Abstract

The present invention relates to a cervical vertebra fixing device having a screw-fastening clip, the device having a screw head, which is divided into a flat surface pressed by a clip and a protruding part pushing one side surface of the clip when the screw rotates, thereby naturally separating the screw from the pressing of the clip when the screw is removed, and relates to the cervical vertebra fixing device, which includes a plate (10) having a body (11) having insertion holes (13), into which the screw (100) is inserted, having an elongated hole or a groove formed in the body (11), and having a channel that forms a space part for moving the clip (20) inserted into the elongated hole or the groove, wherein the clip (20) comprises a connecting part (21) and stopping parts (22) formed at both sides of the connecting part (21) and held on the upper side of the head (110) of the screw (100), and fixes the screw (100) inserted into the insertion holes (13), the head (110) of the screw (100) has the protruding part (112) and the flat surface (111), which are in a stair shape of which a portion is cut out, the flat surface (111) is pressed by the clip (20) so as to prevent the separation of the screw (100), and the screw released from the pressing of the clip is easily removed by means of an operation for pushing, by the inner surface and perimetric surface of the protruding part (112), a movable pressing piece (25a) of the clip (20) toward a fixing piece (25) when the screw (100) rotates.
