本申请勾发件通过在转板10的内侧壁上设置第一安装位12及第二安装位13,使得卷发器的压发条40可在第一安装位12于第二安装位13之间切换安装,以使压发条40与旋转空间的中心轴保持不同的间距,从而在不同规格的卷发棒50安装于旋转空间时,压发条40可安装于对应的安装位,以使在不同安装位的压发条40与不同规格的卷发棒50保持相同的间距,从而使头发能顺利容纳于压发条40与卷发棒50之间的间隙并在转板10的转动下自动缠绕于卷发棒50;由此,使得勾发件能适应不同规格的卷发棒50,使用户更简便地得到不同的卷发效果,提高了卷发器整体的实用性。
进一步地,如图1至图3所示,所述转板10的内侧壁凸设有第一安装筋14,所述第一安装位12形成于所述第一安装筋14邻近所述旋转空间的一侧。压发条40与第一安装筋14邻近旋转空间的一侧,即邻近卷发棒50的一侧可拆卸连接,从而可使连接于第一安装筋14的压发条40对应规格较小的卷发棒50。压发条40与第一安装筋14可为粘接,也可为卡接,只需满足可拆卸连接即可。
进一步地,如图1至图3所示,所述第一安装位12包括第一安装槽121,所述第一安装槽121开设于所述第一安装筋14邻近所述旋转空间的一侧。在本实施例中,第一安装槽121用以供压发条40可拆卸安装,从而使压发条40与第一安装筋14的连接更加稳固,也更便于压发条40的拆装。
进一步地,如图1至图3所示,所述勾发件还包括连接于所述第一安装槽121内侧壁的第一限位筋122,所述第一限位筋122沿所述安装槽的长度方向延伸,用以限位抵接所述压发条40。在本实施例中,第一限位筋122的数量为两个,两第一限位筋122分别连接于第一安装槽121的两内侧壁。压发条40安装于第一安装槽121的侧边沿第一安装槽121的宽度方向朝外延伸形成配合部,第一限位筋122限位抵接于压发条40的配合部,从而使压发条40更加稳固地安装于第一安装槽121,以提高卷发器整体的稳定性。
进一步地,如图1至图3所示,所述第一安装槽121还用以供所述压发条40可滑动配合,所述第一安装槽121延伸至贯通所述第一安装筋14的一端壁以形成滑接口123,所述滑接口123用以供所述压发条40进入所述第一安装槽121。在本实施例中,滑接口123形成于第一安装筋14的远离卷发器本体的一端,在拆卸压发条40时,可将压发条40从滑接口123沿远离卷发器本体的方向抽出第一安装槽121;在安装压发条40时,可将压发条40从滑接口123沿靠近卷发器本体的方向装入第一安装槽121,从而通过简单方便的方式实现压发条40的可拆卸安装,提高了卷发器的便利性。
进一步地,如图1至图3所示,所述第二安装位13包括第二安装槽131,所述第二安装槽131开设于所述转板10的内侧壁上。在本实施例中,第二安装槽131与压发条40的配合可参考第一安装槽121与压发条40的配合,在此不再赘述。结合上述第一安装槽121的实施例可知,第二安装槽131的槽底与旋转空间中心轴的间距大于第一安装槽121的槽底与旋转空间中心轴的间距,从而同一规格的压发条40安装于第一安装槽121时,可对应较小规格的卷发棒50,安装于第二安装槽131时,可对应较大规格的卷发棒50,从而可实现更换不同规格的卷发棒50后,卷发棒50与压发条40之间能保持预设的缠绕间隙。
进一步地,如图1至图3所示,所述勾发件还包括呈环状设置的安装座20,所述安装座20用以与所述卷发器的本体连接,所述转板10连接于安装座20背离所述卷发器的本体的一侧。在本实施例中,安装座20用以与卷发器本体可旋转连接,从而实现转板10的旋转。转板10沿安装座20的周向延伸,卷发棒50的中心轴与安装座20的中心轴重合,以使转板10的内侧壁各部位与卷发棒50的外周壁保持相同的间距,提高对头发的引导缠绕效果。
进一步地,如图1至图3所示,所述转板10的数量至少为两个并沿所述安装座20的周向间隔设置,所述勾发件还包括连接相邻两所述转板10固定端的连接板30。在本实施例中,相邻两转板10间形成可形成供头发进入缠绕间隙的进发口,以提高勾发件的实用性。连接板30连接相邻两转板10的固定端与安装座20,以使勾发件的整体结构强度更高,提高勾发件的稳定性。
如图2所示,本申请还提出一种勾发组件,该勾发组件包括压发条40和勾发件,该勾发件的具体结构参照上述实施例,由于本勾发组件采用了上述所有实施例的全部技术方案,因此至少具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的所有技术效果,在此不再一一赘述。其中,压发条40可切换安装于所述勾发件的第一安装位12及第二安装位13。
如图3所示,本申请还提出一种卷发器,该卷发器包括卷发棒50和勾发组件,该勾发组件的具体结构参照上述实施例,由于本卷发器采用了上述所有实施例的全部技术方案,因此至少具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的所有技术效果,在此不再一一赘述。其中,所述卷发棒50安装于所述勾发组件的旋转空间。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种勾发件,应设置为卷发器,所述卷发器具有卷发棒及压发条,其中,所述勾发件包括:
    转板,所述转板为弧形板,所述转板的凹弧侧形成有旋转空间,所述旋转空间用以供所述卷发棒安装,且所述转板可环绕所述旋转空间旋转;所述转板的内侧壁至少设有第一安装位及第二安装位,所述第一安装位及第二安装位用以供所述压发条切换安装,以使所述压发条与所述旋转空间的中心轴之间保持不同的间距。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的勾发件,其中,所述转板的内侧壁凸设有第一安装筋,所述第一安装位形成于所述第一安装筋邻近所述旋转空间的一侧。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的勾发件,其中,所述第一安装位包括第一安装槽,所述第一安装槽开设于所述第一安装筋邻近所述旋转空间的一侧。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的勾发件,其中,所述勾发件还包括连接于所述第一安装槽内侧壁的第一限位筋,所述第一限位筋沿所述安装槽的长度方向延伸,用以限位抵接所述压发条。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的勾发件,其中,所述第一限位筋的数量为两个,两所述第一限位筋分别连接于所述第一安装槽的两内侧壁。
  6. 如权利要求3所述的勾发件,其中,所述第一安装槽还用以供所述压发条可滑动配合,所述第一安装槽延伸至贯通所述第一安装筋的一端壁以形成滑接口,所述滑接口用以供所述压发条进入所述第一安装槽。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的勾发件,其中,所述滑接口形成于所述第一安装筋的远离所述卷发器的一端。
  8. 如权利要求2所述的勾发件,其中,所述第二安装位包括第二安装槽,所述第二安装槽开设于所述转板的内侧壁上。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的勾发件,其中,所述第二安装槽的槽底与所述旋转空间中心的间距,大于所述第一安装槽的槽底与所述旋转空间的中心轴的间距。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的勾发件,其中,所述勾发件还包括呈环状设置的安装座,所述安装座用以与所述卷发器的本体连接,所述转板连接于安装座背离所述卷发器的本体的一侧。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的勾发件,其中,所述转板沿所述安装座的周向延伸,所述卷发棒的中心轴与所述安装座的中心轴重合。
  12. 如权利要求10所述的勾发件,其中,所述转板的数量至少为两个并沿所述安装座的周向间隔设置,所述勾发件还包括连接相邻两所述转板固定端的连接板。
  13. 一种勾发组件,其中,包括压发条及勾发件,所述勾发件包括:
    转板,所述转板为弧形板,所述转板的凹弧侧形成有旋转空间,所述旋转空间用以供所述卷发棒安装,且所述转板可环绕所述旋转空间旋转;所述转板的内侧壁至少设有第一安装位及第二安装位,所述第一安装位及第二安装位用以供所述压发条切换安装,以使所述压发条与所述旋转空间的中心轴之间保持不同的间距;所述压发条可切换安装于所述勾发件的第一安装位及第二安装位。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的勾发组件,其中,所述压发条的安装于所述第一安装槽的侧边沿所述第一安装槽的宽度方向朝外延伸形成配合部,所述第一限位筋限位抵接于所述配合部。
  15. 如权利要求13所述的勾发组件,其中,所述压发条卡接于所述第一安装筋。
  16. 一种卷发器,其中,包括卷发棒及勾发组件,所述勾发组件包括包括压发条及勾发件,所述勾发件包括:
    转板,所述转板为弧形板,所述转板的凹弧侧形成有旋转空间,所述旋转空间用以供所述卷发棒安装,且所述转板可环绕所述旋转空间旋转;所述转板的内侧壁至少设有第一安装位及第二安装位,所述第一安装位及第二安装位用以供所述压发条切换安装,以使所述压发条与所述旋转空间的中心轴之间保持不同的间距;所述压发条可切换安装于所述勾发件的第一安装位及第二安装位;所述卷发棒安装于所述勾发组件的旋转空间。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的卷发器,其中,所述卷发棒可拆卸安装于所述旋转空间。
