The invention relates to an accessory for securing an auxiliary chair for an ergonomic professional hair and beauty station, which comprises: a rotation limiter of the auxiliary chair, disposed on a vertical tube of the chair; a mechanical guiding system with horizontal sliding of the chair; a seat elevator of the auxiliary chair that increases the seat height; a pedal actuated by a gas piston; retractable object-holding trays with cavities in the form of compartments; and an electric vacuum secured to the rear bottom part, with an autonomous battery or mains power connection.

AUXILIARY CHAIR SAFETY ACCESSORIES FOR PROFESSIONAL HAIRDRESSING AND AESTHETIC STATION

The invention that is protected in this Utility Model, consists of safety accessories applied to auxiliary chairs for professional ergonomic hairdressing and barber stations that facilitate, in a unitary and joint way, the use of work utensils and instruments, work safety , and cleaning the work area. This set of accessories completes and complements the Spanish patent of the same inventor with publication number ES2595530 PERALES BOTIA (2016).

It is, therefore, accessories that are arranged in the upper, middle and lower part of an ergonomic work chair. Said set of components are and are located in: object-holding trays (upper part); a device for guiding the seat in horizontal movement, an elevation of the seat axis, and a transverse device coupled in solidarity with an auxiliary chair whose vertical cylinder allows its radius of gyration of 105 ° (middle part); a foot pedal, and finally an electric floor vacuum (bottom).

All this, allowing the incorporation or exit of the user without difficulties, at the same time facilitating professional hairdressing, barber, and aesthetic work with efficiency, job security and cleaning. This is the practical purpose of the effective and concurrent addition of all the components. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

The use of auxiliary table-top trays or auxiliary seats (stools, stools, folding chairs, etc.) are already known for the tasks of hairdressing, barber and beauty salons. This allows the work of professionals to be carried out with conditions of comfort and without the need to continuously find standing, for the work and touch-ups on the face, hair and head of users. To this end, the present invention achieves a safety device that fundamentally allows the use of professional instruments simultaneously, the rotation of the seat within an area in which it is not possible to overturn and that is based on the configuration of the cylinder or main axis-mast arranged vertically of the auxiliary chair as in the anchoring arm arranged horizontally with respect to the main chair. As well as, together the cleaning function of the coincident and synchronous professional performance area.

EXPLANATION OF THE INVENTION

The main objective of the invention is the safety and hygiene of professionals and users. Consequently, the provision of technical means is carried out on a professional barber and barber chair. From major to minor importance due to occupational safety, the main element is the provision of a mechanical system for limiting rotation, the purpose of which is to avoid overturning by means of strategically placed mechanical stops that only allow the seat to rotate so that the user you can comfortably get on or off it and the most important thing is that they prevent the system as a whole from tipping. Based on the stability of the auxiliary chair by configuring the cylinder or main axis-mast (vertical) on which the seat of said auxiliary chair rests, as well as on the anchoring arm (horizontal) of the same with respect to the foot and central axis of the main chair.

The ergonomic quality, already anticipated in the previous patent of the same inventor, allows the versatility of movements of the auxiliary chair - vertical movement (up / down) and radial movement of rotation up to 105 ° -, however the vertical bellows system of the cylinder- mast of the auxiliary chair requires the intervention of stop mechanisms that guarantee stability and safety against wear and tear and continuous and intensive use.

The user in his sitting position is moved in different directions according to the work to be done by the hairdressing, aesthetic or barber professional. Said user can raise / lower, scroll horizontally and rotate in rapid and sequential movements at will.

For this, an auxiliary chair is available through the configuration of the cylinder or main axis-mast (vertical) on which the seat of said auxiliary chair rests as in the anchoring arm (horizontal) of the same with respect to the foot and axis center of the main chair in a solidary movement. Said auxiliary chair contemplates the incorporation of retractable object-holding trays with recesses as compartments for tools and apparatus, in horizontal movement of union / disunity by itself or of a magnetized type at its intersection or closed position end, which replace the traditional auxiliary car anchored to the saddle.

Along with the secured auxiliary chair and the retractable trays, it is necessary to undertake a swing limiter. This twist is necessary to help the ergonomics of the professional in his workplace and must allow sufficient opening for easy incorporation or egress. The professional can move freely, to adapt to his comfortable work area according to his size or need. In addition, the turn must be carried out safely, guaranteeing the stability of the assembly at all times, preventing the system from overturning.

Therefore, it is necessary to incorporate a fully mechanical system that limits it, that is safe and reliable and that at the same time allows all its functionality. The mechanical limitation of the turn consists of the intervention on three of the existing elements: The first element to act on is the vertical mast, a tube through which the bellows rises / falls and rotates. The performance consisted in placing two physical stops along its length, separated by a few degrees of opening, so that they serve as a limit switch for the bellows in the turning movement between them. The second element that is modified is the bellows itself. And specifically, we act on the mobile part of it. In which we place a projection as a stop at its bottom and another at its top. The protrusion that is in the lower area, is intended only to allow the bellows to rotate between the two vertical stops of the tube, while the protrusion that we place at the top serves to connect with the corresponding seat and guarantee a rigid hold without the possibility of movement between them.

And finally, the element on which it works is the seat's own fastening to the bellows, a round tube attached to a metal box in which we machine an opening to allow receiving the stop placed on top of the bellows. This machining serves as a tie-down point without the possibility of turning and without misunderstandings in the mounting to hold the seat.

In addition to the accessories of secured auxiliary chair, retractable trays, and limiter of rotation, to meet the needs of users and specifically in relation to their height, a new component of lift or knuckle of the seat of that seat has been designed for this purpose auxiliary chair that increases the height of the seat by 1 to 20 cm, located between the seat box and the bellows to which it is attached. This allows the replacement or exchange of bellows of different heights not to be necessary, but rather their height adjustment directly.

Finally, a releasing pedal can be integrated in the lower part that activates the gas piston to immediately release it in its vertical travel as an alternative to the original mechanism, allowing freedom of movement for the entire upper trunk and the professional's hands. In conclusion, the present invention brings together a set of safety and hygiene accessories comprising: the means for securing the auxiliary chair, retractable trays in the auxiliary chair, the means for limiting the rotation of the auxiliary chair, the release pedal, and the electric vacuum cleaner.

All this contributes to providing results and applications where the invention is incorporated, which do not occur in the known media.

PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION

With reference to the invention that is described, we proceed to configure the set or set of safety and hygiene accessories on an auxiliary chair by incorporating five basic elements: comprising: the means of securing the auxiliary chair by a limiter of twist, retractable trays in the auxiliary chair, the mechanical guide of horizontal movement of the auxiliary chair, the release pedal, and the electric vacuum cleaner.

1.The auxiliary chair swing limiter. This accessory is located on the vertical axis-mast of said auxiliary chair on the tube through which the bellows rises / falls and rotates. This consists of placing two physical stops along its length, one upper (1.a) and one lower (1.b), separated by degrees of opening, so that they serve as the end of race to the bellows in the twisting motion between them. This machining serves as a tie-down point without the possibility of turning and without misunderstandings in the mounting to hold the seat.

2. The retractable trays of the auxiliary chair. It is a pair of retractable object-holding trays (2) with recesses as compartments for tools and apparatus, in horizontal movement of union / disunity by itself or of a magnetized type at its intersection or closed position end, which they replace to the traditional auxiliary car anchored to the saddle. This embodiment can be configured with more than two interconnected trays for the same area and space - three trays, four interconnected individual trays or more - to cover the semi-circular environment of the back and arms of the auxiliary chair.

3. The mechanical guide of horizontal movement of the seat of the auxiliary chair.
