利用杂交优势是提高作物产量的重要途径,无论是人工去雄杂交制种还是不育系杂交制种,采集花粉是进行杂交制种不可或缺的必要环节。目前,农作物大面积制种时花粉的收集多采用将父本花摘下,剪下花粉囊,搓下花药,过筛后取出花粉的方法,这种采粉方式不但费工费时,更主要的是由于摘掉了花朵,严重影响了父本产量。为了提高采粉效率和质量,研制采粉器势在必行。
现有的小型采粉器存在以下缺点:1、采粉头口径偏小,不能完全覆盖棉花花蕊;2、吸粉口呈水平状态,采粉不方便;3、通风网采用海绵体,收集花粉时,容易被堵,降低了风力;4、一体式的结构,取粉不方便;5、普通电池需要经常更换且电量小等。由于存在上述缺点,采粉器没有在棉花制种中被广泛采用。
发明内容
为了弥补以上领域的不足,本发明提供一种组合式采粉器,该采粉器不但能便捷有效的采集和收集花粉,而且其结构可以拆分,方便取粉,同时具有能有效过滤花粉的通风过滤组件,能有效防止花粉进入电力系统并能防止眯网。

  1. 组合式采粉器,其特征在于:包括依次横向连接的花粉采集系统、花粉收集系统和电力系统;所述花粉收集系统包括三面设置开口的中空壳体(1)、与中空壳体(1)下方开口密闭连接的花粉收集器;所述中空壳体(1)前端的开口可拆装密闭连接有花粉采集系统;所述中空壳体(1)后端的开口可拆装密闭连接有电力系统;所述花粉收集系统的壳体内部设置有通风过滤网;所述通风过滤网由网孔板(2)和真丝电力纺布(3)两层结构组成,所述网孔板(2)的边缘与所述花粉收集系统的壳体内部表面密闭连接,倾斜设置在所述花粉收集器的上部,所述真丝电力纺布(3)设置在网孔板(2)上对应于所述花粉收集器的一面,阻止花粉进入所述电力系统;所述花粉采集系统包含与花粉收集系统横向连接的集粉室(4)和设置于所述集粉室(4)前下部的喇叭形花粉吸头(5);所述花粉吸头(5)的中轴线与集粉室(4)内腔的中轴线呈40-50度角;所述电力系统内设置有负压电机(6);所述花粉采集系统和花粉收集系统密闭连接形成负压仓。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的组合式采粉器,其特征在于:所述通风过滤网的下部设置于所述花粉收集系统的壳体内部的下风位置,上部设置于所述花粉收集系统的壳体内部的上风位置。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的组合式采粉器,其特征在于:所述通风过滤网呈55-65度的倾斜角度设置在花粉收集器的上部。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的组合式采粉器,其特征在于:所述花粉收集系统与所述花粉采集系统和电力系统之间均通过卡扣(7)可拆装密闭连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的组合式采粉器,其特征在于:所述花粉收集器包含与所述中空壳体(1)下方开口可拆装密闭连接的漏斗型集粉器(8)和与漏斗型集粉器(8)可拆装密闭连接的授粉瓶(9)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的组合式采粉器,其特征在于:所述花粉收集系统的中空壳体(1)为三面开口的圆柱形壳体。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的组合式采粉器,其特征在于:所述集粉室(4)内壁上涂有不粘涂料。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的组合式采粉器,其特征在于:所述网孔板(2)为不锈钢过滤网;所述网孔板(2)的边缘设置有压边(10),所述压边(10)上设置有弹性卡扣(11),弹性卡扣(11)卡在所述花粉收集系统的壳体内壁的卡块上;所述真丝电力纺布(3)的直径大于所述不锈钢过滤网的直径,由弹性钢圈(12)卡压于不锈钢过滤网上,与所述压边(10)固定在一起。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的组合式采粉器,其特征在于:所述电力系统内还设置有与所述 负压电机连接的电源(13)以及用于控制电机的开关(14)和集成电路板(15)。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的组合式采粉器,其特征在于:所述电源(13)为可充电锂电池,充电接口(16)设置于电力系统的外壳上;所述电力系统的外壳上对应于所述负压电机的上下端设置有排风口(17);所述电力系统的外壳上对应于电源(13)的位置为手持部分。
