Description

Daylighting device
The present invention relates to a daylighting device.
The present application claims priority based on Japanese Patent Application No. 2019-20716 filed in Japan on February 7, 2019, the contents of which are incorporated herein by reference.
Patent Document 1 includes a light guide film 11, a transparent plate 16 made of glass or acrylic to which the light guide film 11 is fixed, and a quick release mechanism 17 for fixing the transparent plate 16 to the frame 2 of the panel. An optical device 1e is disclosed. The light guide film 11 is fixed to the first surface on the panel side of the translucent plate 16, and the quick release mechanism 17 is fixed to the second surface on the side opposite to the panel. The quick release mechanism 17 is attached to the end surface of the frame 2 that is farthest from the panel in the panel thickness direction.
Taiwan Utility Model No. 409758
However, in the configuration described in Patent Document 1, the light guide device (hereinafter, this may be referred to as a daylighting device) protrudes in the thickness direction from the panel by at least the thickness of the frame and the quick release mechanism, and particularly the quick release. The mechanism projects from the frame. For this reason, when the panel is moved, the quick release mechanism protruding from the frame interferes with surrounding members, which may reduce the mobility of the panel.
One aspect of the present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a daylighting device capable of suppressing a decrease in mobility of a panel to be installed.
A daylighting device of one embodiment of the present invention is attached to an end portion including at least a part of an upper side of a daylighting film and a daylighting film that emits light as outgoing light by changing an angle of incident light entering from a panel. An end protection member that covers and protects the end, and a first double-sided adhesive that is attached to the end protection member and that attaches the end protection member to the panel are provided.
According to one aspect of the present invention, it is possible to provide a daylighting device that does not impair the movability of the panel to be installed.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
[First Embodiment]
FIG. 1 shows a daylighting device 100 according to the present embodiment. 2 is a schematic sectional view taken along line II-II in FIG. As shown in FIG. 1, the daylighting device 100 includes a daylighting film 105 that emits light as outgoing light 104 by changing the angle of incident light 103 entering from the panel 101.
The incident light 103 from the outside is emitted as the emitted light 104 to the room by the daylighting device 100 installed on the indoor side of the panel 101. The panel 101 is, for example, translucent plate-shaped glass or resin used for windows of buildings or vehicles. Further, the panel 101 is supported by a frame 102 such as a sash provided around the entire circumference of the panel 101 and capable of opening and closing the panel 101.
The lighting device 100 includes end protection members 106 and 108 that are attached to an end portion including at least a part of the upper side of the lighting film 105 and cover and protect the end portion of the lighting film 105. Further, the daylighting device 100 includes double- sided adhesives 203 and 204 attached to the end protection members 106 and 108 and sticking the end protection members 106 and 108 to the panel 101.
Further, the daylighting film 105 is inserted into the grooves 211 and 212 provided in the end protection members 106 and 108. The daylighting film 105 includes a prism layer that changes the angle of the incident light 103 that enters to be the emitted light 104, and a base material (not shown) for ensuring rigidity.
-The daylighting film 105 is provided with holes 107A, 107B, 107C (107) on the upper side in the vertical direction when the film is installed. Further, the end protection member 106 is provided with projections 202A, 202B, 202C (202) corresponding to the holes 107A, 107B, 107C. The projections 202A and 202B are not shown.
In FIG. 1, the edge protection member 106 covers the entire upper side of the daylighting film 105, but the edge protection member 106 may cover a part of the upper side of the daylighting film 105. Similarly, in FIG. 1, the edge protection member 108 covers the entire lower side of the daylighting film 105, but it is sufficient that the edge protection member 108 covers a part of the lower side of the daylighting film 105.
The end protection member 106 is separated into an end protection member 106A on the panel 101 side and an end protection member 106B on the indoor side when the lighting device 100 is attached to the panel 101. For example, when the projection 202 is provided on the end protection member 106A and the end protection member 106B is provided with a hole or a recess corresponding to the projection 202, the end protection member 106A fixes the end protection member 106B. be able to. A pawl may be provided on the outer periphery of the end protection member 106B, and the end protection member 106B may be fixed by being fitted into the end protection member 106A.
Since the end protection member 106 can be separated into the end protection members 106A and 106B, the end protection member 106A can be fixed by the double-sided adhesive 203 when the daylighting device 100 is installed on the panel 101. Thereby, the installation position of the daylighting device 100 with respect to the panel 101 is determined.
As a detailed procedure for installing the lighting device 100 on the panel 101, after the end protection member 106A is fixed to the panel 101, the end protection member 108 is fixed to the panel 101 by the double-sided adhesive 204. Next, the hole 107 and the protrusion 202 are brought into contact with each other, so that the daylighting film 105 is supported by the end protection member 106A. In this case, the protrusion 202 provided inside the end protection member 106 serves as a support portion that supports the daylighting film 105. It should be noted that by providing the support portion inside and hiding the support portion, the appearance of the daylighting device 100 can be adjusted, and even when the daylighting device 100 is installed, the appearance of the panel 101 can be less likely to be damaged.
When the daylighting film 105 is supported by the edge protection member 106A, it is necessary to bend the daylighting film 105 in order to insert the daylighting film 105 into the edge protection member 108. Next, the hole or recess corresponding to the projection 202 provided on the end protection member 106B and the projection 202 come into contact with each other, whereby the end protection member 106B is fixed to the end protection member 106A.
As described above, in the daylighting device 100 according to the present embodiment, since the edge protection members 106 and 108 are attached to the panel 101 instead of the frame 102 by the double- sided adhesives 203 and 204, the mobility of the panel 101 is unlikely to be impaired. ..
For example, when the lighting device 100 is fixed to the front surface (front surface in FIG. 1) or the side surfaces (upper, left, right surfaces in FIG. 1) of the frame 102 by a mounting member for mounting the lighting device 100 to the frame 102, the mounting is performed. The member projects from the frame 102.
Therefore, when the panel 101 is moved, the mounting member protruding from the frame 102 may interfere with the members around the frame 102 and impair the mobility of the panel 101. On the other hand, since the end protection members 106 and 108 are attached to the panel 101 instead of the frame 102 by the double- sided adhesives 203 and 204, it is possible to prevent a part of the lighting device 100 from protruding from the frame 102, and It is possible to suppress a decrease in the mobility of 101.
Further, in the daylighting device 100, only the end protection member 106 is attached to the panel 101, the contact portion between the daylighting device 100 and the panel 101 is limited, and the load on the panel 101 is suppressed. 101 can be easily attached and detached.
Further, in the daylighting device 100, since the daylighting film 105 is supported by the end protection member 106, it is easy to make the daylighting device 100 as large as the panel 101. Therefore, a plurality of daylighting devices 100 must be spread over the panel 101. There are few cases. Therefore, even when the lighting device 100 is installed on the panel 101, the appearance and design of the panel 101 can be easily maintained.
Further, since the double- sided adhesives 203 and 204 are not directly attached to the daylighting film 105, there is no need to worry that the daylighting device 100 may be peeled off from the panel 101 due to heat shrinkage or thermal expansion of the daylighting film 105. Since it is not necessary to consider the heat shrinkage and the thermal expansion of the daylighting film 105, it is easy to make the daylighting device 100 larger than a predetermined size.
Since it is not necessary to consider the thermal contraction and thermal expansion of the daylighting film 105, it becomes easy to set the width of the daylighting device 100 to be 1.8 m or more, for example.
When the temperature difference between day and night is 30° C., the material of the daylighting film 105 is a polyester film (hereinafter, this may be referred to as PET film), and the material of the panel 101 is glass, the daylighting film 105 per width of 1.8 m. The thermal contraction and the thermal expansion of the panel 101 exceed 1 mm, and the difference in the thermal expansion and the thermal contraction with the panel 101 also exceeds 0.5 mm. The coefficient of thermal expansion of the PET film is 2.0 (10 −5 /° C.), which is about twice the coefficient of thermal expansion of glass.
For example, when the daylighting film 105 is directly attached to the panel 101, if the daylighting film 105 is made thin, the daylighting film 105 may be peeled off from the panel 101 or the daylighting film 105 may be bent due to thermal expansion or contraction of the daylighting film 105. On the other hand, in the daylighting device 100 of the present invention, since the double- sided adhesives 203 and 204 are not directly attached to the daylighting film 105, the daylighting film 105 is peeled off from the panel 101 even when the daylighting device 100 has a predetermined size or more. It is difficult for the lighting film 105 to be distorted.
Further, since the position where the daylighting device 100 is installed on the panel 101 is determined only by the end protection member 106A which is a part of the daylighting device 100, the daylighting device 100 can be easily installed on the panel 101 as intended. You can
Like the end protection member 106, the end protection member 108 may be separated into the side to be attached to the panel 101 and the indoor side, or the side to be attached to the panel 101 may be attached first. For this reason, when the daylighting film 105 is separable, it is not necessary to bend the daylighting film 105 to insert the daylighting film 105 into the end part protection member 108 when the daylighting film 105 is supported by the end part protection member 106A.
When the end protection member 108 is separable, a projection is provided as a support portion on the end protection member 108 as with the end protection member 106, and the projection is provided on the lower side in the vertical direction when the daylighting film 105 is installed. You may provide the hole corresponding to a part. In this case, in addition to the end protection member 106, the end protection member 108 also supports the daylighting film 105 on the lower side in the vertical direction, so that the end protection member 108 is protected from the end portion as compared with the case where no projection is provided. The members 106 and 108 can firmly support the daylighting film 105.
When the support portion is provided on the end protection member 108, the support portion need not be provided on the end protection member 106. This is because the support portion provided on the end protection member 108 can limit the movement of the daylighting film 105 in the width direction, and the end protection member 106 can limit the movement of the daylighting film 105 in the thickness direction. Even when the end protection member 108 is provided with the support portion and the end protection member 106 is not provided with the support portion, the end protection member 108 is not provided with the support portion and the end protection member 106 is provided with the support portion. A daylighting film can be supported.
Voids 213 and 214 are provided between the end protection members 106 and 108 and the ends of the daylighting film 105, so that the daylighting film 105 is not distorted even when the daylighting film 105 expands. You can
Specifically, the void portion 213 is formed between the upper end portion of the daylighting film 105 and the end portion protection member 106, and the void portion 214 is formed between the lower end portion of the daylighting film 105 and the end portion protection member 108. To be done.
The distance between the inner surface of the end protection member 106A and the inner surface of the end protection member 106B is larger than the thickness dimension of the daylighting film 105. Further, the distance from the protrusion 202 to the inner lower surface of the end protection member 106B (the lower surface of the portion extending in the film thickness direction) is larger than the distance from the upper end of the daylighting film 105 to the hole 107.
An elastic sealing material 201 made of an elastic material such as rubber may fill the gap between the panel 101 and the frame 102. Although not shown, an outer frame may be provided outside the frame 102 such as a sliding window, and a mechanism for opening and closing the panel 101 is provided between the frame 102 and the outer frame. May be.
The sum t2 of the thicknesses of the end protection members 106 and 108 and the thicknesses of the double- sided adhesives 203 and 204 is the frame 102 for opening and closing the panel which is provided on the entire circumference of the panel 101 from the outside of the panel 101 and supports the panel 101. Is smaller than the thickness t1 to the outside. The thickness t1 is, for example, about 5 mm to 10 mm. Therefore, the lighting device 100 can ensure the movability of the frame 102 even when applied to a sliding window or the like.
The double-sided adhesive 203 is attached to the entire surface of the end protection member 106 facing the panel 101. Similarly, the double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive 204 is attached to the entire surface of the end protection member 108 of the end protection member 108 facing the panel 101. In this embodiment, since the daylighting film 105 is supported by the end protection member 106 as described above, the end protection member 108 may be omitted.
When the edge protection member 108 is provided, it is provided on the lower side of the daylighting film 105 so as to correspond to the edge protection member 106 provided on the upper side of the daylighting film 105, and the edge part protection member 106 supports the daylighting film 105. If you can't do it, support it instead. The edge protection members 106 and 108 preferably have the same width as that of the daylighting film 105 from the viewpoint of supporting the daylighting film 105, and the holes 107 and the protrusions 202 are preferably provided at least at both ends and the center.
It is more desirable that the holes 107 and the protrusions 202 are provided at predetermined intervals of about 20 cm. By providing the holes 107 and the protrusions 202 at predetermined intervals, it is possible to evenly disperse the thermal expansion and contraction of the daylighting film 105 when the daylighting film 105 undergoes thermal expansion and contraction. Can be suppressed.
In this way, the double- sided adhesives 203 and 204 are not attached to the entire surfaces where the daylighting device 100 and the panel 101 face each other, and the end protection members 106 and 108 provided at the end portions of the panel 101 are connected to the panel 101. By attaching the double- sided adhesives 203 and 204 only to the facing surfaces, the attachment area can be reduced and the daylighting device 100 can be easily peeled off from the panel 101.
Further, due to the reduction of the adhesion area, it is possible to make it difficult for some of the double- sided adhesives 203 and 204 to remain on the panel 101 when the lighting device 100 is peeled off from the panel 101, so that the load on the panel 101 can be reduced. ..
Further, since the daylighting film 105 is supported only by the end protection member 106 but not fixed, it is possible to suppress the influence of the difference in the coefficient of thermal expansion between the daylighting film 105 and the end protection member 106. Therefore, for example, when the daylighting film 105 expands or contracts, the end protection member 106 is not affected, and the endlight protection film 106 does not deform due to the influence of the daylighting film 105. Further, since the edge protection member 106 is not deformed by the influence of the daylighting film 105, the double-sided adhesive 203 is not peeled off due to the stress due to the deformation of the edge protection member 106.
Further, the double-sided adhesive 203 is composed of adhesive materials 205 and 207 having adhesiveness and a base material 206 having rigidity. The adhesive material 205 adheres the end protection member 106 and the base material 206, and the adhesive material 207 is a base material. The material 206 and the panel 101 are attached. Similarly, the double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive 204 includes pressure-sensitive adhesive materials 208 and 210 and a rigid base material 209. The adhesive material 208 adheres the end protection member 108 and the base material 209, and the adhesive material 210 is The base material 209 and the panel 101 are attached.
In the double- sided adhesives 203 and 204, at least one of the peeling strength and the shear adhesive strength of the adhesive materials 207 and 210 on the incident light 103 side (panel 101 side) (hereinafter, this may be referred to as adhesive strength) is emitted light. It is lower than the pressure-sensitive adhesive materials 205 and 208 on the 104 side ( end protection members 106 and 108 side). Therefore, the lighting device 100 can be easily peeled off from the panel 101, and when the lighting device 100 is peeled off from the panel 101, the lighting device 100 maintains the adhesion between the end protection members 106 and 108 and the double- sided adhesives 203 and 204. be able to.
The adhesive materials 205 and 208 are, for example, acrylic adhesive materials, and have a peel strength of 2 N/cm or more and a shear adhesive strength of 1 N/cm 2 or more as an evaluation result in a 90° peel test. The adhesive materials 207 and 210 are, for example, acrylic or silicone adhesive materials, and have a peel strength of 2 N/cm or less and a shear adhesive strength of 1 N/cm 2 or more as a result of evaluation in a 90° peel test, and have self-adhesiveness. Use as an adhesive.
The double- sided adhesives 203 and 204 of this embodiment are provided with base materials 206 and 209 between the adhesive materials 205 and 208 and the adhesive materials 207 and 210 in order to increase the rigidity of the double- sided adhesives 203 and 204. Has been. The rigidity of the double- sided adhesives 203 and 204 is adjusted by changing the thickness of the base materials 206 and 209 and the material of the base materials 206 and 209. The rigidity of the double- sided adhesives 203 and 204 is set to a predetermined value or more so that the lighting device 100 can be easily peeled off from the panel 101.
When the edge protection member 106 has a rigidity of a predetermined value or more and the edge protection member 106 has sufficient rigidity to support the weight of the daylighting film 105 and support the daylighting film 105, the adhesive material 205 and the adhesive material 207 are included. You may directly combine and.
For example, when the edge protection member 106 is a PET film having a width of 1 cm and a thickness of 50 μm, the edge protection member 106 can bear the weight of the daylighting film 105 and has sufficient rigidity to support the daylighting film 105. ..
Here, the rigidity means bending rigidity, and the bending rigidity is a physical property value expressed by the formula of bending rigidity (EI)=Young's modulus (E)×second moment of area (I), and Young's modulus is peculiar to the material. The value and the moment of inertia of area are values that depend on the cross-sectional shape. In the case of an object whose cross section is width b and thickness h, the moment of inertia of area is calculated by I=bh 3 /12. Although the Young's modulus of the PET film is slightly different depending on the material, it is generally 3 to 4 GPa.
Even when the adhesive material 205 and the adhesive material 207 are directly bonded, the ease of peeling the panel 101 from the lighting device 100 is the same as when the base material 206 is provided on the double-sided adhesive 203. Regarding the double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive 204 attached to the end protection member 108, the pressure-sensitive adhesive material 208 and the pressure-sensitive adhesive material 210 may be directly bonded without providing the base material 209.
The configuration of the protection member 106 and the like may be as shown in an enlarged view of another lighting device according to the first embodiment shown in FIGS. 3(A), (B), and (C). As shown in FIG. 3A, all the protrusions 202 are provided with a notch 301 that is slightly thicker than the thickness of the daylighting film 105 and has a rectangular cross section and extends in the width direction of the protrusions 202. May be.
Since the notch portion 301 restricts the movement of the daylighting film 105 in the thickness direction, the edge protection member 106 of the daylighting film 105 is more strongly supported than when the notch portion 301 is not provided, and the wobbling of the daylighting film 105 is prevented. Can be held down.
Further, as shown in FIG. 3B, all the projections 202 are provided with a cut portion 302 having a slightly thicker thickness than that of the daylighting film 105 and a triangular cross section and extending in the width direction of the projection 202. May be.
The notch 302 limits the movement of the lighting film 105 in the thickness direction as the lighting film 105 bites under its own weight. Therefore, as compared with the case where the notch 301 is provided, the edge protection member 106 of the daylighting film 105 is more strongly supported, and the wobbling of the daylighting film 105 can be suppressed.
In addition, in the daylighting device 100 of the present embodiment, a daylighting film 305 without the hole 107 shown in FIG. 3C may be used. In this case, the clip portion 304 needs to be provided as a support portion that supports the daylighting film 305 inside the end protection member 303 installed on the upper side of the daylighting film 305. For example, the number of the clip portions 304 may be one or more, and for example, three clip portions 304 are provided in the width direction.
The clip portion 304 is provided on the panel-side inner surface of the end protection member 303 so as to project toward the surface (opposing surface) facing the inner surface of the end protection member 303, and elastically deforms in the thickness direction of the daylighting film 105. It is possible.
The clip portion 304 supports the daylighting film 105 by pressing the daylighting film 105 in the thickness direction of the daylighting film 105 against the facing surface 303B of the end protection member 303, and prevents the daylighting film 105 from dropping vertically downward. Even when the clip part 304 is provided in the daylighting device 100, the same effect as when the projecting part 202 is provided in the daylighting device 100 is obtained.
Further, when the clip portion 304 is provided, since the lighting film 105 can be installed without separating the end protection member 303 when the lighting device 100 is installed, the end protection member 303 does not have to be separable.
In the daylighting device 100 of the present embodiment, the end protection members 106 and 108 do not have to be fixed to the panel 101, and if the movability of the frame 102 can be ensured, the end protection members 106 and 108 are provided. May be fixed to the surface of the frame 102 provided in the vertical direction. As an example of the case where the movability of the frame 102 can be ensured even if the end protection members 106 and 108 are fixed to the surface provided in the vertical direction of the frame 102, a daylighting device is used not on the sliding window but on the outside window or the like. The case where 100 is applied is mentioned.
[Second Embodiment]
In the first embodiment, the case where the daylighting film 105 is mainly supported by the supporting portions provided on the end protection members 106 and 303 provided on the upper sides of the daylighting films 105 and 305 has been described. On the other hand, the present embodiment differs from the first embodiment mainly in that the daylighting film 405 is mainly supported by the end protection member 402 provided on the lower side of the daylighting film 405.
FIG. 4 shows a daylighting device 400 according to the present embodiment. FIG. 5 is a schematic sectional view taken along line VV of FIG. As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, in the daylighting device 400 of the present embodiment, the daylighting film 405 is mainly supported by the end protection member 402 provided on the lower side of the daylighting film 405.
As shown in FIG. 4, the daylighting device 400 includes a daylighting film 405 that changes the angle of the incident light 103 entering from the panel 101 and emits it as outgoing light 104. The incident light 103 from the outside is emitted as the emitted light 104 to the room by the lighting device 400 installed on the indoor side of the panel 101.
The lighting device 400 includes end protection members 401, 402, 403, and 404 that cover and protect the entire circumference of the end of the lighting film 405. Further, the daylighting device 400 includes double- sided adhesives 501 and 502 attached to the end protection members 401 and 402 and attaching the end protection members 401 and 402 to the panel 101. Although not shown, the end protection members 403 and 404 are similarly attached to the panel 101 with a double-sided adhesive.
Since the double- sided adhesives 501, 502 and the like for attaching the end protection members 401, 402, 403, 404 to the panel 101 are the same as the double- sided adhesives 203, 204 of the first embodiment, description thereof will be omitted here. ..
Further, by making the sum t3 of the thickness of the end protection members 401 and 402 and the thickness of the double- sided adhesives 501 and 502 smaller than the thickness t1, the lighting device 400 can be applied to a sliding window or the like.
A gap is provided between the end protection members 401, 403, 404 and the end of the daylighting film 405 so that the daylighting film 105 is not distorted even when the daylighting film 405 expands. it can. Specifically, the dimension between the inner surfaces of the end protection member 401 and the end protection member 402 is larger than the dimension of the daylighting film 405 in the vertical direction.
The dimension between the inner surface of each of the edge protection member 403 and the edge protection member 404 is larger than the dimension of the daylighting film 405 in the width direction. Since the edge protection member 402 supports the daylighting film 305, no space is provided between the edge protection member 402 and the vertically lower end surface of the daylighting film 405.
In order to maintain the appearance of the panel 101 with the lighting device 400 installed, the end protection members 401, 402, 403, and 404 cover the outer circumference of the lighting film 405 without a gap. Further, in order to maintain the appearance of the lighting device 400, the connection portions of the respective end protection members 401, 402, 403, 404 are oblique. In the present embodiment, the same effect as that of the first embodiment can be obtained only by the structure in which the support portion is unnecessary and the end portion is protected.
[Third Embodiment]
In the first and second embodiments, the daylighting films 105, 305, 405 are covered with the end protection members 106, 108, 303, 401, 402, 403, 404 in a single layer. On the other hand, in the present embodiment, the point that the corner protection members 605, 606, 607, 608 cover a part of the outer circumference of the end protection members 601, 602, 603, 604 is the same as in the first and second embodiments. Different from the form.
FIG. 6 shows a daylighting device 600 according to this embodiment. FIG. 7 is a schematic sectional view taken along line VII-VII of FIG. As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, in the daylighting device 600 according to the present embodiment, the daylighting film 405 is covered with the end protection members 601, 602, 603 and 604. Further, in the lighting device 600, the corner protection members 605, 606, 607, 608 cover a part of the outer circumference of the end protection members 601, 602, 603, 604.
As shown in FIG. 6, the daylighting device 600 includes a daylighting film 405 that changes the angle of the incident light 103 entering from the panel 101 and emits it as outgoing light 104. The incident light 103 from the outside is emitted as the emitted light 104 to the room by the lighting device 600 installed on the indoor side of the panel 101.
The daylighting device 600 includes end protection members 601, 602, 603, 604 that cover and protect the ends of the daylighting film 405. Further, the lighting device 600 includes double- sided adhesives 701 and 702 that are attached to the end protection members 601 and 602 and that attach the end protection members 601 and 602 to the panel 101. Although not shown, the end protection members 603 and 604 are similarly attached to the panel 101 with a double-sided adhesive.
The daylighting device 600 includes corner protection members 605, 606, 607, 608 that cover and protect the corners of the daylighting film 405 on the outer periphery of the end protection members 601, 602, 603, 604. Further, the lighting device 600 includes double- sided adhesives 703 and 704 attached to the corner protection members 606 and 608 and attaching the corner protection members 606 and 608 to the panel 101. Although not shown, the corner protection members 605 and 607 are similarly attached to the panel 101 with a double-sided adhesive.
The double-sided pressure- sensitive adhesives 701, 702, 703, 704 for attaching the edge protection members 601, 602, 603, 604 and the corner protection members 605, 606, 607, 608 to the panel 101 are the double-sided adhesives of the first embodiment. It is similar to the adhesives 203 and 204, and the description thereof is omitted here.
The adhesive strength of the double- sided adhesive 703, 704 or the like with the panel 101 is preferably stronger than the adhesive strength of the double- sided adhesive 701, 702 or the like with the panel 101. Further, the double- sided adhesives 701, 702 and the like are preferably self-adhesive adhesives from the viewpoint that the daylighting device 600 can be attached to and detached from the panel 101, but the double- sided adhesives 703, 704, etc. have a small adhesive area with the panel 101. Therefore, it does not need to be a self-adhesive adhesive.
In other words, it is desirable to change the time until the double- sided adhesive 701, 702 or the like is peeled from the panel 101 (hereinafter, this may be referred to as a failure mode) and the failure mode such as the double- sided adhesive 703, 704.
For example, if the failure modes of the double-sided adhesive 702 and the double-sided adhesive 704 are different, even if the double-sided adhesive 702 is peeled off and the edge protection member 602 cannot support the daylighting film 405, the double-sided adhesive 704 is applied. Since the corner protection member 608 supports the daylighting film 405, the daylighting film 405 does not fall.
By thus changing the failure mode of the double-sided adhesive 702 and the double-sided adhesive 704, for example, the fall of the daylighting film 405 can be prevented. Moreover, when the double-sided adhesive 702 is peeled off without dropping the daylighting film 405, it is understood that at least the double-sided adhesive 702 must be replaced, and the user can know the standard of the replacement time of the daylighting device 600. ..
In addition, a gap is provided between the end protection members 601, 603, 604 and the end of the daylighting film 405 so that the daylighting film 105 is not distorted even when the daylighting film 405 expands. You can Since the edge protection member 402 supports the daylighting film 405, no space is provided between the edge protection member 602 and the edge of the daylighting film 405.
Further, in order to maintain the appearance of the panel 101 with the lighting device 600 installed, the end protection members 601, 602, 603, 604 and the corner protection members 605, 606, 607, 608 cover the outer circumference of the lighting film 405. Is preferred. Further, in this case, the corner protection members 605, 606, 607, 608 are arranged to cover a part of the end protection members 601, 602, 603, 604 on each side of the daylighting film 405.
Further, the sum t4 of the thickness of the edge protection members 601 and 602 and the thickness of the double- sided adhesives 701 and 702 is smaller than the sum t5 of the thicknesses of the corner protection members 606 and 608 and the double- sided adhesives 703 and 704.
By making the sum t4 smaller than the sum t5, the corner protection members 605, 606, 607, 608 can cover a part of the end protection members 601, 602, 603, 604. By making the sum t5 smaller than the thickness t1, the lighting device 400 can be applied to a sliding window or the like.
The case where the lighting device 600 includes the four corner protection members 605, 606, 607, and 608 has been described, but the present embodiment is not limited to this. For example, the lighting device 600 is attached to the panel 101 by the double-sided adhesive 702 or the like. Two fixed corner protection members 607 and 608 may be provided. The effect when the daylighting device 600 includes the two corner protection members 607 and 608 is the same as when the four daylight protection device 605 includes the four corner protection members 605, 606, 607, and 608, and thus the description thereof will be omitted.
Further, in the first embodiment, two corner protection members 607 and 608 may be provided. In this case as well, the same effect as this embodiment is provided, and therefore the description thereof is omitted. Further, the corner protection members 607 and 608 may be provided instead of the end protection member 108 in the first embodiment. In this case, the corner protection members 607 and 608 play the role and effect of replacing the end protection member 108.

The present invention is not limited to the first to third embodiments described above, and various modifications are possible. For example, it can be replaced with a configuration that is substantially the same as the configuration described in the above-described embodiment, a configuration that exhibits the same operational effect, or a configuration that can achieve the same object.
