Description

一种应用于高压清洗装置的进水装置 技术领域
本实用新型属于高压清洗领域,具体涉及一种应用于高压清洗装置的进水装置。
背景技术
高压清洗装置,例如高压水枪,通过动力装置使高压柱塞泵产生高压水来冲洗物体表面,当水的冲击力大于物体表面污垢的附着力时,高压水枪将污垢剥离、冲走,从而实现清洗的效果,是一种经济环保的清洁方式。高压水枪的工作原理是水箱中的水吸入水泵压缩后流入水管最后通过水枪喷出。若水泵不压缩流入的水,高压水枪也可作为普通水枪使用。但是当水泵不工作时流入水泵的阻力较大,水枪中的水流出不畅,造成使用不便。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供一种应用于高压清洗装置的进水装置,该进水装置通过在水泵的进水管和出水管之间设置单向阀,使水泵在工作时和非工作时都能令水流顺利流出。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
一种应用于高压清洗装置的进水装置,进水装置包括水泵,水泵连有进水管和出水管,进水管和出水管之间设有单向阀。水泵工作时,进水管的水流入水泵;水泵不工作时,进水管的水流入单向阀后流入出水管。单向阀保证了出水管的水不会回流入进水管。
进一步,单向阀与进水管连接处设有单向阀本体,单向阀本体设有单向阀流道,单向阀与出水管连接处设有出水流道,出水流道内设有阀球。进水管的水流入单向阀流道后将阀球推到出水流道与出水管的连接处,通过出水流道流入出水管。
进一步,阀球的直径大于单向阀流道的内径。当水泵工作时,流入出水管的水为压缩后的水,出水管的压力大于进水管的压力,阀球被推到出水流道与单向阀流道的连接处,由于阀球的直径大于单向阀流道的直径,阀球堵住单向阀流道,出水管的水流无法从单向阀流道流入进水管,进水管的水流也无法从单向阀流道流入出水管。
进一步,阀球的直径小于出水流道的内径。阀球在出水流道内滚动,水流流过阀球从出水流道流入出水管。
进一步,出水流道与出水管连接处设有挡块,挡块设有孔洞。当进水管的水从单向阀流道流经出水流道时,挡块挡住阀球,水通过挡块上的孔洞流入出水管。
进一步,进水管和出水管竖直设置,单向阀水平设置于进水管和出水管之间。水管和出水管相互平行便于单向阀的水平设置,单向阀水平设置方便阀球在出水流道处滚动。
进一步,阀球的材料为不锈钢。不锈钢阀球可以避免阀球在出水流道内生锈导致出水流道堵塞。
由于采用如上技术方案,本实用新型具有以下有益效果:
本实用新型在水泵的进水管和出水管之间设置一个单向阀,通过单向阀内部阀球的滚动实现水流从进水管单向流入出水管,防止出水管的水回流至进水管。单向阀的阻力比水泵的阻力小,因此当水泵不工作时,水流从进水管流入单向阀后流入出水管。当水泵工作时,出水管的水压高过进水管的水压,单向阀内的阀球堵住出单向阀流道,出水管的水无法回流至进水管,同时进水管的水也无法从单向阀流入出水管。本实用新型中的单向阀结构简单,使用方便,在水泵工作或者不工作的情况下均能有效防止水回流。

具体实施方式
如图1至图5所示一种应用于高压清洗装置的进水装置,进水装置包括水泵3,水泵3的底部竖直设有进水管1,水泵3的侧面设有水泵凸起部11,水泵凸起部11的底部竖直设有出水管2,进水管1和出水管2相互平行,单向阀4水平设于进水管1和出水管2之间。单向阀4内设有单向阀本体5和出水流道7,单向阀本体5内设有单向阀流道6,单向阀流道6的一端与出水流道7连通,单向阀流道6的另一端与进水管1连通。出水流道7设有阀球8,阀球8的直径小于出水流道7的直径,同时单向阀流道6的直径小于阀球8的直径。由于单向阀4水平设置,在进水管1和出水管2水流或水压的作用下阀球8可在出水流道7内左右滚动。出水流道7与出水管2连通,出水流道7与出水管2连接处设有挡块9,挡块9设有孔洞10。
如图2和图3所示,当水泵3不工作时,进水管1的水压通常比较低,通过水泵3的阻力远大于通过单向阀4的阻力,因此水流沿着进水管1流入单向阀4内,水流流经单向阀流道6后推动阀球8,阀球8在出水流道7向左移动至挡块9,挡块9挡住阀球8,水流流过阀球8后从挡块9的孔洞10中流入出水管2。
如图4和图5所示,当水泵3工作时,进水管1的水流流入水泵3后从出水流道7流出,由于出水管2的压力大于进水管1的压力,阀球8在出水流道7内滚动抵住单向阀流道6,由于阀球8直径大于单向阀流道6的直径,出水管2的水不会回流到进水管1,同时进水管1的水也不会通过单向阀4流入出水管2。 若水泵3不工作,出水管2的水推动阀球8抵住单向阀流道6,出水管2的水也无法回流至进水管1。因此无论水泵3工作与否,本实用新型中的单向阀4均能实现水流在进水装置内部的单向流动。
以上仅为本实用新型的具体实施例,但本实用新型的技术特征并不局限于此。任何以本实用新型为基础,为解决基本相同的技术问题,实现基本相同的技术效果,所作出地简单变化、等同替换或者修饰等,皆涵盖于本实用新型的保护范围之中。

  1. 一种应用于高压清洗装置的进水装置,所述进水装置包括水泵,所述水泵连有进水管和出水管,其特征在于:所述进水管和所述出水管之间设有单向阀。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述一种应用于高压清洗装置的进水装置,其特征在于:所述单向阀与所述进水管连接处设有单向阀本体,所述单向阀本体设有单向阀流道,所述单向阀与所述出水管连接处设有出水流道,所述出水流道内设有阀球。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述一种应用于高压清洗装置的进水装置,其特征在于:所述钢球的直径大于所述单向阀流道的内径。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述一种应用于高压清洗装置的进水装置,其特征在于:所述钢球的直径小于所述出水流道的内径。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述一种应用于高压清洗装置的进水装置,其特征在于:所述出水流道与所述出水管连接处设有挡块,所述挡块设有孔洞。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述一种应用于高压清洗装置的进水装置,其特征在于:所述进水管和所述出水管竖直设置,所述单向阀水平设置于所述进水管和所述出水管之间。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述一种应用于高压清洗装置的进水装置,其特征在于:所述阀球的材料为不锈钢。
