参见图1,一种面板式组合植物灯,包括面板灯2,面板灯2的一端设有第一转动连接部5,面板灯2与第一转动连接部5的连接处设有第一滑动套板1,第一滑动套板1的内部开设滑动槽,滑动槽沿第一滑动套板1的长度方向设置,滑动槽的两端均开口,面板灯2的厚度为15mm,在其他一些实施例中,该面板灯的厚度可以选取3-40mm中的任意值,例如25mm。面板灯的功率为80-600W,第一滑动套板1包括第一抽板3和底板,底板与面板灯2固定连接,其固定方式可为螺丝固定、打胶固定或滑轨卡槽固定,优选螺丝固定和滑轨卡槽固定,通过螺丝固定和滑轨卡槽固定便于面板灯2的安装与拆卸,当面板灯2出现故障时主便拆卸检修,第一滑动套板1沿长度方向的一侧滑动安装有第一抽板3,通过第一滑动套板1与第一抽板3的相对滑动,从而调节面板灯2的距离,有利于增加植物受 光面,第一滑动套板1的侧壁上开设若干限位通孔4,限位通孔4与上述滑动槽连通,第一抽板3且位于远离第一滑动套板1的端面上设有第一转动连接部5,第一转动连接部5与第一抽板3一体成型,第一转动连接部5与第一抽板3之间设有用于预留转动空间的倒角。
参见图2,面板灯2的一端也能够通过第一抽板3直接与第一转动连接部5固定连接,面板灯2同时也能够通过底板直接与第一转动连接部5固定连接。
参见图3,第一滑动套板1的底部固定安装面板灯,第一滑动套板1的一侧沿长度方向滑动安装有第一抽板3,第一抽板3的一端设有第一转动连接部5,第二抽板7上设有第二转动连接部15(参见图6),第一转动连接部5与第二转动连接部15通过转动轴10(参见图5)转动连接,从而实现面板灯2光照角度的调节,第二抽板7的另一端即非第二转动连接部15的一端可拆卸安装有墙面固定件6,第二抽板7与墙面固定件6可通过螺纹连接实现可拆卸连接,墙面固定件6的背面通过螺钉固定在墙壁上,从而实现单个面板灯的壁挂式安装,同时便于面板灯的照射角度调节。
参见图4,第一滑动套板1的一侧沿长度方向滑动安装有第一抽板3,第一抽板3的另一端设有第一转动连接部5(参见图5),第二滑动套板8的一侧沿长度方向滑动安装有第二抽板7,第一抽板7的另一端设有第二转动连接部15(参见图6),第一转动连接部5与第二转动连接部15通过转动轴转动连接,第一滑动套板1与第二滑动套板8的底部均固定安装面板灯2,从而实现两组面板灯的角度与光源间距的调节。
参见图5和图6,第一抽板3的一端设有第一转动连接部5,第二抽板7的一端设有第二转动连接部15,第一转动连接部5与第二转动连接部15之间通过转动轴10转动连接,从而实现两个抽板之间的转动连接,第一抽板3与第一抽板7上还开设有若干定位螺纹孔9,定位螺纹孔9呈环形分布,定位螺纹孔9内设有用于固定第一抽板3与第二抽板7的螺纹销钉,当第一抽板3相对与第二抽板7之间转动一定角度后,通过螺纹销钉与定位螺纹孔9的配合使用实现限位,第一转动连接部5与第二转动连接部15还可通过阻尼器和限位齿轮实现两个抽板之间的限位转动,第一抽板3与第二抽板7的侧壁上固定安装有用 于与限位通孔4匹配使用的限位件11,优选地,限位件11为滚珠弹簧,当抽动第一抽板3时,第一抽板3在第一滑动套板1的滑动槽滑动,滚珠弹簧在弹簧的作用下自动延伸和压缩,当抽动至规定位置后,滚珠弹簧刚好卡接在对应的限位通孔4中,从而实现第一抽板3与第一滑动套板1的限位滑动。
参见图7,第一滑动套板1的一侧沿长度方向滑动安装有第一抽板3,第二滑动套板8的两侧沿长度方向分别滑动安装有第二抽板7和第三抽板12,第三滑动套板17的一侧沿长度方向滑动安装有第四抽板13,其中第一抽板3与第二抽板7通过转动连接部转动连接,第三抽板12与第四抽板13通过转动连接部转动连接,从而实现三组面板灯之间的连接与角度调节,同时能够实现面板灯之间的距离调节,通过照射角度与灯距调节,从而扩大光照范围,提高植物受光面的光照均匀性,扫除光照盲区,同时实现多组面板灯之间的转动连接,具有良好的实用性。
参见图5和图8,第一滑动套板1沿长度方向滑动安装有第一抽板3,第二滑动套板8沿长度方向滑动安装有第二抽板7,第一抽板3的转动连接部与第二抽板7的转动连接部通过转动轴转动连接,第一滑动套板1和第二滑动套板8的底部均固定安装面板灯,第一抽板3上可拆卸连接有第一安装件14,第二抽板7上可拆卸连接有第二安装件16,第一安装件14和第二安装件16的另一端固定安装在顶部墙壁上,从而实现两个面板灯的吊顶安装,同时通过抽板与滑动套板之间的限位滑动实现在吊顶安装的情况下使得两个面板灯的距离可调。
由此可见,本发明提供的上述技术方案能够获得显著有益效果,通过滑动套板与抽板的配合使用,能够对面板灯的数量进行增减,从而能够根据实际需要使用灯具,从而大大降低面板灯的使用场合局限性,滑动套板与抽板能够实现限位滑动,从而实现面板灯之间的光照距离调节,从而使植物受光面的光照均匀性得到明显提高,通过两个抽板之间的限位转动连接,从而实现各个面板灯的光照角度调节,能够改变多个面板灯组合后的配光,从而实现光照强度的调节,同时避免工作走道不必要的光照浪费,节约能源,且滑动套板与抽板结构简单,生产成本低廉,从而大大降低植物生产成本,为企业带来再好的经济效 益。
尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种面板式组合植物灯,其特征在于:至少包括一个面板灯,所述面板灯任一端设置有转动连接部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的面板式植物灯,其特征在于:所述转动连接部与所述面板灯连接处设置有滑动套板,所述滑动套板包括抽板和底板。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的面板式植物灯,其特征在于:所述底板与所述面板灯或所述转动连接部固定。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的面板式植物灯,其特征在于:所述抽板与所述面板灯或所述转动连接部固定。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的面板式植物灯,其特征在于:所述面板灯的厚度为3-40mm。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的面板式植物灯,其特征在于:所述面板灯的厚度为10-25mm。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的面板式植物,其特征在于:所述滑动套板的内部沿长度方向开设滑动槽,滑动槽两侧均设开口,滑动套板的侧壁沿长度方向设限位通孔,限位通孔与滑动槽连通。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的面板式植物灯,其特征在于:所述抽板的侧壁固定安装有与限位通孔相匹配的限位件,抽板的另一端即非转动连接部的一端可拆卸安装有墙面固定件。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的面板式植物灯,其特征在于:所述面板灯还配备有连接导线,所述面板灯功率为80-600W。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的面板式植物灯,其特征在于:所述转动连接部与抽板一体成型,转动连接部与抽板之间设有用于预留转动空间的倒角,转动连接部上开设有定位螺纹孔,定位螺纹孔内设有螺纹销钉。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的面板式植物灯,其特征在于:所述滑动套板沿长度方向的一侧滑动安装有第一抽板,通过滑动套板与第一抽板相对滑动,第一抽板位于远离第一滑动套板的端面上设有第一转动连接部。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的面板式植物灯,其特征在于:所述滑动套板的两侧沿长 度方向滑动安装有第一抽板和第二抽板,第一抽板的一端设有第一转动连接部,第二抽板上设有第二转动连接部,第一转动连接部与第二转动连接部通过转动轴转动连接,第二抽板的另一端即非第二转动连接部的一端可拆卸安装有墙面固定件,第二抽板与墙面固定件可拆卸连接。
