在相邻的两立杆1之间枢接有侧面支撑杆组2,以对帐篷的侧立面形成支撑,各侧面支撑杆组2包括至少两组依次枢接的侧面交叉支杆21,在本实施例中,各侧面支撑杆组2分别设有三组依次枢接的侧面交叉支杆21,侧面交叉支杆21由两交叉的侧支杆211枢接组成,各侧面支撑杆组2中靠近立杆1的侧面交叉支杆21朝向立杆1的一端活动连接并可定位在立杆1上,当要将帐篷架杆收折时,侧面交叉支杆21中活动连接在立杆1上的侧支杆211向下滑动,令交叉的侧支杆211合拢收靠从而实现侧面支撑杆组2的收折。
上述帐篷的顶部上设有顶部支撑杆组3,顶部支撑杆组3包括呈放射状分布的至少三组主顶面支杆31,在本实施例中设有四组主顶面支杆31,四组主顶面支杆31的一端分别连接至立杆1上端形成支撑帐篷篷布的架杆,另一端均活动连接在一顶模32上形成帐篷顶。主顶面支杆31为一在中部可进行单向收折的杆件,其由两主连接杆311通过枢接组成,帐篷收折时,顶部支撑杆组3整体向下收合的同时,主顶面支杆31中的两主连接杆311通过枢接部向下收合后而合并,并带动立杆1向中心收靠,从而可配合帐篷架杆的收折。
上述帐篷相邻立面上的两相邻的侧面支撑杆组2在相交时分别通过两设置在立杆1上的连接块进行连接,其中,上连接块4位于立杆1的顶端,主顶面支杆31连接在上连接块4上,同时,该上连接块4的两侧上分别连接两侧面上的侧面交叉支杆21中靠近上连接块4的侧支杆211,而下连接块5则活动连接并可定位在立杆1的上端,该下连接块5的两侧上分别连接两侧面交叉支杆21中靠近下连接块5的侧支杆211,并且,可在下连接块5上设置锁扣结构,收折时,解除下连接块5的定位作用,使侧面交叉支杆21中靠近下连接块5的侧支杆211向下活动,并可连动侧面交叉支杆21的收靠。
上述各主顶面支杆31下方设有一对其进行支持的辅撑杆33,辅撑杆33的上端枢接在主顶面支杆31的主连接杆311上,下端则枢接在下连接块5上,在帐篷架杆收折时辅撑杆33能够随着下连接块5而活动收靠,并可连动主顶面支杆31中主连接杆311的收靠。
上述各主顶面支杆31上还设有至少一斜支杆34,斜支杆34的一端枢接在主顶面支杆31中的主连接杆311上,另一端枢接在位于主顶面支杆31两侧的侧面交叉支杆21上,且斜支杆34两端中至少一端为活动端,在本实施例中,各主顶面支杆31上设有两斜支杆34,两连接在同一主顶面支杆31上的斜支杆34呈对称设置,两斜支杆34均活动连接在主顶面支杆31中的主连接杆311上,并且,可以在主连接杆311上设置一第一滑块,该第一滑块套设在主连接杆311上并且两侧分别与斜支杆34枢接,两斜支杆34可在第一滑块的带动下活动,各斜支杆34的另一端则是枢接在侧面交叉支杆21上,可将其枢接在两侧面交叉支杆21的连接处上,从而在帐篷架杆进行收折时,斜支杆34可配合主顶面支杆31和侧面交叉支杆21的收合而进行收靠。
上述顶部支撑杆组3还包括固定支撑杆组35,固定支撑杆组35包括呈放射状分布的至少三根主固定杆351、第二支撑块352以及固定模块353,第二支撑块352固定装设在主顶面支杆31上,在本实施例中设有四根主固定杆351,四根主固定杆351的一端均活动连接在固定模块353上,另一端分别与各主顶面支杆31上的第二支撑块352的下端枢接,以对主顶面支杆31进行支撑。
上述顶部支撑杆组3还包括至少一辅顶面支杆36,在本实施例中设有八组辅顶面支杆36,八组辅顶面支杆36的一端分别连接至两相邻的侧面交叉支杆21之间的连接处形成支撑帐篷篷布的架杆,另一端均活动连接在顶模32上。辅顶面支杆36为一在中部可进行单向收折的杆件,其由两辅连接杆361通过枢接组成,帐篷收折时,顶部支撑杆组整体下收的同时,辅顶面支杆36中的两辅连接杆361通过枢接部向下收合后而合并,并带动立杆1向中心收靠,从而可配合帐篷架杆的收折。
本发明中的顶部支撑杆组3通过设有辅顶面支杆36,使得帐篷在展开使用过程中,除了利用主顶面支杆31对帐篷的篷布进行支撑外,相邻的主顶面支杆31之间还有辅顶面支杆36对帐篷的篷布进行支撑,使得本发明的帐篷中的架杆对篷布的支撑,能够使得篷布外形饱满,防止塌陷、积水;并且,辅顶面支杆36的两端还与顶模32和侧面支撑杆组2配合连接,使得本发明的帐篷中的架杆连接更加结实,对篷布的支撑也更加稳定。
上述辅顶面支杆36设有连接件362,连接件362上设有开口槽3621,组成辅顶面支杆36的两辅连接杆361通过连接件362枢接,两辅连接杆361朝向连接件362的一端分别枢接在连接件362的两端。当辅顶面支杆36中的两辅连接杆361通过枢接部向下收合合并时,辅连接杆361朝向连接件362的一端能够绕着连接件362转动,并且收合在连接件362的开口槽3621内,使得组成辅顶面支杆36的两辅连接杆361能够贴合收靠,避免辅顶面支杆36因为受到两辅连接杆361之间的枢接部妨碍而导致帐篷架杆无法收拢。
上述固定支撑杆组35还包括至少一根辅固定杆354以及第三支撑块355,第三支撑块355固定装设在辅顶面支杆36上,在本实施例中设有八根辅固定杆354,八根辅固定杆354的一端均活动连接在固定模块353上,另一端分别与各辅顶面支杆36上的第三支撑块355的下端枢接,以对辅顶面支杆36进行支撑。
本发明的帐篷架杆进行收折时,只须解除下连接块5的定位作用,使侧面交叉支杆21中靠近下连接块5的侧支杆211向下活动,并可连动侧面交叉支杆21的收靠,同时,带动一端与下连接块5枢接的辅撑杆33活动收靠,并可连动主顶面支杆31中主连接杆311的收靠,以及连动辅顶面支杆36中辅连接杆361的收靠,当侧面交叉支杆21、主顶面支杆31和辅顶面支杆36进行收折时,斜支杆34也能够配合收折,跟随主顶面支杆31靠合,帐篷架杆进一步收折,最后将帐篷架杆收靠合并成一体,实现整体收折。
如图8至图13所示,为本发明一种伞形帐篷的改进结构的第二实施例,其与第一实施例的不同之处在于,上述帐篷还包括中心杆6以及支撑模块7,顶模32上设有与中心杆6相互配合的通孔321,中心杆6的一端固定连接至固定模块353的中部,另一端活动穿过顶模32上的通孔321并且与支撑模块7固定连接。通过设有中心杆6以及支撑模块7,使得帐篷在展开使用过程中,支撑杆6能够通过支撑模块7将篷布的中部向上撑起,增加了篷布中部至四周的倾斜度,使得雨水滴落在篷布上面时,能够快速流走,有效的防止篷布积水塌陷。
上述实施例和图式并非限定本发明的产品形态和式样,任何所属技术领域的普通技术人员对其所做的适当变化或修饰,皆应视为不脱离本发明的专利范畴。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种伞形帐篷的改进结构,其包括至少三组直立支撑的立杆、侧面支撑杆组以及顶部支撑杆组,所述侧面支撑杆组枢接在两相邻的立杆之间,所述顶部支撑杆组包括放射状分布的至少三组由两主连接杆通过枢接组成的主顶面支杆以及顶模,所述主顶面支杆的一端分别连接至立杆上端,另一端均活动连接在顶模上;
    所述顶部支撑杆组还包括固定支撑杆组,所述固定支撑杆组包括呈放射状分布的至少三根主固定杆、第二支撑块以及固定模块,所述第二支撑块固定装设在主顶面支杆上,所述主固定杆的一端均活动连接在固定模块上,另一端分别与各主顶面支杆上的第二支撑块的下端枢接;
    其特征在于:所述顶部支撑杆组还包括至少一由两辅连接杆通过枢接组成的辅顶面支杆,所述辅顶面支杆的一端分别连接至两相邻的侧面交叉支杆之间的连接处,另一端均活动连接在顶模上。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种伞形帐篷的改进结构,其特征在于:所述辅顶面支杆设有连接件,所述连接件上设有开口槽,组成辅顶面支杆的两辅连接杆朝向连接件的一端分别枢接在连接件的两端。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种伞形帐篷的改进结构,其特征在于:所述固定支撑杆组还包括至少一根辅固定杆以及第三支撑块,所述第三支撑块固定装设在辅顶面支杆上,所述辅固定杆的一端均活动连接在固定模块上,另一端分别与各辅顶面支杆上的第三支撑块的下端枢接。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的一种伞形帐篷的改进结构,其特征在于:所述侧面支撑杆组包括至少两组依次枢接的侧面交叉支杆,所述侧面交叉支杆由两交叉的侧支杆枢接组成,所述各侧面支撑杆组中靠近立杆的侧面交叉支杆朝向立杆的一端活动连接并可定位在立杆上。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的一种伞形帐篷的改进结构,其特征在于:所述相邻立面上的两相邻的侧面支撑杆组在相交时分别通过设置在立杆上的上连接块和下连接块进行连接,所述上连接块位于立杆的顶端,所述主顶面支杆连接在上连接块上,所述上连接块的两侧上分别连接两侧面上的侧面交叉支杆中靠近上连接块的侧支杆,所述下连接块则活动连接并可定位在立杆的上端,所述下连接块的两侧上分别连接两侧面交叉支杆中靠近下连接块的侧支杆。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的一种伞形帐篷的改进结构,其特征在于:所述主顶面支杆下方设有一对其进行支持的辅撑杆,所述辅撑杆的上端枢接在主顶面支杆的主连接杆上,下端则枢接在下连接块上。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的一种伞形帐篷的改进结构,其特征在于:所述主顶面支杆上还设有至少一斜支杆,所述斜支杆的一端枢接在主顶面支杆中的主连接杆上,另一端枢接在位于主顶面支杆两侧的侧面交叉支杆上,且斜支杆两端中至少一端为活动端。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的一种伞形帐篷的改进结构,其特征在于:所述伞形帐篷还包括中心杆以及支撑模块,所述顶模上设有与中心杆相互配合的通孔,所述中心杆的一端固定连接至固定模块的中部,另一端活动穿过顶模上的通孔并且与支撑模块固定连接。
