Description
本说明书涉及计算机软件技术领域,尤其涉及一种线下自助结算方法、装置和系统。
目前,线下超市、卖场等购物场景中,大多会在出口位置设置收银台,并为每个收银台配备收银员对顾客挑选的商品进行人工结算。
在收银台配备收银员进行人工结算,是一种传统的结算模式,可以有效避免结算逃单。然而,由于出口位置的场地限制,以及收银台与配备的收银员的投入成本限制,在结算顾客较多的情况下,易发生排队结算的困扰,不仅给顾客带来较差的购物结算体验,还会降低结算效率。
发明内容
本说明书实施例的目的是提供一种线下自助结算方法、装置和系统,以有效提升购物结算体验以及提升结算效率。
为解决上述技术问题,本说明书实施例是这样实现的:
第一方面,提出了一种线下自助结算方法,包括:
自助结算设备通过扫描目标用户选取的商品获取商品信息;
所述自助结算设备基于所述目标用户发起的针对获取的商品信息的支付请求进行自助支付,并将所述目标用户的结算信息上传给服务端设备,其中,所述结算信息至少包括:支付信息以及身份标识;

由本说明书实施例提供的以上技术方案可见,通过自助结算设备对目标用户选取的商品进行自助结算,并由自助结算设备将结算信息上传给服务端设备,以便于目标用户完成购物后,基于出口检验设备采集的目标用户的生物特征信息,从本地存储的结算信息中匹配出支付信息,然后基于所述支付信息确定目标用户是否完成自助结算,出口检验设备基于自助结算结果确定是否对目标用户放行。从而,在投入成本大致相同的情况下,可以基于布设的自助结算设备减少甚至避免排队结算,提升用户的结算体验和结算速度。而且,还可以通过出口检验设备以及服务端设备的协同处理,减少用户结算逃单的情况。由此,从整体上提升结算效率。

首先,介绍本说明书实施例中线下自助结算方案的系统架构。该系统架构所适用的应用场景可以为超市、大卖场等自助选购商品的场所。参照图1a所示,该系统架构可以包括:多个自助结算设备102、服务端设备104以及多个出口检验设备106;多个出 口检验设备106可以如图1a并排设置在购物场所的出口位置。
其中,参照图1b所示,所述自助结算设备102可以包括:支付终端1021以及自助收银终端1022;自助收银终端1022用于对目标用户选取的商品进行扫码以获取商品信息,支付终端1021用于辅助自助收银终端1022实现目标用户的自助支付;多个自助收银终端1022可以是自助收银台,分布在购物场所中不同位置;而支付终端1021可以为目标用户手持,例如可以是手机、平板电脑等,支付终端1021一般为目标用户随身携带,不受地点限制;服务端设备104作为后台服务器可设置在购物场所的机房内,分别与各个自助收银终端1022建立有无线连接或有线连接。考虑到自助收银终端1022的投入成本是固定的,而在相同投入成本的情况下,可以设置较多数目的自助收银终端1022,配合目标用户手持的支付终端1021,以缓解甚至解决排队问题。
或者,参照图1c所示,所述自助结算设备102可以为目标用户手持的支付终端1021;支付终端1021可用于对目标用户选取的商品进行扫码以获取商品信息,并通过自身的支付结算功能实现目标用户的自助支付。由于目标用户手持的支付终端1021可以是目标用户随身携带的手机、平板电脑等终端,并不受地点限制,可以在购物场所的任意选购区域实现自助结算,有效避免了排队困扰。
由此,不仅提升购物结算体验,还可以提升结算效率。另外,通过出口检验设备106与服务端设备104的配合,还可以确定顾客是否完成自助结算,并基于自助结算结果对目标用户进行拦截或放行。从而,有效减少甚至避免逃单。
实施例一
参照图2a所示,为本说明书实施例提供的一种线下自助结算方法的步骤示意图,该方法可以包括以下步骤:
步骤202:自助结算设备通过扫描目标用户选取的商品获取商品信息。
应理解,自助结算设备中设置有扫描装置,利用该扫描装置扫描目标用户选取的商品所携带的二维码或条形码,以获取商品信息。
其中,所述商品信息可以包括:商品类别、商品型号、商品单价、商品重量、商品尺寸、商品数量等信息中的一种或多种组合。
步骤204:自助结算设备基于所述目标用户发起的针对获取的商品信息的支付请求进行自助支付,并将所述目标用户的结算信息上传给服务端设备,其中,所述结算信息至少包括:支付信息以及身份标识。
在获取商品信息后,自助结算设备可以基于目标用户针对商品信息对应的商品中的至少一件商品所发起的支付请求,实现自助支付。
一种可实现的方案,所述自助结算设备可以包括:自助收银终端和支付终端;那么,步骤202中自助结算设备通过扫描目标用户选取的商品获取商品信息时,可具体包括:
自助收银终端通过扫描目标用户选取的商品获取商品信息。
换言之,自助收银终端通过本终端设置的扫描装置对商品的二维码或条形码进行扫描,以获取商品信息。所述扫描装置可以是与自助收银终端连接的可移动扫码枪或是固定在自助收银终端本体上的扫码设备。
相应地,步骤204中自助结算设备基于所述目标用户发起的针对获取的商品信息的支付请求进行自助支付,并将所述目标用户的结算信息上传给服务端设备时,可具体包括:
自助收银终端基于所述目标用户发起的针对获取的商品信息向支付终端发送支付请求;
支付终端基于所述支付请求进行自助支付,并向所述自助收银终端返回所述目标用户的结算信息;
所述自助收银终端将所述结算信息上传给服务端设备。
具体实现时,可以由目标用户基于自助收银终端上的商品信息手动触发结算操作,以在自助收银终端上展示订单信息;在目标用户确认并提交订单信息后,触发自助收银终端向目标用户手持的支付终端发起支付请求,目标用户可以通过手持的支付终端中的支付APP(例如,支付宝、电子银行或是其它关联支付APP)实现自助支付。之后,支付终端将结算信息返回给自助收银终端,并由自助收银终端上传给服务端设备。应理解,这里可以实现的前提是,自助收银终端向目标用户手持的支付终端发起支付请求之前,可以通过目标用户的输入操作获取支付终端的账号信息以可以与支付终端进行信息交互。
或者,也可以由目标用户基于自助收银终端上的商品信息手动触发结算操作,以在自助收银终端上展示订单信息;在目标用户确认并提交订单信息后,触发自助收银终端向目标用户手持的支付终端发起支付请求,该支付请求可以通过展示支付页面来实现,这样,目标用户可以通过手持的支付终端中的支付APP(例如,支付宝、电子银行或是其它关联支付APP)扫描支付页面以实现自助支付,或是,目标用户可以通过展示的支 付页面选择支付类型(例如,可以包括支付宝、电子银行或是其它关联支付APP等),在自助收银终端跳转至相应支付类型对应的支付客户端后输入账号以及对应的支付密码进行自助支付。之后,支付终端(手持的支付终端或是支付客户端)将结算信息返回给自助收银终端,并由自助收银终端上传给服务端设备。其中,所述支付页面可以展示有:二维码、条形码、条形码编号等图形和/或文字信息。
另一种可实现的方案,所述自助结算设备包括:支付终端;
那么,步骤202中自助结算设备通过扫描目标用户选取的商品获取商品信息时,可具体包括:
支付终端通过扫描目标用户选取的商品获取商品信息。
换言之,目标用户手持的支付终端通过本终端设置的扫描装置对商品的二维码或条形码进行扫描,以获取商品信息。所述扫描装置可以是以摄像头等硬件设备实现扫码功能的内部装置。例如可以利用各种支付APP的扫一扫功能来扫码商品。
相应地,步骤204中自助结算设备基于所述目标用户发起的针对获取的商品信息的支付请求进行自助支付,并将所述目标用户的结算信息上传给服务端设备时,可具体包括:
目标用户手持的支付终端基于所述目标用户发起的针对获取的商品信息的支付请求进行自助支付,并将所述目标用户的结算信息上传给服务端设备。
例如,目标用户手持的支付终端可以通过支付宝中的扫一扫功能,对目标用户选取的商品进行扫码以获取商品信息;之后,可基于目标用户针对获取的商品信息发起的支付请求进行自助结算支付,并将结算信息上传给服务端设备。这种自助支付方式的结算成本相对较低,且可以将结算操作分散至每个目标用户上,在降低成本投入的情况下,可有效避免结算排队的困扰,进一步提升结算体验,同时还可以提升结算效率。
在本说明书实施例中,当完成自助支付后,自助结算设备可以获取到基于目标用户发起的支付请求所返回的支付信息,所述支付信息至少可以包括:已支付信息;其中,已支付信息中至少包括:已支付商品、已支付金额、已支付数量等信息。其实,当目标用户自助支付时余额不足或是只对订单信息中部分商品进行自助支付时,所述支付信息中还可能会包含未支付信息等,其中,未支付信息至少可以包括:未支付商品、未支付金额、未支付数量等信息。
应理解,自助结算设备可以将目标用户的结算信息上传给服务端设备,其中,所述 结算信息至少包括:支付信息以及身份标识。所述身份标识是表征目标用户身份唯一性的标识,可以是目标用户的姓名、代号或是证件号等。例如,所述结算信息可以为:目标用户A以及目标用户A的支付信息。
可选地,本说明书实施例所涉及的一种可实现的方案,所述身份标识基于所述目标用户的支付信息中的账户身份获取。一般而言,目标用户在进行自助支付时,可以基于目标用户在自助支付时所使用的支付APP中账户身份,生成相应的支付信息,即所述支付信息中包含有目标用户自助支付时所使用支付APP的账户身份,这样,自助结算设备可以将获取的支付信息,以及基于支付信息中提取的账户身份确定的身份标识,上传给服务端设备进行处理。

步骤206:当出口检验设备采集到所述目标用户的生物特征信息后,将所述生物特征信息发送给所述服务端设备。
在目标用户选购商品并进行自助支付后,可以通过出口检验设备离开购物场所。所述出口检验设备可以设置为具有一定长度的出口通道,在目标用户进入该出口检验设备时,就可以通过出口检验设备中的生物特征采集装置,采集目标用户的生物特征信息,并将该生物特征信息发送给服务端设备。
应理解,出口检验设备中的生物特征采集装置可以与自动结算设备中的生物特征采集装置相同或不同。或者都同时设置有多种类型的生物特征采集装置,例如,自助结算设备中设置有摄像头以及指纹仪,出口检验设备中设置有摄像头以及指纹仪,这样,在摄像头采集的面部信息或虹膜信息不可靠的情况下,可以使用指纹仪采集目标用户的指纹信息。
步骤208:服务端设备基于所述生物特征信息确定所述目标用户的支付信息,并基于所述目标用户的支付信息,向所述出口检验设备返回所述目标用户的自助结算结果。
可选地,步骤208中,服务端设备基于所述生物特征信息确定所述目标用户的支付信息时,可以具体执行为:

考虑到大数据业务的普及,实名制的个人身份信息在各个业务领域被广泛推崇。因此,在服务端设备获取到出口检验设备采集的生物特征信息后,可以快速从大数据系统中匹配出目标用户的身份标识。可选地,为了保证目标用户的个人信息安全,本说明书实施例中所涉及的身份标识可以是一种机器识别语言,例如,一串预设长度的字符串。

需要说明的是,在上述方式一和方式二中,所涉及的目标用户的支付信息以及目标用户的商品信息,都可以理解为目标用户在本次购物所生成的本次结算信息,以区别下述方式三中的历史结算信息。

- 一种线下自助结算方法,包括:自助结算设备通过扫描目标用户选取的商品获取商品信息;所述自助结算设备基于所述目标用户发起的针对获取的商品信息的支付请求进行自助支付,并将所述目标用户的结算信息上传给服务端设备,其中,所述结算信息至少包括:支付信息以及身份标识;当出口检验设备采集到所述目标用户的生物特征信息后,将所述生物特征信息发送给所述服务端设备;所述服务端设备基于所述生物特征信息确定所述目标用户的支付信息,并基于所述目标用户的支付信息,向所述出口检验设备返回所述目标用户的自助结算结果;所述出口检验设备基于所述自助结算结果确定是否对所述目标用户放行。
- 如权利要求1所述的方法,所述自助结算设备包括:自助收银终端和支付终端;自助结算设备通过扫描目标用户选取的商品获取商品信息,包括:自助收银终端通过扫描目标用户选取的商品获取商品信息;所述自助结算设备基于所述目标用户发起的针对获取的商品信息的支付请求进行自助支付,并将所述目标用户的结算信息上传给服务端设备,包括:所述自助收银终端基于所述目标用户发起的针对获取的商品信息向支付终端发送支付请求;支付终端基于所述支付请求进行自助支付,并向所述自助收银终端返回所述目标用户的结算信息;所述自助收银终端将所述结算信息上传给服务端设备。
- 如权利要求1所述的方法,所述自助结算设备包括:支付终端;自助结算设备通过扫描目标用户选取的商品获取商品信息,包括:支付终端通过扫描目标用户选取的商品获取商品信息;所述自助结算设备基于所述目标用户发起的针对获取的商品信息的支付请求进行自助支付,并将所述目标用户的结算信息上传给服务端设备,包括:所述支付终端基于所述目标用户发起的针对获取的商品信息的支付请求进行自助支付,并将所述目标用户的结算信息上传给服务端设备。
- 如权利要求1所述的方法,所述身份标识基于所述目标用户的支付信息中的账户身份获取。
- 如权利要求1所述的方法,所述身份标识基于所述自助结算设备采集的所述目 标用户的生物特征信息获取。
- 如权利要求1-5任一项所述的方法,所述服务端设备基于所述生物特征信息确定所述目标用户的支付信息,包括:所述服务端设备基于所述生物特征信息确定所述目标用户的身份标识;基于所述目标用户的身份标识确定相匹配的所述目标用户的支付信息。
- 如权利要求6所述的方法,所述结算信息还包括:所述目标用户选取的商品的商品信息;基于所述目标用户的身份标识确定相匹配的所述目标用户的支付信息,包括:所述服务端设备基于所述目标用户的身份标识确定相匹配的所述目标用户的支付信息、所述目标用户的商品信息以及所述目标用户的历史结算信息;所述服务端设备基于所述目标用户的支付信息,向所述出口检验设备返回所述目标用户的自助结算结果,包括:所述服务端设备基于所述目标用户的支付信息、所述目标用户的商品信息以及所述目标用户的历史结算信息,确定所述目标用户的结算指数,所述结算指数用于评估所述目标用户执行自助结算行为的概率;所述服务端设备基于所述结算指数,确定所述目标用户是否完成自助结算;所述服务端设备向所述出口检验设备返回所述目标用户的自助结算结果。
- 如权利要求7所述的方法,所述历史结算信息至少包括以下信息之一或组合:从本地服务端设备获取的所述目标用户的历史支付信息、历史自助结算结果;从对应其它购物场所的其它服务端设备获取的所述目标用户的历史支付信息、历史自助结算结果;从第三方信用评估机构获取的所述目标用户的信用等级信息。
- 如权利要求8所述的方法,所述服务端设备基于所述目标用户的支付信息、所述目标用户的商品信息以及所述目标用户的历史结算信息,确定所述目标用户的结算指数,包括:所述服务端设备基于所述目标用户的支付信息、所述目标用户的商品信息以及所述目标用户的历史结算信息,分别提取表征在本地购物场所结算水平的第一结算数据、表征在其它购物场所结算水平的第二结算数据以及表征在第三方信用评估机构授予信用等级的信用数据;所述服务端设备将所述第一结算数据、所述第二结算数据以及所述信用数据,输入预设结算指数模型,得到所述目标用户的结算指数。
- 如权利要求8所述的方法,所述服务端设备基于所述结算指数,确定所述目标用户是否完成自助结算,包括:所述服务端设备将所述结算指数与预设阈值进行比对;如果所述结算指数大于等于所述预设阈值,则确定所述目标用户完成自助结算;否则,确定所述目标用户未完成自助结算。
- 如权利要求1-5任一项所述的方法,所述出口检验设备基于所述自助结算结果确定是否对所述目标用户放行,包括:如果所述目标用户完成自助结算,则所述出口检验设备控制打开拦截设备以对所述目标用户放行;否则,所述出口检验设备控制所述拦截设备保持关闭以对所述目标用户拦截。
- 如权利要求1-5任一项所述的方法,所述出口检验设备基于所述自助结算结果确定是否对所述目标用户放行,包括:如果所述目标用户完成自助结算,则所述出口检验设备不作处理以对所述目标用户放行;否则,所述出口检验设备向报警设备发送拦截提醒,以对所述目标用户拦截。
- 如权利要求7所述的方法,所述结算信息还包括:入口检验设备采集的所述目标用户的第一重量,以及所述出口设备采集的携带有商品的所述目标用户的第二重量;所述方法还包括:所述服务端设备基于所述生物特征信息确定所述目标用户的商品信息以及第一重量、第二重量;所述服务端设备基于所述目标用户的商品信息以及第一重量、第二重量,确定是否对所述目标用户进行结算核验。
- 如权利要求13所述的方法,所述服务端设备基于所述目标用户的商品信息以及第一重量、第二重量,确定是否对所述目标用户进行结算核验,包括:所述服务端设备基于所述目标用户的商品信息中商品数量和单个商品重量,确定所述目标用户选取的商品的总重量;如果所述目标用户的第一重量与第二重量之差的绝对值大于所述目标用户选取的商品的总重量,则对所述目标用户进行结算核验;否则,不作处理。
- 如权利要求1-5任一项所述的方法,在所述服务端设备向所述出口检验设备返回所述目标用户的自助结算结果之后,所述方法还包括:所述服务端设备将本地所述目标用户的支付信息和自助结算结果分别标记为历史支付信息和历史自助结算结果。
- 一种线下自助结算方法,包括:服务端设备接收目标用户的结算信息;其中,所述结算信息是自助结算设备基于所述目标用户发起的支付请求进行自助支付得到,所述支付请求是针对自助结算设备通过扫描目标用户选取的商品获取的商品信息发起,所述结算信息至少包括:支付信息以及身份标识;所述服务端设备基于出口检验设备采集到的所述目标用户的生物特征信息确定所述目标用户的支付信息,并基于所述目标用户的支付信息,向所述出口检验设备返回所述目标用户的自助结算结果;其中,所述自助结算结果用于指示所述出口检验设备是否对所述目标用户放行。
- 一种线下自助结算方法,包括:当出口检验设备采集到目标用户的生物特征信息后,将所述生物特征信息发送给服务端设备;其中,所述生物特征信息用于所述服务端设备确定所述目标用户的支付信息,并基于所述目标用户的支付信息,向所述出口检验设备返回所述目标用户的自助结算结果;所述出口检验设备基于所述自助结算结果确定是否对所述目标用户放行。
- 一种线下自助结算系统,包括:自助结算设备、服务端设备以及出口检验设备;其中,所述自助结算设备,通过扫描目标用户选取的商品获取商品信息;以及,基于所述目标用户发起的针对获取的商品信息的支付请求进行自助支付,并将所述目标用户的结算信息上传给服务端设备,其中,所述结算信息至少包括:支付信息以及身份标识;所述出口检验设备,当采集到所述目标用户的生物特征信息后,将所述生物特征信息发送给所述服务端设备;所述服务端设备,基于所述生物特征信息确定所述目标用户的支付信息,并基于所述目标用户的支付信息,向所述出口检验设备返回所述目标用户的自助结算结果;所述出口检验设备,基于所述自助结算结果确定是否对所述目标用户放行。
- 一种线下自助结算装置,包括:接收模块,接收目标用户的结算信息;其中,所述结算信息是自助结算设备基于所述目标用户发起的支付请求进行自助支付得到,所述支付请求是针对自助结算设备通过扫描目标用户选取的商品获取的商品信息发起,所述结算信息至少包括:支付信息以及 身份标识;处理模块,基于出口检验设备采集到的所述目标用户的生物特征信息确定所述目标用户的支付信息,并基于所述目标用户的支付信息,向所述出口检验设备返回所述目标用户的自助结算结果;其中,所述自助结算结果用于指示所述出口检验设备是否对所述目标用户放行。
- 一种线下自助结算装置,包括:发送模块,当采集到目标用户的生物特征信息后,将所述生物特征信息发送给服务端设备;其中,所述生物特征信息用于所述服务端设备确定所述目标用户的支付信息,并基于所述目标用户的支付信息,向所述出口检验设备返回所述目标用户的自助结算结果;处理模块,基于所述自助结算结果确定是否对所述目标用户放行。
- 一种电子设备,包括:处理器;以及被安排成存储计算机可执行指令的存储器,所述可执行指令在被执行时使所述处理器执行以下操作:接收目标用户的结算信息;其中,所述结算信息是自助结算设备基于所述目标用户发起的支付请求进行自助支付得到,所述支付请求是针对自助结算设备通过扫描目标用户选取的商品获取的商品信息发起,所述结算信息至少包括:支付信息以及身份标识;基于出口检验设备采集到的所述目标用户的生物特征信息确定所述目标用户的支付信息,并基于所述目标用户的支付信息,向所述出口检验设备返回所述目标用户的自助结算结果;其中,所述自助结算结果用于指示所述出口检验设备是否对所述目标用户放行。
- 一种电子设备,包括:处理器;以及被安排成存储计算机可执行指令的存储器,所述可执行指令在被执行时使所述处理器执行以下操作:当采集到目标用户的生物特征信息后,将所述生物特征信息发送给服务端设备;其中,所述生物特征信息用于所述服务端设备确定所述目标用户的支付信息,并基于所述目标用户的支付信息,向所述出口检验设备返回所述目标用户的自助结算结果;基于所述自助结算结果确定是否对所述目标用户放行。
