将交易码结构转换成付款信息的方法与系统 技术领域
本发明关于一种将交易码结构转换成付款信息的方法与系统,尤指一种将显示于各种电子装置或实体平面的优惠券于消费者进行消费时,能将优惠券所对应的折扣比例、折扣款项、特定商品或特定服务的金额拨款给商家方的账户的方法与系统。
背景技术
对于发放优惠券方而言,于发放传统的纸本优惠券时,通常需将所有纸本优惠券所对应的金额先全数付清给销售方。接着,当消费者使用优惠券后,负责销售的商家再将已经使用的优惠券寄回给发行优惠券的商家进行确认。如此的做法需要两边的商家(发放优惠券方与销售方)长期的核对是否确实将优惠券抵用、折扣金额是否正确无误以及优惠券是否过期等。另一方面,对于发放优惠券方而言,若是优惠券的发行量大,相当于事先要付出大笔成本且不确定是否有真正抵用的风险;即使是以对销售方按月结清的方式,当优惠券所对应的相异商品种类一多、或是当月优惠券抵用的数量暴增时,对于两方所耗费的人力与时间成本更是难以想象且还不保证不会出错。再,若优惠券有特定的使用条件如使用期限、针对特定会员、超过某一商品购买数才能使用等的特殊条件限制时,同样的,对销售方会消耗许多时间成本与人力于核对方面。再,另一方面,现有的电子优惠券如以序号的方式进行抵用者仅能掌握消费者抵用时的纪录,对于消费者从那个渠道获得优惠券、诱发消费者使用此优惠券购买产品与服务等的动机如看过哪一则在线广告、文宣或好也介绍等才决定使用优惠券等细节则完全一无所知。
更进一步地,于营销的层面来看,营销公司花了大幅的成本拍摄了广告、发行了各种与广告的品牌、商标相关的各种产品,但对于制作多个于各种不同平面如纸本、海报、广告影片、社群网站的图片的各种广告的公关广告人员而言,当各种产品的销量提升、减少或持平时,并无法知道是哪一则广告、哪一个平台上的广告或哪一种类行的广告造成了营销优势;消费者从哪一个渠道(何种广告、何种平台或平面媒体等)取得优惠券、在哪里抵用优惠券,现有广告 等营销信息本身与优惠券两者无法有所关联,导致公关、营销、广告产业长年以来有许多多余的支出与浪费。另外,因为优惠券的使用与观看广告等营销信息两者不是彼此直接对应的,因此,现今在社群网站、社群影片网站上所播放的广告如影片、图片等的点击率并无法有效反映消费者的实际购买行为,甚至,点击率是可以用人为的方式提升的,无法有效反映消费者实际的行为。
此外,由于现今各样的社群网站不断的发展,营销人员的角色正在从传统的广告制作主转变为有关营销信息的实时参与者。营销人员需要使用数据分析而对的客户进行追踪,拟定合理的营销策略以及实时针对其广告等营销信息进行定位,传统的纸本与电子优惠券显然已无法跟上如此的趋势。
因此,为克服前述问题,遂有本发明的产生。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种将交易码结构转换成付款信息的方法与系统,其为一种B2B(business-to-business/商家方间通过电子商务的各种方式进行交易)的交易模式,藉以解决现有的优惠券无法快速抵用、优惠券的使用无法有效与营销信息有效结合以及无从得知消费者从何渠道取得优惠券等的问题,而达到将优惠券所对应的款项拨款给所属商家方且所属商家方不用事先付款、有效得知何种广告促使消费者抵用某一优惠券、得知消费者从何渠道取得优惠券的多种大数据信息,作为日后广告营销策略拟定的参考。
为达前述目的,本发明提供一种将交易码结构转换成付款信息的方法,其包括以下步骤:一步骤A、一步骤B以及一步骤C。于该步骤A中,由一第一读取装置读取一交易码结构,获得一信息。于该步骤B中,藉由一授权信息验证该信息。于该步骤C中,藉由该授权信息取得与该交易码结构相对应的付款信息。
在一实施例中,其中该交易码结构是一对应于一商家方的优惠券的一优惠券标识符;其中该步骤A更包括:以该第一读取装置读取该优惠券标识符,并将该优惠券标识符传输至一中介装置,其中该中介装置储存有该授权信息;其中该信息是一优惠券兑换信息,该优惠券兑换信息包括一验证信息与一交易信息;其中该步骤B包括:藉由该授权信息验证该验证信息是否有效;其中该步骤C更包括:若该验证信息有效,则藉由该授权信息将该交易信息转换成一付 款信息,而该付款信息供传输至一发卡方进行验证,若该发卡方验证成功,则将该优惠券所对应的款项拨款至该商家方。
在一实施例中,其中于该步骤C中的该付款信息是包括多个虚拟信用卡卡号中之一者;其中该多个虚拟信用卡卡号是对应多个商家方且该多个商家方是对应多个优惠券;其中该步骤A中的该商家方是该多个商家方中之一者且该步骤A中的该优惠券是该多个优惠券中之一者。
在一实施例中,其中于该步骤A前更包括一步骤X1。于该步骤X1中,将经由一发卡方从一原始信用卡卡号转换而得的多个虚拟信用卡卡号传输至该中介装置储存,并使该多个虚拟信用卡卡号与多个优惠券分别对应多个商家方。
于一实施例中,其中于该步骤A前更包括一步骤Z,于该步骤Z中,一消费者以一第二读取装置读取一显示设备上的条形码而获得一优惠券,其中该显示设备包括一营销信息。
在另一实施例中,其中该交易信息更包括该优惠券所对应的款项;其中该优惠券兑换信息更包括一优惠券来源信息,该优惠券来源信息是相对应于该显示设备。
本发明提供一种将交易码结构转换成付款信息的系统,其包括一中介装置、一第一读取装置。该第一读取装置供读取一交易码结构以获得一信息。该中介装置,其供储存一授权信息,该授权信息包括多个授权账户,该多个授权账户是与该交易码结构相关联,且该中介装置配置为以一授权账户验证该信息,且该中介装置藉由该授权账户取得与该交易码结构相对应的付款信息。
实施时,其中该交易码结构系为一对应于一商家方的优惠券的一优惠券标识符;其中该中介装置供接收来自该第一读取装置所读取的该优惠券标识符;其中该信息为一优惠券兑换信息,该优惠券兑换信息包括一验证信息与一交易信息;该中介装置供藉由该授权账户验证该验证信息是否有效,若该验证信息有效,则该中介装置藉由该授权账户将该交易信息转换成一付款信息,并将该付款信息传输至一发卡方进行验证,若该发卡方验证成功,则将该优惠券所对应的款项拨款至该商家方。
实施时,其中该付款信息是包括多个虚拟信用卡卡号中之一者;其中该多个虚拟信用卡卡号是对应多个商家方且该多个商家方是对应多个优惠券,其中该商家方是该多个商家方中之一者且该优惠券是该多个优惠券中之一者。

请参考图6,本发明公开了一种将交易码结构转换成付款信息的系统,其包括一中介装置1、一第一读取装置2、一发卡方3、一第二读取装置4,该发卡方3包括一发行方31、一收单方32一认证方33。该中介装置1供接收来自该第一读取装置2所读取的的对应于一商家方的优惠券(或,以芯片、磁带等形式的各种对象)而获得一交易码结构(例如,于以下实施例,一优惠券标识符), 以获得一信息。该中介装置1供将该优惠券标识符转换、映像或对应成该信息(例如,于以下实施例,一优惠券兑换信息),其中该优惠券兑换信息包括一验证信息与一交易信息。该中介装置1经配置供储存一授权信息,该授权信息包括多个授权账户(authorization account),该多个授权账户是与该交易码结构相关联;且该中介装置1配置为以一授权账户验证该信息,且该中介装置1藉由该授权账户取得与该交易码结构相对应的付款信息。该中介装置1藉由该授权账户验证该验证信息是否有效,若该中介装置1验证该验证信息有效,则该中介装置1将该交易信息转换成一付款信息,并将该付款信息传输至该发卡方3进行验证,若该发卡方3验证成功,则将该优惠券所对应的款项拨款至该商家方。
请参考图3,本发明另公开一种将优惠券所对应的款项拨款给商家方的方法,其包括:
步骤A:由该第一读取装置2读取该交易码结构,获得该信息;
步骤B:藉由该授权信息验证该信息;
步骤C:藉由该授权信息取得与该交易码结构相对应的付款信息。
以下将详述本发明的方法与系统。首先,于该步骤A前更包括:于步骤X1中,该发行方31提供一经注册于该发行方31的原始信用卡卡号(Real Card Number/RCN)与信用额度(credit facility)至该中介装置1。在一实施例中,该中介装置1是一平台(platform)或服务器(server)。该发行方31(Issuer)是一金融单位如银行等;该认证方是信用卡认证中心(Institute for Certification of Computer Profession)如VISA、Master Card等;本发明于后文所提的收单方(Acquirer)为收单机构如一般银行等。接着,该认证方33将该原始信用卡卡号转换成多个虚拟信用卡卡号(Virtual Card Number/VCN),并将该多个虚拟信用卡卡号传输至该中介装置1储存。在一实施例中,该多个虚拟信用卡卡号是可储存于该授权账户中。本发明的虚拟信用卡卡号是为动态变动式的虚拟信用卡卡号(Dynamic VCN),该多个虚拟信用卡卡号中的每一者皆为随机产生。此外,为确保虚拟信用卡卡号中的每一者的安全性,在一实施例中,本发明的虚拟信用卡卡号中的每一者皆不会透露给商家与消费者等。再,将该多个虚拟信用卡卡号与多个优惠券分别设定为对应多个商家方。换言之,本发明可以多个虚拟信用卡卡号的相异者来区分对应于不同商家的优惠券兑换时所对应的款项的支付。在一实施例中,本发明的虚拟信用卡卡号与商家方是「一对一」的 对应。在另一实施例中,本发明的虚拟信用卡卡号也可与商家方及其子商家方「一对多」、「多对一」对应。在另一实施例中,一个品牌有多个实体或在线商店,但每个实体或在线商店属于不同的法人实体(即,具有不同的银行账户),在此实施例中每个商店需设定不同的商家方标识符(MID),意即,前述每个商店将对应有不同的VCN(由于相异的MID)。例如,百货公司里面具有多个不同品牌的实体店家,由于优惠券抵用时的拨款是至不同的商家方的账户,所以不同品牌的实体店家会对应不同的VCN;或,一在线电商平台其中有不同的在线商店也是如此实施。本发明利用多组虚拟信用卡卡号分别对应相异的商家方(含其子商家或不含其子商家的情况),而多组虚拟信用卡卡号则是对应一实体信用卡卡号,藉此解决现有的优惠券因着需由多个不同商家方付款而产生的前述技术问题。换言之,只需有一家公司行号具有良好的信用额度与忠诚度(Loyalty),就可以替多个不同商家以对应多个虚拟信用卡卡号的实体信用卡卡号进行付款与相关的管理。再,其中该收单方32包括多个商家方标识符,该多个商家方标识符(MID)是对应该多个商家方,供该收单方32辨识各个商家方以供后续拨款步骤之用。当前述步骤皆完成之后,该中介装置1设定一促销活动所对应的多个促销活动项目,例如,某一药妆店的多个产品如牙膏、化妆品、护手霜的有关促销活动项目。化妆品促销活动项目底下设置多种类型的优惠券例如折扣5%、折扣台币50元或一免费兑换面霜等,之后将该等优惠券分配至各个营销渠道,说明如后。
接着,请参考图1,于该步骤A前更包括一步骤Z,于该步骤Z中,一消费者以该第二读取装置4读取一显示设备5、一纸本海报或电子广告牌、平面广告牌或平台6、社群网站(如脸书、IG、微博、YouTube)等电子或非电子的营销渠道上或其发布的影片、广告或影片所内含广告的条形码等,例如:如QR码(QR code)而连接至一优惠券平台(请参考图4A所示)或优惠券本身而获得一优惠券(请参考图2A、图4B所示)。该显示设备5包括一营销信息,该营销信息可以是与该(等)条形码相关的文字描述、图片、影片或声音等。例如,在一实施例中,该显示设备5是包括某大型连锁餐饮的营销信息如新的菜色以促销方案的文字描述、图片、影片或声音等,该显示设备5也包括与此促销方案相关的优惠券的QR码如特定餐点优惠、双人套餐优惠等,让该消费者可以经由该第二读取装置4如智能型手机、平板计算机等的QR码读取程序等进行读取而获得此种大众型(Public)优惠券,大众型优惠券为任何人可以取得的优 惠券类型。在另一实施例中,该营销信息可以是与该(等)网络连接非直接相关的优惠券。例如,该营销信息是一保险公司的最新保单介绍,而该显示设备5、纸本海报或电子广告牌或平面广告牌6等所条列的QR码等所对应的优惠券则是如免费健康检查、用餐优惠、商场购物折抵、机票折抵等与该(等)营销信息非直接相关的个人型(Personal)优惠券,个人型优惠券是特定的使用者方能使用的优惠券,例如:以使用者ID(user ID、E-mail或手机等)作为区分的标准。在另一实施例中,如图1所示,连接至本发明的优惠券的网络连接(QR码)也可以由营销人员经由电子信箱、手机而提供给消费者,特别是关于一些高价值产品的个人型优惠券如手机、笔电、机票等的优惠券。请参考图2A、图2B,本发明的优惠券是包括一QR码、店家/商品图片、促销活动名称、折扣类型、折扣比例或折扣金额、使用日期、备注栏、关键词字段等。该QR码包括一优惠券标识符(信息)。若优惠券已经被抵用过,则该QR码上会被覆盖有已兑换的标签。在另一实施例中,本发明是可产生一推荐型(Referral)优惠券,意即,本发明的优惠券可由一使用者推荐给另一使用者,而增加本发明的优惠券于多个使用者间的流通上的弹性;或,使用者可以类似品牌代言的方式(如网红、网络名人推荐某种优惠券等的方式)将优惠券推荐给新用户。
此外,请参考图5A、图5B,为了安全性的考虑,当消费者要抵用前述对应高价值产品的优惠券如手机、笔电、机票等高价值品的优惠券时,本发明是设定为消费者需取得发送至个人手机或电子信箱的激活密码以激活优惠券的多重认证的方式,藉以增加抵用高价值产品的优惠券的安全性。
再,于该步骤A中,位于一实体店家或在线店家的该第一读取装置2读取对应于该商家方的优惠券上的前述QR码而获得该优惠券标识符,并将该优惠券标识符传输至该中介装置1。该优惠券标识符是一组唯一的数个位数的数字、文字的组合。再,该中介装置1将该优惠券标识符对应、映射或转换成一优惠券兑换信息,此转换可以事先于该中介装置1中设定好相对应的数据或于在线实时对应有关数据而进行转换。该优惠券兑换信息包括一验证信息、一交易信息或一优惠券来源信息,该验证信息包括:促销活动标识符(促销活动ID)、促销活动名称、优惠券名称、优惠券标识符、优惠券使用/更新日期、优惠券激活状态、消费者标识符(使用者ID、E-mail、手机号码)、密钥值配对、折扣内容、商家方标识符(MID)、抵用商店标识符(store ID)、商品/服务标识符及其最高/最低抵用次数等,该优惠券来源信息是该消费者是于何处取得优惠券且 该优惠券来源信息是相对应于该显示设备5、该纸本海报或电子广告牌、平面广告牌或平台6的信息,藉以让本发明的系统获取如该优惠券是从何渠道(如:哪一则广告中的优惠券条形码)取得、谁在使用、由谁推荐、在哪个商店抵用什么产品等从营销、交易至拨款的所有细节。该交易信息包括根据折扣比例或金额、当日汇率等所换算而得的要支付给该商家方的款项金额,即,该优惠券所对应的实际款项。换言之,本发明考虑到安全性的问题,该优惠券本身仅包括该优惠券标识符。当然,在其他实施例中,本发明也可以视情况如系统效能等将该验证信息、该交易信息或该优惠券来源信息重新调整而分配于优惠券中,皆在本发明的范围内。接着,该中介装置1验证该验证信息是否有效,包括验证前述的信息如有效日期、是否激活或是否已经抵用等是否与前述所设定者完全一致,在此不赘述。在另一实施例中,也可以仅验证前述优惠券标识符与该中介装置1所设定者是否一致即可,藉以增进系统效能。于该步骤B中,若该中介装置1藉由该授权信息验证该验证信息有效,即,前述所提的所有验证信息都与预设的信息、条件等符合,例如,消费者在优惠券所对应的抵用商店抵用优惠券等,表示优惠券可以正常使用,则于该步骤C中,该中介装置1将该交易信息转换成一付款信息,该付款信息是包括该商家方所对应的特定虚拟信用卡卡号与该优惠券所对应的款项,而将该付款信息传输至该发卡方3进行验证。所以,由前述内容可知,由于该优惠券标识符是与前述优惠券兑换信息中的每一信息对应,因此,如前所述,可经由本发明的优惠券得知从消费者从何种渠道(包括从哪一种类型的营销信息、社群网站的连接或营销影片中的广告等)而得知哪一个促销活动而获得优惠券开始,然后到哪一种店面(实体店面、在线店面)中的哪一个特定店面(餐厅、药妆店、百货公司等)进行抵用,本发明可以有效掌握从营销媒介(优惠券的取得)到消费者抵用优惠券的过程中的所有细节,将营销与消费两者串联起来。再,于该步骤C中,若该发卡方3验证成功,即,此笔交易(transaction)成立,则将该优惠券所对应的款项于几个工作天后拨款至该商家方,而达到将优惠券所对应的款项拨款给该商家方的技术效果(B2B)。在另一实施例中,当消费者A分享该推荐型优惠券给消费者B时,该验证信息会包括被分享者的使用者标识符(ID)的信息,藉以追踪是哪位消费者推荐给哪位消费者,而该被分享优惠券的优惠券标识符也会同步更新。在另一实施例中,当消费者A分享该推荐型优惠券给消费者B时,除了优惠券标识符会同步更新外,该优惠券兑换信息的内容如该等验证信息也会一 并更新,藉以增加本发明的优惠券的整体安全性。
再,于另一实施例中,请参考图6,该步骤A中更包括一步骤A1。于该步骤A1中,如前所述,该中介装置1将该优惠券标识符转换、映射或对应成该优惠券兑换信息。于该步骤C中更包括,若该中介装置1验证该验证信息有效,则该中介装置1将该交易信息转换成包括该虚拟信用卡卡号的该付款信息,且将该付款信息传输至该收单方32。该收单方32将该虚拟信用卡卡号及该款项传输至该认证方33,该认证方33将该虚拟信用卡卡号传输至该发行方31进行验证,验证其所对应的原始信用卡卡号(RCN),藉以确认该虚拟信用卡卡号是否正确。而该步骤C更包括一步骤C1,于该步骤C1中,若该发行方31验证成功,则发送一确认付款信息至该收单方32,使该收单方32将该款项根据该商家方标识符拨款给该商家方,而完成本发明整个优惠券拨款的步骤。
此外,本发明的方法与系统是以符合应用程序编程接口(RESTful application programming interface/API)的架构进行规划,因此可以有效兼容于现今大部分的支付/金流系统的各种接口。换言之,本发明可以省去现今程序开发中所必须的服务器的架设、维护与管理,而可以有效并入各个厂商现有系统(如IOS或Android系统的APP)的服务器中。
请参考图7,首先,本发明的方法与系统是能「实时」根据预算大小与目标消费者的消费习惯有效选择合适的合作商家方而实时进行促销活动的发起,包括促销活动项目设定、促销活动项目的优惠券设定。再,藉由以云端储存为基础的自动化优惠券拨款流程(以API架构)进行优惠券的产生、分配、激活与抵用而获得消费者的消费习惯数据如追踪消费者对于广告的反应、优惠券取得路径与抵用的相关数据而获得消费者的消费行为数据。最后,进行营销活动数据分析,而拟定新的营销策略、获得消费者的整体视野、促进终身价值(Lifetime Value)并提升更深入的营销洞察力。
此外,经由本发明的系统所取得的数据可进行如描述性分析,即,查看营销活动与优惠券抵用业务中发生的所有事情。例如,广告发布频率和不同渠道如何影响每个广告系列的每位用户的交易(transaction)次数;诊断分析,即,了解某些事件为什么会发生,如广告发布行为对销售量的影响。于客户调查方面,本发明将现有的市场调查应用于本发明的方法与系统所产生的数据的分析,使营销人员不仅能够追踪客户意图,还能追踪实际购买行为。本发明的方法与系统可以帮助营销人员测试特定消费者的需求,并通过将数据分析所得的营销 与优惠券抵用的真实内容相结合,来帮助实现所需达成目标。于人工智能方面,经由本发明收集的所有数据,营销人员可以进行消费者与市场发展的预测,使用历史数据来预测未来可能的结果。例如,通过使用无监督机器学习(unsupervised machine learning)对客户进行分析,通过回归模型(regression model)预测销售量或客户终身价值(Lifetime Value),并使用来自自动化调查系统(automated survey system)的评论和评级(ratings)来进行产品情绪分析(product sentiment analysis)。
因此,本发明具有以下的优点:
1.从设置优惠券促销活动开始,本发明可以有效设定合理的预算与目标消费者而针对不同商家方「实时」发起促销活动而提供不同类型、内容的优惠券,藉由将多个虚拟信用卡卡号对应不同的商家方,有效将优惠券所对应的款项拨款给不同的商家方(B2B),商家方再也不用事先垫款。
2.本发明的VCN支付可降低金融方面的法令遵循等相关事务的复杂性,并有助于实现零浪费。发放优惠券方不再需要提前付款,商家方可以在消费者兑换优惠券时立即通过本发明所设定的虚拟信用卡(VCN)获得付款授权而于几天后获得款项。VCN支付解决方案不仅可以简化风险管理、降低整体运营成本,还可以增强对整个优惠券抵用流程的管理。
3.本发明是以API程序语言架构本发明的系统,换言之,本发明的系统可以有效直接整合在现今大部分的电子支付架构中,不用重新设置APP专属的服务器。
4.本发明经由混合云和Web API,可实时连接至广告系列性能的营销信息甚至消费者行为。营销人员经由本发明的方法与系统可以追踪用户获得优惠券取得的所有细节(无论是通过在线广告、脸书、实体杂志或其他渠道的条形码)、直到什么优惠券券于何时、如何以及在哪里被抵用。
5.本发明可以提供推荐型优惠券,让消费者代表某品牌推荐、宣传与分享优惠券,本发明不仅可以追踪哪个消费者推荐、宣传与分享给哪个消费者,还可以精准衡量CPT(每笔交易成本)而设定对某种优惠券最佳的发放策略如个人型、公开型或推荐型。
6.本发明的方法与系统能够有效将消费者观看营销信息并取得优惠券后的兑换行为整体加以追踪,让营销人员能有效追踪消费者对于营销信息的反应如优惠券取得的渠道与抵用状况的数据,而获得消费者的消费习惯的数据进行大 数据分析,从而达到拟定新的营销策略、获得消费者的整体视野、促进终身价值并提升更深入的营销洞察力的无法预期的技术效果。
以上所述是本发明的具体实施例及所运用的技术手段,根据本文的揭露或教导可衍生推导出许多的变更与修正,若依本发明的构想所作的等效改变,其所产生的作用仍未超出说明书及图式所涵盖的实质精神时,均应视为在本发明的技术范畴之内,合先陈明。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种将交易码结构转换成付款信息的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    步骤A:由一第一读取装置读取一交易码结构,获得一信息;
    步骤B:藉由一授权信息验证该信息;
    步骤C:藉由该授权信息取得与该交易码结构相对应的付款信息。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,该交易码结构是一对应于一商家方的优惠券的一优惠券标识符;其中该步骤A更包括:以该第一读取装置读取该优惠券标识符,并将该优惠券标识符传输至一中介装置,其中该中介装置储存有该授权信息;其中该信息是一优惠券兑换信息,该优惠券兑换信息包括一验证信息与一交易信息;其中该步骤B包括:藉由该授权信息验证该验证信息是否有效;其中该步骤C更包括:若该验证信息有效,则藉由该授权信息将该交易信息转换成一付款信息,而该付款信息供传输至一发卡方进行验证,若该发卡方验证成功,则将该优惠券所对应的款项拨款至该商家方。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,于该步骤C中的该付款信息是包括多个虚拟信用卡卡号中之一者;其中该多个虚拟信用卡卡号是对应多个商家方且该多个商家方是对应多个优惠券;其中该步骤A中的该商家方是该多个商家方中之一者且该步骤A中的该优惠券是该多个优惠券中之一者。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,于该步骤A前更包括:
    步骤X1:将经由一发卡方从一原始信用卡卡号转换而得的多个虚拟信用卡卡号传输至该中介装置储存,并使该多个虚拟信用卡卡号与多个优惠券分别对应多个商家方。
  5. 如权利要求2、3或4所述的方法,其特征在于,于该步骤A前更包括:
    步骤Z:一消费者以一第二读取装置读取一显示设备上的条形码而获得一优惠券,其中该显示设备包括一营销信息。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,该交易信息更包括该优惠券所对应的款项;其中该优惠券兑换信息更包括一优惠券来源信息,该优惠券来源信息是相对应于该显示设备。
  7. 一种将交易码结构转换成付款信息的系统,其特征在于,包括:
    一第一读取装置,其供读取一交易码结构以获得一信息;
    一中介装置,其供储存一授权信息,该授权信息包括多个授权账户,该多个授权账户是与该交易码结构相关联,且该中介装置配置为以一授权账户验证 该信息,且该中介装置藉由该授权账户取得与该交易码结构相对应的付款信息。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的系统,其特征在于,该交易码结构为一对应于一商家方的优惠券的一优惠券标识符;其中该中介装置供接收来自该第一读取装置所读取的该优惠券标识符;其中该信息为一优惠券兑换信息,该优惠券兑换信息包括一验证信息与一交易信息;该中介装置供藉由该授权账户验证该验证信息是否有效,若该验证信息有效,则该中介装置藉由该授权账户将该交易信息转换成一付款信息,并将该付款信息传输至一发卡方进行验证,若该发卡方验证成功,则将该优惠券所对应的款项拨款至该商家方。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的系统,其特征在于,该付款信息是包括多个虚拟信用卡卡号中之一者;其中该多个虚拟信用卡卡号是对应多个商家方且该多个商家方是对应多个优惠券,其中该商家方是该多个商家方中之一者且该优惠券是该多个优惠券中之一者。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的系统,其特征在于,该中介装置更供接收经由一发卡方从一原始信用卡卡号转换而得的多个虚拟信用卡卡号;其中该中介装置更配置为将该多个虚拟信用卡卡号与多个优惠券分别对应多个商家方。
  11. 如权利要求8、9或10所述的系统,其特征在于,更包括:
    一显示设备,其显示一营销信息与一条形码,其中该条形码供该消费者以一第二读取装置进行读取而使该消费者获得该优惠券。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的系统,其特征在于,该交易信息更包括该优惠券所对应的款项,其中该优惠券兑换信息更包括一优惠券来源信息,该优惠券来源信息是相对应于该显示设备。
