背景技术
随着社会的进步,不管是人们亲近自然还是商家进行露天的营销推广,亦或是户外的公益活动等等,往往需要一些能够安置在需要位置桌椅、伞、警示牌、广告牌等等,而这些物品的安置全都需要一个底座。
如申请号为201720769472.2的中国专利公开了一种多功能遮阳伞,其包括伞中棒、设置在伞中棒上的伞骨及配合在伞骨外表面的伞面,伞中棒上固定设置有一连接座,该连接座上设有至少两枢接槽,各枢接槽的底部设有一限位部,每一枢接槽内配合枢接一支撑杆,支撑杆上配合有桌面。该遮阳伞的底座通过底支杆与斜支杆配合来实现支撑,但是该方案存在以下不足:其一,伞,特别是户外用的伞,往往重心高伞面大,重心高受力容易倾倒,而伞面大则容易受风等,因此大多户外伞要嘛采用更大面积的底座要嘛需要压重物稳固,该方案同样存在该问题;其二,户外伞所需适用地形较为广泛,如沙滩、河滩、草地等,该方案明显在沙地、石子多的河滩、杂物较多的草地等都不适合,适用性较小;其三,该方案的底座难以兼容其他物品的支撑放置需求。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种支撑座及应用该支撑座的户外伞,以解决上述问题。
本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
一种支撑座,包括支柱、复数个支脚以及底垫,支脚铰接于支柱下端,支柱用于连接被支撑物,支脚可沿其与支柱的铰接处翻转至支撑座安置面并固定。底垫为柔性材质底垫,底垫与上述支脚连接地设于支脚下方。该支脚沿其与上述支柱的铰接处翻转至支撑座安置面状态下,上述底垫设于支脚与支撑座安置面之间并与支撑座安置面贴合。
进一步地,作为容置杆状被支撑物的方案,采用如下结构:
上述支柱为顶面敞口结构,该支柱顶面敞口处用于插入柱状被支撑物。支撑座还包括一座体套筒以及复数个座体推拉杆,座体套筒套设于上述被支撑物外,座体套筒设于支柱上方,座体推拉杆与上述支脚一一对应设置,座体推拉杆首端铰接于与其对应的支脚的中部,座体推拉杆尾端铰接于座体套筒侧沿。
上述座体套筒附设有一座体螺栓,锁固螺栓用于将座体套筒与上述被支撑物锁固连 接。上述支柱的顶面敞口内和/或该座体套筒内设有调节垫圈,调节垫圈用于套设于被支撑物外。
上述底垫底面设有防滑构件。该底垫设有复数个延伸覆件,每相邻的两个上述支脚之间均设有一个延伸覆件,相邻的延伸覆件相互邻接,复数个延伸覆件首端均连接于上述座体套筒上方的上述被支撑物侧沿,延伸覆件与底垫之间形成一容置压重物品的压重物容置腔。
上述支脚首端铰接于上述支柱侧沿。每一该支脚尾端均设有一支撑部,支撑部由所在支脚尾端朝向其背离支柱的一侧弯折形成。
进一步地,作用具有杆状凸起,用于支撑具有连接结构的被支撑物采用如下结构:
上述支柱为顶面敞口结构。支撑座还包括一支杆、一座体套筒以及复数个座体推拉杆,支杆下端插入该支柱的上述顶面敞口结构内,座体套筒可沿支杆长度方向移动地套设于支杆外,座体套筒设于支柱上方,座体推拉杆与上述支脚一一对应设置,座体推拉杆首端铰接于与其对应的支脚的中部,座体推拉杆尾端铰接于座体套筒侧沿。
一种支撑座还包括一钻地把手以及一钻头,钻地把手设于上述支杆中部,钻头可拆卸地装配于支杆下端端面。上述钻地把手中部开设有一装配通孔,支杆穿过该装配通孔且通过设于装配通孔内的枢接轴与钻地把手枢接。
一种支撑座还包括一桌体,桌体设于上述支杆上端。上述桌体包括桌体上套筒、桌体下套筒、复数个撑杆、复数个桌体推拉杆以及桌面,桌体上套筒与桌体下套筒均套设于支杆,撑杆首端铰接于桌体上套筒侧沿,桌体推拉杆与撑杆一一对应设置,桌体推拉杆首端铰接于与其对应的撑杆中部,桌体推拉杆尾端铰接于桌体下套筒侧沿,桌面为柔性材质桌面,桌面覆设于撑杆。
上述桌面设有反光警示部,反光警示部设于桌面背离上述撑杆所在位置的一侧,反光警示部为具有警示作用的反光标贴或者反光涂层。
一种应用上述支撑座的户外伞,该户外伞由上述支撑座固定安置。
由上述对本实用新型结构的描述可知,和现有技术相比,本实用新型具有如下优点:第一,本实用新型通过支脚撑开底垫的结构,首先整个支撑座可收合,节省搬运空间;其次,底垫上可以就地取材地放置压重物,如沙滩放置沙子,河滩放置石块,再不济也可以放置饮用水等,便于支撑座用于支撑重心高、易倾倒的被支撑物;最后,支撑座只要杆状被支撑物即可插入,可以插入户外伞的下支撑杆,也可以插入彩旗、宣传牌、警示牌等,适用性更广。而配合延伸覆件的设置,该压重物可以被隐藏,整体更加美观且比如沙子等压重物覆盖后不会被风吹等漂浮而影响支撑座的使用环境。延伸覆件闭合后也可以更好固定压重物。
第二,本实用新型的支撑座搭配钻地把手与可拆卸钻头的结构,在遇到如可钻入的草地、软底的情况下,将支杆从支柱拔出,装上钻头,配合钻地把手的使用,直接将支杆钻入地里,收起支柱与支脚、底垫,即可完成支撑,以配件的方式进一步扩充产品的适用范围,提升产品的市场竞争力。
第三,本实用新型的支撑座搭配桌体的,在户外可以提升支撑座的使用便利性,而且由于桌面设有反光警示部,在桌体收合状态下,支撑座配合桌体形成一警示牌,在户外、马路、宣传场地等,由于意外或者准备不充分,临时需要警示牌的时候,支撑座得以应急,并且由于支撑座的稳定性远大于汽车用警示牌,该支撑座的警示牌应用更具有安全性。
第四,本实用新型的底垫配合具有支撑部的支脚结构,在平地时候,通过支撑部顶压底垫接触地面,地面上由沙土杂物也不影响放置,而且多点着地比支脚直接贴地也更加稳固。而该结构在沙地、河滩地、草地等,可以令支撑部压着底垫朝向放置地嵌入,而用底垫大面与放置地面接触,从而维持支撑座的稳固。
一种支撑座,包括一个支柱、一个座体套筒、座体开关组件、复数个支脚以及复数个座体推拉杆,座体推拉杆与支脚一一对应设置,支脚首端铰接于支柱底部的周向侧沿,座体推拉杆首端铰接于与其对应的支脚的中部,座体推拉杆尾端铰接于座体套筒底部的周向侧沿,支柱为顶面敞口的管状结构,该支柱顶面敞口处用于插入柱状被支撑物,座体套筒底部设于支柱底部上方,支柱底部与座体套筒底部的相向、相离运动用于控制支脚张开、收合设置。上述座体套筒可沿上述支柱移动地套设于支柱外。当上述支脚处于张开状态时,座体开关组件用于锁定座体套筒与支柱之间的相对移动或者解除该锁定状态。
由上述对本实用新型的支撑座的结构的描述可知,和现有技术相比,本实用新型具有如下优点:
本实用新型通过延长立柱令座体套筒套在立柱外,并配合座体开关组件在支撑座使用状态下来连接立柱与座体套筒,这样支撑座使用状态下,立柱底端与座体套筒底端之间的相对移动关系被直接且牢靠的锁定,该种连接结构连接强度更大,进而令支脚的支撑效果更好,令支撑座更加稳固且能够支撑性能显著提升。并且该结构中,立柱承担了所有的与被支撑物连接的功能,而座体套筒仅用于支脚的张开、收合,功能分离后,各个结构各司其职令产品整体更加科学合理且稳定。
进一步地:
一种支撑座还包括底垫,底垫为柔性材质底垫,底垫与上述支脚连接地设于支脚下方。该支脚处于张开状态时,上述底垫设于支脚与支撑座安置面之间并与支撑座安置面贴合。
每一上述支脚尾端均设有一个支撑部,支撑部由所在支脚尾端朝向其背离上述支柱的一侧弯折形成。
上述支脚与上述座体推拉杆分别设有四个。上述底垫呈方形设置,底垫顶面的四个角分别设有一个连接套,底垫通过连接套套设于上述支撑部外地与支脚连接。该底垫还设有个拆装拉手,拆装拉手为柔性材质拉手,拆装拉手设于底垫四个角中的任意一个内。
上述座体开关组件为由设于上述支柱与上述座体套筒中的任意一个内的闩锁机构卡入支柱与座体套筒中的令一个内的结构或者为由设于支柱与座体套筒中的任意一个的顶压机构顶压支柱与座体套筒中的令一个的侧沿的结构。
上述座体开关组件包括座体限位座以及座体开关扣件,座体限位座与上述支柱一体成型地设于支柱周向外沿,座体开关扣件装配于上述座体套筒内。上述座体限位座周向外沿开设有一圈环状凹槽结构的限位槽。上述座体开关扣件呈环状设置,座体开关扣件附设有开关按钮、限位凸起以及至少一个复位簧片,开关按钮设于座体开关扣件环状结构的周向外沿,限位凸起设于座体开关扣件环状结构的周向内侧沿,开关按钮贯穿座体套筒侧壁地延伸至座体套筒周向外沿设置,限位凸起凸出方向与开关按钮的延伸方向朝向同一方向设置,复位簧片与限位凸起相背离地设于座体开关扣件环状结构的周向外沿,复位簧片与座体套筒内沿抵接,复位簧片受力形变方向与开关按钮受到按压后运动方向一致。上述复位簧片设有两个,两个复位簧片相对设置。
由上述对本实用新型的支撑座的结构的描述可知,和现有技术相比,本实用新型具有如下优点:
本实用新型的座体开关组件通过凸起卡入凹槽与否的结构实现锁定与解锁,一个开关扣件配合限位座即可实现,结构简便,成本更低;并且到位自动卡入锁定,仅需按压即可解锁,使用过程方便快捷。
上述支柱设有顶固定部以及底固定部,顶固定部设于支柱顶面敞口处,顶固定部为螺纹变径锁紧结构,底固定部设于支柱底部,底固定部为由上往下内径逐渐缩小的缩口结构。
由上述对本实用新型的支撑座的结构的描述可知,和现有技术相比,本实用新型具有如下优点:
上述顶固定部以及底固定部的应用,在选用被支撑物的时候,即可有一定的选择空间,使得支撑座具有比较广的适用范围。并且顶固定部以及底固定部的配合相比于现有的一些固定方式,如户外伞常用一个螺纹变径锁紧结构来固定中棒底端,本实用新型通过两个部位对被支撑物进行固定,被支撑物被固定的效果更好,不会由于被支撑物外径与立柱内径存在的差距 而晃动。并且螺纹变径锁紧结构在户外用品领域十分常见,选用其作为顶固定部,使用方便、消费者接受程度高且零件采购更换都十分便捷。而底固定部为由上往下内径逐渐缩小的缩口结构的方案,设置难度、设置成本都有明显优势,相比于不具有底固定部的方案,增加缩口结构的方案成本几乎不增加但是却带来了十分显著的效果。

具体实施方式
下面参照附图说明本实用新型的具体实施方式。
实施例一:
参考图1、图2、图4,一种户外伞,包括伞骨和伞面,伞骨用于覆设并支撑伞面。上述伞骨包括中棒、上巢、下巢以及复数个支撑组件,中棒首端用于放置伞,上巢设于中棒尾端,下巢可沿中棒移动设置,支撑组件首端铰接于上巢与下巢侧沿,上巢与下巢之间相向、相离带动支撑组件张开、收合设置。该户外伞放置于支撑座上,支撑座设有一支杆,支杆与中棒首端连接地支撑该中棒。
参考图1,每一上述支撑组件均包括一珠尾11、长骨12以及一联动杆13,长骨12首端铰接于上述上巢,联动杆13首端铰接于上述下巢,联动杆13尾端铰接于长骨12中部。上巢与下巢相向运动过程中,长骨12首端与联动杆13首端接近,联动杆13尾端推动长骨12中部将长骨12撑起,从而打开伞面,反之亦然。该结构在折叠伞中只是加入更多级铰接联动,本质依然是上巢与下巢相向、相离运动推动伞面张合。上述伞面覆设于上述支撑组件上。
参考图2、图3,上述上巢包括上巢座31以及上巢铰接环32,上巢座31固定设于上述中棒尾端,上巢座31背离中棒一侧凸出呈柱状,上巢铰接环32可定轴转动地设套于该柱状结构外。上巢座31的柱状结构端部设有上巢限位部311,该上巢限位部311为凸出柱状结 构侧沿的凸点或者凸棱等。上巢铰接环32的环状结构内沿设有上巢限位槽322,上巢限位槽322与上巢限位部311配合设置,上巢铰接环32套设至上巢座31后,上巢限位部311卡入上巢限位槽322内,令上巢铰接环32不会脱出上巢座31。上巢铰接环32背离上巢座31的一侧连接有一伞帽321,伞面夹设于上巢铰接环32端面与伞帽321之间。复数根上述长骨12的首端依次铰接于上巢铰接环32侧沿。
参考图1、图2、图3,上述下巢包括下巢主体41,下巢主体41呈中空管状结构地套设于上述中棒外,下巢主体41可沿中棒长度方向移动设置。上述下巢主体41可沿上述中棒定轴转动设置。该中棒设有一个限位槽421,限位槽421为设于中棒侧沿的环形凹槽结构,限位槽421设于伞张开状态下下巢主体41所处位置。上述限位槽421通过一套设于上述中棒的限位座42来设置,限位座42呈环状固定套设于上述中棒,上述限位槽421设于限位座42内。上述限位座42通过固定结构固定于上述中棒或者通过粘接固定于中棒。上述固定限位座42的固定结构为螺栓、螺钉、铆钉或者直钉。
参考图2、图3,上述下巢主体41依次包括一体成型的铰接座411、开关座412以及把手413,铰接座411用于上述联动杆13首端的铰接,下巢主体41的位于开关座412位置的内径大于位于铰接座411与把手413位置的内径,开关座412侧面开设有一按钮容置孔414。上述开关座412内装配有一开关扣件43,开关扣件43呈环状,开关扣件43夹设于上述中棒外沿与开关座412内沿之间。上述开关扣件43外沿设有开关按钮431以及两个相对设置的复位簧片433,开关按钮431与复位簧片433相背离设置,开关按钮431延伸至按钮容置孔414内。该开关扣件43内沿设有一限位凸起432,限位凸起432可卡入上述限位槽421且可沿限位槽421槽体转动设置,限位凸起432与上述开关按钮431朝向同一方向设置。上述限位凸起432为凸棱状结构,该凸棱状结构沿垂直于上述中棒长度方向的方向呈弧形延伸设置。
继续参考图2、图3,复位簧片433设于开关扣件43外沿,复位簧片433与上述开关座412内沿抵接,复位簧片433受力形变方向与上述开关按钮431受到按压后运动方向一致。开关按钮431用于控制上述限位凸起432朝向下巢主体41内收缩或者凸出下巢主体41内沿,复位簧片433用于在开关按钮431没有受到按压的状态下支撑限位凸起432。由于下巢主体41的位于开关座412位置的内径大于位于铰接座411与把手413位置的内径,因此在开关座412内形成一容置开关扣件43的凹槽,将开关扣件43装入后,开关扣件43受铰接部与把手413的内径较小限制,被固定于该开关座412内部。
参考图1、图2、图3,上述中棒包括第一棒体21、第二棒体22,第二棒体22可偏折地装配于第一棒体21尾端。上述上巢座31固定设于上述第二棒体22尾端。上述下巢主体 41可沿上述第一棒体21长度方向移动地设于第一棒体21外。上述第二棒体22首端与上述第一棒体21尾端之间通过一偏折机构23连接,偏折机构23为万向偏折机构23,偏折机构23的偏折角度限制为锐角。上述偏折机构23包括偏折球头231以及偏折套筒232,偏折球头231卡设于偏折套筒232内,偏折套筒232内沿为与偏折球头231相配适的球面结构。上述偏折球头231设于上述第二棒体22首端。上述偏折套筒232设于上述第一棒体21尾端。上述支杆与上述第一棒体21通过一偏转机构24连接。上述偏转机构24包括上偏转盘241、下偏转盘242、限位齿轮243、复位弹簧(图中未画出)与偏转按钮244,上偏转盘241与下偏转盘241的盘面分别开设有齿轮容置孔245,齿轮容置孔245孔壁均设有与限位齿轮243相配合的齿槽246,上偏转盘241与下偏转盘241的齿轮容置孔245开口处盘面相互贴合设置,两个齿轮容置孔245连通地形成一齿轮容置腔,限位齿轮243装配于齿轮容置腔内,限位齿轮243可沿齿槽246移动设置。上述上偏转盘241设于第一棒体21首端。上述下偏转盘241设于支杆上端。
参考图2、图3,复位弹簧与偏转按钮244分别设于上述上偏转盘241或者上述下偏转盘241的上述齿轮容置孔245内,复位弹簧与偏转按钮244分别设于上述限位齿轮243厚度方向上的两侧。上述复位弹簧夹设于齿轮容置孔245孔底与限位齿轮243端面之间,偏转按钮244底端与限位齿轮243另一端面抵接,偏转按钮244首端贯穿齿轮容置孔245孔底地延伸至上偏转盘241或者下偏转盘241外。本具体实施方式中,将复位弹簧设于上偏转盘241内,即设于上偏转盘241的齿轮容置孔245底面与限位齿轮243端面之间。而偏转按钮244则贯穿下偏转盘241的齿轮容置孔245底面地延伸至下偏转转盘外。上述下偏转盘241套设于上述支杆上端且通过一紧固螺栓247锁固。上述限位座42邻近第一棒体21尾端设置。
参考图1、图4,一种支撑座,包括支柱51、复数个支脚52、底垫53、一支杆54、一座体套筒55、复数个座体推拉杆56、一钻地把手57、一钻头58以及一桌体,支脚52铰接于支柱51下端,支柱51用于连接被支撑物,支脚52可沿其与支柱51的铰接处翻转至支撑座安置面并固定。底垫53为柔性材质底垫53,底垫53与上述支脚52连接地设于支脚52下方。该支脚52沿其与上述支柱51的铰接处翻转至支撑座安置面状态下,上述底垫53设于支脚52与支撑座安置面之间并与支撑座安置面贴合。上述复数个支脚52的结构,支脚52至少需要两个,但是两个支脚52重心稳定需要苛刻条件,本方案优选至少三个支脚52方案,而附图中均采用四个支脚52进行表示。
参考图4,上述支柱51为顶面敞口结构。支杆54下端插入该支柱51的上述顶面敞口结构内,座体套筒55可沿支杆54长度方向移动地套设于支杆54外,座体套筒55设于支柱 51上方,座体推拉杆56与上述支脚52一一对应设置,座体推拉杆56首端铰接于与其对应的支脚52的中部,座体推拉杆56尾端铰接于座体套筒55侧沿。每一上述支脚52为圆钢对向弯折形成,圆钢端部相互邻接地形成支脚52首端,圆钢中部弯折处形成支脚52尾端。支脚52首端铰接于上述支柱51侧沿。每一该支脚52尾端均设有一支撑部521,支撑部521由所在支脚52尾端朝向其背离支柱51的一侧弯折形成。支脚52张开后,支脚52与支柱51夹角大致为90°,且支脚52张开后,座体套筒55下端与支柱51上端抵接。
参考图1、图4,上述座体套筒55附设有一座体螺栓551,座体螺栓551用于将座体套筒55与上述支杆54锁固连接。上述底垫53底面设有防滑构件。该底垫53设有复数个延伸覆件531,每相邻的两个上述支脚52之间均设有一个延伸覆件531,相邻的延伸覆件531相互邻接,复数个延伸覆件531首端均连接于上述座体套筒55上方的上述被支撑物侧沿,延伸覆件531与底垫53之间形成一个容置压重物品的压重物容置腔。该延伸覆件531大致呈三角形设置,所有延伸覆件531翻起至首端贴合后呈一锥形。
继续参考图1、图4,上述钻地把手57设于上述支杆54中部,钻头58可拆卸地装配于支杆54下端端面。上述钻地把手57中部开设有一装配通孔,支杆54穿过该装配通孔且通过设于装配通孔内的枢接轴与钻地把手57枢接。钻地把手57呈两端设有两个相向弧形的结构,该钻地把手57通过枢接处可转动至与支杆54垂直位置,也可以转动至两个弧形分别与枢接处上下两侧的支杆54侧壁贴合。上述桌体设于上述支杆54上端。上述桌体包括桌体上套筒61、桌体下套筒62、至少三个撑杆63(图中表示为四个)、至少三个桌体推拉杆64以及桌面65,桌体上套筒61与桌体下套筒62均套设于支杆54,撑杆63首端铰接于桌体上套筒61侧沿,桌体推拉杆64与撑杆63一一对应设置,桌体推拉杆64首端铰接于与其对应的撑杆63中部,桌体推拉杆64尾端铰接于桌体下套筒62侧沿,桌面65为柔性材质桌面65,桌面65覆设于撑杆63。桌体下套筒62附设有一套筒螺栓621,套筒螺栓621用于将桌体下套筒62锁固于支杆54。
参考图4,上述桌体上套筒61与上述桌体下套筒62相向运动撑开桌面65,桌体上套筒61与桌体下套筒62相离运动收合桌面65。桌面65展开至使用状态下,桌体上套筒61底面与桌体下套筒62顶面抵接,桌面65撑开后,可以分别固定桌体上套筒61和桌体下套筒62与支杆54的相对位置来实现维持桌面65撑开的状态。本实施例优选采用桌体下套筒62固定配合如下两种方案中的至少一种进行维持:
其一,每一撑杆63均附设有一桌角支撑件631,桌角支撑件631设于撑杆63尾端,桌角支撑件631为朝向背离桌体下套筒62所在位置的一侧延伸结构,桌角支撑件631与桌面65下 沿抵接;
其二,桌体上套筒61设有复数个铰接限位部,该铰接限位部撑杆63首端铰接处上方,当桌面65撑开后,撑杆63首端的顶面与铰接限位部抵接且撑杆63底面与桌体上套筒61夹角为钝角,铰接限位部用于防止撑杆63底面与桌体上套筒61夹角过大。
参考图1、图4,当桌面65撑开状态下,上述两个方案令撑杆63尾端端部在垂直于支杆54的平面内位于支杆54上的投影位置高于撑杆63首端端部在垂直于支杆54的平面内位于支杆54上的投影位置,即桌面65撑开至过程中,由于桌面65为柔性材料,因而桌面65展开使用状态的过程中,有一个被撑开后收缩的过程,所以桌面65收合需要先令桌面65撑大而后才能收合,在桌体下套筒62固定的情况下,单纯触碰撑杆63或者按压桌面65并不能够令桌面65收合。再配合桌角支撑件631的应用,令桌面65与撑杆63之间具有间隙,撑杆63结构不会对桌面65平整度造成影响的同时,桌面65上放置物品后,由于桌面65轻微形变而另桌面65物品更加固定,而且桌面65被施加应力更大,误触导致桌面65非正常收合可能更小。桌面65设有杯座651和反光警示部652,杯座651用于放置杯子,反光警示部652设于桌面65背离上述撑杆63所在位置的一侧,反光警示部652为具有警示作用的反光标贴或者反光涂层。桌面65收合后,反光警示部652将令支撑座具有警示效果。
实施例二:
参考图5,一种支撑座,支撑座用于支撑杆状被支撑物7。杆状被支撑物7可以为彩旗杆子、广告牌杆子、警示牌杆子、雨伞下支撑杆等等。支撑座包括包括支柱51、复数个支脚52、底垫53、一座体套筒55、复数个座体推拉杆56,支脚52铰接于支柱51下端,支柱51用于连接被支撑物7,支脚52可沿其与支柱51的铰接处翻转至支撑座安置面并固定。底垫53为柔性材质底垫53,底垫53与上述支脚52连接地设于支脚52下方。该支脚52沿其与上述支柱51的铰接处翻转至支撑座安置面状态下,上述底垫53设于支脚52与支撑座安置面之间并与支撑座安置面贴合。上述复数个支脚52的结构,支脚52至少需要两个,但是两个支脚52重心稳定需要苛刻条件,本方案优选至少三个支脚52方案,而附图中均采用四个支脚52进行表示。
继续参考图5,上述支柱51为顶面敞口结构。被支撑物7下端插入该支柱51的上述顶面敞口结构内,座体套筒55可沿被支撑物7长度方向移动地套设于被支撑物7外,座体套筒55设于支柱51上方,座体推拉杆56与上述支脚52一一对应设置,座体推拉杆56首端铰接于与其对应的支脚52的中部,座体推拉杆56尾端铰接于座体套筒55侧沿。每一上述支脚52为圆钢对向弯折形成,圆钢端部相互邻接地形成支脚52首端,圆钢中部弯折处形成支脚 52尾端。支脚52首端铰接于上述支柱51侧沿。每一该支脚52尾端均设有一支撑部521,支撑部521由所在支脚52尾端朝向其背离支柱51的一侧弯折形成。支脚52张开后,支脚52与支柱51夹角大致为90°,且支脚52张开后,座体套筒55下端与支柱51上端抵接。
继续参考图5,上述座体套筒55附设有一座体螺栓551,座体螺栓551用于将座体套筒55与上述被支撑物7锁固连接。上述支柱51的顶面敞口内和/或该座体套筒55内设有调节垫圈,调节垫圈用于套设于被支撑物7外。调节垫圈的作用在于,当遇到被支撑物7的杆径较小时候,可以在被支撑物7上套上调节垫圈,以达到支撑座可以配适更多杆径的被支撑物7的作用。上述底垫53底面设有防滑构件。该底垫53设有复数个延伸覆件531,底垫53与延伸覆件531与实施例一相同。
实施例三:
参考图6,一种桌体与支撑座通过支杆3组装后的结构,该结构中,支杆3底端由支撑座固定安置,而桌体装配于支杆3杆体。其中,支撑座包括一个支柱11、一个座体套筒12、座体开关组件、底垫13、复数个支脚14以及复数个座体推拉杆15,座体推拉杆15与支脚14一一对应设置,支脚14首端铰接于支柱11底部的周向侧沿,座体推拉杆15首端铰接于与其对应的支脚14的中部,座体推拉杆15尾端铰接于座体套筒12底部的周向侧沿,支柱11为顶面敞口的管状结构,该支柱11顶面敞口处用于插入上述支杆3,座体套筒12底部设于支柱11底部上方,底垫13为柔性材质底垫13,底垫13与上述支脚14连接地设于支脚14下方。支柱11底部与座体套筒12底部的相向、相离运动用于控制支脚14张开、收合设置。上述支脚14与座体推拉杆15结构,在背景技术涉及的本申请人的在先申请中均有涉及,此处不再赘述。
继续参考图6,上述座体套筒12可沿上述支柱11移动地套设于支柱11外。当上述支脚14处于张开状态时,座体开关组件用于锁定座体套筒12与支柱11之间的相对移动或者解除该锁定状态。该支脚14处于张开状态时,上述底垫13设于支脚14与支撑座安置面之间并与支撑座安置面贴合。每一上述支脚14尾端均设有一个支撑部141,支撑部141由所在支脚14尾端朝向其背离上述支柱11的一侧弯折形成。上述支脚14与上述座体推拉杆15分别设有四个。上述底垫13呈方形设置,底垫13顶面的四个角分别设有一个连接套131,底垫13通过连接套131套设于上述支撑部141外地与支脚14连接。该底垫13还设有个拆装拉手132,拆装拉手132为柔性材质拉手,拆装拉手132设于底垫13四个角中的任意一个内。由于底垫13处于支撑座最底面,因而容易脏污而需要拆洗,上述结构中,在保证了支脚14的支撑作用的同时,将底垫13通过连接套131的结构装配于支撑部141,保证底垫13与支脚14的连 接强度的同时又便于底垫13的拆装。而且特别是配合拆装拉手132后,装底垫13过程中,可以先将其他三个支撑部141装入连接套131,而后通过拆装拉手132拉入底垫13最后一个角;拆底垫13过程中也可以通过拆装拉手132先拆出邻近其的一个底垫13的角。
参考图6、图7,上述座体开关组件为由设于上述支柱11与上述座体套筒12中的任意一个内的闩锁机构卡入支柱11与座体套筒12中的令一个内的结构或者为由设于支柱11与座体套筒12中的任意一个的顶压机构顶压支柱11与座体套筒12中的令一个的侧沿的结构。该座体开关组件的实现方式,本领域技术人员可以在上述结构中选用合适结构,如户外伞、自动伞常用的开关按钮61、弓片开关、螺纹锁紧机构等。具体地,上述座体开关组件包括座体限位座41以及座体开关扣件42,座体限位座41与上述支柱11注塑一体成型地设于支柱11周向外沿,座体开关扣件42装配于上述座体套筒12内。上述座体限位座41周向外沿开设有一圈环状凹槽结构的座体限位槽411。上述座体开关扣件42呈环状设置。
继续参考图6、图7,具体地,上述座体开关扣件42附设有开关按钮61、限位凸起62以及两个复位簧片63,开关按钮61设于座体开关扣件42环状结构的周向外沿,限位凸起62设于座体开关扣件42环状结构的周向内侧沿,开关按钮61贯穿座体套筒12侧壁地延伸至座体套筒12周向外沿设置,限位凸起62凸出方向与开关按钮61的延伸方向朝向同一方向设置,复位簧片63与限位凸起62相背离地设于座体开关扣件42环状结构的周向外沿,复位簧片63与座体套筒12内沿抵接,复位簧片63受力形变方向与开关按钮61受到按压后运动方向一致,两个复位簧片63相对设置。上述支柱11设有顶固定部111以及底固定部,顶固定部111设于支柱11顶面敞口处,顶固定部111为螺纹变径锁紧结构,底固定部设于支柱11底部,底固定部为由上往下内径逐渐缩小的缩口结构。螺纹变径锁紧结构常见如户外伞中棒连接至其下杆的结构,具体如具有一定活动弹性的摩擦片配合通过螺纹结构移动并顶压摩擦片的转轮实现变内径锁紧结构。由于支柱11内需要容置支杆3,因此座体限位座41与支柱11不能采用铆钉等会占用支柱11内部的连接方式,而且在兼之该处内部需要形成上述底固定部的内径由上往下逐渐缩小的方式,最佳的设置将座体限位座41、支柱11、底固定部采用注塑一体成型的方式设置,便于生产且成本低。
参考图6,上述桌体包括桌体上套筒21、桌体下套筒22、至少三个撑杆23、至少三个桌体推拉杆24、桌体开关组件以及桌面,撑杆23首端铰接于桌体上套筒21顶部侧沿,桌体推拉杆24与撑杆23一一对应设置,桌体推拉杆24首端铰接于与其对应的撑杆23中部,桌体推拉杆24尾端铰接于桌体下套筒22顶部侧沿,桌面为柔性材质桌面,桌面覆设于撑杆23,桌体上套筒21顶部与桌体下套筒22顶部的相向、相离运动用于控制撑杆23张开、收合 设置。桌面结构图中未画出,具体桌面连接结构可以参考上述底垫13与支撑部141的连接方式。该桌体通过一个支杆3安置于其应用位置。该桌体上套筒21与该桌体下套筒22均套设于支杆3外,桌体下套筒22中通过一个手把轮221带动螺纹顶压结构锁固于支杆3。
参考图6、图8,当上述撑杆23处于张开状态时,上述桌体上套筒21底部位于上述桌体下套筒22内,桌体开关组件用于锁定桌体上套筒21与桌体下套筒22之间的相对移动或者解除该锁定状态。上述桌体开关组件为由设于上述桌体上套筒21与上述桌体下套筒22中的任意一个内的闩锁机构卡入桌体上套筒21与桌体下套筒22中的令一个内的结构或者为由设于桌体上套筒21与桌体下套筒22中的任意一个的顶压机构顶压桌体上套筒21与桌体下套筒22中的令一个的侧沿的结构。该桌体开关组件的实现方式,本领域技术人员可以在上述结构中选用合适结构,如户外伞、自动伞常用的开关按钮61、弓片开关、螺纹锁紧机构等。为方便桌体开合,桌体开关组件设于桌体下套筒22位于桌体推拉杆24尾端铰接处下方,而用于将桌体下套筒22锁固于支杆3的手把轮221设于桌体下套筒22底端。具体装配中,桌体可以先打开而后将支杆3由桌体下套筒22插入并由桌体上套筒21顶部穿出,也可以将支杆3插入桌体处于收合状态下的桌体上套筒21与桌体下套筒22内而后再张开桌体。
继续参考图6、图8,具体地,上述桌体开关组件包括桌体限位座51以及桌体开关扣件52,桌体限位座51与上述桌体上套筒21一体成型地设于支柱11周向外沿,桌体开关扣件52装配于上述桌体下套筒22内。上述桌体限位座51周向外沿开设有一圈环状凹槽结构的桌体限位槽511。上述桌体开关扣件52呈环状设置,桌体开关扣件52附设有上述开关按钮61、上述限位凸起62以及两个上述复位簧片63,桌体开关扣件52与上述座体开关扣件42结构相似,区别在于尺寸等配适方面,此处再赘述。本具体实施方式中,桌体限位槽511设于桌体上套筒21底端端部处,本领域技术人员在知悉上述方案后,也可以将桌体上套筒21继续延长至桌体收合状态下,桌体下套筒22依然套设于桌体上套筒21外,该种结构下可以通过将桌体上套筒21顶端和/或底端固定于支杆3的方式进行装配。
上述仅为本实用新型的具体实施方式,但本实用新型的设计构思并不局限于此,凡利用此构思对本实用新型进行非实质性的改动,均应属于侵犯本实用新型保护范围的行为。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种支撑座,包括支柱以及复数个支脚,支脚铰接于支柱下端,支柱用于连接被支撑物,支脚可沿其与支柱的铰接处翻转至支撑座安置面并固定,其特征在于:还包括底垫,底垫为柔性材质底垫,底垫与所述支脚连接地设于支脚下方;该支脚沿其与所述支柱的铰接处翻转至支撑座安置面状态下,所述底垫设于支脚与支撑座安置面之间并与支撑座安置面贴合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种支撑座,其特征在于:所述支柱为顶面敞口结构,该支柱顶面敞口处用于插入柱状被支撑物;还包括一座体套筒以及复数个座体推拉杆,座体套筒套设于所述被支撑物外,座体套筒设于支柱上方,座体推拉杆与所述支脚一一对应设置,座体推拉杆首端铰接于与其对应的支脚的中部,座体推拉杆尾端铰接于座体套筒侧沿。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种支撑座,其特征在于:所述座体套筒附设有一座体螺栓,锁固螺栓用于将座体套筒与所述被支撑物锁固连接;所述支柱的顶面敞口内和/或该座体套筒内设有调节垫圈,调节垫圈用于套设于被支撑物外。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种支撑座,其特征在于:所述底垫底面设有防滑构件;该底垫设有复数个延伸覆件,每相邻的两个所述支脚之间均设有一个延伸覆件,相邻的延伸覆件相互邻接,复数个延伸覆件首端均连接于所述座体套筒上方的所述被支撑物侧沿,延伸覆件与底垫之间形成一容置压重物品的压重物容置腔。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种支撑座,其特征在于:所述支脚首端铰接于所述支柱侧沿;每一该支脚尾端均设有一支撑部,支撑部由所在支脚尾端朝向其背离支柱的一侧弯折形成。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种支撑座,其特征在于:所述支柱为顶面敞口结构;还包括一支杆、一座体套筒以及复数个座体推拉杆,支杆下端插入该支柱的所述顶面敞口结构内,座体套筒可沿支杆长度方向移动地套设于支杆外,座体套筒设于支柱上方,座体推拉杆与所述支脚一一对应设置,座体推拉杆首端铰接于与其对应的支脚的中部,座体推拉杆尾端铰接于座体套筒侧沿。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种支撑座,其特征在于:还包括一钻地把手以及一钻头,钻地把手设于所述支杆中部,钻头可拆卸地装配于支杆下端端面;所述钻地把手中部开设有一装配通孔,支杆穿过该装配通孔且通过设于装配通孔内的枢接轴与钻地把手枢接。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的一种支撑座,其特征在于:还包括一桌体,桌体设于所述支杆上端;所述桌体包括桌体上套筒、桌体下套筒、至少三个撑杆、至少三个桌体推拉杆以及桌面,桌体上套筒与桌体下套筒均套设于支杆,撑杆首端铰接于桌体上套筒侧沿,桌体推拉杆与撑杆一一对应设置,桌体推拉杆首端铰接于与其对应的撑杆中部,桌体推拉杆尾端铰接于桌体下套筒侧沿,桌面为柔性材质桌面,桌面覆设于撑杆。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种支撑座,其特征在于:所述桌面设有反光警示部,反光警示部设于桌面背离所述撑杆所在位置的一侧,反光警示部为具有警示作用的反光标贴或者反光涂层。
  10. 一种应用权利要求1至9任一所述的支撑座的户外伞,其特征在于:所述户外伞由所述支撑座固定安置。
  11. 一种支撑座,包括一个支柱、一个座体套筒、复数个支脚以及复数个座体推拉杆,座体推拉杆与支脚一一对应设置,支脚首端铰接于支柱底部的周向侧沿,座体推拉杆首端铰接于与其对应的支脚的中部,座体推拉杆尾端铰接于座体套筒底部的周向侧沿,支柱为顶面敞口的管状结构,该支柱顶面敞口处用于插入柱状被支撑物,座体套筒底部设于支柱底部上方,支柱底部与座体套筒底部的相向、相离运动用于控制支脚张开、收合设置;其特征在于:所述座体套筒可沿所述支柱移动地套设于支柱外;还包括座体开关组件,当所述支脚处于张开状态时,座体开关组件用于锁定座体套筒与支柱之间的相对移动或者解除该锁定状态。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的一种支撑座,其特征在于:还包括底垫,底垫为柔性材质底垫,底垫与所述支脚连接地设于支脚下方;该支脚处于张开状态时,所述底垫设于支脚与支撑座安置面之间并与支撑座安置面贴合。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的一种支撑座,其特征在于:每一所述支脚尾端均设有一个支撑部,支撑部由所在支脚尾端朝向其背离所述支柱的一侧弯折形成。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的一种支撑座,其特征在于:所述支脚与所述座体推拉杆分别设有四个;所述底垫呈方形设置,底垫顶面的四个角分别设有一个连接套,底垫通过连接套套设于所述支撑部外地与支脚连接;该底垫还设有个拆装拉手,拆装拉手为柔性材质拉手,拆装拉手设于底垫四个角中的任意一个内。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的一种支撑座,其特征在于:所述座体开关组件为由设于所述支柱与所述座体套筒中的任意一个内的闩锁机构卡入支柱与座体套筒中的令一个内的结构或者为由设于支柱与座体套筒中的任意一个的顶压机构顶压支柱与座体套筒中的令一个的侧沿的结构。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的一种支撑座,其特征在于:所述座体开关组件包括座体限位座以及座体开关扣件,座体限位座与所述支柱一体成型地设于支柱周向外沿,座体开关扣件装配于所述座体套筒内;所述座体限位座周向外沿开设有一圈环状凹槽结构的限位槽;所述座体开关扣件呈环状设置,座体开关扣件附设有开关按钮、限位凸起以及至少一个复位簧片,开关按钮设于座体开关扣件环状结构的周向外沿,限位凸起设于座体开关扣件环状结构的周向 内侧沿,开关按钮贯穿座体套筒侧壁地延伸至座体套筒周向外沿设置,限位凸起凸出方向与开关按钮的延伸方向朝向同一方向设置,复位簧片与限位凸起相背离地设于座体开关扣件环状结构的周向外沿,复位簧片与座体套筒内沿抵接。
  17. 根据权利要求11所述的一种支撑座,其特征在于:所述支柱设有顶固定部以及底固定部,顶固定部设于支柱顶面敞口处,顶固定部为螺纹变径锁紧结构,底固定部设于支柱底部,底固定部为由上往下内径逐渐缩小的缩口结构。
