Abstract

一种基于区块链的营销方法及系统,其中营销方法包括:产品发布过程(S10);产品推广过程:通过多个推广节点依次进行推广营销,多个推广节点按推广顺序形成一条推广链,每个推广节点获得一个新的推广标识,该新的推广标识记录上一推广节点和产品的信息,直至第n推广节点Mn将推广标识qn推广至产品受众Z(S20);收益分配过程:按预设规则向当前推广链上各个推广节点指定的推广收益序列地址分别分配收益C1~Cn(S40)。该方法利用区块链账本不可篡改的特性,通过智能合约完成营销推广渠道各环节的加密和存证,以及推广渠道达成销售后的推广激励分成清算,能够充分调动推广渠道的积极性,提高营销推广效率,提升营销效果,降低营销成本。

本发明涉及区块链技术领域,更具体地说,涉及基于区块链的营销方法及系统。
背景技术
随着社会经济发展,互联网在商品销售推广中使用越来越广泛。而目前的互联网商品销售推广方式存在较多问题,例如:推广成本高、成功率低、分成模式不透明等,无法保障推广渠道方的利益。
区块链是将数据以区块的方式按时间顺序相连形成的一种链式数据结构,并以密码学方式保证数据的不可篡改和不可伪造的分布式账本。具体来说,区块链技术是构建在点对点网络上,利用链式数据结构来验证与存储数据,利用分布式节点共识算法来生成和更新数据,利用密码学的方式保证数据传输和访问的安全,利用由自动化脚本代码组成的智能合约来编程和操作数据的一种全新的分布式计算范式。
将区块链技术应用于互联网营销推广,可通过公平透明的激励设计和推广链条限制,提高推广成功率,并节省推广成本。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种基于区块链的营销方法及系统,可充分调动推广渠道的积极性,提高营销推广效率, 提升营销效果,降低营销成本。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
构造一种基于区块链的营销方法,其中,包括以下过程:
产品发布过程:产品方P使用区块链系统平台B发布营销推广需求R;
产品推广过程:通过多个推广节点依次进行推广营销,多个推广节点按推广顺序形成一条推广链,每个推广节点在向区块链系统平台B发送针对所述营销推广需求R的推广申请信息后,获得一个新的推广标识,该新的推广标识记录上一推广节点和产品的信息,该新的推广标识被发送至下一推广节点,直至第n推广节点M n将推广标识q n推广至产品受众Z;
收益分配过程:在产品受众Z完成消费后,按预设规则向当前推广链上参与推广的各个推广节点指定的推广收益序列地址分别分配收益C 1~C n;其中,所述n为自然数。

步骤4-1:第n推广节点M n监听到区块链系统平台B中对q n的引用记录后,通过推广应用端向区块链系统平台B提交其拥有q n的相关证明;
步骤4-2:区块链系统平台B中的合约服务在验证第n推广节点M n提交的证明合法有效后,向第n推广节点M n指定的推广收益序列地址A mns发放收益c 1,并将该操作相关交易记录和第n推广节点M n提交的证明记录在区块链中;
步骤4-3:按步骤4-1、4-2依次对第n推广节点M n之前的各个推广节点指定的推广收益序列地址分别发放收益C 2~C n,直至M 1完成收益分配。

产品方主体介绍信息、产品介绍信息、推广预计数量、推广人群、限定期限、单体推广成本、推广链条最大长度、推广链条各环节的提成规则中的一种或多种。
本发明还提供了一种基于区块链的营销系统,采用如权利要求1-8中任一项所述的营销方法,其中,包括:
加密签名模块,用于进行非对称密钥的加解密、签名服务和数据哈希操作;
区块链模块,用于提供基础区块链服务和智能合约服务,并记录;
需求端应用模块,用于获取来自产品方P发送的营销推广需求R,并存储在区块链模块上;
多个推广节点M 1、M 2......M n
推广端应用模块,用于获取推广节点发送的针对所述营销推广需求R的推广申请信息,并向所述推广节点发送推广标识;以及,用于获取下一推广节点发送的针对推广标识真实性的验证请求信息,并反馈验证结果;以及,用于获取下一推广节点发送的针对所述营销推广需求R的推广申请信息,并向当前推广节点发送新的推广标识,直至第n推广节点M n将推广标识q n推广至产品受众Z;

本发明所述的营销系统,其中,还包括支付结算模块,用于产品方、推广方与智能合约所记录的营销成本承诺和最终提成的现金支付结算。
本发明的有益效果在于:利用区块链账本不可篡改的特性,通过智能合约完成营销推广渠道的加密和存证,推广渠道达成销售后,智能合约根据需求方设定的规则和推广历史情况自动完成推广激励分成的清算。通过公平透明的激励设计和推广链条限制,提高推广成功率,有效利用营销资金,高效实现营销推广过程中的降本增效。

在本发明的较佳实施例中,提供了一种基于区块链的营销方法,如图1所示,本实施例的营销营销方法中,涉及的角色有:
●产品方P:有营销推广产品或服务的需求方;
●区块链系统平台B:营销推广平台的运营方,运营方在区块链中体现为智能合约;
●推广节点M:负责推广产品方P的目标产品或服务的推广方;
●产品受众Z:即产品方P的营销推广最终接收方,或称消费者。
方法中涉及非对称加解密、哈希、区块链地址和签名技术,分别采用以下符号表示:
●加密P.Enc(R)=ER,表示使用P的公钥对R做加密,得到结果ER;
●解密:P.Dec(ER)=R,表示使用P的私钥对ER做解密,得到R;
●签名:P.Sign(R)=SR,表示使用P的私钥对R做签名,得到签名结果SR,SR中包含R,且R为可见明文;
●验签:P.Verify(SR)=(true|false),表示使用P的公钥对SR做验签,得到结果为签名结果是否与P的签名一致;
●哈希:Hash(a,b)=H,标识对输入内容a,b做哈希,得到结果H;
区块链地址:A M1=Hash j(Pub M1),表示M 1的区块链地址是对其公钥Pub M1做j次哈希后的结果,j次哈希过程中所采用的哈希函数可能不同。营销推广节点默认使用自身的地址接收推广效果提成,但其也可以指定一个地址序列A M1s,用于接收推广提成。
具体地,如图1所示,本发明的基于区块链的营销方法可用于推广商品、服务、项目以及各类有营销推广需求的产品的推广营销,包括以下过程S10-S40:
产品发布过程S10:产品方P使用区块链系统平台B发布营销推广需求R;其中,营销推广需求R包含但不限于:产品方主体介绍信息、产品介绍信息、推广预计数量、推广人群、限定期限、单体推广成本、推广链条最大长度、推广链条各环节的提成规则中的一种或多种。
产品推广过程S20:通过多个推广节点M 1、M 2......M n依次进行推广营销,多个推广节点按推广顺序形成一条推广链,每个推广节点在向区块链系统平台 B发送针对所述营销推广需求R的推广申请信息后,获得一个新的推广标识,该新的推广标识记录上一推广节点和产品的信息,该新的推广标识被发送至下一推广节点,直至第n推广节点M n将推广标识q n推广至产品受众Z。
收益分配过程S40:在产品受众Z完成消费后,按预设规则向当前链上参与推广的各个推广节点指定的推广收益序列地址分别分配收益C 1~C n;其中,n为自然数。
可选择地,上述方法包括产品消费过程S30:产品受众Z按约定方式进行商品或服务的消费,产品方P按约定方式响应产品受众Z的消费请求,并通过需求应用端向区块链系统平台B提交q n被使用的消费证明。
本发明方法利用区块链账本不可篡改的特性,通过智能合约完成营销推广渠道的加密和存证,推广渠道达成销售后,智能合约根据需求方设定的规则和推广历史情况自动完成推广激励分成的清算。可通过公平透明的激励设计和推广链条限制,提高推广成功率,有效利用营销资金,实现营销推广过程中的降本增效。而且在营销推广阶段,推广需求方和渠道推广的数据不可篡改、不可抵赖,推广渠道方无法作弊;推广提成阶段,提成分配过程全自动、免纠纷。
因此,本发明方法既让营销推广活动的推广效果能够得到保障,也保证了推广渠道方的利益能够得到保障,能够充分调动推广渠道的积极性,提高营销推广效率,提升营销效果,使产品能够快速有效触达受众,降低营销和渠道渠道成本。
上述基于区块链的营销方法中,收益分配过程S40中的预设规则为:当前推广成功的链上参与推广的各个推广节点所得收益之和小于等于推广需求R中所设定的推广成本C,即,C 1+C 2+.......+C n≤C。
或者,产品方P在发布营销推广需求R时,设定推广链条的最大长度,如果推广链条超过该最大长度时还未被推广至产品受众Z,则本次推广失效。
如图2所示,上述基于区块链的营销方法中,产品发布过程S10具体包括:

1.各角色按统一规则生成非对称密钥对,即产品方P拥有密钥对Pub P,Priv P,其中Pub P为公钥,Priv P为私钥,推广节点M 1,M 2,…,M n分别拥有密钥对Pub M1,Priv M1,Pub M2,Priv M2,……,Pub Mn,Priv Mn,各角色的公钥公开,且区块链上记录的所有内容对所有角色公开;

4.平台B对M 1的推广申请I M1签名,得到M 1的推广标识q 1=B.Sign(I M1,TX 1,k 1);B对标识q 1哈希后得到H q1,再签名:B.Sign(TX 1,H q1,A M1s),将签名结果提交至区块链中,该记录链上标识为 TX 2
5.任何推广节点收到q 1后,均可使用平台方B的公钥Pub B和产品方P的公钥Pub P对标识进行验证,以判断其是否是由P委托B发出的特定产品或服务的推广标识;
6.M 1可以将q 1发送给其他营销推广节点M i(2≤i≥k)或产品受众Z;
a)若Z收到q 1
Z使用在P指定的产品或服务预订渠道预订产品或服务,在P确认推广标识满足使用条件且与Z交易成功后,则P只需对H q1签名:P.Sign(H q1,TX 2),并将签名结果提交至区块链中,该记录链上标识为TX 3
i.M 1检测到链上有对H q1引用的记录后,向链上提交其拥有q 1的证明,即将M 1.Sign(TX 3,H q1,TX 1)的结果提交至区块链中,该记录链上标识为TX 4
ii.区块链记录TX 4中,同时包含智能合约自动为M 1所指定的收益地址序列A M1s分配提成,即向A M1s所包含的地址中总计转入c 1,由于该情形下,推广链条长度为1,故c 1=C;此次营销推广流程结束。
b)若M 2收到q 1
i.M 2向系统平台B提交推广申请I M2,I M2=(M 2.Enc(Hash(AM2s,TX 2)),k 2),其中,k 2为M 2设定的从该节点开始的最大推广链条长度,满足k 2≤k 1≤k;
ii.平台B对M 2的推广申请I M2签名,得到M 2的推广标识q 2=B.Sign(I M2,TX 1,k 2);B对标识q 2哈希后得到H q2,再签名:B.Sign(TX 1,H q2,A M2s),将签名结果提交至区块链中,该记录链上标识为TX 3
iii.任何参与方收到q 2后,均可使用平台方B的公钥Pub B和产品方P的公钥Pub P对标识进行验证,以判断其是否是由P委托B发出的特定产品或服务的推广标识;
iv.M 2可以将q 2发送给其他营销推广节点M 3或产品受众Z;

下面以一个具体的案例进行说明:
产品方P推广零售商品X,价格为120元,价格中包含推广预算成本20元,分配规则:1/2,1/4,1/8,1/16,…,以此类推,在链上生成推广需求R;
1.M 1向平台申请推广后,获得推广标识q 1,该操作记录上链,生成TX 1
2.M 2获得标识q 1,向平台申请封装,获得推广标识q 2,该操作记录上链,生成TX 2
3.M 3获得标识q 2,向平台申请封装,获得推广标识q 3,该操作记录上链,生成TX 3
4.M 3将商品X推广给消费者Z(产品受众),Z使用q 3向P购买商品X,花费120元,该操作记录上链,引用TX 3,生成TX 4
5.M 3监听到TX 3被引用,向链上提交其拥有q 3的证据(其中包含TX 2),链上智能合约自动向其分配提成10元,该操作记录上链,生成TX 5
6.M 2监听到TX 2被引用,向链上提交其拥有q 2的证据(其中包含TX 1),链上智能合约自动向其分配提成5元,该操作记录上链,生成TX 6
7.M 1监听到TX 1被引用,向链上提交其拥有q 1的证据(其中包含R),链上智能合约自动向其分配提成5元,该操作记录上链,生成TX 7,产品X的单件商品推广完成;
在本发明另一实施例中,还提供了一种基于区块链的营销系统,参考图3 和图4,包括:
加密签名模块10,用于进行非对称密钥的加解密、签名服务和数据哈希操作;
区块链模块20,用于提供基础的区块链服务和智能合约服务,用于存储上述方法中的需要存储在区块链中的记录,支持记录的调取查阅和持久化存储,上述方法中智能合约功能在该模块的智能合约服务中实现;
需求端应用模块30,面向营销需求端,用于获取来自产品方P发送的营销推广需求R,包括有营销需求企业或个人的实名信息、产品介绍、推广限定条件和成本等数据的采集录入,以及推广标识的合法性验证等,并存储在区块链模块上;

推广端应用模块40,面向营销推广节点端,用于推广标识的校验、包装和分享,以及推广方的实名信息和资金账号的管理等,包括用于获取推广节点发送的针对营销推广需求R的推广申请信息,并向推广节点发送推广标识;以及,用于获取下一推广节点发送的针对推广标识真实性的验证请求信息,并反馈验证结果;以及,用于获取下一推广节点发送的针对营销推广需求R的推广申请信息,并向当前推广节点发送新的推广标识,直至第n推广节点M n将推广标识q n推广至产品受众Z;

进一步地,该基于区块链的营销系统还可包括支付结算模块50:用于营 销需求方和推广方与智能合约所记录的营销成本承诺和最终提成的现金支付结算。
本实施例的营销系统执行上述基于区块链的营销方法,如图4所示,具体包括以下流程:
1.P使用需求端应用模块发布营销推广需求,填入主体介绍、产品介绍、推广预计数量、推广人群、限定期限、单体推广成本、推广链条最大长度、推广链条各环节的提成规则等必要信息;
2.P利用支付结算模块向系统中汇入承诺的预计推广成本;
3.P委托系统平台B在区块链模块中发布其需求R;
4.推广节点M 1在推广端应用模块申请推广R,获得推广标识q 1
5.推广节点M 2收到M 1的q 1后,在推广端验证q 1是否真实有效;
6.M 2验证q 1真实性后,在推广端申请包装自有的推广标识,获得q 2
7.M 2将q 2对外传播……M i收到q i-1后,重复5~7步,直至M n推广至Z;
8.Z收到q n后,在推广端验证q n真实有效,并在R中约定的渠道,使用q n进行商品或服务的消费;
9.P收到Z的消费请求后,通过需求应用端验证,验证通过后核销一次q n,并通过需求应用端向区块链模块提交q n被使用的消费证明;
10.M n在监听到区块链中对q n的引用记录后,通过推广应用端向区块链模块提交其拥有q n的相关证明;
11.区块链模块中,智能合约服务在验证M n提交的证明合法有效后,通过支付 结算模块向M n指定的推广收益序列地址A mns发放收益c 1,并该操作相关交易记录和M n提交的证明(包含q n-1)记录在区块链中;自此,M n之前的推广节点开始逐步提交证明获取对应提成,步骤如下:
12.M j在监听到区块链中对q j的引用记录后,通过推广应用端向区块链模块提交其拥有q j的相关证明;

本发明的营销系统可用于推广商品、服务、项目以及各类有营销推广需求的产品的推广营销。该方法利用区块链账本不可篡改的特性,通过智能合约完成营销推广渠道的加密和存证,推广渠道达成销售后,智能合约根据需求方设定的规则和推广历史情况自动完成推广激励分成的清算。可通过公平透明的激励设计和推广链条限制,提高推广成功率,有效利用营销资金,实现营销推广过程中的降本增效。而且在营销推广阶段,推广需求方和渠道推广的数据不可篡改、不可抵赖,推广渠道方无法作弊;推广提成阶段,提成分配过程全自动、免纠纷。
因此,本发明的营销系统既让营销推广活动的推广效果能够得到保障,也保证了推广渠道方的利益能够得到保障,能够充分调动推广渠道的积极性,提高营销推广效率,提升营销效果,降低营销成本。
应当理解的是,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,而所有这些改进和变换都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种基于区块链的营销方法,其特征在于,包括以下过程:
    产品发布过程:产品方P使用区块链系统平台B发布营销推广需求R;
    产品推广过程:通过多个推广节点依次进行推广营销,多个推广节点按推广顺序形成一条推广链,每个推广节点在向区块链系统平台B发送针对所述营销推广需求R的推广申请信息后,获得一个新的推广标识,该新的推广标识记录上一推广节点和产品的信息,该新的推广标识被发送至下一推广节点,直至第n推广节点M n将推广标识q n推广至产品受众Z;
    收益分配过程:在产品受众Z完成消费后,按预设规则向当前推广链上参与推广的各个推广节点指定的推广收益序列地址分别分配收益C 1~C n;其中,所述n为自然数。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的基于区块链的营销方法,其特征在于,所述收益分配过程中的预设规则为:
    当前推广成功的链上参与推广的各个推广节点所得收益之和小于等于所述推广需求R中所设定的推广成本C,即,所述C 1+C 2+.......+C n≤C。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的基于区块链的营销方法,其特征在于,所述收益分配过程中的预设规则为:
    所述产品方P在发布营销推广需求R时,设定推广链条的最大长度,如果推广链条超过最大长度时还未被推广至产品受众Z,则本次推广失效。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的基于区块链的营销方法,其特征在于,所述产品发布过程具体包括:
    步骤1-1:分别设置产品方P、区块链系统平台B、营销推广节点M、产品 受众Z的公钥和私钥,并公开所有公钥;
    步骤1-2:产品方P在区块链系统平台B上发布推广需求信息、设定当前推广总预算C、设定单次推广达成交易的最大链条长度k、以及设定推广渠道各节点的提成分配规则C 1~C k
    步骤1-3:产品方在区块链系统平台B上使用产品方私钥对推广需求内容进行签名,由区块链系统平台记录链上交易标识为TX 1
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的基于区块链的营销方法,其特征在于,所述产品推广过程具体包括以下步骤:
    步骤2-1:第一推广节点M 1向区块链系统平台B发送针对所述营销推广需求R的推广申请信息,获得推广标识q 1
    步骤2-2:第二推广节点M 2收到所述第一推广节点M 1发送的推广标识q 1之后,结合TX 1和M 1的公钥验证所述推广标识q 1是否真实有效;
    步骤2-3:第二推广节点M 2在验证所述推广标识q 1的真实性后,向区块链系统平台B发送针对所述营销推广需求R的推广申请信息,获得推广标识q 2
    步骤2-4:第二推广节点M 2将推广标识q 2对外传播至第i推广节点M i
    步骤2-5:重复所述步骤2-1至2-4,直至第n推广节点M n将推广标识q n推广至产品受众Z。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的基于区块链的营销方法,其特征在于,所述收益分配过程具体包括以下步骤:
    步骤4-1:第n推广节点M n监听到区块链系统平台B中对q n的引用记录后,通过推广应用端向区块链系统平台B提交其拥有q n的相关证明;
    步骤4-2:区块链系统平台B中的合约服务在验证第n推广节点M n提交的证明合法有效后,向第n推广节点M n指定的推广收益序列地址A mns发放收益C 1,并将该操作相关交易记录和第n推广节点M n提交的证明记录在区块链中;
    步骤4-3:按步骤4-1、4-2依次对第n推广节点M n之前的各个推广节点指定的推广收益序列地址分别发放收益C 2~C n,直至M 1完成收益分配。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的基于区块链的营销方法,其特征在于,所述营销方法,还包括:
    产品消费过程:产品受众Z收到推广标识q n之后,通过所述区块链系统平台B验证所述推广标识q n的真实性,并按营销推广需求R中约定的渠道使用推广标识q n进行商品或服务的消费;
    产品方P收到产品受众Z的消费请求后,通过所述区块链系统平台B进行验证,验证通过后核销一次q n,并通过需求应用端向区块链系统平台B提交q n被使用的消费证明。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的基于区块链的营销方法,其特征在于,所述营销推广需求R包含但不限于:
    产品方主体介绍信息、产品介绍信息、推广预计数量、推广人群、限定期限、单体推广成本、推广链条最大长度、推广链条各环节的提成规则中的一种或多种。
  9. 一种基于区块链的营销系统,采用如权利要求1-8中任一项所述的营 销方法,其特征在于,包括:
    加密签名模块,用于进行非对称密钥的加解密、签名服务和数据哈希操作;
    区块链模块,用于提供基础区块链服务和智能合约服务,并记录;
    需求端应用模块,用于获取来自产品方P发送的营销推广需求R,并存储在区块链模块上;
    多个推广节点M 1、M 2......M n
    推广端应用模块,用于获取推广节点发送的针对所述营销推广需求R的推广申请信息,并向所述推广节点发送推广标识;以及,用于获取下一推广节点发送的针对推广标识真实性的验证请求信息,并反馈验证结果;以及,用于获取下一推广节点发送的针对所述营销推广需求R的推广申请信息,并向当前推广节点发送新的推广标识,直至第n推广节点M n将推广标识q n推广至产品受众Z;
    所述推广应用模块,还用于在所述推广标识q n被使用后,按当前链上参与推广的推广节点指定的推广收益序列地址分别分配收益C 1~C n;其中,所述n为自然数。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的营销系统,其特征在于,还包括支付结算模块,用于产品方、推广方与智能合约所记录的营销成本承诺和最终提成的现金支付结算。
