As a result of increasing trade trends with globalization and information technologies, the importance of logistic activities and logistics sector is increasing day by day. The competition of many enterprises in international markets has narrowed the profit margins, and the delivery of products and services to the target market and consumers at the right time, place, quantity and price has become more important than ever.
Logistics operations have an important role in the economies of countries as well as their functions such as providing cost advantage and increasing efficiency. Turkey Statistical Institute data for 2003-2004 shows that the total turnover realized in the logistics sector is 7.5% out of 13.6% of the total number of enterprises in industry and services sectors.
Road transport is the most widely used type of transport depending on the presence of large road networks and transit roads that are increasing worldwide. Main features of road transport; more flexible than other transport systems, ease of loading and unloading, frequent loading of scheduled loads, door-to-door service and short delivery times.
In the transport sector, the section where the products are stored and transported is the trucks and trailers behind the trucks. It is widely used in sand, gravel, chippings, cereal products and mineral transportation as bulk cargo as well as all kinds of crawler, bagged and packaged products because of its available doors and trailer posts. Covers can be opened and closed with hook system. In the side sheet front cover assembly located at web site https://www.treylermarketcom/ump/tirsan yan-sac-on-kapak-komplesi-76S mm- shows that the doors are opened and closed manually. Lots of these trailers, which are frequently encountered in the market, have difficulties in manual latching hook structures causing dirt and rust formation over time. Hooks are straitened with hammers, mallet or stone type of utensils and they are tried to be put into place and they become broken by time.
In reference to utility model TR200806024,“Construction of trailer rear door hinge system” is described. The invention is about; The trailer attached to the rear of the trailer trucks, known as the truck, used for road freight transport, relates to the hinges positioned at certain intervals to the side of said doors, which enable the doors to be opened and closed by connecting the doors on the saddle side plate on the rear side of said trailer. In the aforementioned utility model application, the hinge system and the doors are opened and closed by connecting them on the trailer at certain intervals. But this connection is done with the shaft. Over time, the hinge gathers of dust, oil, etc., and as a result of this accumulation of substances, it is difficult to return the shafts. The manual system makes it difficult for the user and large number of parts increases the costs.
In the existing systems, the fact that the trailer doors have a manual locking system and this causes difficulties in loading and unloading processes and cause the process to prolong. The extension of the loading process increases costs. As a result, there is a need for new technology which can overcome the aforementioned disadvantages, with auto-lockable latching doors, reducing the workload in transportation, eliminating the loss of time and enabling more efficient working. Definition of the Invention:
The present invention is a locking mechanism of trailer doors that can overcome the above-mentioned disadvantages; It is a new and low cost technology which reduces the workload in transportation by means of trailer doors with automatic opening lock structure.

The first alternative embodiment of the invention is as follows; the holding handle (8) fixed to the horizontal shaft (4) and / or the vertical shaft (1). When the holding handle (8) is rotated, the rotary movement gives the second bevel gear (1.2) at the end of the vertical shaft (1) to rotate. The second bevel gear (1.2) in the same direction with the vertical shaft (1) transmits this movement to the third bevel gear (4.1). The third bevel gear (4.1) fixed to the end of the horizontal shaft (4) rotates with the horizontal shaft (4). When the vertical shaft (1) nested within the mounting part (2) and the horizontal shaft (4) are rotated, the locking hooks (3) which are fixed on them rotate in the direction of rotation of the vertical shaft (1) and the horizontal shaft (4). In this way, the locking tab (3.1) is disengaged by the cover (K) and the slot (5.1). Finally, the cover (K) is rotated around the hinge (7) and opens to its closing position (Figure-6, Figure-7, Figure-8).
The second alternative embodiment of the invention comprises, but is not limited to; the vertical shaft (1), the mounting part (2), the locking hook (3), the horizontal shaft (4), the trailer post (5), the hinge (7) and the engine (6) (Figure-10, Figure-11, Figure- 12).
