一种可变换形态的交互式信息终端,包括信息终端(200)、转动装置(100)和支架(300),信息终端(200)端通过转动装置(100)固定在支架(300)上,转动装置(100)包括固定件(110)、转动件(120)和转轴(130),固定件(110)与信息终端(200)可拆卸连接,转动件(120)与支架(300)可拆卸连接,转动件(120)通过转轴(130)与固定件(110)可转动连接,以实现转动件(120)绕转轴(130)的轴线转动。

本公开要求在2019年01月25日提交中国专利局、申请号为201920141703.4的中国专利申请的优先权,以上申请的全部内容通过引用结合在本公开中。
技术领域
本申请涉及智能电子设备技术领域,例如涉及一种可变换形态的交互式信息终端。
背景技术
智能交互平板如会议机,其集电脑、投影仪、电子白板、电视、广告机和音响于一体,具备书写、批注、同步交互、多媒体、远程视频会议等功能,融合高清显示、人机交互、多媒体信息处理和网络传输等多项技术,常用于政企会议室、媒体演播厅、教育培训机构等地方。
相关的会议机通常包括主机和脚架,主机安装在脚架上,而主机可选择固定在脚架上,也可选择相对于脚架上下或者左右摆动,或者是相对于脚架沿水平方向的轴线转动一定角度。相关的会议机存在以下缺陷:1、主机不管为何种结构,其电源线或者数据线大多是从主机的下侧边或者左右侧边引出,当主机相对于脚架可转动时,主机会拉扯电源线或者数据线,造成电源线或者数据线松动甚至于脱落,且电源线和数据线也会阻挠主机的转动;2、相关的转动式的主机大多没有旋转到位提醒的结构,容易转动过度,使得主机位置不易准确位于需要的位置,提高了转动调整的难度;3、相关的会议机的进音孔设置在主机的正面,麦克风等部件直接位于进音孔的正后方,此结构会使得会议机的主机厚度较厚,无法实现会议机轻薄化设计;4、相关的会议机的壳体之间的固定是通过螺钉进行锁紧,由后至前锁紧螺丝的方式,此方式要求侧框插入至模组和后壳之间的尺寸要较长,且主机的厚度方向上的尺寸要大于螺钉的长度,因此不便于主机轻薄化设计;5、会议机的主机在设置为可转动时,主机的后壳直接与转轴连接,连接的位置面积较窄,后壳容易发生变形;6、会议机的主机在设置为可转动时,转轴的定子盘和转子盘之间的阻尼大多设计为一定值,不便于根据用户的使用习惯调节出需要的阻尼值,降低了用户的体验;7、相关的会议机大多采用左右两侧和底部触摸走线的设计方式,走线复杂;8、相关的会议机有采用单系统处理方式,当然也有设置双系统,但是大多都是将处理系统集成在会议机的主机内,不可拆卸,因此也无法根据需要随意更换处理系统。
发明内容
本申请提供一种可变换形态的交互式信息终端,其结构简单,转动调节方便,导线引出方便且不会阻碍主机转动。
本申请提供一种可变换形态的交互式信息终端,其主机转动时可实现到位提醒,降低转动调节的难度。
本申请提供一种可变换形态的交互式信息终端,其外观美观,连接可靠,厚度薄。

一种可变换形态的交互式信息终端,包括信息终端、转动装置和支架,所述信息终端通过所述转动装置固定在所述支架上,所述转动装置包括固定件、转动件和转轴,所述固定件与所述信息终端可拆卸连接,所述转动件与所述支架可拆卸连接,所述转动件通过所述转轴与所述固定件可转动连接,以实现所述转动件绕所述转轴的轴线转动。
所述固定件包括呈圆形的第一本体,所述第一本体的外周至少设置一个凸起;所述转动件包括第二本体,所述第二本体上至少对应所述信息终端的转动起点和转动终点设置供所述凸起插接配合的第一凹槽。
所述凸起包括垂直连接的第一板和第二板,所述第一板通过螺钉与所述固定件背离所述转动件的一侧可拆卸连接,所述第二板设置在所述第一板靠近所述转动件的一侧,所述第二板上朝向远离所述固定件中心的一侧凸设有弹片结构,所述第二本体上间隔设置两个凸柱,两个所述凸柱之间形成所述第一凹槽。
所述转动装置还包括限位组件,所述限位组件用于限制所述转动件相对于所述固定件可转动的角度,所述限位组件包括限位销和弧形的限位槽,所述限位槽的弧形中心与所述转轴的轴心同心,所述限位销和所述限位槽两者中的一个设置在所述固定件上,所述限位销和所述限位槽两者中的另一个设置在所述转动件上。
所述转轴上贯穿开设有过线孔。
所述固定件通过连接组件与所述支架连接;
所述连接组件包括连接件和可拆卸设置在所述连接件相对的两端的转接件,所述转接件远离所述连接件的一端与所述支架可拆卸连接。
所述转动装置还包括阻尼调节组件,所述阻尼调节组件包括调节座、调节螺钉和阻尼片,所述调节螺钉螺纹旋接在所述调节座上,所述阻尼片连接在所述调节螺钉的端部并选择性与所述固定件背离所述转动件的一侧抵接。
所述信息终端包括显示模组和设置在所述显示模组后侧的后壳,所述显示模组包括背板和依次设置在所述背板远离所述后壳的一侧的膜片组件和钢化玻璃,所述背板靠近所述后壳的一侧设置加强框,所述转动件通过螺钉固定在所述加强框上,所述后壳上对应位置开设有供所述螺钉通过的通孔。
所述信息终端还包括包裹在所述显示模组周部的边框,所述边框和所述背板通过转接板连接,所述转接板包括第一转接板和第二转接板,其中,所述第一转接板设置在所述边框与所述背板的侧边之间并通过螺钉与所述边框和所述背板的侧边连接,所述第二转接板与所述第一转接板垂直,所述第二转接板位于所述背板与所述后壳之间并通过螺钉与所述背板连接。
所述转接板还包括连接在所述第二转接板上的弹片,所述弹片可弹性抵接在所述后壳靠近所述背板的一侧,以将所述后壳固定在所述背板上。
本申请的可变换形态的交互式信息终端结构简单,转动调节方便可靠,转动过程中稳定,导线引出方便且不会阻碍转动,可实现轻薄化设计。

为使本申请解决的技术问题、采用的技术方案和达到的技术效果更加清楚,下面将结合附图对本申请实施例的技术方案作进一步的详细描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。在本申请的描述中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“相连”、“连接”、“固定”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本申请中的具体含义。
在本申请中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,第一特征在第二特征之“上”或之“下”可以包括第一和第二特征直接接触,也可以包括第一和第二特征不是直接接触而是通过它们之间的另外的特征接触。而且,第一特征在第二特征“之上”、“上方”和“上面”包括第一特征在第二特征正上方和斜上方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度高于第二特征。第一特征在第二特征“之下”、“下方”和“下面”包括第一特征在第二特征正下方和斜下方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度小于第二特征。
如图1至29所示,本申请实施例的可变换形态的交互式信息终端包括信息终端200、支撑和固定信息终端200的支架300,其中,信息终端200可设计为相对于支架300沿平行于水平方向的轴线转动,又或者信息终端200既可以相对于支架300沿平行于水平方向的轴线转动,又可以相对于支架300沿竖直方向移动。
信息终端200具有呈现图像、文字等信息的能力,示例性的实施方式中,信息终端200为智能交互平板(interactive intelligent panel,IIP),智能交互平板为具有独立处理能力的设备,其至少能够独立执行图像/视频显示、触控交互、拍摄、音视频播放、数据处理中的一项或多项功能。
在其他实施方式中,信息终端200可以是电子白板(Electronic whiteboard),电子白板用于接受投影仪投射的图像,并且间距触控反馈的功能,其自身不具备独立执行数据处理、音视频播放等功能,但有赖于外部设备,电子白板能够达到和智能交互平板相近的功能。
以下以信息终端200为智能交互平板,且其相对于支架300沿平行于水平方向的轴线转动的结构为例,对本实施例的内容进行解释说明。
如图3至9所示,信息终端200通过转动装置100与支架300连接,转动装置100包括固定件110、转动件120和转轴130,固定件110通过连接组件140固定在支架300上,转动件120通过转轴130与固定件110连接,并可绕转轴130的轴线转动设定角度,信息终端200安装在转动件120背离固定件110的一侧。通过将固定件110固定在支架300上,可以增强转动装置100的稳定性,防止转动装置100相对于支架300发生晃动。
固定件110包括呈圆形的第一本体111,第一本体111的中心朝向背离转动件120的一侧凸设有第一凸部112,第一凸部112内开设有开口朝向转动件120的第一容纳槽113,第一容纳槽113的槽底开设第一转轴孔114,第一本体111的外周至少设置一个凸起115;转动件120包括第二本体121,第二本体121上至少对应信息终端200的转动起点和转动终点设置供凸起115插接配合的第一凹槽122,当转动件120相对于固定件110转动时,凸起115可转动至第一凹槽122内,且在凸起115与第一凹槽122插接过程中会 发出声音提醒使用者转动到位。
可选地,第一本体111的周部环形均布有四个凸起115,在第二本体121上设置四个第一凹槽122。此设计可以使信息终端200每转动90度就会提示一次转动到位,并且四个凸起115和第一凹槽122配合的结构还可以辅助对转动到位后的转动件120以及信息终端200进行位置固定,防止转动件120以及信息终端200被随意的转动,同时也可减少转动件120以及信息终端200的晃动。
凸起115包括垂直连接的第一板1151和第二板1152,其中,第一板1151通过螺钉与固定件110背离转动件120的一侧可拆卸连接,第二板1152设置在第一板1151靠近转动件120的一侧,第二板1152上朝向远离固定件110中心的一侧凸设有弹片结构1153,转动件120的第二本体121上间隔设置两个凸柱123,两个凸柱123之间形成第一凹槽122,旋转转动件120时,弹片结构1153转动至凸柱123处时,由于外力作用弹片结构1153被挤压变形以进入到位于两个凸柱123之间的第一凹槽122内,此时施加在弹片结构1153上的外力撤出,弹片结构1153恢复到未被挤压变形前的形态,整个过程会发生声响,以提示使用者旋转到位。
当然,第一凹槽122不限于采用两个间隔设置的凸柱123形成,在其他实施例中,还可以在第二本体121上凸设凸块,在凸块靠近固定件110的一侧面凹设形成此第一凹槽122,或者在第二本体121上环形凸设一环板,在环板的内壁凹设形成此第一凹槽122。
一实施例中,参考图5和图8,第二本体121朝向第一本体111凸设有第二凸部124,第二凸部124的截面呈圆形,且第二凸部124位于第二本体121的中心,第二凸部124的外周壁与凸柱123之间间隔设置,并形成供凸起115的第二板1152通过的空间,第二凸部124的外周壁与凸柱123之间的距离大于第二板1152的厚度,同时小于弹片结构1153凸出于第二板1152的高度。通过设置第二凸部124,可以利用第二凸部124限制凸起115的位置,便于旋转时凸起115与第一凹槽122的配合更加准确可靠,同时也可以防止凸起115的第二板1152发生较大的变形。
第二凸部124内开设有第二容纳槽125,第二容纳槽125的槽口朝向信息终端200,第二容纳槽125的槽底中心开设第二转轴孔126。
一实施例中,参考图8,转动装置100还包括限位组件150,限位组件150用于限制转动件120相对于固定件110可转动的角度,限位组件150包括限位销151和弧形的限位槽,限位槽的弧形中心与转轴130的轴心同心,限位销151和限位槽两者中的一个设置在固定件110上,限位销151和限位槽两者中的另一个设置在转动件120上。
在本实施例中,限位销151固定在固定件110靠近转动件120的一侧,转动件120上开设此限位槽,转轴130、限位销151和限位槽三者配合的结构使得转动件120的转动更加稳定可靠,进而减少信息终端200在转动过程中的晃动。
限位槽的弧形角度为90度。此设计可以使信息终端200实现横屏和竖屏的自由切换。
在本实施例中,限位槽包括两个第一限位槽152和两个第二限位槽153,以转轴130的轴心为为中心,两个第一限位槽152对称位于第一圆周上,两个第二限位槽153对称位于第二圆周上,第一圆周的直径不等于第二圆周的直径,第一圆周的直径小于第二圆周的直径。
两个第一限位槽152的中心连线为第一连线,两个第二限位槽153的中心连线为第二连线,第一连线与第二连线垂直并交叉,二者的交点与转轴130的轴心重合。此设计可以使转动件120上设置四个限位槽,且四个限位槽沿0°、90°、180°和270°四个位置分布,保证了信息终端200在使用时的平稳,不论使用者从哪个角度操作信息终端200,信息终端200也不会发生晃动。
第二限位槽153的弧形半径大于第一限位槽152的弧形半径。
当然,不限于同时利用四个限位槽对转动件120进行限制,还可以分别仅限制第一限位槽152或第二限位槽153,也能够起到一定的稳定作用。
参照图8,限位销151包括销杆和固定在销杆一端的限位板,销杆远离限位板的一端开设螺纹孔,固定件110的第一容纳槽113的槽底贯穿开设有通孔,螺钉穿过通孔旋拧至螺纹孔内,以将销杆固定在固定件110的第一容纳槽113的槽底,而限位板则位于转动件120背离固定件110的一侧。当然,限位销151的结构不限于上述结构,还可以将限位销151设置为带有螺纹的销杆,销杆的一端设置限位板,销杆的另一端旋拧在固定件110上的螺纹孔内。
参照附图12所示,在转动件120与固定件110之间设置耐磨板160,耐磨板160固定在转动件120上,用于隔离转动件120和固定件110,耐磨板160上开设有供转轴130通过的第三转轴孔161。
在其他实施例中,还可以将耐磨板160设置为整体隔离转动件120和固定件110的结构,即耐磨板160全部遮挡固定件110,在耐磨板160上还需要开设有与转动件120上的限位槽位置及数量对应的过孔。
可选地,耐磨板160采用耐磨的塑料制成,耐磨板160采用POM制成。POM即聚甲醛(英文:polyformaldehyde)热塑性结晶聚合物,其被誉为“超钢”或者“赛钢”,又称聚氧亚甲基。POM强度、刚度高,弹性好,减磨耐磨性好,力学性能优异,比强度可达50.5MPa,比刚度可达2650MPa,与金属十分接近。POM的力学性能随温度变化小,共聚POM比均聚POM的变化稍大一点。POM的冲击强度较高,POM的摩擦因数小,耐磨性好,自润滑性好。
耐磨板160可采用螺钉固定在转动件120上,或者采用胶水粘贴在转动件120上,又或者采用卡扣组件安装在转动件120上。
另外,还可在限位槽内设置防护部(图上未示出),防护部沿限位槽的槽壁环形设置,防护部可采用耐磨的塑料制成。防护部采用POM制成。防护部可以采用螺钉固定在限位槽内,也可采用胶水粘接在限位槽内。
一实施例中,如图14和16所示,转动件120的第二容纳槽125的槽底凸设有两个卡钩127,两个卡钩127分设于转轴130的两侧。智能交互平板的信息终端200上设置有与卡钩127配合的配合槽211,配合槽211开设在信息终端200的后壳210上。当信息终端200位于旋转起点位置时,卡钩127的开口朝向上方,配合槽211包括凹设在信息终端200后侧第一槽体,第一槽体的槽壁上凹设有与卡钩127的钩体部插接配合的第二槽体。卡钩127的设置可以降低信息终端200与转动装置100的转动件120固定的难度,安装时,先将信息终端200挂在卡钩127上,此时信息终端200上的螺纹孔正对转动件120上的通孔,工作人员不需要搬抬信息终端200也能旋拧螺钉以将信息终端200固定在转动件120上,降低了操作强度,提升了拆装速度。
转动件120的第二本体121上环形设置多个通孔,对应此通孔在信息终端200上设置位置和数量均匹配的螺纹孔,螺钉穿过通孔旋拧至螺纹孔内,以将信息终端200锁紧在转动件120上。
一实施例中,转轴130包括轴本体131和固定在轴本体131一端的端板132,轴本体131外设置外螺纹,轴本体131内沿转轴130的轴线贯穿开设有过线孔133,过线孔133同时贯穿端板132,对应地,信息终端200的后壳210上设置有电源插口214,电源插口214的位置与过线孔133的位置对应。安装时,端板132设置在信息终端200与转动件120之间,轴本体131依次穿过转动件120上的第二转轴孔126、耐磨板160上的第三转轴孔162和固定件110上的第一转轴孔114后与限位螺母134旋接。转轴130贯穿设置的过线孔133可以供电源线或者信号线等导线通过,此结构设计可以避免信息终端200在随转动件120转动时拉扯导线,有效地避免了插口松动和脱落的问题,另外,导线由转轴130中心引出,也不会阻碍信息终端200的转动。
为了减少转轴130与转动件120、固定件110之间的摩擦,在端板132与转动件120之间、固定件110与限位螺母134之间均设置耐磨垫片170。
一实施例中,固定件110通过连接组件140与支架300连接。
连接组件140包括连接件141和可拆卸设置在连接件141相对的两端的转接件142,转接件142远离连接件141的一端与支架300上的安装座310可拆卸连接。
可选地,连接件141包括板状的第三本体1411,第三本体1411通过螺钉固定在固定件110上,第三本体1411通过螺钉固定在第一凸部112远离转动件120的一侧面上,第三本体1411上延伸设置有插接板1412,在转接件142上开设插接槽1421,插接板1412插入至插接槽1421后通过螺钉固定在插接槽1421内。通过设置插接板1412和插接槽1421,可以利用插接槽1421对插接板1412位置定位,降低组装过程中插接槽1421内的螺纹孔与插接板1412上的通孔的对位难度,同时也可提升组装效率。
转接件142包括第四本体1422,第四本体1422的一侧开设此插接槽1421,插接槽1421具有背离固定件110的第一槽口和朝向连接件141的第三本体1411的第二槽口,安装时,连接件141的插接板1412由第二槽口插入至插接槽1421内,螺钉通过第一槽口旋拧至插接槽1421内,以将插接板1412固定在插接槽1421内。第四本体1422背离连接件141的第三本体1411的一侧凸设有连接柱1423,连接柱1423的端面开设螺纹孔。
支架300包括两个间隔设置的支腿320,支腿320的上端固定安装座310,安装座310沿水平方向开设安装槽,安装槽的槽底贯穿开设安装通孔,安装槽的槽口朝向转接件142,转接件142的连接柱1423插入至安装槽内,此时,连接柱1423上的螺纹孔与安装通孔正对,由安装座310远离转接件142的一侧旋拧螺钉以将转接件142固定在支架300上。
在本实施例中,连接件141采用钣金材料一体冲压成型,或者采用金属材料机加工成型,而转接件142一体铸造成型,即第四本体1422和连接柱1423为一体结构。转接件142采用铸造成型的方式可以具有较大的承压强度,可有效防止转接件142发生变形。
连接柱1423包括至少一个限位平面14231和连接此限位平面14231的连接弧形面14232,安装槽的形状与连接柱1423的形状相匹配,这样的设计可以便于快速地安装到位。在本实施例中,连接柱1423包括两个相对且平行的限位平面14231,两个限位平面14231之间通过连接弧形面14232连接,形成截面呈跑道型的连接柱1423。
转动装置100还包括后盖180,后盖180包括第五本体181,第五本体181呈一端开口一端封口的筒体状,固定件110和转动件120位于第五本体181内,第五本体181的开口端的端面朝向后盖180的外部延伸有遮挡边182,第五本体181的封口端内侧凸设有固定柱184,固定柱184上贯穿开设通孔,固定件110上开设螺纹孔,螺钉穿过通孔旋拧在螺纹孔内以将第五本体181固定在固定件110上,而遮挡边182可全部遮挡固定件110和转动件120。通过设置后盖180,可以对转动装置100的固定件110和转动件120进行遮挡,不仅可以美化整个智能交互平板的外观,还可以防止外部杂质、水等进入到固定件110和转动件120之间,影响转动件120的转动的顺畅性。
支腿320包括呈夹角设置的第一杆体321和第二杆体322,第一杆体321和第二杆体322的一端通过连接杆体323连接,另一端设置轮子330,轮子330上设置有刹车,两个支腿320的非端部位置通过加强板340连接,加强板340不仅可以连接两个支腿320以对支腿320的支撑进行加强,还可以作为置物架用于放置各类物品。
一实施例中,如图10至13所示,转动装置100还包括阻尼调节组件190,阻尼调节组件190包括调节座191、调节螺钉192和阻尼片193,调节座191包括与转动件120平行的第一座板1911和将第一座板 1911连接在转动件120上的第二座板1912,第一座板1911上开设螺纹孔,调节螺钉192旋拧在螺纹孔内并与阻尼片193连接,阻尼片193位于第一座板1911靠近转动件120的一侧,阻尼片193背离第一座板1911的一侧选择性与固定件110背离转动件120的一侧抵接。通过设置阻尼片193,并通过调节螺钉192连接阻尼片193,可以调节阻尼片193与固定件110之间的距离,进而调节转动件120在转动时的阻尼大小。
可选地,调节座191与转动件120的第二本体121一体成型,在具体制造时,第二本体121上冲压成型此调节座191。
第一座板1911与第二本体121之间的距离大于固定件110和阻尼片193厚度的总和。
在转动件120上至少环形设置两个阻尼调节组件190。在本实施例中,转动件120上环形均布三个阻尼调节组件190。环形均布的阻尼调节组件190可以在固定件110上形成均匀的压力,保证阻尼效果在任何位置均一致。
阻尼片193为橡胶片。橡胶片的耐磨性能好,摩擦系数高。
一实施例中,如图17至22所示,信息终端200包括显示模组220和设置在显示模组220后侧的后壳210,显示模组220的周部包裹有边框230,显示模组220包括背板221和依次设置在背板221远离后壳210的一侧的膜片组件222和钢化玻璃223。膜片组件222为显示器或者会议机上常用的光学膜片,此处不再赘述。
可选地,背板221靠近后壳210的一侧设置加强框240,转动装置100的转动件120通过螺钉固定在加强框240上,后壳210上对应位置开设有供此螺钉通过的通孔。
其中,加强框240包括沿竖直方向平行设置的两个第一加强梁241,两个第一加强梁241之间连接两个第二加强梁242,两个第二加强梁242相互平行,且两个第二加强梁242沿显示模组220的中线对称设置,转动件120分别通过螺钉与两个第二加强梁242连接。工字型的加强框240可以极大地增强信息终端200的支撑强度,避免转动装置100直接与后壳210连接,在较大尺寸的信息终端200与转动装置100固定时,容易使后壳210发生变形。
两个第一加强梁241分别邻近于显示模组220的上下两端,且第一加强梁241的长度沿水平方向延伸,第一加强梁241的两端邻近于显示模组220的左右两侧。
第一加强梁241包括截面呈U型的第一梁本体,第一梁本体包括依次垂直连接的第一加强板2411、第二加强板2412和第三加强板2413,第二加强板2412平行于背板221,第一加强板2411远离第二加强板2412的一端和第三加强板2413远离第二加强板2412的一端分别朝向第一梁本体的外部延伸有第四加强板2414,第四加强板2414与背板221平行并通过螺钉与背板221可拆卸连接。
第二加强梁242包括截面呈U型的第二梁本体,第二梁本体包括依次垂直连接的第五加强板2421、第六加强板2422和第七加强板2423,第六加强板2422平行于背板221,第五加强板2421远离第六加强板2422的一端和第七加强板2423远离第六加强板2422的一端分别朝向第二梁本体的外部延伸有第八加强板2424,第八加强板2424与背板221平行并通过螺钉与背板221可拆卸连接。
第二加强梁242的两端分别通过梁连接块243连接,梁连接块243包括垂直连接的第一板件2431、第二板件2432和第三板件2433,第一板件2431通过螺钉与第一加强梁241的第二加强板2412连接,第三板件2433通过螺钉与第六加强板2422连接。通过设置梁连接块243,可以使第一加强梁241和第二加强梁242位于竖直方向上的同一平面内,进而在保证加强框240具有足够的强度的同时能够减少厚度方向上的占有的空间,更加便于信息终端200实现轻薄化设计。
一实施例中,背板221采用铝板压制成型。铝板可以加速散热,背板221上设置有较多发热较大的控 制模块,因此设置铝板材质的背板221,可以加速信息终端200的散热,同时,压制成型的铝板成型后的平整度较高,便于安装各个电子器件,并且也可以减少安装误差。
一实施例中,如图26至29所示,背板221背离后壳210的一侧设置有固定膜片组件222的固定结构,固定结构包括若干第一定位柱224和若干第二定位柱225,第一定位柱224和第二定位柱225均设置在背板221背离后壳210的一侧。在背板221的两个长边均间隔设置有若干第一定位柱224,在背板221的两个短边均间隔设置有若干第二定位柱225,背板221上的所有定位柱形成一个矩形的定位面。通过在背板221的四个边均设置有定位柱,可以便于信息终端200在旋转至任意角度下均可对膜片组件222进行支撑,进而防止膜片组件222在旋转后发生变形。
在本实施例中,长边设置的若干第一定位柱224等间距排布在背板221上,短边设置的若干第二定位柱225等间距排布在背板221上。
可选地,第二定位柱225的截面呈条形或椭圆形,即第二定位柱225的宽度大于厚度,且第二定位柱225的宽度方向沿背板221的短边的长度方向延伸。信息终端200为矩形,在旋转时,信息终端200竖立(即信息终端200的短边平行于水平面时)第二定位柱225会承担较大的作用力,因此将第二定位柱225设置为截面为条形结构或者椭圆形结构,可以增加第二定位柱225与膜片组件222的接触面积,提升支撑强度,有效防止膜片组件222旋转后发生变形,同时背板221四周设置的定位柱可以保证信息终端200旋转至任意角度均可对膜片组件222进行有效地支撑,避免膜片组件222发生变形。
膜片组件222上开设有供第一定位柱224和第二定位柱225插接的第一定位孔和第二定位孔,其中,第一定位孔的形状与第一定位柱224的形状匹配,第二定位孔的形状与第二定位柱225的形状匹配。
第一定位柱224的截面呈圆形,第一定位孔为圆孔。
在其他实施例中,相邻两个第二定位柱225之间的间距小于相邻两个第一定位柱224之间的间距,这样设计也可以从一定程度上增强对膜片组件222的支撑,防止膜片组件222发生变形。
一实施例中,如图17、图19和图20所示,边框230和背板221通过转接板250连接,转接板250包括第一转接板251和第二转接板252,其中,第一转接板251设置在边框230与背板221的侧边之间,第一转接板251上开设第一通孔253,第二转接板252与第一转接板251垂直,第二转接板252位于背板221与后壳210之间,第二转接板252上开设第二通孔254,边框230的侧边开设第三通孔,背板221的侧边开设第一螺纹孔,第一螺钉穿过第三通孔、第一通孔253旋拧至第一螺纹孔内,以将边框230与背板221连接,背板221上对应第二通孔254开设第二螺纹孔,第二螺钉穿过第二通孔254旋拧至第二螺纹孔内,以将转接板250与背板221固定。通过设置转接板250,可以实现从边框230的侧边锁螺丝连接边框230和背板221,即使边框230朝向信息终端200内部延伸的宽度较窄也可以实现固定,另外,侧边锁螺丝的方式还可以便于信息终端200实现轻薄化设计。
转接板250还包括连接在第二转接板252上的弹片255,弹片255可弹性抵接在后壳210靠近背板221的一侧,以将后壳210固定在背板221上。弹片255包括弹片本体2551和凸设在弹片本体2551朝向远离信息终端200中心的一侧的抵接部2552,后壳210包括壳本体212和环设在壳本体212周部的围边213,当后壳210安装在背板221上时,转接板250上的弹片255的抵接部2552抵紧围边213,此时弹片255处于被压紧的状态,当需要拆除后壳210时,只需要施加外力克服弹片255的弹力,即可使弹片255的抵接部2552脱离围边213,进而使后壳210被拆卸。
信息终端200的周部每个侧面均设置有至少一个转接板250。可选地,信息终端200的周部的每个侧面均设置有若干转接板250。
一实施例中,如图23至25所示,信息终端200的顶部设置有麦克风组件260,麦克风组件260包括 麦克风261和进音孔262,进音孔262开设在信息终端200的边框230上,麦克风261安装于显示模组220与后壳210之间的麦克风电路板264上,进音孔262和麦克风261之间设置导音件263,导音件263上开设连通进音孔262和麦克风261的导音孔2631。通过设置导音件263,可以将声音由进音孔262导入到麦克风处,此设计不再需要麦克风261和进音孔262位置正对,更便于实现智能交互平板的轻薄化设计。
可选地,进音孔262开设在边框230上并位于信息终端200的正面,或者进音孔262位于边框230连接信息终端200正面和背面的侧面上。
边框230包括位于信息终端200顶部的上边框、位于信息终端200底部的下边框、位于信息终端200左侧的左边框和位于信息终端200右侧的右边框,进音孔262可开设在上边框、下边框、左边框和右边框中任意一个或者两个及两个以上的边框上。
在本实施例中,进音孔262开设在上边框上,并位于上边框连接信息终端200正面和背面的侧面上,沿竖直方向,进音孔262位于麦克风261的上方,导音孔2631呈倾斜设置,且导音孔2631由信息终端200的正面朝向背面向下倾斜。
在其他实施例中,进音孔262还可开设在下边框上,此时,沿竖直方向,进音孔262位于麦克风261的下方;或者,进音孔262开设在左边框上,此时沿水平方向,进音孔262间隔设置在麦克风261的左侧;又或者,进音孔262开设在右边框上,此时沿水平方向,进音孔262间隔设置在麦克风261的右侧。
一实施例中,膜片组件222包括触控层,触控层的导线连接触控电路板,触控电路板设置在信息终端200的上边框、下边框、左边框和右边框中的任意一个内。通过将触控层的线路集中在一个触控线路板上,并将此触控线路板放置在任意一个边框内,可以实现集中走线,优化线路设计。
在本实施例中,触控电路板设置在信息终端200的下边框内。
一实施例中,信息终端200内设置处理设备270,处理设备270内设置至少一个交互处理系统。
在本实施例中,处理设备270内设置两个交互处理系统,两个交互处理系统可以均为安卓系统,也可以一个为安卓系统,另一个为其他的处理系统例如WINDOWS系统。
双系统的实施例中,其中的至少一个系统以可插拔式模块的方式被配置在处理设备270上。
双系统的实施例中,其中的两个系统均“不可插拔式”的方式被配置在处理设备270上。
在其他实施例中,处理设备270上还集成有OPS模块(图上未示出)。OPS模块(全称为:Open Pluggable Specification)是一款开方式可插拔电脑模块,其实也是一款微型电脑,只是可以进行插拔,使整体布局美观。
在其他实施例中,OPS模块还可与处理设备270可拆卸设置,并且OPS模块可与信息终端200可拆卸连接。
信息终端200上设置有插接口,插接口连通信息终端200的外部并与信息终端200内的处理设备270电连通,OPS模块上的数据插头可选择性插入至此插接口内以使OPS模块与处理设备270电连接。
可选地,信息终端200上开设有模块安装槽,模块安装槽内设置有此插接口,OPS模块可通过抽拉的方式安装至此模块安装槽内,当OPS模块安装到位后,OPS模块的数据插头与插接口插接并电连通。
另外,模块安装槽的槽口还可以设置盖板,盖板可拆用螺钉固定的方式封堵模块安装槽的槽口,或者通过卡扣固定在此模块安装槽的槽口,又或者通过转轴铰接于此模块安装槽的槽口。
当然,OPS模块还可直接通过卡扣组件或者螺钉固定在模块安装槽内。
于本文的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“上”、“下”、“右”等方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述和简化操作,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”、“第三”,仅 仅用于在描述上加以区分,并没有特殊的含义。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种可变换形态的交互式信息终端,包括:信息终端、转动装置和支架,所述信息终端通过所述转动装置固定在所述支架上,所述转动装置包括固定件、转动件和转轴,所述固定件与所述信息终端可拆卸连接,所述转动件与所述支架可拆卸连接,所述转动件通过所述转轴与所述固定件可转动连接,以实现所述转动件绕所述转轴的轴线转动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可变换形态的交互式信息终端,其中,所述固定件包括呈圆形的第一本体,所述第一本体的外周至少设置一个凸起;所述转动件包括第二本体,所述第二本体上至少对应所述信息终端的转动起点和转动终点设置供所述凸起插接配合的第一凹槽。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的可变换形态的交互式信息终端,其中,所述凸起包括垂直连接的第一板和第二板,所述第一板通过螺钉与所述固定件背离所述转动件的一侧可拆卸连接,所述第二板设置在所述第一板靠近所述转动件的一侧,所述第二板上朝向远离所述固定件中心的一侧凸设有弹片结构,所述第二本体上间隔设置两个凸柱,两个所述凸柱之间形成所述第一凹槽。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的可变换形态的交互式信息终端,其中,所述转动装置还包括限位组件,所述限位组件用于限制所述转动件相对于所述固定件可转动的角度,所述限位组件包括限位销和弧形的限位槽,所述限位槽的弧形中心与所述转轴的轴心同心,所述限位销和所述限位槽两者中的一个设置在所述固定件上,所述限位销和所述限位槽两者中的另一个设置在所述转动件上。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的可变换形态的交互式信息终端,其中,所述转轴上贯穿开设有过线孔。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的可变换形态的交互式信息终端,其中,所述固定件通过连接组件与所述支架连接;
    所述连接组件包括连接件和可拆卸设置在所述连接件相对的两端的转接件,所述转接件远离所述连接件的一端与所述支架可拆卸连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的可变换形态的交互式信息终端,其中,所述转动装置还包括阻尼调节组件,所述阻尼调节组件包括调节座、调节螺钉和阻尼片,所述调节螺钉螺纹旋接在所述调节座上,所述阻尼片连接在所述调节螺钉的端部并选择性与所述固定件背离所述转动件的一侧抵接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的可变换形态的交互式信息终端,其中,所述信息终端包括显示模组和设置在所述显示模组后侧的后壳,所述显示模组包括背板和依次设置在所述背板远离所述后壳的一侧的膜片组件和钢化玻璃,所述背板靠近所述后壳的一侧设置加强框,所述转动件通过螺钉固定在所述加强框上,所述后壳上对应位置开设有供所述螺钉通过的通孔。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的可变换形态的交互式信息终端,其中,所述信息终端还包括包裹在所述显示模组周部的边框,所述边框和所述背板通过转接板连接,所述转接板包括第一转接板和第二转接板,其中,所述第一转接板设置在所述边框与所述背板的侧边之间并通过螺钉与所述边框和所述背板的侧边连接,所述第二转接板与所述第一转接板垂直,所述第二转接板位于所述背板与所述后壳之间并通过螺钉与所述背板连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的可变换形态的交互式信息终端,其中,所述转接板还包括连接在所述第二转接板上的弹片,所述弹片可弹性抵接在所述后壳靠近所述背板的一侧,以将所述后壳固定在所述背板上。
