Selon la présente invention, une ceinture polyvalente pouvant être amincissante et tonifiante pour le corps comprend : une ceinture de fixation qui peut être portée de façon à entourer une partie d'un corps humain ; une partie de stimulation de diète couplée à la partie centrale de la surface avant de la ceinture de fixation, de multiples émetteurs de lumière et un stimulateur de muscle électrique étant disposés sur la partie de stimulation de diète ; et une partie de commande fixée à la surface arrière de la ceinture de fixation et configurée pour commander des courants électriques traversant les multiples émetteurs de lumière et le stimulateur de muscle électrique. La partie de stimulation de diète comprend : un corps de dispositif constitué d'un matériau pliable, un substrat flexible pour les émetteurs de lumière et le stimulateur de muscle électrique étant disposé sur le corps de dispositif ; un panneau de stimulation couplé au corps de dispositif depuis la partie arrière du corps de dispositif, le panneau de stimulation étant pourvu de trous dans lesquels les multiples émetteurs de lumière sont insérés tout en étant exposés de telle sorte que les multiples émetteurs de lumière sont disposés, le panneau de stimulation étant pourvu d'un trou allongé auquel le stimulateur de muscle électrique est couplé tout en étant exposé, et le panneau de stimulation étant constitué de silicone conductrice ; et de multiples boucles d'assemblage disposées sur un bord du corps de dispositif de telle sorte que le panneau de stimulation est couplé au corps de dispositif.
