setting or in response to an instruction from the dispensing instruction input means 32 or the like (Fig. 17). On that screen, the information of the patients who have completed the powdered medicine is no longer displayed, and the patient information of the remaining four patients is displayed in a list. When the powdered medicine preparation for other patients is continuously performed, the above-mentioned work may be repeated as many times as necessary. Then, the powdered medicine after preparation is carried as a set together with the transport container 70 containing the powdered medicine and the corresponding ticket printed by the output device 38, and is put into the powdered medicine packaging machine 6 after inspection. At that time, the information necessary for packaging is downloaded from the powdered medicine weighing system 10 to the powdered medicine packaging machine 6 or from the prescription data transmission 4 to the powdered medicine packaging machine 6 by reading the bar code of the relevant ticket, so that it is simple and accurate. The packaging is done.
The above is a description of the operation when the manual weighing and the automatic weighing of the powdered medicine proceed smoothly, but some cases in which they cannot proceed smoothly will also be explained.
First, when it is detected that the transport container 70 is not placed on the weighing unit 45 of the weighing device 40 when the second powder medicine container 60 is placed on the container holding unit 42 of the weighing device 40, “the measuring cup is The message is not set. Please check the measuring cup and then restart the measurement.” is displayed on the screen display 33 (see FIG. 18). On the other hand, if the dispensing instruction input means 32 is operated and, for example, “No” is selected, automatic weighing is stopped. When the transport container 70 is set and the front door is closed and "Yes" is selected, automatic weighing is executed.
Although illustration is omitted, if the front door of the weighing device 40 remains open even if the transport container 70 is set, a confirmation message prompting the user to close the front door is displayed on the screen.
Further, although not shown in the drawing, when the second powder medicine container 60 which is being attached to the weighing device 40 is emptied during the automatic weighing, a confirmation message prompting the powder medicine supplement to the second powder medicine container 60. Is displayed on the screen, and the automatic weighing is restarted after the second powder medicine container 60 is reloaded after the powder medicine is replenished.
Further, (see FIG. 19), when the dispensing instruction information screen is displayed on the screen display 33, among the powdered medicines to be automatically weighed that have not been automatically weighed, It is also possible to change from the target to the target of manual weighing.
Automatic weighing is generally preferred over manual weighing because automatic weighing is generally faster and more accurate. However, even when an unexpected abnormality is found in the powdered medicine in the second powdered medicine container 60 when the target second powdered medicine container 60 is picked up, undesired coagulation due to moisture is found, With the configuration in which the automatic weighing and the manual weighing can be changed, the dispenser can use the alternative first powder medicine container 50 to perform the required dispensing.
When changing from automatic weighing to manual weighing, the dispenser indicates that for the corresponding powder, for example, "1% fine granules", the status column and the actual measurement column are blank and the automatic dispensing has not been started. After confirming the information screen, the user operates the dispensing instruction input means 32 to instruct to change to manual weighing. The screen display 33 displays a confirmation message such as "How many fine particles 1% should be changed from automatic weighing to manual weighing?" (see FIG. 19).
When “Yes” is selected on the screen shown in FIG. 19, the information processing device 21 and/or the information processing device 31 targets the powder “no matter how much fine particles 1%” for manual weighing, and the corresponding information on the screen display 33. The shelf number column and the cassette column of the display line are changed to blanks for the manual weighing display (see FIG. 20). Since the dispenser can easily visually confirm the change in the display of the screen display 33, the manual weighing can be performed by the procedure described above.
[Other]
The case where only one weighing device 40 is equipped in the powdered medicine weighing system 10 of the above-described embodiment has been described, but if there is room for additional equipment on a desk or the like, a plurality of weighing devices 40 can be added to perform a plurality of automatic weighings. Even the parallel processing may be performed.
In the above-described embodiment, the dispensing instruction information 25 selected as the dispensing target is duplicated to create the corresponding dispensing instruction information 34, but this duplication is not essential, and for example, an appropriate pointer. For example, which of the dispensing instruction information 25 is the corresponding dispensing instruction information may be determined.
In the above-described embodiment, the manual measurement using the weighing device 37 has been described in the case where the actual measurement value during the weighing process is not displayed on the screen. However, due to the hardware configuration, the measurement data of the weighing device 37 is sent to the information processing device 31 at any time. It is possible to send. Therefore, in the manual weighing using the weighing device 37, the actual measurement value during the weighing may be displayed on the screen display 33 and updated at any time. Further, the automatic weighing is faster than the manual weighing, and further, in order not to be confused with the weighing value display during the manual weighing, the screen display 33 may refrain from updating the weighing value until the weighing is completed. ..
In the above embodiment, when the automatic weighing is switched to the manual weighing, the display of the shelf number or the cassette number is changed to blank in the screen display of the corresponding powder, but this is not essential. Since the switching is performed by the dispenser's recognition, the display of the shelf number or the cassette number on the screen display 33 may be left unchanged when switching from automatic weighing to manual weighing. Alternatively, it may be divided into cases such as switching by reading the first powdered medicine identification information 51, but not changed by switching with reading the second powdered medicine identification information 61.
In the above-mentioned embodiment, the powdered medicine dispensing machine 6 can be connected to the powdered medicine dispensing unit 30 online, but even if the powdered medicine dispensing machine 6 is off-line, the powdered medicine dispensing unit 30 operates and is used without any inconvenience. be able to.
