需要说明的是,如果所述目标创作者与所述目标交易哈希之间的对应关系用于表征所述目标交易哈希对应的文本发布交易所存证的碎片化文本是所述目标创作者创作的,则在所述目标创作者同意售出版权之后,智能合约可以不解除所述目标创作者与所述目标交易哈希之间的对应关系。
如果所述目标创作者与所述目标交易哈希之间的对应关系用于表征所述目标交易哈 希对应的文本发布交易所存证的碎片化文本的版权归属于所述目标创作者,则为了改变版权归属,可以在建立所述汇编者与所述目标交易哈希之间的对应关系的同时,解除所述目标创作者与所述目标交易哈希之间的对应关系。
此外,在图3所示的方法中,所述区块链网络中各节点通过所述智能合约,可以在确定所述汇编者向所述目标创作者付款完成之后,建立所述汇编者与所述目标交易哈希之间的对应关系。
具体地,各节点在建立所述汇编者与所述交易哈希之间的对应关系之前,可以通过所述智能合约,向所述汇编者发送付款通知。接着,所述汇编者在付款完成后,可以通过所述汇编者客户端构建付款完成交易,并将所述付款完成交易提交到区块链网络。然后,各节点通过智能合约,可以响应于所述付款完成交易,建立所述汇编者与所述目标交易哈希之间的对应关系。
通过图3所示的方法,汇编者可以直接根据主题或系列从多个创作者处收购多个碎片化文本的版权。汇编者基于收购的多个碎片化文本的版权,有权进行汇编,得到汇编作品,并享有汇编作品的版权。
图4是本说明书实施例提供的一种基于区块链的汇编作品发布方法的流程示意图,包括如下步骤:
S400:汇编者客户端获取汇编者指定的多个文本发布交易的交易哈希。
在图4所示的方法中,所述多个文本发布交易所存证的碎片化文本是所述汇编者通过图3所述的方法收购的。也就是说,区块链网络中部署的智能合约已经记录了所述汇编者与所述多个文本发布交易的交易哈希的对应关系,并且,所述汇编者发起的用于收购所述多个文本发布交易所存证的碎片化文本的文本版权收购交易以及创作这些碎片化文本的创作者发起的同意售出的文本版权售出交易也皆被写入区块链进行存证。所述多个文本发布交易所存证的碎片化文本的版权流转是清楚的。

综上,通过图2~9所示的版权流转方法,可以对碎片化文本的创作者的版权进行明确,随后,如果版权发生流转,也可以对流转的环节进行记录,版权流转过程是透明可追溯的。
此外,由于上述版权流转方法的支持,使得版权流传的各个环节分工明确,创作者可以专心于碎片化文本的创作,不用担心版权被侵犯,并可以通过出售版权盈利。收集者可以对碎片化文本的收集整理,将文本集合转卖给汇编者赚取收益。汇编者可以基于文本集合形成汇编作品,出售给发行商进行出版或发行。
还需要说明的是,在版权流转过程中,版权的每次流转可以不是一次买断的。例如,收集者收购多个碎片化文本的版权时,实际上可以不进行支付,而是承诺待到碎 片化文本最终形成汇编作品出版后,根据市场收益向创作者分红。类似的,同样可以根据市场收益向收集者、汇编者、发行商进行分红,版权在从收集者流转到汇编者,或版权从汇编者流转到发行商时,都可以不进行一次买断,而是约定分红。
另外,在实践中,倘若出现版权纠纷,司法机关(如法院)可以直接根据区块链中记录的清晰的版权流转路径进行裁判。

本说明书实施例还提供一种计算机设备,其至少包括存储器、处理器及存储在存储器上并可在处理器上运行的计算机程序,其中,处理器执行所述程序时实现图2~9所示方法的功能。
图11示出了本说明书实施例所提供的一种更为具体的计算设备硬件结构示意图,该设备可以包括:处理器1410、存储器1420、输入/输出接口1430、通信接口1440和总线1450。其中处理器1410、存储器1420、输入/输出接口1430和通信接口1440通过总线1450实现彼此之间在设备内部的通信连接。
处理器1410可以采用通用的CPU(Central Processing Unit,中央处理器)、微处理器、应用专用集成电路(Application Specific Integrated Circuit,ASIC)、或者一个或多个集成电路等方式实现,用于执行相关程序,以实现本说明书实施例所提供的技术方案。
存储器1420可以采用ROM(Read Only Memory,只读存储器)、RAM(Random Access Memory,随机存取存储器)、静态存储设备,动态存储设备等形式实现。存储器1420可以存储操作系统和其他应用程序,在通过软件或者固件来实现本说明书实施 例所提供的技术方案时,相关的程序代码保存在存储器1420中,并由处理器1410来调用执行。
输入/输出接口1430用于连接输入/输出模块,以实现信息输入及输出。输入输出/模块可以作为组件配置在设备中(图中未示出),也可以外接于设备以提供相应功能。其中输入设备可以包括键盘、鼠标、触摸屏、麦克风、各类传感器等,输出设备可以包括显示器、扬声器、振动器、指示灯等。
通信接口1440用于连接通信模块(图中未示出),以实现本设备与其他设备的通信交互。其中通信模块可以通过有线方式(例如USB、网线等)实现通信,也可以通过无线方式(例如移动网络、WIFI、蓝牙等)实现通信。
总线1450包括一通路,在设备的各个组件(例如处理器1410、存储器1420、输入/输出接口1430和通信接口1440)之间传输信息。
需要说明的是,尽管上述设备仅示出了处理器1410、存储器1420、输入/输出接口1430、通信接口1440以及总线1450,但是在具体实施过程中,该设备还可以包括实现正常运行所必需的其他组件。此外,本领域的技术人员可以理解的是,上述设备中也可以仅包含实现本说明书实施例方案所必需的组件,而不必包含图中所示的全部组件。
本说明书实施例还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,该程序被处理器执行时实现图2~9所示方法的功能。

    所述汇编者客户端构建文本版权收购交易,并将所述文本版权收购交易提交到区块链网络;所述文本版权收购交易包含所述目标交易哈希;
    所述区块链网络中的各节点通过预先部署的智能合约,确定所述目标交易哈希对应的目标创作者,并向所述目标创作者发送文本收购消息,以及将所述文本版权收购交易写入区块链;所述目标交易哈希对应的目标创作者,是所述目标交易哈希对应的文本发布交易所存证的碎片化文本的创作者;
    所述目标创作者的创作者客户端针对所述文本收购消息构建文本版权售出交易,并将所述文本版权售出交易提交给区块链网络;

    收集者客户端获取收集者指定的文本发布交易的目标交易哈希;
    所述收集者客户端构建文本版权收购交易,并将所述文本版权收购交易提交到区块链网络;所述文本版权收购交易包含所述目标交易哈希;
    所述区块链网络中的各节点通过预先部署的智能合约,确定所述目标交易哈希对应的目标创作者,并向所述目标创作者发送文本收购消息,以及将所述文本版权收购交易写入区块链;
    所述目标创作者的创作者客户端针对所述文本收购消息构建文本版权售出交易,并将所述文本版权售出交易提交给区块链网络;
    所述区块链网络通过所述智能合约,建立所述收集者与所述目标交易哈希之间的对应关系,以及将所述文本版权售出交易写入区块链。

    所述收集者客户端构建文本集合发布交易,并将所述文本集合发布交易提交给区块链网络;所述文本集合发布交易包含所述收集者指定的多个交易哈希;
    所述区块链网络中的各节点通过预先部署的智能合约,建立所述收集者与所述文本集合发布交易的交易哈希之间的对应关系,以及将所述文本集合发布交易写入区块链。
  10. 一种基于区块链的文本集合版权收购方法,包括:
    汇编者客户端获取汇编者指定的文本集合发布交易的交易哈希;所述文本集合发布交易所存证的文本集合是通过权利要求9所述的方法发布的;
    所述汇编者客户端构建集合版权收购交易,并将所述集合版权收购交易提交给区块链网络;所述集合版权收购交易包含所述交易哈希;
    所述区块链网络中的各节点通过预先部署的智能合约,确定所述交易哈希对应的收集者,并向所述收集者发送集合收购消息,以及将所述集合版权收购交易写入区块链;
    所述收集者的收集者客户端针对所述集合收购消息构建集合版权售出交易,并将所述集合版权售出交易提交给区块链网络;
    所述区块链网络中各节点通过所述智能合约,建立所述汇编者与所述交易哈希的对应关系,以及将所述集合版权售出交易写入区块链。

    所述发行商客户端构建作品版权收购交易,并将所述作品版权收购交易提交给区块链网络;所述作品版权收购交易包含所述交易哈希;
    所述区块链网络中的各节点通过预先部署的智能合约,确定所述交易哈希对应的汇 编者,并向所述汇编者发送作品收购消息,以及将所述作品版权收购交易写入区块链;
    所述汇编者的汇编者客户端针对所述作品收购消息构建作品版权售出交易,并将所述作品版权售出交易提交给区块链网络;
    所述区块链网络中各节点通过所述智能合约,建立所述发行商与所述交易哈希的对应关系,以及将所述作品版权售出交易写入区块链。

    构建包含所述目标交易哈希的文本版权收购交易,并将所述文本版权收购交易提交到区块链网络,以使所述区块链网络中的各节点通过预先部署的智能合约,确定所述目标交易哈希对应的目标创作者,并向所述目标创作者发送文本收购消息,以及将所述文本版权收购交易写入区块链,所述目标交易哈希对应的目标创作者,是所述目标交易哈希对应的文本发布交易所存证的碎片化文本的创作者;进而使所述目标创作者的创作者客户端针对所述文本收购消息构建文本版权售出交易,并将所述文本版权售出交易提交给区块链网络;最终使所述区块链网络中各节点通过所述智能合约,建立所述汇编者与所述目标交易哈希之间的对应关系,以及将所述文本版权售出交易写入区块链。

    收集者客户端获取收集者指定的文本发布交易的目标交易哈希;
    构建包含所述目标交易哈希的文本版权收购交易,并将所述文本版权收购交易提交到区块链网络,以使所述区块链网络中的各节点通过预先部署的智能合约,确定所述目标交易哈希对应的目标创作者,并向所述目标创作者发送文本收购消息,以及将所述文本版权收购交易写入区块链;进而使所述目标创作者的创作者客户端针对所述文本收购消息构建文本版权售出交易,并将所述文本版权售出交易提交给区块链网络;最终使所述区块链网络通过所述智能合约,建立所述收集者与所述目标交易哈希之间的对应关系,以及将所述文本版权售出交易写入区块链。

    汇编者客户端获取汇编者指定的文本集合发布交易的交易哈希;所述文本集合发布交易所存证的文本集合是通过权利要求9所述的方法发布的;
    构建包含所述交易哈希的集合版权收购交易,并将所述集合版权收购交易提交给区块链网络,以使所述区块链网络中的各节点通过预先部署的智能合约,确定所述交易哈希对应的收集者,并向所述收集者发送集合收购消息,以及将所述集合版权收购交易写入区块链;进而使所述收集者的收集者客户端针对所述集合收购消息构建集合版权售出交易,并将所述集合版权售出交易提交给区块链网络;最终使所述区块链网络中各节点通过所述智能合约,建立所述汇编者与所述交易哈希的对应关系,以及将所述集合版权售出交易写入区块链。

    提交模块,构建包含所述目标交易哈希的文本版权收购交易,并将所述文本版权收购交易提交到区块链网络,以使所述区块链网络中的各节点通过预先部署的智能合约,确定所述目标交易哈希对应的目标创作者,并向所述目标创作者发送文本收购消息,以及将所述文本版权收购交易写入区块链,所述目标交易哈希对应的目标创作者,是所述目标交易哈希对应的文本发布交易所存证的碎片化文本的创作者;进而使所述目标创作者的创作者客户端针对所述文本收购消息构建文本版权售出交易,并将所述文本版权售出交易提交给区块链网络;最终使所述区块链网络中各节点通过所述智能合约,建立所述汇编者与所述目标交易哈希之间的对应关系,以及将所述文本版权售出交易写入区块链。
  25. 一种基于区块链的汇编作品发布装置,包括:
    获取模块,获取汇编者指定的多个文本发布交易的交易哈希;所述多个文本发布交易所存证的碎片化文本是所述汇编者通过权利要求1~4任一项所述的方法收购的;
