Description

PANEL FORMWORK SYSTEM FOR WALL, COLUMN AND SHORING
Technical Field
The invention relates to the panel formwork systems used for making wall, column and shoring structures in the construction sector.
The invention particularly relates to the panel formwork systems consisting of aluminum profiles with specific sections and connection apparatus used in the making of wall and column structures in the construction sector.
Prior Art
In present, formwork systems are used for wall, column and shoring in various structures such as residences, industrial buildings, viaduct abutments, retaining walls. While formwork systems are preferred, features such as durability, low cost, ease of use, ease of labor, and service life become important.
In the state of art, the timber beams used in the timber beam formwork system cause the formwork to be heavier. In addition, since the service life of these formworks depends on the type of timber, these formworks in the construction sites are adversely affected from the bad weather conditions such as humidity or precipitation in long term. In addition, since the connection of the timber beams is provided by steel belts, the use of multiple bolts and nuts to secure these connections leads to a further increase in the weight of the formwork system, and also because these steel belts are manufactured by welding, it creates additional resource cost. The application of welding to the material also decreases the strength. In addition, this application also increases labor costs.
Steel panel formwork systems used in another technique is a structure formed by welding of the steel bars or plates together. Since the panel system consists of standard sizes, it cannot provide flexibility in various system solutions. The product manufactured and used as a solution for a specific project is not always suitable to other system solutions, and thus a new formwork system needs to be manufactured. The remanufacturing process results in a waste of time and additional labor costs and accordingly reduces the frequency of choice for steel formwork systems.
As a result of the literature search on the subject, the application no. TR200802257 titled as‘Complete cast concrete modular mold system’ is found. The application relates to a modular mold system that provides speed and efficiency in the manufacturing of mold. The use of multiple bolts and nuts to secure these connections and the absence of a lightweight material such as aluminum in the system leads to a further increase in the weight of the modular mold system. This adversely affects long-term use of the structures.
As a result, due to the above-mentioned drawbacks and the inadequacy of the existing solutions, an improvement in the technical field has been required.
The Purpose of Invention
The invention is inspired by the existing circumstances and aims to solve the above- mentioned drawbacks.
The main purpose of the invention is to provide an aluminum panel formwork system for wall, column and shoring suitable for the conditions of use in a construction site such as being lightweight and having a long service life.
Another purpose of the invention is to make connection apparatuses of the formwork system ergonomic and thus facilitate the construction panel installation.
Another purpose of the invention is to obtain a formwork system which can be used at any desired size due to the feature of positioning the connection apparatus at all levels.
Another purpose of the invention is to prevent the cost of labor and time loss caused by the welding process due to the installation feature of the formwork system which does not require welding connection.
The structural and characteristic features and all advantages of the invention outlined in the drawings below and in the detailed description made by referring these figures will be understood clearly, therefore the evaluation should be made by taking these figures and detailed explanation into consideration.

Detailed Description of the Invention
In this detailed description, the preferred structures of the panel formwork systems used for making wall, column and shoring structures of the invention are described only for a better understanding of the subject.
Figure 1 shows the three-dimensional view of the panel formwork system used for the wall, column and shoring of the invention. The invention, in its simplest form, comprises of at least one load-bearing profile (1 ), at least one auxiliary profile (2), at least one connection apparatus (3), at least one plate (4) and at least one plywood (7).
The invention is a panel formwork systems used for making wall, column and shoring structures in the construction sector, comprising, • the load-bearing profile (1 ) made of aluminum material which serves as a beam in the system,
• the auxiliary profile (2) made of aluminum material connected with the load-bearing profile (1 ) and the plywood (7) which provides the durability of the system,
• the connection apparatus (3) comprising a hole having a slippery surface and when it coincides with the protrusion on the load-bearing profile (1 ) supporting the fixing of the notched form on the load-bearing profile (1 ) to the auxiliary profile (2),
• a bolt (5) passing through the said connection apparatus (3),
• the plate (4) fixed to the support profile (1 ) with the connection apparatus (3) through the threaded holes (4.1 ) of the bolt (5) due to the threaded holes (4.1 ) suitable for the form of the bolt (5) positioned between the inner surfaces of the auxiliary profile (2),
• a rail washer (6) providing ease of movement to the bolt (5) by preventing the bolt (5) from eroding the surface of the connection apparatus (3),
• the plywood (7), the surface that contacts the concrete, where the auxiliary profile (2) is connected.
Figure 2 shows the top view of the panel formwork system used for the wall, column and shoring of the invention. The system comprises the plywood (7) on the surface that contacts with the concrete, the load-bearing profiles formed by the profiles (1 ) having a special cross-section and preferable positioned vertically, the auxiliary profiles (2) having notches that the load-bearing profile (1 ) can pass through, and the connection apparatus
(3) that provides the fixing of these profiles.
Figure 3 shows the detailed view of the connection apparatus (3) and plate (4) used in the panel formwork system used for the wall, column and shoring of the invention. The system bases on the basic principle that the connection apparatus (3) is fixed on the plate
(4) and due to the connection apparatus (3), the load-bearing profile (1 ) passes through the notches of the auxiliary profile (2). The plate (4) with threaded holes (4.1 ) is provided for securing the load-bearing profile (1 ) for fixing the connection apparatus (3) between the inner surfaces of the auxiliary profile (2). The load-bearing profile (1 ) can be positioned at any desired level by moving horizontally back and forth on the auxiliary profile (2) before becoming fixed to the plate (4). Due to this feature, the panel formwork system becomes suitable for all systems. The connection apparatus (3) and the plate (4) are connected by means of the bolt (5) passed through the threaded holes (4.1 ). The threaded structure of the holes on the surface of the plate (4) allows the bolt (5) to be fixed.
Figure 4 shows a detailed top view of the load-bearing profiles (1 ) and the auxiliary profiles (2) used in the panel formwork system used for the wall, column and shoring of the invention from different perspectives. The load-bearing profile (1 ) made of aluminum is used as the beam in the system. The system can be assembled and disassembled easily because no welding process is required for the task of fixing the connection apparatus (3) compatible with the design of the special section of the load-bearing profile (1 ). Due to the special design of the cross-section of the auxiliary profile (2) made of aluminum, the threads allow the connection of products such as wood, etc. (preferably plywood (7)) to the profile.
Since the auxiliary profile (2) and load-bearing profile (1 ) used in the panel formwork system are made of aluminum, the panel formwork system is much lighter than the systems of the state of the art. The preference of aluminum used in profiles other than wood and steel increases the service life in the long term. It is a product that adapts to the conditions of a construction site. Due to special profile sections, it provides ease of installation. Because the use of connection apparatus (3) is more ergonomic and welding is not done, this factor which affects the strength of the material adversely is eliminated and ease of installation is provided. Due to the fact that the load-bearing profile (1 ) can be fixed by positioning at every level by means of the connection apparatus (3), it is possible to obtain the panel formwork system in any size and allow the system to be used in different projects.
