为了解决现有技术中的上述问题,即现有的排水管由于径向窜动而容易与安装口处薄壁发生摩擦而导致磨损、甚至破损的问题,本发明提供了一种衣物处理设备,所述衣物处理设备包括箱体和排水单元,所述排水单元包括排水管,所述箱体设有允许所述排水管穿过的安装口,所述衣物处理设备还包括安装支架,所述安装支架包括能够容纳所述排水管的安装槽,所述安装槽位于所述箱体内,所述安装槽沿其槽长方向的一端设置有安装结构,所述安装结构固定于所述安装口处,所述安装槽沿其槽长方向的至少一部分区域设置有限位结构,所述限位结构与相应区域的所述安装槽彼此配合以限制所述排水管的径向窜动。
在上述衣物处理设备的优选技术方案中,所述安装槽沿其槽长方向包括第一槽体和第二槽体,所述安装结构设置于所述第二槽 体远离所述第一槽体的一端,其中,至少在第二槽体设置有所述限位结构。
在上述衣物处理设备的优选技术方案中,所述限位结构包括沿所述安装槽的槽长方向设置的至少一个槽盖,所述槽盖与相应位置的所述安装槽形成与所述排水管匹配的环状结构。
在上述衣物处理设备的优选技术方案中,所述槽盖与所述安装槽为一体成型;或者所述槽盖以可移除的方式设置于所述安装槽。
在上述衣物处理设备的优选技术方案中,所述槽盖沿所述安装槽的槽宽方向的第一侧与所述安装槽枢转连接,并且所述槽盖沿所述安装槽的槽宽方向的第二侧与所述安装槽彼此卡接。
在上述衣物处理设备的优选技术方案中,所述安装槽和/或所述槽盖的内侧沿所述安装槽的槽宽方向设置有防滑筋。
在上述衣物处理设备的优选技术方案中,所述安装口的外缘向箱体内部延伸形成有第一筒状结构,所述安装结构为所述第二槽体在靠近所述安装口的一端形成的第二筒状结构,在安装好的状态下,所述第二筒状结构套接至所述第一筒状结构的径向外侧。
在上述衣物处理设备的优选技术方案中,所述第二筒状结构包括第一筒体和第二筒体,所述第一筒体的径向尺寸小于所述第二筒体的径向尺寸且两者之间设置有衔接部分,在组装好的状态下,所述第二筒体套接至所述第一筒状结构的外侧且所述第一筒状结构的端部抵靠至所述衔接部分。
在上述衣物处理设备的优选技术方案中,所述箱体内设置有电脑板盒,所述电脑板盒设置有第一对接结构,所述安装槽设有第二对接结构,所述安装支架通过所述第一对接结构和所述第二对接结构的彼此卡接以固定于所述电脑板盒。
在上述衣物处理设备的优选技术方案中,所述箱体内设置有排水泵,所述排水管连接至所述排水泵,所述安装口的设置位置高于所述排水泵且位于所述箱体沿其高度方向的中部以下的区域内。
本发明的衣物处理设备的安装支架通过安装槽的设置来容纳排水管并通过安装槽与限位结构的彼此配合以限制排水管的径向窜动,使得排水管能够稳定安置于安装槽内且沿着安装槽向箱体内部延伸,约束了排水管在箱体内部的走向,从而优化了空间布局。通过 限位结构和安装槽的配合来对排水管起到径向限位的作用,从而防止在排水过程中排水管位于安装口处的部分与安装口处的薄壁之间发生摩擦,避免排水管出现磨损、甚至被割裂的情况,从而延长了排水管的使用寿命,与此同时,这种设置也能避免排水管位于箱体内部的部分与箱体内的部件或者箱体本身发生碰撞,从而有效地防止在排水过程中产生噪音,提升了用户体验。

下面参照附图来描述本发明的优选实施方式。本领域技术人员应当理解的是,这些实施方式仅仅用于解释本发明的技术原理,并非旨在限制本发明的保护范围。例如,虽然本发明的是根据图1中 的滚筒洗衣机为例对本发明的技术方案进行描述,但是可以理解的是,本发明的衣物处理设备不仅限于滚筒洗衣机,其还可以为其他类型的衣物处理设备,本领域技术人员可以根据需要对其作出调整,以便适应具体的应用场合。如该安装支架可以安装至干衣机或者洗干一体机上。
需要说明的是,在本发明的描述中,术语“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“水平”、“内”、“外”等指示的方向或位置关系的术语是基于附图所示的方向或位置关系,这仅仅是为了便于描述,而不是指示或暗示所述装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。
此外,还需要说明的是,在本发明的描述中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域技术人员而言,可根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
首先参照图1和图2,其中,图1为本发明的一种实施例的滚筒洗衣机的结构示意图;图2为图1中局部A的放大示意图。如图1和图2所示,本发明的滚筒洗衣机包括箱体1和排水单元,箱体1的后面板11开设有安装口111,排水单元包括排水管3,排水管3穿过该安装口111到达箱体1外部。本发明的滚筒洗衣机还包括设置于安装口111处的安装支架4,安装支架4包括能够容纳排水管3的安装槽41,安装槽41位于箱体1内,安装槽沿其槽长方向的一端设置有安装结构,安装结构固定于安装口111处。安装槽41沿其槽长方向的至少一部分区域设置有限位结构,限位结构与相应区域的安装槽41彼此配合以限制排水管3相对于安装槽41沿排水管3的径向的相对运动。
可以看出,本发明的滚筒洗衣机通过安装支架4的设置实现了排水管3的可靠固定,具体而言,安装支架4通过安装槽41来容纳排水管3并通过安装槽41与限位结构的彼此配合以限制排水管3的径向窜动,一方面,上述设置使得排水管3能够稳定安置于安装槽41 内且沿着安装槽41向箱体1内部延伸,约束了排水管3在箱体1内部的走向,从而优化了空间布局,节省了箱体1内部空间;另一方面,安装槽41与限位结构的彼此配合对排水管3起到了径向限位作用,既能防止在排水过程中排水管3位于安装口111的部分与安装口111处的薄壁之间发生摩擦,避免排水管3出现磨损、甚至被割裂的情况,从而延长了排水管3的使用寿命;另一方面还可以防止在排水过程中排水管3位于箱体1内的部分与箱体1内的部件或者箱体1本身发生碰撞,从而避免产生噪音,进而提高了用户的使用体验。
接下来参照图2、图3和图4,其中,图3为本发明的一种实施例的安装支架在第一视角下的立体示意图;图4为本发明的一种实施例的安装支架在第二视角下的立体示意图。
如图2、图3和图4所示并依照图2的方位,在一种优选的实施方式中,安装槽41沿排水管3的排水方向依次包括第一槽体411和第二槽体412,安装结构设置于第二槽体412远离第一槽体411的一端,并且至少在第二槽体412上设置有限位结构。限位结构的结构形式可以有多种,如作为一种可能的示例,第一槽体411为弧形结构,第二槽体412为水平槽且其长度大于第一槽体411,安装结构设于第二槽体的左端,第二槽体412的左端通过该安装结构固定于后面板11对应安装口111的位置且其右端与第一槽体411连接,限位结构包括沿第二槽体412的槽长方向设置的槽盖42,槽盖42沿第二槽体412的槽宽方向的两侧分别与第二槽体412连接,槽盖42与对应位置的第二槽体412形成于排水管匹配的环状结构。优选地,第一槽体411和第二槽体412为一体成型结构以便保证安装槽的整体强度。
可以看出,上述具有第一槽体411和第二槽体412的安装支架4可以对排水管3起到固定和导向作用,具体而言,较长的第二槽体412可以对排水管3起到导向作用,很好地约束排水管3在洗衣机内部的走向,避免排水管3在洗衣机的箱体1内部翘曲,优化了箱体1内部的管路布局。通过将第一槽体411设置为弧形结构,以便引导排水管3平缓向下延伸,从而避免排水管3过度弯折而导致排水不顺畅。通过槽盖42和第二槽体412的配合将排水管3限制于环状结构 中以实现排水管3的径向限位,从而将排水管3稳定地固定于安装支架4中。
需要说明的是,限位结构的结构形式不仅限于上述示例,如还可以在安装槽41沿其槽长方向的两侧间隔设置有多个弹性卡扣,利用多个弹性卡扣与安装槽41的配合以将排水管3固定于安装槽41内。本领域技术人员可以根据实际情况对限位结构的结构形式进行合理设定,只要其能限制排水管3的径向运动即可。
此外,可以理解的是,第一槽体411和第二槽体412的形状不仅限于水平槽和弧形槽,本领域技术人员可以根据实际的应用场景灵活地设置第一槽体411和第二槽体412的形状。并且,安装槽也不仅限于只有两个槽体这一种形式,如安装槽还可以由多段弧形槽体组成。本领域技术人员可以根据实际需求灵活对安装槽的形状进行设定。
槽盖42与第二槽体412的连接方式有多种,如在一种可能的实施方式中,如图3和图4所示并依照图3的方位,槽盖42的右侧通过枢转连接件枢转设置于第二槽体412上,槽盖42的左侧卡接扣合于第二槽体的左侧。实现槽盖42与第二槽体412之间彼此卡接的连接结构可以有多种形式,如示例性地,槽盖的左侧设置有卡爪(图中未示出),第二槽体412对应设置有卡槽(图中未示出),槽盖42的左侧通过卡爪和卡槽的匹配卡接以扣合于第二槽体412上。在上述设置的基础上,排水管3的安装过程如下:首先将槽盖42绕着其右侧的枢转轴转动打开,然后将排水管3安置于安装槽41上,然后再将槽盖42向左转动,使得其左侧与第二槽体412卡接扣合就可以实现排水管3在安装支架4上的安装。可以看出,通过上述设置可以提高排水管3的安装便捷性,并且将槽盖42的一侧与第二槽体412枢转连接可以避免了拆卸下槽盖42造成槽盖42遗失的问题。
可以理解的是,槽盖42的数量和设置位置不仅限于上述示例,槽盖42的数量可以为多个且其设置位置也不仅限于设置于第二槽体412上,如槽盖42还可以设置于第一槽体411上或在第一槽体411和第二槽体412上均设置有槽盖42。此外,槽盖与安装槽的连接方式不仅限于上述示例,如还可以通过紧固件或者其他可能的连接方式以 实现两者的可靠连接。本领域技术人员可以根据实际情况灵活地对其进行设定以便满足具体的应用需求。如示例地,第一槽体411和第二槽体412沿各自的槽长方向间隔设置有多个槽盖42,槽盖沿安装槽的槽宽方向的两侧均卡接固定于安装槽上,以便操作人员可以将槽盖从安装槽上取下来;或者直接将安装槽与槽盖设置为一体成型结构以保证安装支架的整体强度。
优选地,如图5所示,第二槽体412和槽盖42的内侧沿第二槽体412的槽宽方向间隔设置有防滑筋43,防滑筋43的设置可以限制排水管3的径向运动,尤其在排水管3为波纹软管的情况下,防滑筋43可以卡置于波纹管的两个凸起之间,从而起到更好的限位作用。可以理解的是,防滑筋43的设置位置不仅限于上述示例这一种方式,如还可以在第一槽体411的内侧设置有防滑筋43,或者可以在第一槽体411、第二槽体412和槽盖42中的一个或多个的内侧设置有防滑筋43,本领域技术人员可以根据实际需求对其进行灵活调整。
接下来参照图5和图6,其中,图5为本发明的一种实施例的安装支架的剖视示意图;图6为本发明的一种实施例的滚筒洗衣机在未装配安装支架的状态下的局部示意图。如图5和图6所示,在一种可能的实施方式中,安装口111的外缘向箱体1内部延伸形成有第一筒状结构1111,安装结构为第二槽体412在靠近安装口111的一端形成的第二筒状结构44,在安装好的状态下,第二筒状结构44套接至第一筒状结构1111的径向外侧。通过上述设置可以在实现安装支架4与后面板11的可靠连接的同时,也提高了安装支架4的拆卸操作的便捷性。优选地,第二筒状结构44沿排水方向依次包括第一筒体441和第二筒体442,第一筒体441的径向尺寸小于第二筒体442的径向尺寸,第一筒体441和第二筒体442之间还设有衔接部分443以使得第二筒状结构44的纵截面为台阶状,在安装好的状态下,第二筒体442套接至第一筒状结构1111的外侧且第一筒状结构1111的右端抵靠至衔接部分443。通过将第二筒状结构44设置成纵截面为台阶状的结构以便提高第一筒状结构1111和第二筒状结构44的连接可靠性。进一步地,在第二筒状结构44的下部设置有第一安装孔45,在后面板11靠近安装口111的对应位置设置有第二安装孔112,在第二筒状结构 44套接至第一筒状结构1111的径向外侧的同时,第一安装孔45和第二安装孔112之间对准,此时可通过紧固件(如螺栓)穿过第一安装孔45和第二安装孔112以将安装支架4固定于后面板11上,从而进一步地保证安装支架4在后面板11上的可靠安装。
在一种可能实施方式中,箱体1内部靠近安装口111的位置设置有电脑板盒5,电脑板盒5上设置有第一对接结构,安装槽41上设有第二对接结构,安装支架4通过第一对接结构和第二对接结构的彼此卡接以固定于电脑板盒5上。第一对接结构和第二对接结构的具体形式可以有多种,如作为一种可能的示例,如图2、图3和图6所示并依照图2的方位,电脑板盒5设置于安装口111的下方,电脑板盒5的顶部向右延伸形成有卡块51,相应地,第二槽体412的下部设有卡扣46,安装支架4通过卡扣46和卡块51的彼此卡接以固定于电脑板盒5的上方。进一步地,第二槽体412的下方还设有垫块47,在安装好的状态下,垫块47的下端抵靠至电脑板盒5上。可以看出,在安装支架4的左端固定于安装口111的情况下,安装支架4通过其下部的卡扣46和电脑板盒5上的卡块51的匹配卡接以稳定固定于电脑板盒5,从而提高了安装支架4在箱体1内的安装可靠性。此外,通过垫块47的设置以进一步地提高安装支架4与电脑板盒5的连接稳定性。
可以理解的是,第一对接结构和第二对接结构的具体形式不仅限于上述示例,此外,安装支架4与电脑板盒5的连接方式也不仅限于上述卡接这一种方式,如两者还可以通过紧固件进行连接。本领域技术人员可以根据实际情况灵活对安装支架4与电脑板盒5的连接方式和两者的具体的对接结构进行合理设置。
在一种优选的实施方式中,如图1和图2所示并依照图2的方位,滚筒洗衣机包括箱体1和排水单元,排水单元包括排水管3和设置于箱体1内的排水泵2,排水管3的右侧与排水泵2连接,箱体1的后面板11处开设有安装口111,安装口111的设置位置高于排水泵且位于后面板11沿其高度方向的中部以下的区域内。一方面,通过将安装口111的高度设置成高于排水泵2以便提升排水管3的最低液位,防止出现由于排水管3的设置位置过低而导致排水泵2排水不止的问题;另一方面,通过将安装口111设置在后面板11沿其高度方向 的中部以下的区域内,使得在这种安装环境下的安装支架4可以对排水管3起到更好的固定作用。具体而言,由于安装口111位置较低,此时安装口111与排水泵2的距离也较近,排水管3在箱体内的部分也会较短,在排水管3的左段部分由安装支架4固定的情形下,排水管3的右段部分由于较短因此排水管3的右段部分仅可能发生几乎可以忽略的微小的晃动,即可以认为排水管3的右段部分也已固定。在上述安装口111的位置位于后面板11沿其高度方向的中部以下的区域内的基础上,优选地,安装支架4的第二槽体412的长度为10-20厘米,从而使得第二槽体412的长度可以满足大部分洗衣机机型的排水管3的可靠固定和引导的需求。
综上所述,如图1和图2所示,本发明的滚筒洗衣机包括箱体1和排水单元,排水单元包括排水管3和设置于箱体1内的排水泵2,箱体1的后面板11处开设有安装口111,安装口111的设置位置高于箱体1内排水泵2且位于后面板11沿其高度方向的中部以下的区域内。箱体1内设置有电脑板盒5,安装口111处设置有用于安装排水管3的安装支架4。安装支架4包括安装槽41,安装槽41沿排水管3的排水方向依次包括第一槽体411和第二槽体412,其中,第一槽体411为弧形结构,第二槽体412为水平槽且其长度大于第一槽体411。第二槽体412沿其槽长方向还设置有槽盖42,槽盖42与第二槽体412配合以形成环状结构。第二槽体412的左端与安装口111以套接的方式彼此连接,第二槽体412通过其下部的卡扣46与电脑板盒5上的卡块卡接以固定于电脑板盒5上。排水管3的右端与排水泵2连接,排水管3的左端通过安装支架4以穿出安装口111到达外部。本发明的滚筒洗衣机通过安装支架4的设置以对排水管3起到固定和导向作用,具体而言,较长的水平的第二槽体412可以对排水管3起到导向作用,很好地约束排水管3在洗衣机内部的走向,避免排水管3在洗衣机的箱体1内部翘曲,优化了箱体1内部的管路布局。弧形结构的第一槽体411可以平缓引导排水管3向下延伸以到达排水泵2并与排水泵2连接,从而避免排水管3过度弯曲。第二槽体412与槽盖42的彼此配合对排水管3起到径向限位的作用,限制了排水管3在安装槽内的径向窜动,从而既能避免排水管3位于安装口111的部分与安装口111 发生摩擦,又能避免排水管3位于箱体1内的部分的与箱体1本身或箱体1内的部件发生撞击,从而降低碰撞损伤的风险,也能防止产生噪音。通过将安装口111设置在后面板11沿其高度方向的中部以下的区域内且高于箱体1内排水泵2,一方面能够提升排水管3的最低液位,防止出现排水管3位置过低而导致排水泵2排水不止的问题;另一方面,相较于将安装口111设置于后面板11上过高的位置,将安装支架4设置在后面板11的中部以下的区域内的安装口111处,可以对排水管3起到更好的固定作用。
至此,已经结合附图所示的优选实施方式描述了本发明的技术方案,但是,本领域技术人员容易理解的是,本发明的保护范围显然不局限于这些具体实施方式。在不偏离本发明的原理的前提下,本领域技术人员可以对相关技术特征作出等同的更改或替换,这些更改或替换之后的技术方案都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述衣物处理设备包括箱体和排水单元,所述排水单元包括排水管,所述箱体设有允许所述排水管穿过的安装口,
    所述衣物处理设备还包括安装支架,所述安装支架包括能够容纳所述排水管的安装槽,所述安装槽位于所述箱体内,所述安装槽沿其槽长方向的一端设置有安装结构,所述安装结构固定于所述安装口处,
    所述安装槽沿其槽长方向的至少一部分区域设置有限位结构,所述限位结构与相应区域的所述安装槽彼此配合以限制所述排水管的径向窜动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述安装槽沿其槽长方向包括第一槽体和第二槽体,所述安装结构设置于所述第二槽体远离所述第一槽体的一端,
    其中,至少在第二槽体设置有所述限位结构。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述限位结构包括沿所述安装槽的槽长方向设置的至少一个槽盖,
    所述槽盖与相应位置的所述安装槽形成与所述排水管匹配的环状结构。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述槽盖与所述安装槽为一体成型;或者
    所述槽盖以可移除的方式设置于所述安装槽。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述槽盖沿所述安装槽的槽宽方向的第一侧与所述安装槽枢转连接,并且
    所述槽盖沿所述安装槽的槽宽方向的第二侧与所述安装槽彼此卡接。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述安装槽和/或所述槽盖的内侧沿所述安装槽的槽宽方向设置有防滑筋。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述安装口的外缘向箱体内部延伸形成有第一筒状结构,所述安装结构为所述第二槽体在靠近所述安装口的一端形成的第二筒状结构,
    在安装好的状态下,所述第二筒状结构套接至所述第一筒状结构的径向外侧。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述第二筒状结构包括第一筒体和第二筒体,所述第一筒体的径向尺寸小于所述第二筒体的径向尺寸且两者之间设置有衔接部分,
    在组装好的状态下,所述第二筒体套接至所述第一筒状结构的外侧且所述第一筒状结构的端部抵靠至所述衔接部分。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述箱体内设置有电脑板盒,所述电脑板盒设置有第一对接结构,所述安装槽设有第二对接结构,
    所述安装支架通过所述第一对接结构和所述第二对接结构的彼此卡接以固定于所述电脑板盒。
  10. 根据权利要求2所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述箱体内设置有排水泵,所述排水管连接至所述排水泵,
    所述安装口的设置位置高于所述排水泵且位于所述箱体沿其高度方向的中部以下的区域内。
