Abstract

The utility model relates to personal articles, and more particularly to a device permanently mounted on eyeglasses in order to limit hair displacement during tilting of the head, or under the effect of the wind, or when reading or working with documents, and eliminates the need to constantly rearrange one's hair. The claimed accessory is configured in the form of an element for holding a user's hair, said element being hingedly attached to the temples of eyeglasses and being comprised of two unconnected and independent planar parts fastened by bushings, screws and nuts to the outer side of the eyeglass temples so as to be capable of pivoting; when closed, the eyeglasses together with the accessory can be compactly and freely placed and stored in an ordinary standard eyeglass case. The accessory is applicable to sunglasses as well as prescription eyeglasses. The proposed hair-holding accessory is industrially applicable, does not require complex technology and expensive materials for manufacture, and has a low cost price.

The utility model refers to consumer goods, namely, to a device installed permanently on glasses to limit the displacement of hair when the head is tilted and the wind. Designed for people with long hair and eliminates the need to constantly correct them. Essential for both sunglasses and prescription glasses, and allows folded glasses to be stored in a regular glasses case.

LEVEL OF TECHNOLOGY

A spectacle holder is known for holding spectacles on the face or head of a wearer, while simultaneously serving as a hair support and spectacle case. Known Chinese patent - CN 2274441 U, CL. A45D-008/36, published 02.18.1998 (abstract, Figs. 1 and 2). A hair clip made in the form of a semicircle is under consideration. Closer to the edges, the clip is pivotally connected to the temples of the glasses by means of fastening screws with the possibility of its rotation. The clamp is made with a threaded hole. The ends of the temples are equipped with rings, which are connected through a rubber washer using fastening screws with a threaded hole in the clamp.

In the proposed prototype there is structurally something in common - an element holding the user's hair (an element for clamping the hair) is hingedly connected to the temples of the glasses. The difference is that the glasses are fixed on a hair clip and in the open state the ends of the hoop rest against the ears from behind and obstruct slipping off glasses when tilting the head.

The disadvantage is that when closed, the temples of the glasses cannot be turned inward as standard, like the temples of glasses without this clamp, since it is not folding, it is rigid. The system is voluminous. Need a large cover.

In the proposed solution, the glasses are compactly folded, since the two plate elements installed on the outer sides of the temples of the glasses are not one whole and are independent of each other, and slipping of the glasses when tilting the head can be prevented by slightly bending the ends of the plate elements inward.

USEFUL MODEL DISCLOSURE

The problem to be solved by the claimed utility model is to create a compact device for quickly fixing and holding the user's hair, convenient and reliable in operation.

The technical result of the utility model is aimed at creating a new design of a device designed to support hair.

The solution to the problem is achieved by combining the use of a well-known feature, consisting of an element that holds the user's hair, pivotally connected to the temples of the glasses; and a new feature - the element is made of two plate parts, not rigidly connected to each other and independent of each other, fixed with a screw, bushing and nuts on the outside of each of the temples.

These features are essential and are interconnected with the formation of a stable set of essential features, sufficient to obtain the required technical result.

The present utility model is illustrated by a specific example of implementation, which, however, is not the only one, but clearly demonstrates the possibility of achieving the required technical result.

The claimed utility model makes it possible to create a hair support device with reliability and ease of use, namely:

- holds hair securely when turning, head tilting and wind;

- holds the hair securely when the head is tilted forward while working with documents or reading and does not allow the hair to block the side view;

- reliably keeps the glasses from sliding forward, when performing plate elements with a slight inward bending at the ends;

- convenient to use, just like glasses without this device, since they are put on in a standard way and are worn in the same way, and when folded, glasses with these devices can be folded and stored in a regular glasses case. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS

The device, installed permanently on the glasses (see Fig. 1), consists of two plate elements 1 and bushings 2, fixed with screws 3 and nuts 4 on the outer sides of the glasses arches, with the possibility of turning the plate elements on the screw axis 3. Plate elements 1, installed on the temples of the glasses 5, closer to the glasses of the glasses, keep the displacement of the hair when the head is tilted and the wind, and the bushing 2 does not allow the hair to block the side view. The head of the screw 3 and the nut 4 can be partially recessed in the plate element 1 and the bow of the glasses 5, respectively, or can be recessed completely. The plate elements 1 can be made in the form of decoration.

Fastening plate elements 1 closer to the glass (in the area of the temple with glasses on - see Fig. 6) is appropriate, since at the same time, the hair covers the ears and does not go into the eyes. The use of the bushing 2 is necessary to give space for the hair and to exclude their possible pinching between the plate elements 1 and the temples of the glasses 5.

The proposed device is assembled as follows (see Fig. 2 and Fig. 3). Holes for nuts 4 are made on the arches of glasses 5 and for screws 3 on plate elements 1. On them, make chamfers for nuts 4 and screw heads 3, respectively. Next, the screw is inserted into the plate element 1 from the side of the chamfer, then into the sleeve 2 and then into the bow of the glasses 5 and put the nut 4 on the chamfer

Then, so that there are no unnecessary gaps where hair can get, nut 4 and bushing 2 from the side of the bow of the glasses can be greased with glue. Thus, only rotation is possible in a pair of bushing - plate element. Before putting on the glasses, the plate elements 1 must be turned forward (see Fig. 5), and then, after putting on, back (see Fig. 6). This will help them grip the hair better.

In factory production, the bow of the glasses 5 and the bushing 2 should be made as one piece, the head of the screw 3 and the nut 4 should be inserted flush without protrusions, the plate element can be made decorative both for holding hair and for decoration.

The production of the proposed device is industrially applicable, does not require complex technology and expensive materials, and at the same time has a low production cost.
